Name Description

Lorenzo Simonelli

Mr. Lorenzo Simonelli is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of the company. He previously served as the Senior Vice President, GE and President and Chief Executive Officer, GE Oil & Gas from October 2013 to July 2017. Before joining GE Oil & Gas, Simonelli was the Senior Vice President, GE and President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Transportation from July 2008 to October 2013. Simonelli joined GE in 1994, starting in GE’s Financial Management Program where he subsequently worked on assignments in GE International, GE Shared Services, GE Oil & Gas and Consolidated Financial Insurance. He has also served as the Chief Financial Officer, Americas for GE Consumer & Industrial, as well as General Manager, Product Management, for GE Appliances, Lighting, Electrical Distribution and Motors.

Martin Craighead

Mr. Martin S. Craighead is Vice Chairman of the Board of the Company. He is the Vice Chairman of the Board. He served as Chairman of the Board of Baker Hughes Incorporated from April 2013 to July 2017 and as Director of the Board from 2011 to April 2013. Craighead served as Chief Executive Officer of Baker Hughes Incorporated from January 2012 to July 2017 and President from 2010 to 2017. Brian Worrell

Mr. Brian Worrell is Chief Financial Officer of the company. With 25 years of experience as a financial executive at GE, he most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of GE Oil & Gas, where he led the Company’s finance function and global teams since January 2014. He previously worked as Vice President of corporate financial planning and analysis where he supported GE’s CEO and CFO. Roderick Christie

Mr. Rod Christie is President & CEO -Turbo machinery & Process Solutions of the company, a GE company Since January 2016, Christie led the Turbomachinery & Process Solutions business unit at GE Oil & Gas, where he oversaw 32 manufacturing and 12 service facilities operating across 120 countries in one of the industry’s most comprehensive equipment & service providers for mechanical-drive, compression, power-generation and transmission solutions across all oil and gas segments and the industrial sector. Christie joined GE in 1999 and held several operating roles including CEO of GE Oil & Gas’ Subsea Systems & Drilling business based in Aberdeen, UK; President of GE Energy for Central & Eastern Europe, Russia and CIS; Service Operations for GE’s Energy Services team in Europe; and Contractual Services General Manager for Europe, Middle East, Africa and India in Slough, UK. Before joining GE, Christie spent 15 years with Scottish Hydro Electric, now Scottish & Southern Electric, in a wide range of engineering, project development and management roles. He earned an engineering degree from Glasgow Caledonian University.

Matthias Heilmann

Mr. Matthias L. Heilmann is President and Chief Executive Officer - Digital Solutions of the company. A 20-year industry veteran, Heilmann previously served as Chief Digital Officer, President and CEO of Digital Solutions at GE Oil & Gas, where he oversaw the development of digital products, services and software that deliver asset and operations optimization for the oil and gas industry and was responsible for all product lines, systems and global operations of the Digital Solutions business unit. Before joining GE, Heilmann led ABB’s Global Product Group Enterprise Software business from June 2014 to January 2016 where he oversaw strategy creation, business model development, go-to-market execution for industrial software, critical technology transformation, and the development of key partnerships across the business. From 2012 to 2014, he served as Managing Partner for CounterPoint Capital Partners, LLC, and from 2005 to 2012 as Operating Partner for Platinum Equity, LLC in various leadership roles in technology, software, operations, and finance. From 2000 to 2003, Heilmann worked at SAP as Vice President in various sales and business development roles. Heilmann started his career in 1996 with A.T. Kearney, Inc in Germany with subsequent assignments in the U.S. He earned a Ph.D in finance and management accounting from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Saarland, Saarbruecken, Germany.

Neil Saunders

Mr. Neil Saunders is President & CEO - Oilfield Equipment of the company. Saunders has more than 25 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. He previously served as President & CEO, Subsea Systems & Drilling for GE Oil & Gas, where he was responsible for all product lines, systems and global operations of the Subsea Systems & Drilling business unit. Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President for Subsea Production Systems. Saunders joined GE through the acquisition of Vetco Gray in 2007 as Regional Vice President for Europe, North Africa & Caspian, before being appointed Senior Vice President of the newly formed Global Services business, based in the US. Saunders joined a predecessor of the Vetco Gray business in 1991, and held multiple technical and operational roles across the business in the UK and US. Saunders is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology. He earned a Master of Science degree in Subsea Engineering from Cranfield and Heriot-Watt Universities and a Master of Business Administration from Henley Management College.

Harry Elsinga

Mr. Harry Elsinga is Chief Human Resources Officer of the company. He has served as Vice President, Human Resources for GE Oil & Gas, where he was responsible for supporting 35,000 employees in more than 120 countries. Before joining GE Oil & Gas, he served as Senior Human Resources Manager for the GE International team, the precursor to GE’s Global Growth Organization (GGO) where he focused on talent acquisition, developing and localizing global talent and support of the national executive team. He previously held a variety of positions including Manager of Executive Development for GE Corporate and various HR business partner roles at GE Plastics. Before joining GE, he was HR manager with a major international construction company with projects in Hong Kong, Singapore, Nigeria, India, Europe and the Middle East. Elsinga earned a Bachelor’s Degree in human resources in 1989 and a Master’s Degree in sociology from Erasmus University, Rotterdam, in 1993.

Derek Mathieson

Mr. Derek Mathieson is Chief Marketing and Technology Officer of the Company. He has he served as Chief Commercial Officer for Baker Hughes Incorporated since May 2016, responsible for leading the commercial growth strategy for the company, including developing alternate sales channels for Baker Hughes products and technology, and leading future business incubation efforts. Previously, Mathieson was the company’s Vice President, Chief Technology and Marketing Officer from September 2015 to May 2016. His prior positions at Baker Hughes include Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer; President, Western Hemisphere; and President, Products and Technology. He joined Baker Hughes in 2008 from WellDynamics Incorporated, where he served as Chief Executive Officer. His oil and gas career also includes roles at Shell Exploration & Production and Wood Group in the United Kingdom. Mathieson earned a Ph.D. in micro electro-mechanical systems and a Bachelor’s Degree in electrical and electronic engineering from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland, and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in engineering from that institution. He is a chartered engineer with the United Kingdom Engineering Council, a member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, and an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Jennifer Hartsock

Ms. Jennifer Hartsock is Chief Information Officer of the company. With professional experience including positions at GE, Cameron International and Caterpillar, she brings over 20 years of IT leadership to the Company. She also leads BHGE’s Digital Thread powered by the Predix platform to drive business productivity and accelerate customer outcomes. Since April 2016, Hartsock served as Chief Information Officer of GE Oil & Gas, where she oversaw the global IT team and was responsible for driving simplification, acquisition integration and innovative solutions in support of the Oil & Gas business. Prior to joining GE, Hartsock served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Cameron International. She spent 17 years at Caterpillar Incorporated in a variety of IT positions, culminating with IT Directory and Group CIO for Construction Industries. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in applied computer science with summa cum laude honors from Illinois State University.

Belgacem Chariag

Mr. Belgacem Chariag is Chief Global Operations Officer of the Company. Prior to his current role, Chariag served as President, Global Operations for Baker Hughes Incorporated. In this role, he led the company’s global operations organization, which is responsible for driving world-class operational performance, exceptional service and sales execution, as well as delivering strong operating profits throughout Baker Hughes’ footprint. Previously, Chariag was Vice President and Chief Integration Officer for Baker Hughes, and before that he was President, Global Products and Services. He served as President of the company’s Eastern Hemisphere operations from 2009 until 2013. Before joining Baker Hughes, Chariag was Vice President, Health, Safety, Environment, and Security for Schlumberger from January 2008 until January 2009. He also was President of the Well Services business line, and Marketing Vice President for Europe, Caspian, and Africa. Earlier in his career, Chariag held a variety of management positions for the company, including Managing Director in Egypt, East Africa, and the East Mediterranean and technical support and management positions in the US, Angola, Tunisia, the UAE and Qatar. Jack Hinton

Mr. Jack Hinton is Chief Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Officer of the company. With 40 years of experience, he is known across the industry for his insights into strategic directions that yield efficiency, effectiveness and step-change. Hinton most recently served as Executive Vice President of Health, Safety and Environment at Baker Hughes. Prior to joining Baker Hughes in 2015, Hinton spent two years as a dean and professor at the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics, and Strategic Research. He previously spent 26 years at Texaco serving in leadership roles that included Director, Environment, Health and Safety and Vice President, International Petroleum. Hinton started his career as a field engineer with Procon, a subsidiary of Universal Oil Products, building a vacuum pipe still at the Texas City Refinery. Hinton currently sits on the Management Committee of the International Association of Oil and Gas Producers (IOGP), the Board of the Center for Offshore Safety, is a member of the Kazakh-British Technical University Business School Advisory Board and serves as Chairman on the Board of Advisors for the Southwest Center for Occupational and Environmental Health. He holds a Doctorate degree in occupational health, a Master of Science degree in environmental sciences both from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and chemistry from Trevecca Nazarene University. Jack is a diplomat of the American Academy of Industrial Hygiene.

Nicola Jannis

Mr. Nicola Jannis is Chief Business Development Officer of the company. Most recently, he served as General Manager – Global Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions of GE Oil & Gas, where he was responsible for global M&A, portfolio strategy development, deal origination and execution and acquisition integration planning since 2006. Jannis previously worked at ABB Asea Brown Boveri Ltd. as ABB Group Assistant Vice President – M&A Project Manager from 2001 to 2006 and Senior Business Consultant from 2000 to 2001. Prior to that, he was Program Business Controller from 1998 to 2000 and Controller from 1996 to 1997 at Royal Philips Electronics NV. Jannis graduated from Stanford University’s Executive Education, Mergers & Acquisitions Program in 2002 and earned a Master of Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan in 1996.

Jody Markopoulos

Ms. Jody Markopoulos is Chief Engineering and Supply Chain Officer of the company. She previously served as Chief Operating Officer of GE Oil & Gas, where she was responsible for sourcing, manufacturing, materials, quality, EHS and global projects. In this role, which she assumed in October 2015, she worked across GE to leverage capabilities, technologies and efficiencies to deliver products and solutions in a customer-centric organization. Previously, she was Vice President of Global Sourcing for GE Oil & Gas, where she managed strategic sourcing operations of $10+ billion of material and services, and Vice President of Sourcing for GE Energy, where she managed and procured more than $16B in material worldwide. She also served as President & CEO of GE Intelligent Platforms. Markopoulos joined GE as a member of the Management Development Program in 1993 and has held numerous operational and business leadership roles in Energy, Home & Business Solutions, Energy Management and Oil & Gas. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in interdisciplinary engineering and management from Clarkson University. She was part of the inaugural honorees of the Women in Energy Leadership awards given by the Houston Business Journal in October 2015 and her honors also include serving as Global co-chair of GE’s Women’s Network and a trustee at her alma mater, Clarkson University.

William Marsh

Mr. William D. Marsh is Vice President, General Counsel of the Company. He is Chief Legal Officer of Baker Hughes, a GE Company. Prior to his current role, Marsh served as Vice President and General Counsel of Baker Hughes Incorporated starting in February 2013. Marsh joined Baker Hughes in 1998 and has served in various executive, legal, compliance and corporate roles, including Vice President of Legal, Western Hemisphere from May 2009 to February 2013 and Director of Enterprise Risk Strategies from March 2006 to May 2009. As Director of Enterprise Risk Strategies, Marsh designed and implemented Baker Hughes’ Enterprise Risk Management program to assist in strategic planning and the Board’s oversight of risks. Prior to joining Baker Hughes, Marsh was a partner with the law firm of Ballard Spahr LLP representing clients in the areas of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, finance and securities laws. He earned a Juris Doctorate degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Brigham Young University.

Uwem Ukpong

Mr. Uwem Ukpong is Chief Integration Officer of the Company. Ukpong is an industry veteran with oil industry experience spanning four continents, and previously held technical roles as a petrophysicist and reservoir engineer. Formerly the Vice President of Baker Hughes Integration at GE Oil & Gas, Uwem has led integration planning and previously oversaw all product lines, systems and global operations of the GE Oil & Gas Surface business unit. Ukpong started his career in Nigeria as a petrophysicist with Schlumberger in 1993, where he held several executive roles including Human Resources Director for Schlumberger Corporate; Vice President and Regional Manager of Software Integrated Solutions in Latin America; and General Manager of Schlumberger Oilfield Services in Equatorial Guinea, Cameroon, Ivory Coast and Ghana. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science and a Master’s degree in petroleum engineering from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, United Kingdom.

W. Geoffrey Beattie

Mr. W. Geoffrey Beattie is Director of the company. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of Generation Capital, a private investment company based in Toronto, Canada, since September 2013. He served previously as Chief Executive Officer of the Woodbridge Company Limited, a privately held investment company and the majority shareholder of Thomson Reuters from March 1998 to December 2012, where he also served as Deputy Chairman from May 2000 to May 2013. Jamie Miller

Ms. Jamie S. Miller is Director of the company. She has served as the Senior Vice President, GE and President and Chief Executive Officer, GE Transportation since October 2015. Miller previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer for GE from April 2013 to September 2015. Brenneman previously held several executive and leadership positions at CCMP Capital Advisors, including Chief Executive Officer from 2015 to 2016 and Chairman from 2008 to 2016. Brenneman served as Executive Chairman of Quizno’s Corporation from 2008 to 2010 and as its President and Chief Executive Officer from 2007 to 2008. He served on Baker Hughes Incorporated’s Board of Directors from 2014 through July 2017 and served on the board of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. and Francesca’s Collections within the last five years. Clarence Cazalot

Mr. Clarence Peter Cazalot, Jr., is Independent Director of the Company. He was the Executive Chairman of the Board of Marathon Oil Corporation from August 2013 to December 2013. Mr. Cazalot served as the Chairman of Marathon Oil Corporation from 2011 to 2013 and as President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Marathon Oil Corporation from 2002 to August 2013. He served as Vice Chairman of USX Corporation and President of Marathon Oil Company from 2000 to 2001. Prior to joining USX Corporation , Cazalot held a variety of executive roles with Texaco Inc. He served on Baker Hughes Incorporated’s Board of Directors from 2002 to July 2017 and within the last five years, he served on the Board of FMC Technologies. Cazalot currently serves as a director of Enbridge, Inc.

Lynn Elsenhans

Ms. Lynn Laverty Elsenhans is Independent Director of the Company. She was the Executive Chairman of Sunoco, Inc. from January 2009 until May 2012, and Chief Executive Officer and President from August 2008 until March 2012. She also served as Chairman of Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. from October 2008 until May 2012, and Chief Executive Officer from July 2010 until March 2012. Elsenhans worked at Royal Dutch Shell for more than 28 years where she held a number of senior roles, including Executive Vice President, Global Manufacturing from 2005 to 2008. She served on Baker Hughes Incorporated’s Board of Directors from 2012 to July 2017 and as a director of Flowserve Corporation within the last five years. She is a member of the Board of Directors of GlaxoSmithKline and also serves on the Board of the Texas Medical Center, the United Way of Greater Houston, and the First Tee of Greater Houston.
