Anders Moberg

Mr. Anders Moberg has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Byggmax Group AB since May 5, 2015. He has been Director of the Company since 2006. He was formerly Board Member of Velux A/S and ICA AB and Chief Executive Officer of the IKEA Group, Royal Ahold N.V. and Majid Al Futtaim Group LLC. His other assignments include being Board Member of Bergendahl & Son AB, ZetaDisplay AB, Hema B.V., ITAB AB, Rezidor AB, Christ GmbH, BoConcept A/S.

Mattias Ankarberg

Mr. Mattias Ankarberg has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer at Byggmax Group AB effective as of November 14, 2016. Mattias Ankarberg has for the last seven years worked at H&M, most recently as global head of sales and marketing. Pernilla Walfridsson

Ms. Pernilla Walfridsson has been Chief Financial Officer at Byggmax Group AB since 2005. She was formerly Chief Financial Officer of consumer electronics chain Power, Business Controller of IKEA Russia and Controller at IKEA AB.
