Name Description

Anders Ullberg

Mr. Anders Ullberg has been Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors of Boliden AB since 2005. He also serves as Chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee and Member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee of the Company. Mr. Ullberg is Chairman of the Boards of Directors of Eneqvist Consulting, Natur&Kultur and Studsvik. In addition, he holds directorships at Atlas Copco, Beijer Alma and Valedo Partners, and serves as Chairman of the Swedish Financial Reporting Board and Member of the Board of the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group. He was previously CEO of Svenska Varv, CFO, Vice President and President and CEO of SSAB. He holds Master of Science degree in Economics.

Lennart Evrell

Mr. Lennart Evrell has been Member of the Company's Board of Directors of Boliden AB since 2008. He no longer serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective as of half way through 2018 (around June 2018). He has held the position since 2007. He serves as Chairman of the Boards of Umea University and the Employers’ Association of the Swedish Mining Industry. He is also Deputy Chairman of the Board of SveMin and Member of the Board of the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise. Hakan Gabrielsson

Mr. Hakan Gabrielsson has been appointed Chief Financial Officer at Boliden AB effective as of April 2016. He was previously employed at the Company from 2009 until 2011. He was CFO of Fagerhult, Director Group Controlling at Boliden and a variety of positions within Sapa, Ericsson and Electrolux. He holds Master of Science degree in Economics.

Thomas Soderqvist

Mr. Thomas Soderqvist has been appointed Senior Vice President - Corporate Responsibility at Boliden AB, effective as of September 1, 2015. He has served as Area Manager for the Boliden Area. He returned to Boliden in 2012 from Sandvik, where he had been Senior Vice President Marketing and Sales at Sandvik Mining and Construction, having previously worked in different business areas and various central functions within the Sandvik group. Before moving to Sandvik, Thomas worked at Boliden, among other things as Mine Manager for Laisvall and Saxberget. He studied at Bergsskolan – The Swedish School of Mining and Metallurgy.

Jenny Gotthardsson

Ms. Jenny Gotthardsson has been appointed General Manager, Boliden Garpenberg at Boliden AB effective as of June 1, 2017. Her most recent position has been as Mill Manager in Garpenberg. Jenny holds a Master's degree in Chemistry and Physical Geography from Umea University. She has been a Boliden employee since 2000, starting at the Laisvall mine but working at Garpenberg since 2001, where she has held the positions of EHS Manager and HR Manager before becoming the Mill Manager in 2012.

Kerstin Konradsson

Ms. Kerstin Konradsson has been President Boliden Smelters at Boliden AB since February 1, 2012. She served at AKERS as Chief Executive Officer of AKERS SWEDEN AB, and as Divisional Manager for AKERS' casting operations in Europe and Asia. She was also Member of the AKERS group management team. She began her career at Elkem Scanlance AB in Hoganas, and then moved to SSAB in Oxelosund, where she stayed for 12 years. She was initially employed by SSAB as a Development Engineer, and subsequently held a variety of managerial positions within the company. When she left SSAB in 2007, she was responsible for the Metallurgy unit in Oxelosund. She is Member of the Board of Hoganas. She holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering (Metallurgy) from Kungliga Tekniska Hogskolan – KTH.

Mikael Staffas

Mr. Mikael Staffas has served as President Boliden Mines at Boliden AB since November 20, 2015. He no longer serves as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective as of up to and including March 2016 (around March 31, 2016). He has held this position since July 2011. Before that, he has been Acting Director of Boliden Mines within the Company since August 15, 2015. His most recent position was at the Forest industry company, Sodra Skogsagarna, where he was CFO from 2005. He graduated with a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology (Kungliga Tekniska Hogskola), after which he spent 14 years in various positions within the Management Consultancy firm, McKinsey & Co, the last five years as Partner. In addition to experience of Financial Control, Risk Management and Strategy, he also has experience in working with Raw Materials and Logistics within the Metals industry. He is Member of the Board of SJ, the Employers’ Association of the Swedish Mining Industry, and SveMin. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree.

Roland Antonsson

Mr. Roland Antonsson has served as Employee Representative on the Board of Directors of Boliden AB since 2012. He was Deputy Member of the Board between 2009 and 2012. He is Representative of IF Metall (Swedish Metalworkers’ Union) and Chairman of the IF Metall Ronnskar branch.

Marie Holmberg

Ms. Marie Holmberg has been Employee Representative on the Board of Directors of Boliden AB since 2008. Previously, from 2005 to 2008, she served as Deputy Member of the Company's Board of Directors. She is Representative of the Swedish Association of Graduate Engineers.

Pia Rudengren

Ms. Pia Rudengren has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Boliden AB since April 25, 2017. She holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration. She previously was Chief Financial Officer of Investor and Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Capital Management. She serves as Member of the Board of Duni, KappAhl and Tikkurila.

Marie Berglund

Ms. Marie Berglund has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Boliden AB since 2003. She is Vice President, Raw Materials and Environment at NCC Industry. Mr. Tom Erixon has served as Independent Member of the Board of Directors at Boliden AB since May 3, 2013. He is Member of the Audit Committee. He holds Bachelor of Legal Letters and Master of Business Administration degrees. He also serves as President and CEO of Alfa Laval. He is Member of the Board of Chinsay. Previously, he served as Managing Partner at Boston Consulting Group, and held a variety of senior positions within Sandvik. He was also President & CEO of Ovako.

Michael G:son Low

Mr. Michael G:son Low has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Boliden AB since April 27, 2010. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Preem AB (2003-2012). He is Chairman of the Board of RecondOil, Member of the Boards of Concordia Maritime, Preem, Stena Bulk and the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise. He also serves as Deputy Chairman on the Board of Directors of IKEM, the Swedish Chamber of Commerce for Russia & CIS, and the Swedish Association for Energy Economics, as well as Member on the Boards of the Chalmers Advisory Committee and the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences. Elisabeth Nilsson

Ms. Elisabeth Nilsson has been Independent Director of Boliden AB since May 5, 2015. She holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering. She is the County Governor of the County of Ostergotland. She also serves as Member of the Board of Directors of Outokumpu and EKN and Member of Skandia’s Council. She previously was CEO of Jernkontoret (the Swedish Steel Producers’ Association) and has worked for the SSAB corporate group in such roles as Head of Metallurgy in Oxelosund and as CEO of SSAB Merox.

Mr. Pekka Vauramo has been Independent Director of Boliden AB since May 3, 2016. He is President and CEO of Finnair and serves as Member of the Board of Directors of Ilmarinen and Glaston Plc.
