Name Description

Vincent Bollore

Mr. Vincent Bollore has served as Chairman of the Board of Bollore SA since June 28, 1990 and took up the additional responsibility of Chief Executive Officer of the Company on December 21, 2006. He has been Chairman of Groupe Bollore since 1981. He also holds several other mandates within the Bollore group, including Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bollore Participations, Chairman of the Board of Financiere de l’Odet and Blue Solutions, Chairman of Somabol (SCA), Chief Executive Officer of Omnium Bollore and Financiere V, Director of Blue Solutions, Bollore, Bollore Participations, Financiere Moncey, Financiere de l’Odet, Financiere V and Omnium Bollore;, and Permanent Representative of Bollore Participations on the Board of Directors of Societe Industrielle et Financiere de l’Artois, as well as on the Supervisory Board of Compagnie du Cambodge. He also holds various other mandates, including Chairman and Member of the Supervisory Board of Vivendi, Permanent representative of Bollore on the Board of Fred & Farid Group and Chairman and member of the Supervisory Board of Canal+ group, among others.

Cyrille Bollore

Mr. Cyrille Bollore serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Vice Chairman of the Board, Managing Director of Bollore SA. He was appointed as a Director of the Company on June 10, 2009. He graduated from Universite Paris IX Dauphine with a Master of Science in Finance. He became the Deputy Director of Supply and Logistics of Bollore Energie in November 2007 and was then the Director of Supply and Logistics of Bollore Energie from December 2008 until August 2010. He was then the Chief Executive Officer of Bollore Energie from September 1, 2010 until September 2011 and became the President of Bollore Energie on October 3, 2011. He also was Chairman of Bollore Logistics until December 2014, and Chairman of Bollore Africa Logistics from November 2014 to May 2016. He has been Chairman of Bollore Transport & Logistics Corporate (formerly Bollore Transport & Logistics) since April 2016, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Bollore since June 5, 2013, and Vice-Chairman, Chief Executive Officer of Financiere de l’Odet since September 1, 2017.

Cedric de Bailliencourt

Mr. Cedric de Bailliencourt was appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board of Bollore SA on December 21, 2006. He also became the Chief Financial Officer of the Company from 2008 and served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company from December 21, 2006 until August 31, 2012. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company from December 12, 2002 until December 21, 2006 and was also the Director of Shareholdings and Communications of the Company until 2008. Yannick Bollore

Mr. Yannick Bollore serves as a Vice Chairman of the Board of Bollore SA. He graduated from Universite Paris IX Dauphine. He is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of WY Productions. He became the Director of Programs at TNT Direct 8 from July 8, 2006 until September 2012, Managing Director of the Television, Internet and Diversification branch of Bollore Media from November 2008 until December 2012, and Chief Executive Officer of Bollore Media from 2009 until December 2012. He has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Havas since August 30, 2013. He also holds several other mandates within the Bollore group, including Board Member of Bollore Participations, Financiere V, Omnium Bollore and Financiere de l’Odet, and Permanent Representative of Havas on the Board of Directors of W&Cie, among others.

Nicolas Alteirac

Mr. Nicolas Alteirac has been Employee Representative on the Board of Directors of Bollore SA since November 22, 2017. He was appointed by the Group Works Committee. He has been Head of customs since 2017 at Bollore Logistics Marignane. Previously, he was Customs broker from 2007 to 2017. He joined the Bollore Group in 2002 as a maritime transit agent. He is a graduate of the Institut universitaire de technologie gestion logistique et transport of Aix-en-Provence in 2002.

Elsa Berst

Ms. Elsa Berst has been Employee Representative on the Board of Directors of Bollore SA since November 22, 2017. She was appointed by the Group Works Committee. Since October 2015, she has been Editorial Communication Officer of Bollore Transportation & Logistics. From 2012 to 2015, she was Assistant to the Vice-Chairman of the Bollore Group, from 2007 to 2012 she was permanent reporter for the daily newspapers Direct Matin and Direct Soir (Bollore Media Group). Ms. Chantal Bollore has been Member of the Board of directors of Bollore SA since June 3, 2016. She is a graduate of the Ecole des langues orientales, Chantal Bollore had a career as press attache at Jours de France and journalist, notably on the Figaro. She also worked in publishing and is now retired. She is Director of Financiere de l’Odet, Societe Industrielle et Financiere de l’Artois and Financiere Moncey, as well as Member of the Supervisory Board of Compagnie du Cambodge.

Ms. Marie Bollore has been a Director of Bollore SA since June 9, 2011. She previously served as a Representative of Financiere V on the Company's Board of Directors from February 10, 2011. Valerie Coscas

Ms. Valerie Coscas has served as Independent Director at Bollore SA since June 3, 2016. She holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from INSEAD (2008). Alexandre Picciotto

Mr. Alexandre Francois Julien Picciotto has served as Independent Director of Bollore SA since June 4, 2015. He is a graduate of the Ecole superieure de gestion (1990). From 1990 to 2008, he was business development manager at Orfim, a development capital company belonging to his father, Sebastien Picciotto, a major shareholder of the Bollore Group since 1983. Over this period he developed projects primarily in real estate and broadcasting. He is also responsible for Aygaz, a historic shareholding of the Picciotto family, and a leader in the distribution of LPG cylinders and fuel in Turkey. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Orfim since 2008. He is also Member of the Supervisory Board of Rubis.

Olivier Roussel

Mr. Olivier Roussel is an Independent Director of Bollore SA. He was appointed on June 17, 1998. In the course of his career he acted in managerial positions at Nobel-Bozel, Heli-Union, Eminence and Istac from 1974. He was the Chairman of Acor from 1975 to 2006 and a Director or Member of the Supervisory Board of Roussel-Uclaf (1975 to 1982), Nobel-Bozel (1974-1978) and Carrere Group (2000-2006). Martine Studer

Ms. Martine Studer has been an Independent Director of Bollore SA since June 9, 2011. She is a former Minister and Deputy to the Prime Minister in charge of communication. In 1998, she became the Founding Partner of Ocean Ogilvy, an advertising network present in sub-Saharan Africa. She currently holds various other mandates, including Chairman of the Board of Ocean Central Africa (Cameroon), and Chairman and CEO of Ocean Ogilvy Gabon.

Francois Thomazeau

Mr. Francois Thomazeau has served as Independent Director of Bollore SA since March 22, 2007. He served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of Allianz France (ex-AGF SA) between January 1, 2006 and July 31, 2010. He started off as an Auditor in 1977. He moved to the Caisse Nationale de Credit Agricole in 1981 as a Director. In 1987, he became Deputy Director for Aerospatiale SNI, a position he held until 1991. Between 1991 and 1994, he was Managing Director for Air France. In 1994, he became a Managing Director of UAP Assistance. Between 1995 and 1998, he was Managing Director of Finance of Athena Assurances, then Managing Director and Chairman of Athena Finance and then of Athena Immobilier. He also serves as Director of Financiere de l’Odet and Director of Allianz Benelux.
