Name Description

Scott Grimes

Mr. Scott Grimes is Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder and Director of the Company. He is an experienced entrepreneur and strategist. Prior to founding Cardlytics, Scott was a senior vice president and general manager at Capital One where his team developed ground-breaking payments products. Scott has worked on both sides of the emerging technology world - as a principal at Canaan Partners and as an executive at the leading e-Sourcing company, FreeMarkets. He led key strategy and M & A initiatives for technology companies during his eight years as a principal at McKinsey & Company. Scott began his career with a 10 year stint at Schlumberger as an electrical engineer. Scott holds a BSEE from Union College and an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.

Lynne Laube

Ms. Lynne Laube is the Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer, Director of Cardlytics, Inc. Lynne Laube is an accomplished executive who has been leading step change innovation for over 20 years. In 2008, she founded one of the country’s fastest growing companies, Cardlytics, and solved a long-standing challenge for financial institutions and marketers. As Chief Operating Officer, Lynne has secured over $200 million in capital from leading investors and scaled the company to serve the world's leading financial institutions and retailers. Lynne has tremendous passion around helping women excel in the corporate workplace. She has led a number of initiatives to develop and mentor women. Most recently, she launched the "Women of Cardlytics". This program provides a real competitive advantage by making Cardlytics the technology company of choice for talented women, as demonstrated by winning top places to work in Atlanta several years running. Lynne was a 2012 and 2013 finalist for E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award. She was recently declared one of the top 10 venture-backed female founders by Inc. Lynne holds a BS in Finance and Marketing from University of Cincinnati’s College of Business and is a graduate of Darden’s Executive Leadership program at UVA.

David Evans

Mr. David Evans is the Chief Financial Officer & Head of Corporate Development at Cardlytics. He oversees accounting and financial planning & analysis as well as investor relations, capital formation initiatives, strategic alliances and mergers & acquisitions within the company. David brings 15 years of experience in investment banking, private equity and engineering. Prior to Cardlytics, David directed investment banking coverage efforts at Wells Fargo Securities on behalf of clients in the financial technology sector, where he was responsible for originating, negotiating and executing mergers & acquisitions, equity and leveraged finance transactions. He has also worked in the investment banking divisions at Wachovia Securities, Cowen and J.P. Morgan and started his career in engineering and consulting. David earned a BSE in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Auburn University and an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

Dani Cushion

Ms. Dani Cushion is Chief Marketing Officer of the Company. She leads the company’s marketing and communications efforts. Dani brings more than 15 years of experience in global brand and agency marketing roles. Prior to joining Cardlytics, she ran brand marketing, research, events, communications, and product marketing at mobile ad platform Millennial Media as the senior vice president of global marketing and communications. Previously, Dani oversaw partnership marketing at Sirius XM, promoting the company’s major media partnerships, including MLB, NHL and Oprah. She began her career in sports marketing & media at Major League Soccer, Swiss-based ISL, and Omnicom agency Millsport / The Marketing Arm. Dani graduated from Lehigh University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, and minors in Philosophy and Economics.

Fred Rolle

Mr. Fred Rolle is Chief Strategy Officer & President, Bank Programs of the Company. He works with the leadership team to create and refine a strategic agenda that drives current and future resource investment. He is also responsible for all banking relationships, including bank sales and implementations, as well as bank technical operations and advertiser operations. Prior to joining Cardlytics, Fred led strategy at USAA, supporting all lines of business - banking, brokerage, property and casualty, and life insurance. Before USAA, Fred held several leadership roles at Capital One including credit card strategy, retail bank marketing and retail bank lending. Fred joined Capital One after five years at Bain & Company where he drove strategy projects for clients across retail, technology, consumer goods, and transportation/logistics industries. Earlier in his career, Fred spent several years at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and MBNA (now Bank of America Credit Card). Fred holds a BS from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Duke University.
