Name Description

Ernst Baertschi

Dr. Ernst Baertschi is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Conzzeta AG since December 31, 2015. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors and Group Chief Executive Officer (Delegate of the Board of Directors) of Conzzeta AG since February 3, 2015. Prior to that, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company from April 2014. He has been Member of the Board of Directors of Bucher Industries AG since 2005. He has served as Non-Executive director of building materials manufacturer and supplier CRH plc (Ireland) since 2011 and as Member of the Advisory Board of private equity investors CRCI (China) since 2012. In 2002, he joined Sika AG serving as Chief Financial Officer until 2004 and as Chief Executive Officer from 2005 to 2011. Following a period with Nestle he joined Schindler Group where he held a variety of management posts between 1980 and 2002, including Managing Director of Schindler Switzerland and Chief Financial Officer of Schindler Group.

Michael Willome

Mr. Michael Willome is Group Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Management Board of Conzzeta AG since January 1, 2016. He previously worked from 1997 in various management positions at Clariant AG, a Swiss Group in the specialty chemicals sector with global operations. From 2010 onwards, he was responsible there for the global Industrial & Consumer Specialties (ICS) business unit, after serving for 14 years in various management roles in Hong Kong, Canada and Turkey. He previously worked at Novartis in Group Auditing. Michael Willome is a member of the supervisory board of several subsidiaries based in Switzerland, Germany and Austria of the Swedish industrial group Indutrade.

Kaspar Kelterborn

Mr. Kaspar W. Kelterborn is Chief Financial Officer, Member of the Management Board at Conzzeta AG since March 15, 2006. Between 2003 and mid-2005, he was the chief financial officer and a member of the executive committee at the Unaxis Group. Between 1996 and 2002, he worked for the Clariant Group abroad, performing managerial roles in the areas of finance and controlling, including between 2000 and 2002 as the head of finance at a division with global operations based in Manchester, England; between 1998 and 2000 as chief financial officer for the ASEAN region based in Singapore; and between 1996 and 1998 as country head of finance for Spain and Thailand. He earned a degree in Business Administration from Universitaet St. Gallen in 1991.

Barbara Senn

Ms. Barbara Senn is General Counsel, Member of the Management Board at Conzzeta AG since May 2014. She worked as a Corporate Legal Counsel for the concerns Georg Fischer from 2002 to 2010, and Rieter from 1996 to 2001, in different fields of law. Ms. Senn studied Law at Universitaet Zuerich and got her admission to the bar in 1995. She also gained an LL.M (Master of Legal Letters) in International Law of Economic in 1998.

Oliver Pabst

Dr. Oliver Pabst is Member of the Management Board, Head of the Sporting Goods business unit of Conzzeta AG since September 1, 2016. From 2006, he was a member of the executive board at Willy Bogner KGaA, Munich, and general manager of various units with strategic and operational responsibility for international business, retail and e-commerce. From 2002 until 2005, he was Managing Partner at Boards & More Holding SA, Montreux. Oliver Pabst started his career in 1993 at McKinsey & Company in Zurich. He is chairman of the supervisory board at Bergfürst AG, Berlin, and a member of the supervisory board at Leffers, Oldenburg, in addition to Reischmann KgaA, Ravensburg, and Avenso GmbH (LUMAS and WHITE WALL), Berlin.

Jakob Rohner

Mr. Jakob Rohner is Member of the Management Board, Head of Graphic Coatings business unit at Conzzeta AG since 2011. From 2009 to 2011, he held a consultancy brief with Ivers-Lee AG, Burgdorf. Burghard Schneider

Dr. Burghard Schneider is Member of the Management Board, Head of the Glass Processing Business Unit at Conzzeta AG since February 2014. From 2008 until he joined the Conzzeta Group, Dr. Schneider worked for the international Felss Group, initially as CEO of Felss Systems GmbH. In 2011 he was additionally appointed CMTO of Felss Holding group management. For the ten years previous to that, he served in a number of positions at the German special glass manufacturer Schott AG. During this period, he was responsible for opening up new markets, both in technological and regional Terms.

Bart ten Brink

Mr. Bart J. ten Brink will resign as Member of the Management Board and Head of Foam Materials business unit at Conzzeta AG with effect from December 31, 2017, which he served since November 2009. From 1991, he served in various management and senior management positions within the international foam manufacturing group Recticel N. V., for the last ten years as Head of two strategic business units, Composite Foams and Acoustical Products, with worldwide responsibility. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. ten Brink was Technical Director and Industrial Manager for the Nordflex Group Scandinavia (joint venture of Recticel Int. and Shell Scandinavia). Between 1992 and 1995, he served as Plant Manager of Recticel Industry Buren. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of EUROPUR, the European Association of Flexible Polyurethane Foam Blocks Manufacturers.

Alex Waser

Mr. Alex Waser is Member of the Management Board, Head of Sheet Metal Processing business unit of Conzzeta AG since April 2013. Between 2010 until his arrival at the Conzzeta Group, he managed the majority of European markets for Ecolab, a US provider of systems solutions for the food industry, out of its European branch Ecolab Europe GmbH, Wallisellen. Between 1994 and 2010, he worked at the SPX Group, a business offering workshop equipment and diagnostic systems for the automotive industry worldwide. During this time, he performed various management functions in Europe and in the United States, including most recently that of president of Service Solutions for SPX Europe GmbH, Hainburg (Germany) for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions.

Roland Abt

Dr. Roland Abt is Member of the Board of Directors at Conzzeta AG since 2014. He has been Chief Financial Officer at Georg Fischer AG since 2004. He joined the group in 1996, initially serving (from 1997 to 2004) as Chief Financial Officer of Agie Charmilles Group. Between 1987 and 1996 he worked for the Swiss Eternit Group, holding a variety of positions in Switzerland and Venezuela. Urs Riedener

Mr. Urs Riedener has been Member of the Board of Directors at Conzzeta AG since 2014. He is Member of the Audit Committee at the Company. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Emmi, Lucerne, since 2008. Prior to that, he served as head of marketing and Member of the Executive Board of the Federation of Migros Cooperatives. He began his career working in various capacities at Kraft Jacobs Suchard. Jacob Schmidheiny

Mr. Jacob Schmidheiny is Member of Board of Directors of Conzzeta AG since May 2014. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Company from 1984 to April 30, 2014 and Member of the Board of Directors from 1977 to 1984. In addition, Mr. Schmidheiny has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of TEGULA AG in Zurich since 1984. In 1976, he became Member of the Executive Board of Zuercher Ziegeleien, today Conzzeta AG, and was President as well as Chief Executive Officer from 1978 to 2001. Robert Spoerry

Mr. Robert F. Spoerry is Member of the Board of Directors at Conzzeta AG since 1996. He is Member of the Human Resources Committee at the Company. In addition, he also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Mettler-Toledo International Inc. in Greifensee, which he also led as Chief Executive Officer from 1993 to 2007.
