Name Description

Les Vinney

Mr. Les C. Vinney is the Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of the Company. He was Independent Director of Campbell Soup Co., since 2003. Mr. Vinney is Chair of the Compensation and Organization Committee and also serves on the Finance and Corporate Development Committee. Mr. Vinney retired as President and CEO of STERIS Corporation in 2007. He has been a director of Patterson Companies, Inc. since 2008 and served on the Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland from 2005 through 2010. Mr. Vinney brings to the Board extensive experience and perspective in the areas of accounting, finance and business operations. After joining STERIS Corporation in 1999 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, he was elected President and Chief Executive Officer of that company from 2000 to 2007. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. Vinney served as a Senior Advisor to STERIS. Prior to joining STERIS, Mr. Vinney worked at Goodrich Corporation, which he joined in 1991 as Vice President of Finance — Specialty Chemicals and where he held successive executive positions until his election as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1998. Prior to joining Goodrich, Mr. Vinney held a number of senior operating and financial management positions with Engelhard Corporation. He began his career at Exxon Corporation in 1972 in financial management.

Keith McLoughlin

Mr. Keith R. McLoughlin is Interim President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the company. Mr. Keith recently retired as President and Chief Executive Officer of AB Electrolux, a multinational appliance company producing and selling more than 50 million products a year in more than 150 countries. Under McLoughlin's leadership, Electrolux increased investments in consumer-led innovation, focusing on profitable growth areas and leveraging the scale of the company through global integration. McLoughlin continues to support Electrolux in the North American market on a consultancy basis. McLoughlin joined AB Electrolux in 2003 as head of Major Appliances North America and Executive Vice President of AB Electrolux. Between 2004 and 2007, he also served as head of Major Appliances Latin America. From 2009 until 2011, McLoughlin served as Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President, AB Electrolux. He was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of AB Electrolux in 2011, a position he held until his retirement in January, 2016. McLoughlin graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in engineering. McLoughlin is a member of the Board of Directors at Briggs & Stratton Corporation.

Anthony DiSilvestro

Mr. Anthony P. DiSilvestro serves as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Campbell Soup Company. He joined Campbell in 1996 as Deputy Treasurer. He was promoted to Vice President-Treasurer in 1997, and named Vice President-Finance, Campbell North America, in 1999. He then served as Vice President-Strategic Planning and Corporate Development prior to becoming Vice President-Finance, Campbell International in 2002. In March 2004 he was named Vice President-Controller, where he oversaw the company’s accounting functions and compliance with all financial and reporting requirements. He was appointed Campbell’s Senior Vice President-Finance in April 2010, which in 2012 was expanded to include the finance responsibilities for Campbell North America. He earned his B.A. degree in economics from Dartmouth College, and his M.B.A. degree from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Edward Carolan

Mr. Edward Carolan has been appointed as President - Campbell Fresh of the Company, with effect from November 1, 2016. He joined Campbell in 2001 and has successfully led several significant businesses and functions. Most recently, he served as President of Integrated Global Services (IGS). Formed in January 2015, IGS is Campbell’s global shared services organization focused on building enterprise capabilities while lowering costs. In that role, Carolan created and implemented a business model designed to unlock value for the company, build new capabilities and deliver faster and more efficient services. Under Carolan’s leadership, IGS drove cost savings that contributed to the company’s gross margin expansion and record cash flow from operations in fiscal 2016. Earlier in his career, as President, U.S. Retail, Carolan was responsible for Campbell’s $3.6 billion U.S. Soup, Sauces and Beverages business. He also led the U.S. Soup and Simple Meals business for Campbell, where he drove five consecutive quarters of growth in U.S. soup, including 5 percent growth in fiscal 2013. Previously, he served as General Manager - Pepperidge Farm Snacks Division, leading the crackers and cookies business, where he accelerated growth behind Goldfish crackers. From 2006 to 2009, he was General Manager of Campbell’s StockPot® fresh soup and North America Foodservice businesses. Before joining Campbell, Carolan spent five years in brand management at Procter & Gamble. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Luca Mignini

Mr. Luca Mignini is Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of the company. Luca oversees all aspects of Campbell's existing businesses in Europe, Asia Pacific, China, and Latin America. He also works to identify opportunities in new markets around the world. Luca has led consumer packaged goods businesses around the world, including successfully driving growth in Latin and South America, Greater China, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Eastern Europe. Previously, Luca spent more than two years as the CEO of the Findus Italy division of IGLO Group, Europe’s leading frozen food business. The Findus brand of family-oriented frozen foods includes vegetables, chicken, and fish, and accounts for approximately 40 percent of IGLO’s annual sales. He also served on IGLO’s board of directors. Before that, Luca worked with SC Johnson for more than 20 years in international and regional roles in Europe, Greater China and South East Asia, and Latin America. His last role was Senior Vice President, Europe, Japan and Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this, he served as Vice President, Central and South East Europe; and Vice President, Greater China/ASEAN. Earlier in his career, Luca held positions at Johnson & Johnson and Perugina Buitoni. Luca earned his bachelor of economics and business administration degree from Bocconi University, Milan, Italy, and his M.B.A. degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Xavier Boza

Mr. Xavier Boza is Chief Human Resource Officer, Senior Vice President of the Company. Since joining Campbell in 2015, Boza has served as Vice President, Human Resources, Global Biscuits and Snacks, and has been instrumental in many important initiatives. He led the organizational design and new operating model for Campbell's Kelsen unit in China, supporting the expansion of its Shanghai operations. Additionally, he played a crucial role in the acquisition of and integration planning for Snyder's-Lance, including spearheading the organizational design of the Campbell Snacks unit. Before joining Campbell, Boza served as Regional Vice President Human Resources and Global Supply Chain for the Kellogg Company. Earlier in his career, he held senior HR roles at Kraft Foods including Vice President-Human Resources for the $4.5 billion Oscar Mayer business unit, and Vice President-Human Resources, Central and Eastern Europe Region and Global Sales. Boza previously held positions with Hovensa LLC, Grunenthal Pharmaceutical and Abbott Laboratories. He also served as a United States Air Force Human Resources Officer for nearly 10 years. Boza earned his B.S. degree in business administration from Western New England College, and his M.S. degree in international relations from Webster University.

Adam Ciongoli

Mr. Adam G. Ciongoli serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel of Campbell Soup Company. Most recently, he was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Lincoln Financial Group, a Fortune 250 insurance and financial services company, where he directed the law, compliance, corporate secretary, and government relations departments. He also provided strategic counsel to the Board of Directors and senior management team. His previous experience also includes serving as the counselor to John Ashcroft when he was Attorney General of the United States; as chief counsel to the U.S. Senate Subcommittee on the Constitution, Federalism and Property Rights; and as law clerk to United States Supreme Court Justice Samuel A. Alito, Jr. He earned his B.A. degree in history from the University of Pennsylvania, and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Habitat for Humanity in Philadelphia and also serves as a Lecturer-in-Law at Columbia University Law School.

Bob Furbee

Mr. Bob Furbee serves as Senior Vice President, Campbell Soup Company and Senior Vice President - Global Supply Chain of the company effective June 1, 2017. Under Furbee, Campbell will create an integrated global supply chain organization designed to deliver new capabilities and efficiencies to drive growth. In his most recent role as Senior Vice President, Supply Chain, Americas Simple Meals and Beverages, Furbee oversaw all facets of the division's supply chain organization, in addition to global responsibility for operations quality, safety, engineering and environmental activities. Furbee was also responsible for manufacturing, distribution logistics, procurement and customer service for the Americas division. Furbee joined Campbell in 1984 and has held various roles of increasing responsibility across manufacturing, operations and quality.

Bethmara Kessler

Ms. Bethmara Kessler has been appointed as the Senior Vice President - Integrated Global Services of the Company, with effect from November 1, 2016. Previously Vice President, Corporate Audit, was named Senior Vice President of IGS, succeeding Carolan. Kessler will join Campbell’s Leadership Team and Kessler joined Campbell as Vice President, Corporate Audit in 2014 from Warner Music Group, where she had served as Senior Vice President, Internal Audit, and Co-Chief Compliance Officer. Before that, she co-founded and worked for the Fraud and Risk Advisory Group, a consulting firm. Earlier in her career, she served on the executive leadership team at Limited Brands. She also played a key role in helping implement the company's shared services processes and capabilities. Kessler earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Baruch College of the City University of New York. She is a certified fraud examiner and a certified information systems auditor. She is a member of the Association of Fraud Examiners, Institute of Internal Auditors and Information Systems Audit & Control Association.

Francisco Fraga

Mr. Francisco Fraga serves as Vice President, Chief Technology and Information Officer of the Company. In this role, Fraga will oversee Global Information Technology (IT) for Campbell, building a world-class IT function that delivers value to the business. Fraga joins Campbell from The Procter & Gamble Company (P&G), where he spent 21 years in various leadership roles. Most recently, Fraga led enterprise-wide IT services as IT Global Chief Technology Officer. Additionally, he supported P&G's Feminine Care category as IT Functional Leader. While at P&G, Fraga led the development and execution of the enterprise-wide IT architecture and master plan. He also led the transformation of P&G's supply chain network in the U.S. by building digital capabilities. Fraga graduated from Simon Bolivar University in Venezuela with a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering.

Diego Palmieri

Mr. Diego Palmieri is Chief Marketing Officer, Vice President of the Company. Palmieri joins Campbell from SC Johnson, where he spent more than two decades in various business roles and nearly half his career in marketing. He was most recently general manager of the company's Greater China business (China, Hong Kong and Taiwan). In this role he built the company's entire e-commerce capability in China. Previously, he managed the Glade Home Fragrance business for all international markets and led the successful US acquisition of The Caldrea Company, including Mrs. Meyer's, the fastest growing brand in the natural cleaning space. He also led the marketing for brands including Off! Repellents and the Pledge Grab-It electrostatic duster line. Palmieri began his career at Sanyo Electric Co. and then Nestlé Argentina where he managed the Maggi soup and bouillon business. Palmieri earned his MBA from the Duke University Fuqua Business School and his undergraduate degree from Buenos Aires Institute of Technology in Argentina.

Craig Slavtcheff

Mr. Craig Slavtcheff is Vice President and Head of Research and Development of the Company. Most recently, Slavtcheff served as Vice President, R&D for Campbell Snacks and International. Prior to that he was Vice President, R&D for the Global Biscuits and Snacks division, a position he has held since 2015. Since joining Campbell in 2012, Slavtcheff and his team have combined culinary inspiration with product and packaging technology to develop snacks that appeal to consumers' desire for delicious, affordable and real foods. His team has built a strong product pipeline across Global Biscuits and Snacks, including the new Pepperidge Farm Farmhouse cookies line, one of the company's most successful launches in more than a decade. In addition, Slavtcheff led the teams that created organic wheat Goldfish crackers and new flavors of Milano cookies inspired by confections and ice cream. He also played an important role in expanding the Arnott's Tim Tam biscuit brand into emerging markets. Before joining Campbell, Slavtcheff held the positions of Senior Vice President of R&D and Quality Affairs at Sun Products Corporation and the North American Head of Home & Personal Care R&D at Unilever. In these roles, he led R&D and innovation for popular global brands, including Dove and Pond's cleansing & beauty products, Suave hair care, and Wisk and All laundry detergents. Slavtcheff is a Board of Trustee member and Executive Committee member for The American Institute of Baking and served as an Industrial Advisory Board Member for the University of Connecticut's Chemical Engineering Department, where he earned his B.S. degree in chemical engineering. He has been awarded more than dozens of patents in his career.

Monica Diaz

Ms. Monica Diaz is Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer of the Company. Diaz, joins Campbell from ESPN, part of The Walt Disney Company, where she was Vice President – Diversity, Inclusion and Wellness. While at ESPN, Diaz built diversity, inclusion and wellness strategies for their workforce, workplace and marketplace. Before ESPN, Diaz worked at Microsoft Corp. as Global Diversity and Inclusion Director, and at Merck & Co. in a variety of roles including Global Constituency Groups Director – Diversity and Work Environment. Earlier in her career, Diaz held roles in Human Resources at Sara Lee Corporation and Kelly Services. Diaz is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, the National Association of Multi-Ethnicity in Communications, the Women in Cable Telecommunications, and the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility's Corporate Executive Forum. She has been recognized with honors including Cablefax's Most Influential Minorities in Cable TV, the Tri-State Diversity Council's Multicultural Leadership Award and Hispanic Executive's Top 10 Lideres. She also completed the Women in Sports and Events (WISE) Executive Leadership Institute at Dartmouth College – Tuck School of Business.

Maria Hilado

Ms. Maria Teresa Hilado is Director of the Company. She has more than 30 years of experience in finance and treasury with several leading multinational companies across a variety of industries. She recently retired from global pharmaceutical company Allergan plc after serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from Dec. 2014 to Feb. 2018. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer for PepsiCo, Inc. for five years. Earlier in her career, Hilado spent more than 17 years with General Motors Company in leadership roles of increasing responsibility, most notably Assistant Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer, GMAC Commercial Finance LLC. She began her career with Far East Bank & Trust Co., in Manila, Philippines. Hilado is currently a member of the H.B. Fuller Company board of directors. She previously sat on the board of Bausch + Lomb. Hilado earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business.

Fabiola Arredondo de Vara

Ms. Fabiola R. Arredondo de Vara is an Independent Director of the company. She is the Managing Partner of Siempre Holdings, a private, single family investment office based in Greenwich, Conn. She also currently serves as a director of Burberry Group plc and National Public Radio Inc. (NPR), and is a member and prior Co-Chair of the National Council and Board Trustee of the World Wildlife Fund. She has previously served on the boards of Experian plc, Rodale Inc., Saks Inc., Intelsat S.A., Bankinter S.A., BOC Group plc and Sesame Workshop. Arredondo previously held senior operating roles at Yahoo! Inc., the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) and Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA. From 1997 to 2001, as a member of the initial team at Yahoo! Inc. and its Managing Director of Europe, Arredondo built and led the profitable eight country operation that drove Yahoo! to become the leading internet network in Europe. During her time there, she was featured on Fortune Europe's "Most Powerful Women" list, and after leaving Yahoo! was selected by an independent jury to top the "Most Influential Women in European Business" list for the Wall Street Journal Europe. Arredondo joined Yahoo! from the BBC, where she was Director of International Distribution responsible for their international television program licensing business in the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe, a member of BBC Worldwide's Executive Board and an Executive Board Director of its European Channel Management Board, which oversaw the BBC World and BBC Prime channels in Europe. Before joining the BBC, she was at BMG Entertainment, the music and television division of Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA, where she was the Director of Strategic Planning and then Regional Vice President of International A&R and Marketing across Spain, Portugal and Latin America.

Bennett Dorrance

Mr. Bennett Dorrance is an Independent Director of Campbell Soup Co. He serves as Co-Chair of the Governance Committee and is also a member of the Compensation and Organization Committee. He is the Managing Director and a co-founder of DMB Associates, a real estate development firm headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, which specializes in large master planned communities. Mr. Dorrance has served on the board of Insight Enterprises, Inc. since 2004, and is also a director of several privately held corporations and partnerships. In addition to his expertise in real estate development and operational management, Mr. Dorrance has extensive knowledge of Campbell Soup Company’s history, organization and culture. As a major shareholder, a descendent of the Company’s founder, and a director who has served on the Board for 25 years, he brings the perspective of a long-term, highly committed shareholder to the deliberations and decisions of the Board.

Randall Larrimore

Mr. Randall W. Larrimore is an Independent Director of Campbell Soup Co. Mr. Randall is Co-Chair of the Governance Committee and also serves on the Compensation and Organization Committee. Since 1997, he has been a director of Olin Corporation, where he is currently Chair of the governance committee and a member of the audit committee and compensation committee. Mr. Larrimore brings to Campbell strong management expertise, business acumen, board experience and considerable knowledge of consumer marketing and the packaged goods industry. From 2003 to 2005, he was non-executive Chairman of Olin Corporation. From 1997 to 2002, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of United Stationers, Inc., a wholesaler and distributor of office products. Prior to joining United Stationers, Mr. Larrimore was President and Chief Executive Officer of MasterBrand Industries, Inc., a subsidiary of Fortune Brands, Inc. He also served as Chairman and CEO of the Master Lock Company and Chairman of Moen Incorporated. He was President of Beatrice Home Specialties from 1983 until 1988 (prior to its acquisition by Fortune Brands), and held executive positions at PepsiCo, including the position of President of Pepsi-Cola Italy. Earlier in his career, Mr. Larrimore was a senior consultant with McKinsey & Company and worked in brand management with Richardson-Vicks, now a part of Procter & Gamble.

Marc Lautenbach

Mr. Marc Bradley Lautenbach is an Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Marc has served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Pitney Bowes Inc. and as a member of the Pitney Bowes Inc. board of directors since December 2012. Mr. Lautenbach brings substantial operational, marketing, sales and product development experience to the Company’s Board. He has extensive experience working with a broad range of customers and clients, as well as significant international experience. Before joining Pitney Bowes, Mr. Lautenbach spent 27 years in senior leadership roles at IBM, most recently serving as Managing Partner, North America, IBM Global Business Services. During his tenure at IBM, he was General Manager of the Americas from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, he served as General Manager of Global Small and Medium Business from 2000 to 2005, and Vice President of Small and Medium Business in Asia-Pacific from 1998 to 2000.

Mary Malone

Ms. Mary Alice Dorrance Malone is an Independent Director of Campbell Soup Co. Ms. Mary is currently serves on the Compensation and Organization Committee and the Finance and Corporate Development Committee. Ms. Malone is President of Iron Spring Farm, Inc., horse breeding and performance centers in Coatesville, Pennsylvania and Ocala, Florida, which she founded in 1976. Ms. Malone is an entrepreneur, and a private investor and officer of several private companies. She also serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations and actively participates in various philanthropic organizations. Ms. Malone has a keen interest in health and wellness matters and brings valuable insights to the Board in this area. She is a descendant of the founder of the Company, a major shareholder, and a director with more than 20 years of service, and possesses extensive knowledge of the Company’s history, organization and culture, and the perspective of a long-term, highly committed shareholder.

Sara Mathew

Ms. Sara Mathew is an Independent Director of Campbell Soup Co. She is chair of the Audit Committee and also serves on the Governance Committee. She has been a director of Freddie Mac since December 2013, and of Avon Products, Inc. since January 2014. She is also a member of the Zurich International Advisory Council. Ms. Mathew previously served as a director of The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation from 2008 until October 2013. Ms. Mathew brings to Campbell valuable insight and experience in global business and financial matters. She was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation from July 2010 until October 2013. Previously, she held a number of other leadership roles at Dun & Bradstreet, including President and Chief Executive Officer from January 2010 to July 2010; President and Chief Operating Officer from 2007 to 2009; President, U.S. from 2006 to 2007; President, International in 2006; and Chief Financial Officer from 2001 to 2007. In her preceding 18-year career at Procter & Gamble, she held a number of executive positions, the most recent of which was Vice President of Finance with responsibility for Australia, Asia and India.

Nick Shreiber

Mr. Nick Shreiber is an Independent Director of Campbell Soup Co. Mr. Nick serves on the Audit Committee and the Governance Committee. Mr. Shreiber brings strong international and operational experience to the Board, with more than 30 years of senior leadership experience in both line management and management consulting. In 2005 he completed an 18-year career at the Tetra Pak Group, a world leader in packaging and processing solutions for food, during the last five of which he served as President and Chief Executive Officer. He previously was a partner with McKinsey & Co., where he spent eight years with engagement responsibility for major clients in Europe and Latin America in diverse industrial and service sectors. Mr. Shreiber served on the board of Radiant Systems, Inc. in 2011, and currently serves on the Board of North Highland, an international management consulting company. In addition to his Board work, Mr. Shreiber mentors senior corporate executives on issues relating to leadership, organization and strategy.

Archbold van Beuren

Mr. Archbold D. van Beuren is an Independent Director of Campbell Soup Co. He serves on the Audit Committee and Finance and Corporate Development Committee. Mr. van Beuren brings to the Board wide-ranging skills in operational management and extensive knowledge of the Company, its customers, its products and the food industry. He began his 26-year career with Campbell in 1983 as an Associate Marketing Manager and served in various positions of increasing responsibility, including President of Godiva Chocolatier; President of a division responsible for the North America Foodservice business and the Company’s Canadian, Mexican and Latin American businesses; and Senior Vice President and President — Global Sales and Chief Customer Officer from 2007 until his retirement from Campbell on October 1, 2009. Mr. van Beuren began his career as an analyst with Belden & Associates Investments in 1979 and in 1980 moved to Triton Press, where he was Manager of Sales and Marketing. Mr. van Beuren serves on the board of Bissell Company, Inc. He is a descendant of the founder of the Company.
