Name Description

Stefan Widegren

Mr. Stefan Widegren is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cavotec Ltd since 2011. He has been Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since 2007. He is Member of the Company's Nomination Committee. He joined Specimas Srl (Italy) in 1972 and co-founded the Company in 1974, where he assumed the role of Managing Director. The Company acquired Specimas in 1984 and Mr. Widegren was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company in 1994. He was appointed Executive Chairman of Cavotec MSL in 2007. He is Sweden’s Honorary Consul in Ticino, Switzerland, Member of the Board of Directors of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Zurich, Switzerland, and a Member of the Rotary Milano Sud Est. He has also served as Chairman of the Union of International Chambers of Commerce in Italy and as Chairman of the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Milan. He previously held the position of Executive Chairman in Cavotec MSL, but is no longer employed by the company. He studied Mechanical Engineering, specialising in Hydraulics and Pneumatics at Stockholms Tekniska Institut (Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm) from 1970 to 1975.

Mikael Norin

Mr. Mikael C. Norin has been Chief Executive Officer at Cavotec Ltd effective as of July 1, 2017 and he has also served as Acting Human Resources Manager at the Company since September 20, 2017. He currently works as a board director and corporate advisor for a number of companies around the world. Most recently, Mikael Norin served as President, Rolls-Royce Marine Services, a division of the Rolls-Royce group offering after-market services and parts to the group's marine and navy customers around the world. Prior to this, he was President of Recall Americas, a division of Brambles Ltd, a global industrial services group based in Sydney, Australia. Prior to joining Recall, Mikael Norin spent 14 years with global engineering group ABB in increasingly senior executive roles based in Asia and Europe, culminating as Senior Vice President and head of the group’s Power Systems division based in Sweden. Mikael Norin has engineering training and he attended Lund University and obtained a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Economics with a specialization in International Business.

Kristiina Leppanen

Ms. Kristiina Leppanen serves as Group Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Senior Management Team of Cavotec Ltd. She joins the Company from the leading non-welded piping systems manufacturer GS-Hydro Corporation, where she has been CFO for almost five years. GS-Hydro is owned by Ratos, a NASDAQ OMX-listed private equity conglomerate. Prior to joining GS-Hydro, Kristiina served as CFO of Marioff Corporation Oy, a United Technologies Corporation subsidiary. Before this, she held various finance positions at companies including Nokia, Masterfoods, Sonera and Samsung.

Patrick Rosenwald

Mr. Patrick Rosenwald is Group Chief Technical Officer, Supply Chain Chief Operating Officer, Member of the Senior Management Team of Cavotec Ltd since January 1, 2017 and he has been Chief Technical Officer, Member of the Senior Management Team since January 1, 2015. He was Managing Director of Cavotec Specimas SpA and Managing Director of Cavotec MoorMaster Ltd and Member of the Company's Executive Management Committee (EMC) until January 1, 2015. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Graduate Diploma in Business from Curtin University, Western Australia.

Giorgio Lingiardi

Mr. Giorgio Lingiardi serves as Group Chief Information Officer, Member of the Senior Management Team of Cavotec Ltd since January 1, 2015. He served at Ansaldo Industria as a project engineer for container and bulk handling equipment. He joined Cavotec in 1991, where he held various positions, including Sales Director, General Manager and Managing Director of Cavotec Specimas in Italy. He was Group Vice President and Chief Information Officer as well as Regional Manager of Southern Europe & Africa and Member of the Company's Executive Management Committee (EMC) until January 1, 2015. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Genoa, Italy (Universita degli Studi di Genova).

Yann Duclot

Mr. Yann Duclot is Group Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer, Member of the Senior Management Team of Cavotec Ltd since January 1, 2015. Yann joined Cavotec in 2007, where he has served as Middle East Aviation Division Manager until 2010 and then became Group Manager Sales & Marketing at our Corporate office until 2014. Before that, Yann was a Business Development and Key Account Manager at Nexans, France and European Market Manager at Alcatel France.

Isabelle Scherer-Friedhoff

Ms. Isabelle Scherer-Friedhoff has been appointed Group Legal Counsel and Member of the Senior Management Team at Cavotec Ltd effective as of November 1, 2017. Scherer-Friedhoff joins Cavotec from the global specialty chemicals company Clariant where she worked as Legal Counsel from 2012 in charge of Group Technology and Innovation. Prior, she worked for Turbomach, a Caterpillar company, as Legal Counsel.

Gustavo Miller

Mr. Gustavo Miller is Business Unit Chief Operating Officer, Ports & Maritime, Member of the Senior Management Team of Cavotec Ltd since January 1, 2017. He served as Chief Operating Officer APAC, Member of the Senior Management Team of Cavotec Ltd since January 1, 2015. He was Managing Director in Cavotec China and Regional Manager of Far East as well as Member of Executive Management Committee (EMC) of the Company until January 1, 2015. He served as a Managing Director in Impsa Malaysia and as a General Manager in Tower Cranes Division in Lindores Group (Australia). He is Mechanical Engineer from Catholic University of Cordoba, Argentina (Universidad Catolica de Cordoba).

Juergen Strommer

Mr. Juergen Strommer is Business Unit Chief Operating Officer, Airports & Industry, Member of the Senior Management Team of Cavotec Ltd since January 1, 2017. He served as Chief Operating Officer EMEA, Member of the Senior Management Team in Cavotec Ltd since January 1, 2015. He was Managing Director of Cavotec Middle East and Regional Manager of Middle East & India as well as Member of the Company's Executive Management Committee (EMC) until January 1, 2015. He also has experience as General Manager in Al Futtaim Engineering. He holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Degree in Business Management.

Ottonel Popesco

Mr. Ottonel Popesco serve as Member of the Board of Directors of Cavotec Ltd since 2007. He served as Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Board of Directors of the Company until July 1, 2017. Prior to joining the Company in 1988, he spent five years as Sales and Marketing Manager at ABB France (CKB Manufacturing Division). He is Chairman of the Port Equipment Manufacturers Association (PEMA). Moreover, he is a Registered Professional Engineer in France and Associate Member of the Engineering Committee of the American Association of Port Authorities. Fabio Cannavale

Mr. Fabio Cannavale serves as Independent Director of the Board of Directors of Cavotec Ltd since 2010. He is a representative for Nomina SA. In 2004, he founded Volagratis.com and has acted as Chairman of the Bravofly Rumbo Group, now Lastminute.com group, since then. He started his career as a consultant, working between 1989 and 1996 for A. T. Kearney and for McKinsey & Company. Between 1996 and 1998, he launched The Floating Village in Venezuela, an innovative concept of a holiday village built on boats. Between 1999 and 2001, Fabio was a member of the management team of eDreams, an online travel start-up. Between 2001 and 2004, he worked for his family-owned businesses and collaborated with a not-for-profit entity. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Cavotec SA, Nomina SA and Consortium Real Estate BV.

Erik Lautmann

Mr. Erik Harald Lautmann is Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Cavotec Ltd since 2007. He serves as Member of the Company's Remuneration Committee. His professional career included serving as Group Managing Director of Jetpak Group AB (2002-2011), Managing Director of Alfaskop AB (2000-2001), Regional Director DHL Nordic countries (1991-2000) and Managing Director of Catella AB (1987-1991). He is Chairman of PAXXO AB, Member of the Board of Directors of Jetpak Group AB and Swedish Entrepreneurship Forum. He also conducts limited consulting services for the Company. He is a Fellow of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA ), Chairman of the Board of IVA ’s Business Executives Council and Member of IVA ’s Board of Directors. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Helene Mellquist

Ms. Helene Mellquist is Independent Director of Cavotec Ltd since April 22, 2016. She holds a BA in International Business Administration at the University of Gothenburg and completed the Executive Program IFL at Handelshoegskolan in Stockholm. She is currently the Senior vice president, Volvo Trucks International. Prior to this role Hele´ne was CEO of TransAtlantic AB, CFO of Rederi AB TransAtlantic and also CFO at Volvo Lastvagnars International division. She has also held a number of leading positions within Volvo Group. Hele´ne is also a Board Member of Opus Group AB and Thule Group AB .

Helena Thrap-Olsen

Ms. Helena Thrap-Olsen is Independent Director of Cavotec Ltd since April 22, 2016. She holds a M.A. in Philosophy from Paris University and an International Marketing degree at INSEAD. She currently runs an independent management consulting company and since 2009 works for Veolia’s head office in Paris, in charge of the organization's global pooling and outsourcing programs: HRIS, Payroll and ATS International deployments, along with various corporate cross-functional HR projects. Prior to her role with Veolia, Helena was 10 years a Country Director for a BONNIER owned publishing company in France, followed by ten years as a Project Director / HR Change Management Consultant for various consulting companies.

Patrik Tigerschiold

Mr. Patrik Tigerschiold serves as Independent Director of Cavotec Ltd since November 11, 2014. He holds a M.Sc. in Business and Economics. He is the Chairman of Bure Equity AB since April 2013 (also during 2004-2009) following his tenure as President & CEO of the company. He is also the Chairman of Micronic Mydata AB, The Swedish Association of Listed Companies and The Association for Generally Accepted Principles in the Securities Market. He serves as Board member for Mercuri International AB and Stockholms Universitet.
