Name Description

David Brandon

Mr. David A. Brandon is the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Domino's Pizza Inc. Mr. Brandon is currently Chairman and CEO of Toys “R” Us, Inc., the world’s largest specialty retailer of toy and baby products. Previously, he was the Director of Athletics at the University of Michigan from March 2010 to October 2014. Mr. Brandon also served as Chief Executive Officer from March 1999 to March 2010. Mr. Brandon was retained by the Company as a Special Advisor from March 2010 to January 2011. Prior to joining Domino’s, Mr. Brandon was President and Chief Executive Officer of Valassis, Inc., a company in the sales promotion and coupon industries, from 1989 to 1998 and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Valassis, Inc. from 1997 to 19985. In addition to serving on the Boards of Directors for Domino’s and Toys “R” Us, Mr. Brandon also serves on the boards of DTE Energy and Herman Miller Inc. He previously served on the boards of Burger King Corporation, Kaydon Corporation, Northwest Airlines and the TJX Companies, Inc.

Richard Allison

Mr. Richard E. Allison, Jr., is the Chief Executive Officer, Director of Dominos Pizza Inc., effective July 1, 2018. Mr. Allison served as Executive Vice President, International from March 2011 to October 2014. Mr. Allison served as a Partner at Bain & Company, Inc. from 2004 through December 2010, as co-leader of Bain’s restaurant practice and was employed with Bain & Company for more than 13 years.

Mr. Weiner served as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, from September 2008 to October 2014. Mr. Weiner held various marketing positions at PepsiCo, Inc. from 1998 to 2008, most recently serving as Vice President of Marketing, Colas for Pepsi-Cola North America. Kevin Morris

Mr. Kevin Scott Morris is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel of Domino's Pizza, Inc. Prior to joining Domino’s, Mr. Morris previously served at New York-based Equinox Holdings, Inc. and its various operating subsidiaries and affiliates from December 2012 to January 2017, most recently as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Morris operated his own private legal practice from July 2009 to November 2012. Prior to 2009, Mr. Morris served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Global Hyatt Corporation (the predecessor in interest to Hyatt Hotels Corporation) from 1999 to 2008. Prior to 1999, Mr. Morris served as a Senior International Attorney and Staff Director at McDonald’s Corporation after beginning his career as an attorney at Rudnick & Wolfe

Timothy McIntyre

Mr. Timothy P. McIntyre is the Executive Vice President, Communication, Investor Relations and Legislative Affairs of Domino's Pizza, Inc. Mr. McIntyre is the Vice President - Communications, Investor Relations and Legislative Affairs of the company. Mr. McIntyre served as Vice President of Communication from August 1997 to May 2016. Mr. McIntyre serves on the Board of Directors of Food Gatherers, a food rescue organization dedicated to eliminating hunger and its causes in Washtenaw County, MI. Mr. McIntyre also serves on Eastern Michigan University’s College of Business Marketing Advisory Board. Mr. McIntyre joined Domino’s in 1985.

After franchising, Curtis joined Domino's corporate as an area leader in 2006. He went on to a variety of leadership positions in the field, including becoming the director of strategic market growth and leading theSeattle"fortress market" program prior to providing operations support as the West region vice president and then vice president of operations support for the U.S. Prior to his current role, Curtis served as vice president of franchise relations and operations innovation.

Troy Ellis

Mr. Troy A. Ellis is the Executive Vice President - Supply Chain Services of Domino's Pizza, Inc. Prior to joining Domino’s, Mr. Ellis served as Senior Vice President of Conversion of Coca-Cola Refreshments, overseeing manufacturing, transportation planning and third-party logistics. Prior to that role, he spent nearly three years as Senior Vice President of Manufacturing after joining Coca-Cola Refreshments in 2010. From 2000 to 2010, Mr. Ellis held various leadership roles with Coca-Cola Enterprises including Central Business Unit Vice President of Supply Chain. Prior to joining Coca-Cola, he worked for PepsiCo and Kimberly Clark Corp., after serving in the U.S. Army from 1988-1991.

Scott Hinshaw

Mr. Scott R. Hinshaw is the Executive Vice President - Franchise Operations and Development of Domino's Pizza, Inc. Mr. Hinshaw served as Executive Vice President, Team USA from September 2007 to January 2008. Mr. Hinshaw also served as a Vice President within Team USA from 1994 through September 2007. Mr. Hinshaw joined Domino’s in 1986.

Joe Jordan

Mr. Joe Jordan is the Executive Vice President - International of Domino's Pizza, Inc. As chief marketing officer for the past three years, Domino's U.S. business grew double digits in same store sales in both 2015 and 2016, and nearly double digits through the first three quarters of 2017. In his time with the Domino's brand, Jordan led the launch of Domino's highly-successful Handmade Pan Pizza, Specialty Chicken, and salad products. Jordan also led the Domino's Marketing Advisory Council and Domino's National Advertising Fund Boards.

Judith Werthauser

Ms. Judith L. Werthauser is the Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer of Domino's Pizza, Inc. Ms. Werthauser previously served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Target Corp. She joined Target in 2008, holding increasing levels of human resources responsibilities there. Prior to Target, Werthauser was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for U.S. Bancorp in Minneapolis. She also held several senior human resources positions at Marshall Field’s department stores and directed student programs at the University of Minnesota. Ms. Werthauser was also the co-owner and operations leader of Aljohn’s and Junkyard Retailers, a diverse retailing and manufacturing company that she grew from one to 11 locations.

Art D Elia

Mr. Art D Elia is the Senior Vice President and Chief Brand & Innovation Officer of Domino's Pizza, Inc. Art joined Danone in the U.S. in 2010 as director of marketing. He was named vice president of marketing in 2012, where he led brand marketing for the Oikos,Brand Dannon, Danimals and Packaged Frozen Yogurt businesses. Prior to Danone, Art served as senior brand manager for PepsiCo, overseeing the Pepsi-Lipton joint venture. A graduate of the University of Michigan, D'Elia is skilled in data and analytics, insights and strategy. He also brings broad experience in brand management, including creative advertising development, media strategy and agency management, and innovation.

Corie Barry

Ms. Corie S. Barry is Director of the Company. Ms. Barry currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Best Buy Co., Inc., a specialty retailer of consumer electronics, personal computers, entertainment software and appliances, a position she has held since June 2016. Ms. Barry previously served as Best Buy’s Chief Strategic Growth Officer from October 2015 to June 2016, Interim President of Geek Squad Services from March 2015 to May 2016, Senior Vice President of Domestic Finance from May 2013 to October 2015 and held a variety of financial and operational roles, both in the field and at the corporate campus, since joining Best Buy in 1999. Prior to Best Buy, Ms. Barry worked at Deloitte & Touche from 1997 to 1999.

Patricia Lopez

Ms. Patricia E. Lopez is Director of the Company. Ms. Lopez currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and on the Board of Directors of High Ridge Brands Co., a portfolio company of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and one of the largest independent branded personal care companies in the United States by unit volume, a position she has held since July 2017. Prior to joining High Ridge Brands, Ms. Lopez was a Senior Vice President of Estée Lauder from January 2015 to 2017, a Senior Vice President of Avon Products, Inc. from December 2012 to November 2014 and held various general manager and global strategy roles at The Procter & Gamble Co. from 1983 to 2012, most recently serving as Vice President and General Manager overseeing its Eastern Europe business.

C. Andrew Ballard

Mr. C. Andrew Ballard is an Independent Director of Domino's Pizza, Inc. Mr. Ballard currently serves as the CEO and Co-founder of Quad Analytix, a technology and data company, a position he has held since December 2012. Mr. Ballard is also the Founder of Figtree Partners, an investment firm focused on digital media, and has served as its Managing Partner since November 2012. In addition, Mr. Ballard has served as a Senior Advisor at the private equity firm Hellman & Friedman LLC from December 2012 through the present, and previously served as Managing Director from 2006 through December 2012 and as a Director from January 2004 through 2006. Prior to joining Hellman & Friedman in 2003, Mr. Ballard worked at Bain Capital, LLC in San Francisco and Boston, as well as Bain & Company, Inc. from 1994 to 2002. Mr. Ballard has served on Domino’s Board of Directors since July 2015 and became a member of the Compensation Committee in February 2016. In addition to serving on Domino’s Board, Mr. Ballard is the Chair of the Board of Trustees and Chair of the Investment Committee of the San Francisco Foundation. He is actively involved with Family Connections, a tuition-free preschool for under-served families. Mr. Ballard is currently also Vice Chairman of Zignal Labs and Chairman of Datacor, Inc., and has held previous Board roles at Activant Solutions Inc., Catalina Marketing Corporation, DoubleClick Inc., Getty Images, Internet Brands, Inc. and Vertafore, Inc.

Andrew Balson

Mr. Andrew B. Balson is an Independent Director of Domino's Pizza Inc. Andrew B. Balson is currently the Managing Partner of Cove Hill Partners, a firm formed to make private equity investments. Previously, Mr. Balson was the CEO of Match Beyond, an innovative college completion program that helps low-income young adults attain college degrees and prepare for the workforce, a position he held from January 2015 to June 2016. Prior to becoming the CEO of Match Beyond, Mr. Balson was a Managing Director at Bain Capital, LLC, a global investment company, from 2001 to 2013. Mr. Balson became a Principal of Bain Capital in June 1998. Mr. Balson has served on our Board of Directors since March 1999 and serves as the Chairperson of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. Mr. Balson previously served on the Boards of Directors of Bloomin’ Brands, Inc., FleetCor Technologies, Inc., Dunkin’ Brands, Inc., Skylark Co., Ltd., Bellsystem24, Inc., Burger King Corporation and Bright Horizons Family Solutions, Inc., as well as numerous private companies. Mr. Balson brings to the Board strategic acquisition experience, a high level of financial literacy and overall business acumen through his executive experience at Bain Capital, LLC. His public and private company directorship experience and his familiarity with the Company

Diana Cantor

Ms. Diana F. Cantor is an Independent Director of Domino's Pizza, Inc. Ms. Cantor is currently a Partner with Alternative Investment Management, LLC, a position she has held since January 2010. She is the Vice Chairman of the Virginia Retirement System, where she also serves on the Audit and Compliance Committee. Ms. Cantor was a Managing Director with New York Private Bank and Trust from January 2008 through the end of 2009. Ms. Cantor served as founding Executive Director of the Virginia College Savings Plan, the state’s 529 college savings program, from 1996 to January 2008. Ms. Cantor served seven years as Vice President of Richmond Resources, Ltd. from 1990 through 1996, and as Vice President of Goldman, Sachs & Co. from 1985 to 1990. Ms. Cantor has served on our Board of Directors since October 2005, serves as the Chairperson of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors and also serves on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors. Ms. Cantor also serves on the Board of Directors of Universal Corporation, and she previously served on the Boards of Directors of Media General Inc., Revlon, Inc., Vistage International, Inc., Knowledge Universe Education LLC, Edelman Financial Services, LLC and Service King Body and Paint LLC. Ms. Cantor possesses extensive financial skills and brings to the Board an important financial perspective. Ms. Cantor also provides valuable consumer product and marketing knowledge, as well as significant public company directorship experience, making her qualified for service as a Director of the Company.

Richard Federico

Mr. Richard L. Federico is an Independent Director of Domino’s Pizza Inc. Mr. Federico currently serves as Non-Executive Chairman of P.F. Chang’s China Bistro Inc., a position he has held since February 2016. He previously served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer or Co-Chief Executive Officer of P.F. Chang’s from September 1997 to March 2015 and as Executive Chairman from March 2015 to February 2016. Mr. Federico joined P.F. Chang’s as President in 1996, when he also began his service on its Board of Directors. Mr. Federico started his career in the restaurant industry as a Manager at Steak & Ale, and later at Orville Beans and Bennigan’s restaurants. He went on to develop Grady’s Goodtimes, serving as Co-founder/Partner and Vice President of Operations until Brinker International acquired Grady’s in 1989. Upon joining Brinker International, Mr. Federico served as Senior Vice President and concept head for Macaroni Grill before being promoted to President of the Italian Concept division. As President, he directed operations and development for Macaroni Grill and Spageddies. Mr. Federico has served on Domino’s Board of Directors since February 2011 and is a member of the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Jamba, Inc. and also serves on a private company board. Mr. Federico brings to the Board experience in leading a successful publicly-held restaurant concept, overall business acumen and public company directorship experience, making him qualified for service as a Director of the Company.

James Goldman

Mr. James A. Goldman is an Independent Director of Domino's Pizza Inc. Mr. Goldman served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Godiva Chocolatier Inc. from 2004 to 2014, and also served on its Board of Directors. Mr. Goldman was President of the Food and Beverage Division at Campbell Soup Company from 2001 to 2004. He worked in various executive positions at Nabisco Inc. from 1992 to 2000. Prior to his work at Nabisco Inc., Mr. Goldman was a senior consulting associate at McKinsey & Company, Inc. Mr. Goldman has served on our Board of Directors since March 2010, serves as Chairperson of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and also serves on the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Mr. Goldman is currently a Senior Advisor at Eurazeo, a private equity firm listed on the Paris Stock Exchange. Mr. Goldman is also currently on the Board of Trustees of Save the Children in Fairfield, Connecticut, the Board of Governors of the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport, Rhode Island and the Advisory Boards of FEED Projects in New York, New York and Sugarfina, Inc. in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Goldman served on the Board of Directors of The Children’s Place, Inc. from 2006 to 2008, and served on its Compensation Committee. He also previously served on the Board of Trustees at the YMCA Camps Becket and Chimney Corners in Becket, Massachusetts. Mr. Goldman brings to the Board experience in leading successful retail companies, including more than 30 years in the global food industry, overall business acumen and public company directorship experience, making him qualified for service as a Director of the Company.
