Name Description

J. Michael Lawrie

Mr. J. Michael Lawrie is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Lawrie joined CSC as President and Chief Executive Officer on March 19, 2012 and he as a member of its Board of Directors in February 2012. Mr. Lawrie served as chairman of the CSC Board of Directors from December 15, 2015 until consummation of the Merger on April 1, 2017. Prior to joining CSC, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of U.K.-based Misys plc, a leading global IT solutions provider to the financial services industry, from November 2006 to March 2012. Mr. Lawrie also served as the Executive Chairman of Allscripts-Misys Healthcare Solutions, Inc., from October 2008 to August 2010. From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Lawrie was a general partner with ValueAct Capital, a San Francisco-based private investment firm. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Siebel Systems, Inc., an international software and solutions company, from 2004 to 2005. Mr. Lawrie also spent 27 years with IBM where he rose to Senior Vice President and Group Executive, responsible for sales and distribution of all IBM products and services worldwide. Prior to that, Mr. Lawrie served as General Manager of Industries for IBM’s business operations in Asia Pacific, based in Tokyo. Mr. Lawrie is a Trustee of Drexel University, Philadelphia.

Paul Saleh

Mr. Paul N. Saleh is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Saleh joined CSC as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on May 23, 2012. Prior to joining CSC, Mr. Saleh served as the Chief Financial Officer of Gannett Co. from 2010 to 2012. Prior to his tenure at Gannett Co., from 2008 to 2010, Mr. Saleh was a Managing Partner at Menza Partners, an operational and financial advisory group focusing on media, telecommunications and technology industries. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Sprint Nextel Communications from 2001 to 2007 and as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Sprint Nextel until 2008. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Walt Disney International where he also held various other senior positions from 1997 to 2001.

Joanne Mason

Ms. Joanne Mason serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer of the Company. Ms. Mason served as Chief Human Resource Officer and Vice President of CSC since March 2015. Ms. Mason joined CSC in March 2012 as Chief of Staff and Head of Change Management and Execution Office. Prior to joining CSC, from October 2006 to March 2012, Ms. Mason served as Chief of Staff and Operation Director at Misys plc. Ms. Mason previously served in various management roles at Zouk Capital from 2004 to 2006, Lendlease Group from 2002 to 2004 and Energis Communications Ltd. from 1999 to 2002.

William Deckelman

Mr. William L. Deckelman, Jr., is Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of the Company. Mr. Deckelman served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of CSC since August 2014. Mr. Deckelman joined CSC in January 2008 and served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from 2008 to 2012, and as Executive Vice President and General Counsel from 2012 to August 2014. Prior to joining CSC, Mr. Deckelman served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Affiliated Computer Services Inc., since March 2000, and served as a director from 2000 to 2003, holding various executive positions there since 1989.

Michael Nefkens

Mr. Michael G. Nefkens is Executive Vice President, General Manager, Regions and Industries of the Company. Mr. Nefkens served as Executive Vice President and General Manager, Enterprise Services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company since 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Nefkens performed a similar role at Hewlett-Packard Co. (“HP Co.”) from December 2012 to November 2015, having been appointed to the role in an acting capacity in August 2012. Previously, Mr. Nefkens served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Enterprise Services in the EMEA region at HP Co. from November 2009 to August 2012.

Eric Harmon

Mr. Eric Harmon is Executive Vice President - Operations and Integration of the Company. As DXC Technology’s (NYSE: DXC) executive vice president, Operations & Integration, Eric Harmon leads the company’s Integration Management Office to ensure the successful post-merger integration of CSC and the Enterprise Services business of Hewlett Packard Enterprise. He also oversees DXC’s high-growth offerings, as well as the Global Solutioning and Commercial Functions that enable current sales and future offerings. In addition, he chairs the company’s Investment Review Board. Previously, Mr. Harmon was senior vice president and general manager of Global Practices and Emerging Business for HPE Enterprise Services (ES). In this role he was responsible for ES offering development, strategy, solutioning and sales support, along with alignment between go-to-market and the clients’ agenda and the development of newer businesses. Mr. Harmon also led the ES Accelerate program, a multifaceted program designed to deliver major improvements in the areas of growth and sales effectiveness, service delivery and quality, operating cost reduction, account/field empowerment and management of change. Before joining HP in 2012, Mr. Harmon was a senior partner with McKinsey & Company. He has extensive experience in working with B2B services companies across a broad spectrum of strategy, sales and operations topics. In his role at McKinsey & Company, he worked with clients in multiple industries, including IT services, enterprise hardware and software, and distribution. Prior to joining McKinsey, Mr. Harmon was a mergers and acquisitions attorney at Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue. He holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif; and a BS from Georgetown University in accounting and economics, summa cum laude.

Stephen Hilton

Mr. Stephen Hilton is Executive Vice President - Global Delivery Organization of the Company. Mr. Hilton served as the Executive Vice President and General Manager, Global Infrastructure Services of CSC since 2015. Prior to joining CSC, from 2006 to 2014, Mr. Hilton served as Managing Director and Chief Information Officer, Technology Infrastructure Services, and as Head of Corporate Real Estate & Services at Credit Suisse. Prior to his tenure at Credit Suisse, Mr. Hilton served from 2003 to 2006 in an Information Technology leadership role at JP Morgan Chase. Prior to that, from 1996 to 2003, Mr. Hilton worked at CSC as a service delivery executive, technical architect and business development/sales director and was based in London, Singapore and New York.

James Smith

Mr. James R. Smith is Executive Vice President, Customer Advocacy and Joint Ventures of the Company. Previously, Mr. Smith led some of the world’s largest business transformations for Global 500 companies as CSC’s executive vice president and general manager for Global Business Services; as CEO of Motricity, a provider of cloud-based mobile enterprise and analytics solutions; as a member of the Avaya executive team; and as a senior executive at Accenture. Under his direction, Motricity had a successful initial public offering on NASDAQ after completing a business model transformation and global expansion creating a market capitalization in excess of $1 billion. At Avaya, Mr. Smith helped drive a 10-fold increase in the company’s market capitalization while serving as a member of the executive leadership team and, as the head of a $1 billion software business unit, he reinvented a global software platform. He also co-founded a marketing demand management company with leading private equity players. At Accenture, he led a global CRM practice and won numerous client awards for excellence in business transformation and innovation. Mr. Smith draws upon 25 years of business and executive leadership experience. His background includes deep customer value focus, new technology adoption, and experience with partnerships and mergers and acquisitions, and it encompasses a wide range of leadership experiences. He holds a BA in business from Juniata College and a BSEE in systems engineering from Columbia University.

Dan Hushon

Mr. Dan Hushon is Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer of the Company. Mr. Hushon, DXC Technology’s (NYSE: DXC) senior vice president and chief technology officer, drives innovation strategy and growth for the company’s solutions and ensures technology excellence. He is responsible for defining DXC’s long-term technology strategy and vision, and advocating for that vision with customers. Mr. Hushon has more than 20 years of experience delivering technology-differentiated solutions to private, public and international customers. He served as CSC’s CTO and vice president and general manager, cybersecurity, and provided the leadership for driving the strategy and growth of CSC’s product lines and boosting technology excellence across the company. Prior to CSC, he served in chief technologist roles at EMC Corp. and Sun Microsystems. At EMC, Mr, Hushon led key strategic initiatives in big data, cloud technologies and next-generation infrastructure, and was chief technologist of the service provider business. At Sun Microsystems, he was chief technologist for a cloud service and the global sales organization. Mr. Hushon holds a BS from Carnegie Mellon University.

Gary Stockman

Mr. Gary Stockman is Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of the Company. In addition to serving as CSC’s chief marketing and communications officer, he has held a variety of executive roles at communications and marketing agencies during his career, including global CEO at Porter Novelli, one of the world’s largest public relations firms. During his 12-year tenure at Porter Novelli, he provided strategic counsel to a range of clients, from startups to multinationals. Prior to that, Mr. Stockman was a partner at Silicon Valley technology communications firm Copithorne & Bellows, where he co-led its merger with Porter Novelli. Mr. Stockman also served as vice president at Saphar & Associates, a regional advertising and public relations agency, and founded his own marketing consultancy. Throughout his career, Mr. Stockman has led integrated programs for clients in technology and consumer goods. He has consistently sought new technologies and diverse talent to help organizations become more innovative, responsive and market-driven. His expertise includes brand and product marketing, corporate reputation, issues management, social media and digital analytics. He is also a former journalist. Mr. Stockman holds a BA in English from the University of Rochester. Gary Stockman, DXC Technology’s (NYSE: DXC) senior vice president and chief marketing and communications officer, leads the global, integrated marketing communications team and has responsibility for advancing the company’s brand, value proposition and competitive position with clients, colleagues, influencers and other key stakeholders.

Marilyn Crouther

Ms. Marilyn Crouther is Senior Vice President, General Manager, U.S. Public Sector of the Company. She is responsible for the overall P&L, growth and operational success of the U.S. public sector business, including go-to-market strategy and execution, and commercialization of relevant offerings into the sector. Ms. Crouther has nearly 30 years of experience leading large, complex IT projects. Prior to her current role, Ms. Crouther was senior vice president and general manager for Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s U.S. Public Sector, where she was responsible for overseeing and strengthening the business through solid and lasting partnerships and ensuring delivery of cost-effective and innovative solutions to help clients achieve their business, mission and policy outcomes. Ms. Crouther has been recognized by both regional and national organizations within the Federal IT industry. She serves as vicechair on the board of directors of the Northern Virginia Technology Council. She has been recognized as GovCon Exec’s Washington 100 for Transitional Leadership and WashingtonExec’s inaugural Top 30 Execs to Watch 2016. She has also been named to FedScoop’s list of D.C.’s Top 50 Women in Tech for the fourth consecutive year. Previously, Ms. Crouther was awarded the 2015 NVTC Tech Executive of the Year and was named in Federal Computer Week’s 2014 Fed 100. Ms. Crouther earned her bachelor’s degree in professional accounting from Mississippi State University and holds a graduate certificate from Southern Methodist University, where she completed the finance executive professional program.

Howard Hughes

Mr. Howard Hughes is Senior Vice President, General Manager, Workplace and Mobility of the Company. Mr. Hughes previously served as senior vice president, Global Client Transformations for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In that role, he delivered world-class global transformations, drove functional excellence and created a seamless and highly transparent transformation journey for clients. Prior roles at HP/HPE include senior vice president and general manager, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), where he reversed a 5-year negative revenue and sales trend and built a backlog of profitable business; vice president and general manager, UK public sector and account general manager of the DWP Account, where he built a consolidated UK public sector business with annual turnover of $2.5 billion in services and $1 billion in products; vice president and managing director, HP Services France, where he built a growth plan that beat the market and put innovation plans in place for all major accounts; and vice president and managing director, Applications Services EMEA, where he drove significant cost and profit improvement, and delivered growth in a shrinking market. At Electronic Data Systems, Mr. Hughes served as vice president and regional operations director; vice president, chief operating officer, ATLAS Consortium; and vice president, client delivery executive. At Capgemini Ernst & Young, Mr. Hughes served as director of Security and Networks, where he built and ran the Infrastructure and Security Practice; served as design authority and delivery director for Capgemini’s largest government contract; and worked as an architect and program leader across numerous major applications and infrastructure programs. Mr. Hughes graduated from Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, and was commissioned into the British Army. He holds a BS in information systems management from Cranfield University.

Kevin Jones

Mr. Kevin Jones is Senior Vice President, General Manager, Americas of the Company. Mr. Jones has an impeccable reputation for turning around organizations. As senior vice president and general manager of the Americas for the Enterprise Services (ES) business of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), he returned the region to revenue growth and transformed it into ES’ most profitable business. Prior to that, Mr. Jones served as chief customer and sales officer for Dell Services, where he led all go-to-market functions for applications, business process outsourcing, infrastructure services and cloud computing businesses. In his 3 years at Dell, Mr. Jones grew revenue by 11%, increased profitability by 12% and raised Dell’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) from 0 to 51. Before joining Dell, Mr. Jones spent 21 years at Hewlett Packard and Electronic Data Systems (EDS), where he held executive positions in both Europe and Asia. As senior vice president of Enterprise Services, Asia Pacific and Japan, he grew revenue more rapidly than the market rate and increased profitability by 25%. At EDS, as vice president, UK Government, EDS Europe, Middle East, Africa, he saved the relationship with the organization’s most profitable customer and signed $4.5 billion in new business. As EDS’ managing director for Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, he defined a clear growth strategy and led entry into new markets, delivering record sales and doubling market revenue growth. Mr. Jones is a strong advocate of diversity and inclusion and community involvement. He has served as executive sponsor of three employee resource groups at HPE: the Black Employee Network (BEN), Young Employee Network (YEN), and PRIDE. He also serves as a board member for the North Texas Food Bank, the World Affairs Council of Dallas, and Tech Titans. Mr. Jones holds a BBA from James Madison University and is a Certified Management Accountant. He completed the Executive Training Program– Leading Strategic Change at Indiana University.

Michael Klaus

Mr. Michael Klaus is Senior Vice President, General Manager, Application Services of the Company. Previously, Mr. Klaus served as vice president and general manager of the Global Applications Services and Program Excellence Practice at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In that role, he was responsible for the growth and execution of the application business globally and led the strategy and execution of market-leading solutions by SAP, Oracle, Microsoft and Workday. Prior to his Portfolio leadership role, Mr. Klaus led HP’s Consumer, Retail and Transportation Industries business unit and was responsible for the multibillion-dollar P&L, driving strategy, growth and client experience. He has deep expertise in value chain innovation with a proven track record in leveraging technology to enable profitable business growth for clients. As leader of the Global Consumer and Retail Industry and Manufacturing teams within the Business Transformation, Consulting and Outsourcing organization, he was responsible for driving consulting engagements with key clients globally to leverage and position the company’s technology capabilities. Mr. Klaus also held senior partnership positions at Capgemini Ernst & Young and CSC. Before beginning his consulting career, he held operating management positions at Pepsi, FTD, Hormel and Federal Mogul. Mr. Klaus holds a degree in supply chain management and marketing from Michigan State University and serves as a board member of the university’s Broad Business School. He also has certifications from Harvard University in management of professional services firms and change management.

Eugene O'Callaghan

Mr. Eugene O'Callaghan is Senior Vice President, General Manager, Cloud, Workload, Platforms & ITO of the Company. Eugene O’Callaghan serves as DXC Technology’s (NYSE: DXC) senior vice president and general manager for Cloud, Workload Platforms & ITO offerings that integrate workload migration, hybrid cloud enablement and traditional IT solutions. Previously, Mr. O’Callaghan spent 25 years at HPE and Electronic Data Systems, holding executive positions in general account management, strategy and architecture, development and operations. Most recently, as general manager of HPE Enterprise Services Workload and Cloud Practice, Mr. O’Callaghan was responsible for transforming clients to hybrid cloud, with overall responsibility for business performance, product strategy, partnerships, engineering and delivery. Previously Mr. O’Callaghan had overall responsibility for some of HPE’s most important client relationships, including Royal Dutch Shell and General Motors GM Online Portfolio and in EDS's portfolio team directed the development of the standard set of integrated applications, business process and infrastructure services supporting all clients. Mr. O’Callaghan holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from University College Cork, Ireland.

Troy Richardson

Mr. Troy Richardson is Senior Vice President, General Manager, Enterprise and Cloud Apps of the Company. Troy Richardson serves as DXC Technology’s (NYSE: DXC) senior vice president and general manager of Enterprise and Cloud Apps offerings, focused on alliance-driven enterprise solutions and next-generation cloud applications, as well as cloud-native applications. Previously, Mr. Richardson served as CSC’s general manager, head of Global Sales, responsible for all aspects of sales, including operations and strategic alliances. Prior to that, Mr. Richardson served as senior vice president - Global Alliance Sales at Oracle, where he was responsible for $2 billion in strategic partner sales for Oracle's Diamond System Integration Partners and delivered triple-digit year-on-year growth in cloud revenues. At SAP, he served as senior vice president - Global Cloud Sales, E&C, where he was responsible for the growth of SAP's enterprise and mid-market segment. At HP, Mr. Richardson was vice president and general manager - Global Account Sales, responsible for sales to HP’s top global clients in manufacturing, energy, oil and gas and high tech. Mr. Richardson holds a BS in business administration from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA from Northwestern University, J.L. Kellogg School of Management.

Martin Risau

Mr. Martin Risau is Senior Vice President, General Manager, Analytics of the Company. Martin Risau, senior vice president and general manager of Analytics at DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC), is responsible for leading the company’s Analytics offerings to create value for our customers through advanced solutions and services that combine industry and technology expertise. He is responsible for creating a culture of analytics by focusing on actionable analytics, business intelligence, machine learning, Internet of Things (IoT) and analytics platforms. Prior to this role, Mr. Risau served as Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services Practice Lead, Analytics and Data Management. With deep expertise in services, software, operations and business development, he has held leadership roles with HPE, HP and SAP, where he was chief operating officer and chief controller of the Sales and Services organization. Mr. Risau holds master’s degrees in economics and business administration from the University of Cologne.

Nick Wilson

Mr. Nick Wilson is Senior Vice President, General Manager, UK&I of the Company. Nick Wilson is DXC Technology’s (NYSE: DXC) senior vice president and general manager for the UK&I Region, which includes the United Kingdom, Ireland and Israel. Previously, Mr. Wilson was managing director for Hewlett Packard Enterprise, South Pacific, and was responsible for all of HPE’s operations across Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this role, Mr. Wilson was HP’s managing director for the UK and Ireland. Mr. Wilson has spent more than 25 years in the IT industry and has held a number of senior leadership roles spanning both technology and services. Before joining HP, Mr. Wilson was president of CSC’s EMEA outsourcing business and the UK Nordics business, as well as the global outsourcing business for Europe. He was also previously a managing director at Unisys and the general manager of IBM’s Global Services business in the UK, Ireland and South Africa. Mr. Wilson holds a BA in business studies from Middlesex University.

Arthur Wong

Mr. Arthur Wong is Senior Vice President, General Manager, Security of the Company. Prior to this role, Mr. Wong served as SVP and GM of Enterprise Security Services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), where he worked with large global companies across industry sectors to help manage their information security risk, protect their assets and enable better business performance. Before joining HPE, Mr. Wong was chief executive officer of IronKey Inc., a global leader in providing secure, managed portable storage and trusted virtual computing. He was also the CEO of Right90 Inc., a leading provider of SaaS-based enterprise sales and production forecasting systems. Mr. Wong served in several executive management roles at Symantec Corp. Mr. Wong has founded five technology companies that were successfully acquired or publicly listed, including Security Focus Inc., the global leader in security threat intelligence and early warning systems, which was acquired by Symantec, and Secure Networks Inc., a leading provider of vulnerability scanning and intrusion detection software, acquired by McAfee. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of Calgary.

Neil Manna

Mr. Neil A. Manna is Senior Vice President, Controller of the Company. Mr. Manna served as Principal Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller since joining CSC on August 16, 2016. Prior to joining CSC, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of CA, Inc. from December 2008 to June 3, 2016. He served as Principal Accounting Officer and Vice President of Worldwide Accounting for RealNetworks, Inc. from July 2007 to November 2008. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of TimePlus Systems, LLC (formerly TimePlus, Inc.) from November 2005 to April 2007. From February 2000 to October 2005, he served as a Director of Finance for the Payroll Division of Intuit and Controller of Employee Matters, Inc. From July 1990 to February 2000 he served as the Principal Accounting Officer, Vice President of Finance, Controller and Treasurer of CHI Energy, Inc. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Sreekanth Arimanithaya

Mr. Sreekanth Arimanithaya is Senior Vice President, Integrated Workforce Management and India Co-Lead of the Company. He is responsible for global workforce planning and optimization, strategic and operational demand management, talent recruitment and training, and skill management and development. He also co-leads DXC’s India business operations. He previously served as managing director, India, and global head – Workforce Management at CSC. He has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in business transformation, human resources and IT, with firms such as Britannia Industries Limited, CA Technologies, GE and Toyota. Mr. Arimanithaya holds a BA degree in psychology and an MSW degree from Loyola College of Social Sciences.

Erich Windmuller

Mr. Erich Windmuller is Vice President, Chief Information Officer of the Company. Previously serving as CSC’s CIO, he has 25-plus years of corporate IT experience, including executive roles at IBM, Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC) and Sterling Software. His roles at IBM included general manager of strategic outsourcing in Australia and New Zealand and senior positions in IBM’s corporate office of the CIO, where he was responsible for end-to-end system operational readiness for IBM’s internal global sales, services, software products and customer fulfillment. This included applications, infrastructure and network environments, along with management of all internal IT integration activities to support corporate mergers and acquisitions efforts. He also served as vice president of client management for IBM’s Global Technology Services division in Australia and New Zealand; managed IBM’s strategic outsourcing in the U.S. Southeast Region for the distribution sector; and led strategic outsourcing sales for IBM’s “growth market” region covering Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to IBM, Mr. Windmuller managed a business organization in SAIC’s Space and Defense Group, focusing on the U.S. Department of Defense and Federal civilian agencies. Before SAIC, he held various executive-level account management, delivery and business development roles for Sterling Software in the United States. Mr. Windmuller served in the U.S. Air Force, earning the rank of captain, and received a master’s degree in public administration from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and a BA from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).

Pierre Bruno

Mr. Pierre Bruno is Vice President, General Manager, Southern Europe of the Company. Mr. Bruno serves as DXC Technology’s (NYSE: DXC) vice president and general manager for the Southern Europe Region, which includes France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg and Malta. Mr. Bruno has 25 years of experience in IT, including pre-sales, sales, marketing, services and general management. He previously served as CSC’s vice president and general manager, South and West Region, and president of CSC France. In those roles, he led the transformation of CSC into a next-gen IT services leader. Prior to that, Mr. Bruno held leadership positions at Dell, in its EMEA and Asia Pacific Japan regions. During that time, as the general manager of EMEA Enterprise, he led the transformation of Dell from a hardware vendor to a provider of integrated solutions. He also created a consulting business in Asia and led the merger of the services and enterprise teams into one integrated solutions team. Mr. Bruno holds an MBA, with majors in marketing and econometrics, from HEC Graduate School in Paris. He also earned a Master of Bioengineering degree from Ingénieur Agronome ESAP.

Michael Eberhardt

Mr. Michael Eberhardt is Vice President, General Manager, North and Central Europe of the Company. Michael Eberhardt is DXC Technology’s (NYSE: DXC) vice president and general manager for the North and Central Europe Region, which includes Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Turkey, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden and the Netherlands. Previously, Mr. Eberhardt served as vice president and general manager for Hewlett Packard Enterprise in the Central Cluster Region and, before that, in Germany. During this time, he achieved profitable growth in applications, ITO and BPO, and transformed the localized delivery model by significantly increasing the use of automation and offshore locations. At HP, Mr. Eberhardt served as vice president of the Central Eastern Europe Region and as director of Outsourcing for Germany. Mr. Eberhardt also served as chief executive officer for TDS Informationstechnologie AG. During his tenure, TDS became the German market leader in human resources BPO. Prior to that, Mr. Eberhardt spent 11 years in leadership roles at IBM Germany. Mr. Eberhardt attended the University of Applied Sciences in Konstanz, Germany.

Carlos Lopez-Abadia

Mr. Carlos Lopez-Abadia is Vice President, General Manager, Consulting of the Company. Previously, Mr. Lopez-Abadia was CSC’s global general manager, Consulting, where he successfully led the turnaround of the global consulting business in less than 12 months. He achieved this by establishing a new business strategy centered on digital transformation, attracting key talent, signing a global alliance with PwC and focusing on day-to-day execution of fundamental processes. Mr. Lopez-Abadia’s prior experience includes serving as CSC’s vice president and general manager, Diversified Industries, and vice president and general manager, Energy and Technology. Before that, he served as vice president, Global Services for Misys, where he transformed the services and software support business and managed a global service delivery network based in major global financial centers and offshore locations. As managing partner at Accenture, he led large technology transformation projects at key clients, including the UK-wide deployment of a new high-speed digital network and a transformational IT strategy for a major UK enterprise. He has also served as a member of the board for both Business Genetics and Ribbit Corporation. Mr. Lopez-Abadia holds an MS in physics from Universidad del Pais Vasco, in Bilbao, Spain. He also holds an MS in electrical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Washington University, where he was a Charles F. Knight Scholar.

Maruf Majed

Mr. Maruf Majed is Vice President, General Manager, Asia, Middle East and Africa of the Company. He is responsible for driving DXC’s market and business growth, and for coordinating all operations in the region. Previously, Mr. Majed served as vice president and general manager for CSC’s AMEA Region. Mr. Majed has a rich and diverse background in technology leadership roles, including senior assignments with IBM, Siebel Systems, webMethods and Misys, where he served in multiple regions including the Americas, Asia Pacific, and Middle East and Africa. Mr. Majed holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of North Dakota and an MBA from the University of Texas.

Seelan Nayagam

Mr. Seelan Nayagam is Vice President, General Manager, Australia and New Zealand of the Company. Previously, Mr. Nayagam was CSC’s vice president, general manager and managing director for Australia and New Zealand. He is a seasoned executive with a reputation for revitalizing large multinational organizations. He is also a member of many steering committees and advisory boards and regularly advises chief executives and other leaders on how to increase business value through technology. Prior to his tenure at CSC, Mr. Nayagam held senior executive positions with IBM across the Asia-Pacific region and in the organization’s growth markets covering Central and Eastern Europe, Africa, and South America. Most notably, he served as IBM’s vice president and general manager for application services for the Asia-Pacific region. Mr. Nayagam holds a BS (honors) in computer science and accounting from the University of Buckingham in the UK.

Mahesh Shah

Mr. Mahesh Shah is Vice President, General Manager, Business Process Services of the Company. Previously, Mr. Shah was general manager and vice president, Acquisition and Divestiture, IT Consulting Services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In that role, he established a new business to deliver consulting and technology services to assist clients in executing the IT aspects of an acquisition or divestiture. Mr. Shah was responsible for all aspects of the startup, which experienced faster growth in revenues and margins than any business in HPE’s services portfolio. Prior to that, Mr. Shah served as chief information officer, Enterprise Services and Software and IT separation leader for HPE. In that role, he managed the technology required to run enterprise services and software. He managed all aspects of separating HP’s business applications into two Fortune 50 companies (Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP Inc.). Other roles at HP included vice president, Product R&D and IT; executive director, Security Product Management and Development; and several other executive roles in IT automation and cloud engineering. Mr. Shah was also a senior consultant for IBM Global Services, where he managed large-scale technology projects for many Fortune 100 companies. He serves on the board of advisors for several technology startups. Mr. Shah holds an MBA from Northwestern University, J. L. Kellogg School of Management, and a bachelor’s degree in commerce, management information systems, from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada.

Peter Rutland

Mr. Peter Rutland is Lead Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Rutland is currently a partner and Global Co-Head of Financial Services at CVC Capital Partners. Mr. Rutland joined CVC Capital Partners in 2007, having previously worked for Advent International since 2002. Prior to working at Advent, Mr. Rutland worked for The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. in its Investment Banking Division. Mr. Rutland served as a director of the NYSE-listed Avolon Holdings Ltd. from 2014 until the company’s sale in 2016. He has also served on a number of private company boards, including Domestic & General, Brit Insurance and NewDay.

Mukesh Aghi

Dr. Mukesh Aghi is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Aghi is president of U.S.-India Business Counsel (“USIBC”), a business advocacy organization for the U.S. in India. Prior to his service as president of USIBC, Mr.Aghi served as Chief Executive Officer of L&T Infotech from 2012 to 2015 and as Chairman and CEO of Steria India Ltd. from 2007 to 2012.

Amy Alving

Dr. Amy E. Alving, Ph.D., is Independent Director of the Company. Dr. Alving is the former Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Leidos Holdings, Inc., (formerly Science Applications International Corporation (“SAIC”)), one of the nation’s top defense sector providers of hardware, software and services, where she worked from 2005 to 2013. From 2007 to 2013, she was SAIC’s Chief Technology Officer, where she was responsible for the creation, communication and implementation of SAIC’s technical and scientific vision and strategy. Prior to joining SAIC, Dr. Alving was the director of the Special Projects Office (SPO) at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (“DARPA”) until 2005, where she was a member of the federal Senior Executive Service. Prior to her time at DARPA, Dr. Alving was a White House Fellow for the Department of Commerce serving as a senior technical advisor to the Deputy Secretary of Commerce from 1997 until 1998. Dr. Alving is a member of the board of directors of the Federal National Mortgage Association.

David Herzog

Mr. David L. Herzog is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Herzog served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of American International Group (“AIG”) from 2008 to 2016. Mr. Herzog served as Senior Vice President and Comptroller of AIG from June 2005 to October 2008, Chief Financial Officer for worldwide life insurance operations from April 2004 to June 2005 and Vice President, Life Insurance from 2003 to 2004. In addition, Mr. Herzog has served in other senior officer positions for AIG and its subsidiaries, including as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of American General Life following its acquisition by AIG. Previously, Mr. Herzog served in various executive positions at GenAmerica Corporation and Family Guardian Life, a Citicorp company, and at a large accounting firm that is now part of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. In addition, Mr. Herzog holds the designations of Certified Public Accountant and Fellow, Life Management Institute. Mr. Herzog is also a member of the board of directors of MetLife Inc. and Ambac Financial Group, Inc.

Mary Krakauer

Ms. Mary Louise Krakauer is Independent Director of the company. She retired as the Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer of Dell Corporation in 2017, where she was responsible for global IT, including all operations and integration activity. She served as the Chief Information Officer and EVP, Global Business Services of EMC Corporation in 2016. Prior to that she served as EVP, Business Development, Global Enterprise Services for EMC Corporation during 2015 and as Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources for EMC Corporation from 2012 to 2015, where she was responsible for executive, leadership, and employee development, compensation and benefits, staffing, and all of the people-related aspects of acquisition integration. Previously, she held leadership roles in the services businesses at EMC Corporation, Hewlett-Packard Corporation, Compaq Computer Corporation, and Digital Equipment Corporation. Ms. Krakauer currently serves as director of Mercury Systems and Xilinx.

Sachin Lawande

Mr. Sachin S. Lawande is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Lawande is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Visteon Corporation. From 2013 to 2015, Mr. Lawande served as Executive Vice President and President of Harman International Industries, Inc.’s Infotainment Division. From 2011 to 2013, Mr. Lawande served the dual role as the Co-President of Harman’s Lifestyle and Infotainment Divisions. Prior to that he served as Chief Innovation Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Co-President of Harman’s Automotive Division, responsible for guiding software strategy, development partnerships, and key customer relationships. He was instrumental in launching an offshore development center in India as part of Harman’s strategy for optimizing its global engineering footprint. Mr. Lawande joined Harman International in 2006, following senior roles at QNX Software Systems and 3Com Corporation.

Julio Portalatin

Mr. Julio A. Portalatin is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Portalatin is President and Chief Executive Officer of Mercer. Prior to joining Mercer in February 2012, Mr. Portalatin was the President and CEO of Chartis Growth Economies, and Senior Vice President, American International Group (“AIG”). In that role, he had responsibility for operations in Asia Pacific, South Asia, Latin America, Africa, the Middle East and Central Europe. Mr. Portalatin began his career with AIG in 1993 and thereafter held a number of key leadership roles, including President of the Worldwide Accident & Health Division at American International Underwriters (AIU) from 2002-2007. From 2007-2010, he served as President and CEO of Chartis Europe S.A. and Continental European Region, based in Paris, before becoming President and CEO of Chartis Emerging Markets. Prior to AIG, Mr. Portalatin spent 12 years with Allstate Insurance Company in various executive roles in product underwriting, distribution and marketing.

Manoj Singh

Mr. Manoj P. Singh is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Singh is the former Chief Operating Officer and Global Managing Director of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Ltd. Prior to his mandatory retirement from that position in June 2015, Mr. Singh’s responsibilities included leading various Deloitte initiatives, including setting global strategy, directing investments globally, leading areas such as finance, global technology, knowledge management and branding, and guiding country leadership in high-growth markets such as China, India, Africa, Southeast Asia, Mexico and Germany. He has been a Director at Abt Associates Inc. since December 24, 2015 and a Trustee of The Putnam Funds since March 1, 2017. He served on the board of directors of Deloitte U.S. and the boards of Deloitte member firms in China, Mexico and Southeast Asia. Over his 36-year career with Deloitte, Mr. Singh held numerous other positions, including leading the company’s Asia-Pacific region and consulting in the Americas.

Robert Woods

Mr. Robert F. Woods is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Woods served as Senior Vice President - Finance and Chief Financial Officer of SunGard Data Systems, Inc. from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2009, Mr. Woods served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IKON Office Solutions, Inc., a document management systems and services public company. Mr. Woods also served as Vice President and Controller of IBM Corporation from 2002 to 2004 and Vice President and Treasurer of IBM Corporation from 2000-2002. Mr. Woods served as a Director of Computer Sciences Corporation from 2015-2017. Mr. Woods also served as a director of Insight Enterprises, Inc., from 2009 to 2011.
