Antonio Hernandez Callejas

Mr. Antonio Hernandez Callejas serves as Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of Ebro Foods, S.A. since June 1, 2010. He serves as Chairman of the Executive Committee, as well as Member of the Strategy and Investments Committee of the Company. In the past, he acted as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He has held several other mandates, including Chairman of Arroceiras Mundiarroz SA, Board Member of Deoleo SA and Member of the Board of such Company's subsidiaries as Panzani SAS, New World Company Pasta, Danrice AS and Ebro America Inc and among others. He holds a Bachelors degree in Economic and Business Sciences.

Demetrio Carceller Arce

Mr. Demetrio Carceller Arce serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Ebro Foods, S.A. since May 29, 2012. He has been on the Company's Board since February 23, 2006. He serves as Chairman of the Strategy and Investments Committee and Member of the Executive, Nominating and Remuneration Committee of the Company.
