Name Description

Scott Hean

Mr. Scott B. Hean is Chairman of the Board of Formation Metals Inc. Mr. Hean is Chief Financial Officer of Quaterra Resources Inc., a TSX-V and OTCQX listed junior mining and exploration company, and is a member of the Audit and Chair of the Compensation Committee of Sabina Gold & Silver Corp, a TSX listed company. Mr. Hean graduated from Simon Fraser University in 1973 and from the Ivey School of Business in London, Ont. in 1975. He also graduated in 2006 from the Institute of Corporate Directors, Directors Education Program. Mr. Hean Mr. Hean has over 35 years of experience in banking and finance. He served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director with the Bank of Montreal, responsible for natural resources sector financing in North America. He also served with J.P. Morgan of New York, primarily financing junior oil and gas companies. He has served on numerous not-forprofit Boards including Outward Bound Canada and BC Children's Hospital, and is currently Chair of the Bill Reid Trust.

Cecil Andrus

Mr. Cecil D. Andrus has been re-designated as Emeritus Director of Formation Metals Inc., with effect from may 28, 2013. Mr. Andrus previously served four terms as the governor of Idaho (1971-1977 and 1987-1995) and a former U.S. Secretary of the Interior (1977 – 1981). Mr. Andrus has served on the boards of Albertson’s, Key Bank and Coeur d’Alene Mines Corporation since leaving office in 1995. He currently is “of counsel” to the Gallatin Group, a northwest based public affairs firm and chairman of the Andrus Center for Public Policy at Boise State University.

Michael Callahan

Mr. Michael H. Callahan is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Mr. Callahan established his career with Hecla Mining Co. ("Hecla") (NYSE: HL) in 1989, holding increasingly senior roles, including Senior Financial Analyst, Director of Accounting & Information Services, and Vice President of Corporate Development. In 2000, after playing an instrumental role in the successful acquisition of the La Camorra Mine, he was appointed President of Hecla's Venezuelan mining operations where he oversaw all aspects of operations, successfully managed two gold operations with a 1,000 man workforce, and transformed the La Camorra mine from an unprofitable asset into the largest gold producer in Venezuela with significant cash flow. In 2002, Mr. Callahan assumed the role of Vice President Corporate Development for Hecla where he was responsible for evaluating acquisition opportunities worldwide. In 2006, Mr. Callahan was again made responsible for Hecla's Venezuelan assets as Vice President of Hecla and President of Venezuelan operations, developing a strategy to manage and divest the assets in the midst of an increasingly challenging environment. From 2009 to 2012, Mr. Callahan served as President of Silvermex Resources Inc. ("Silvermex"), a TSX-listed silver and gold producer with projects in Mexico, until the company was acquired by First Majestic Silver Corp. in 2012. Mr. Callahan was instrumental in the success of the company, growing Silvermex in just over two years from a $12 million junior explorer with three employees to a gold and silver producer with a workforce of over 300 valued at $175 million at acquisition.

Marc Tran

Mr. Marc Tran serves as Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary of Formation Metals Inc. Prior to being appointed to CFO, Mr. Tran was the Controller for the Company since October 2011. He has over 12 years of experience in corporate finance, financial management, and regulatory compliance with public companies. He has previously served as Director and CFO for other public companies with projects in mineral exploration, development, and production in Canada, US, Mexico, Central and South America.

Floyd Varley

Mr. Floyd D. Varley, BSc, MEng, serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Varley has over 35 years of experience in the mining industry, primarily in underground mine operations management and engineering in Canada and the United States with an impressive track record of accomplishments. Most recently, as VP Operations for TMAC Resources, Floyd led the development of the Hope Bay narrow vein underground gold mine and mill project from Pre-Feasibility Study through financing and construction to commercial production in the high arctic. Mr. Varley also managed, as Vice President, Operations and Mine General Manager, the startup of Yukon Zinc's remote poly-metallic underground mining operation in Canada's Yukon Territory. He was General Manager of Morton Salt's Fairport Ohio underground mine and mill and Chief Engineer of Morton's Weeks Island Louisiana mine and mill. In addition to his mine operations experience, as Branch Chief of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, Office of Mine Safety & Health Research, Mr. Varley led diverse technical teams in risk management, ventilation, ground control and fire prevention research assisting metal and coal mines in the United States. Mr. Varley began his career as an underground miner and advanced to operations management in poly-metallic, copper, uranium, salt and coal mines. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.

Eric Honsinger

Mr. Eric R. Honsinger, B.Sc., P.Geo., is Senior Vice President of the Company. Mr. Honsinger's geological and technical background brings over 25 years of project management, exploration and I.R. related experience to the Company. He is directly responsible for Corporate Communications and related compliance and liaisons with retail, high net worth and institutional shareholders. He has managed and contributed to the success of numerous field and special projects during his employment history with the Company.

Robert Chapman

Mr. Robert L. Chapman, CPA, B.A., serves as Vice President - Administration(US Operations) of the Company. Mr Chapman brings over 35 years of experience in senior positions within the mining industry. Mr. Chapman is currently the lead principal in RL Chapman Mining Consulting, which consults for some of the world's leading natural resource companies. Previous experience includes working for Newmont Mining Corp. in the role of Regional Vice President Group Executive - Business where he was part of the management team that oversaw North American Operations. Prior to that, Mr. Chapman worked with St. Joe Minerals Ltd (a private company) as CFO, and Ascendant Copper Corporation as CAO and Vice President. Mr. Chapman was also CFO of Apollo Gold Inc. where he was responsible for the administration of the company's human resources, accounting, information systems and community/political affairs departments. From 1989 to 2000 Mr. Chapman worked for and helped build and develop the Gold strike Mine in Elko, Nevada for Barrick Gold Inc. Mr. Chapman is a graduate of Idaho State University and holds a B.A. in Accounting and has received his CPA certificate in the states of Idaho, Arizona and Montana. He has served as President of the Board of Trustees of the Northwest Mining Association, and served as an Elko County Commissioner/Chairman.

Monique Rabideau

Ms. Monique Rabideau is Director of the Company. A lawyer with expertise in corporate governance, Ms. Rabideau is currently the Practice Lead, Capital Markets and Securities for Practical Law Canada at Thomson Reuters, the world's leading source of news and information for professional markets. Over the course of her 27 year career, Ms. Rabideau has advised many companies, including mineral exploration, development and producing mining companies in the areas of compliance and regulatory matters, corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, borrowing, lending, and issuances of securities. Ms. Rabideau is also currently the Chair of the Board for the Dancer Transition Resource Centre, the national charity that has been helping dancers across Canada make necessary transitions into, within, and from professional performing careers.

David Christie

Mr. David Christie, PGeo, is Independent Director of Formation Metals Inc since March 21, 2014. Mr. Christie Vice President with Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Dundee Corporation. He is a Director of Eagle Hill Exploration Corp (EAG-TSX-V) and Condor Precious Metals Inc. (a private company). Mr. Christie is a member of the PDAC convention planning committee. He received a Bachelor of Science in Geology from McMaster University in 1986, is a Professional Geoscientist with APGO and NAPEG, and a fellow of the Geological Association of Canada. Mr. Christie has 27 years of experience in the resource sector. Prior to joining Goodman and Company, Mr. Christie was a highly ranked gold and precious minerals equity analyst at TD Securities and Scotia Capital. He also has extensive experience in the North American mining industry working as a professional geologist exploring for gold, base metals, uranium and platinum group metals including underground experience. Since joining the Dundee organization in 2011, Mr. Christie has taken on a merchant banking and investment analysis role.

James Engdahl

Mr. James B. P. Engdahl serves as an Independent Director of Formation Metals Inc., since August 28, 1992. Mr. Engdahl is President and CEO of Star Minerals Group Ltd. Previously, he was President and CEO of Great Western Minerals Group Ltd. from March 2006 to September 2012, during which time it acquired key assets which positioned Great Western to become one of the first fully integrated rare earth companies in the world and raised over $150-million for its growth. He was also former Managing Director, Prairie Region, Windy Point Capital.has been a director of the Company since August 1992. Mr. Engdahl has over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, management, accounting and administration with major financial institutions such as Barclays Bank of Canada and the Bank of Montreal.

Gregory Hahn

Mr. Gregory A. Hahn hasa been appointed as Director of Formation Metals Inc., with effect from May 28, 2013. Mr. Hahn is the Vice-Chairman, President and COO of Canamex Resources Corp. He holds a B.A. in Earth Sciences and an M.S. in Geology and Geological Engineering. Mr. Hahn is a Professional Geologist and Geological Engineer, who has over 35 years of extensive experience in exploration and mine development. He has held senior level management positions with several public mining companies, where during his career, he has used his expertise to take projects from mine development through to production, these include; permitting, engineering, construction and operations for Constellation Copper Corporation, construction and operations for two open pit heap leach gold and silver mines with Coca Mines Inc, exploration for investment opportunities in Latin America for St. Mary Minerals Inc., as well as, exploration and pre-development for Noranda Inc. Additionally, Mr. Hahn has been instrumentally involved in financing and mergers for Metalline Mining Company, which resulted in significant market cap increase and Marathon PGM Corp, which sold in 2010 for $170 million.

Robert Metka

Mr. Robert G. Metka, B.Sc., Eng., M.B.A., serves as an Independent Director of Formation Metals Inc., since June 1998. Mr. Metka was V.P. of Projects for Noranda Minerals and V.P. and General Manager of CEZinc. He is presently a Principal of Hatch & Associates, the world's largest international hydrometallurgical company. He received a B.Sc. in Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and a Master of Science in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His professional affiliations include the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec, Professional Engineers of Ontario and the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Mr. Metka has over 23 years of mineral production and engineering experience as V.P. of Projects for Noranda Minerals and V.P. and General Manager of CEZinc.
