Name Description

Nicola Maione

Mr. Nicola Maione serves as Chairman of the Board of ENAV S.P.A. since November 8, 2018. He was Non-Executive Independent Director at ENAV S.p.A. from September 19, 2014. He gained an intense academic activity and has lectured in courses on professional updating of lawyers. He has held numerous positions of trustee in bankruptcy and is appointed by the MED as Government Commissioner, liquidator of cooperatives and Judicial Commissioner pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 270 of July 8, 1999. He is also member of the Supervisory Committee, as an expert, the Bernardi Group S.p.A. in Extraordinary Administration and Go Kids srl in Extraordinary Administration. He counsel in major corporate restructuring, bankruptcy proceedings and corporate groups in Extraordinary Administration. Already Director of Milano Assicurazioni S.p.A. and Prelios Credit Servicing S.p.A., the company registered in the Special List of Financial Intermediaries under Article 107 of Legislative Decree no. 385 of 1 September 1993. He is the author of numerous publications on civil matters. From 19 September 2014 ENAV Board member since July 7, 2015 is a member of the Remuneration Committee ENAV. He is Chairman of the Risk Control Committee and Related Parties as well as member of the Remuneration and Nomination ENAV. He graduated in Law from Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza.

Roberta Neri

Dr. Roberta Neri serves as Chief Executive Officer at ENAV S.p.A. since June 30, 2015. She started her career in 1989 in Italsiel where she oversaw the analysis, design and implementation of projects for the information management of company procedures. Later, she continued her career in ACEA S.p.A. holding the position of Chief Financial Officer dealing with funding, budget, management control and strategic planning. On behalf of ACEA S.p.A. She has served as a director of Tirreno Power, Acea Ato 2 S.p.A., of Pubbliacqua S.p.A., of Aceaelectrabel S.p.A., of Aceaelectrabel Production S.p.A. and Aceaelectrabel Trading. Since 2009 she is member of the Board of Directors of Manesa company srl which carries out technical / financial advice and co-investments in structured transactions for financial and industrial investors, first with the position of Chairman and CEO and in 2014 with the position of Director. As of April 23, 2015 she holds the position of Director of ACEA S.p.A. company, the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee, a member of the Related Party Transactions Committee and member of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee. From March 27, 2015 is a Director of Sorgenia S.p.A. Luca Colman

Mr. Luca Colman serves as Chief Financial Officer at ENAV S.p.A. He graduated in Business Economics from the Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza. After a period of university activity as assistant professor of Industrial and Commercial Technique at the University La Sapienza of Rome, he began his career in 1995 at a company operating in the field of consultancy to public institutions specialized in management control, definition of the plants organic and workload. In 1996 he joined Andersen Consulting, now Accenture, and later in Atos Origin, participating in feasibility studies and process re-engineering for leading Italian companies in the market Utilities, Energy, Transportation and Pharmaceutical. During this period the work activities are mainly concentrated in process consulting and ERP, in particular in the Area Administration, Strategic Planning, Management Control and Investment. In 2001, he joined Deloitte Consulting and held the position of senior manager in the "Strategy & Operations" with instructions to the Head of Division "Energy Resources" for the area of Rome. In 2007 he joined ENAV. with the position of Head of Planning and Control Department and from March 2012 he is in charge of the Accounting, Finance and Control.

Maurizio Paggetti

Mr. Maurizio Paggetti serves as Chief Operating Officer of ENAV S.p.A. He was Head of Air Navigation Services at ENAV S.p.A. from 2013. He began his career in the Air Force in 1987 where he held the Air Traffic Control activities. In 1990 he joined ENAV. where, until 1995, he serves as an Air Traffic Controller at Airport Center of Florence and, since 1996, at the Center of the Rome Area Control. In 2003 he was given the responsibility of the Plant center of Lamezia Terme Airport and, in 2004, he was appointed Head of the Airport Center in Naples. In 2006 assumes responsibility for the Centre of Rome Fiumicino Airport and, in 2010, the function of Airport Operations. In 2012 he was appointed Head of Roma ACC.

Mr. Vincenzo Smorto serves as Chief Technology Officer of ENAV S.p.A. He was Head of Technical Area at ENAV S.p.A. from January 2012. He began his career in 1984 at the Ericsson, a company operating in the Communication Technology sector, as a software engineer. In 1985 he joined Ciset SpA where, with the job of chief software project, assumes responsibility for the design and development of software for the console of Ciset flight inspection aircraft and the new product line FDP - Print Strip for ENAV, Italy, and Alenia, for the foreign market. Since 1994, Vitrociset S.p.A., holds positions of Area Manager ATM Software, since 2002 Technical Director Engineering and Operations Director since 2004. Experience in Vitrociset allows him to apply and extend the skills in the field of command and control architectures for ATM systems, Defence and Space, surveillance radar and optical systems, navigation systems, control configuration and logistics, information systems and TLC networks. In 2011 he enters ENAV with the task of the Management Manager of Technical Projects. He graduated in Electronic Engineering from Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza.

Ms. Raffaella Romagnoli serves as Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs at ENAV S.p.A. since March 2014. She graduated in Law at the Universita degli Studi di Napoli Federico II. She holds a Master of Science in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences of London. She began her career in 1997, consulting activity in the field of international law by leading international institutions, including the ILO - International Labour Organization. From 1999 she devoted himself to the legal profession in the field of Civil Law, Administrative and Navigation.

Mr. Mauro Iannucci serves as Head of Commercial Development of ENAV S.p.A. He was Chief Executive Officer of ENAV Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd. at ENAV S.p.A. He began his career in the Air Force in 1991 where he held the Air Traffic Control activities. In 1994 he joined ENAV. where, until 2002, operates as an Air Traffic Controller at the facilities of the Airport Center Linate and Malpensa. In 2002 he was appointed Head of the Airport Center Linate and in 2004 Head of the Centre Malpensa Airport. Since March 2010, Head of Business Development function, with the task of identifying the potential for expansion in the outreach market, and to monitor the business activities of the company, at Group level, relating to the sale of the Non-Regulated Activities ENAV and those distributed by Techno Sky subsidiary, overseeing the sales process in all its phases.

Iacopo Prissinotti

Mr. Iacopo Prissinotti serves as Head of International Strategies at ENAV S.p.A. since 2012. He began his career in the Air Force in 1985 and engages in the activities of Air Traffic Control at installations covering all operating positions. In 1988 he joined ENAV. and from 1988 to 2004 operates as an Air Traffic Controller at the first of the Airport Center facility Linate and then at the Area Control Centres in Milan and Rome. After operating experience, in 2005, it is assigned to the Scenarios and Strategies function within the Planning and Control function. In 2006 he was appointed Head of International Activities feature within the General Direction.

Giuseppe Acierno

Mr. Giuseppe Acierno serves as Director of ENAV S.P.A. since April 28, 2017. He graduated in Law, has held numerous public and management positions in important Italian companies. From February 2009 he has been the President of the Distretto Tecnologico Aerospaziale DTA S.c.ar.l. He is also Chairman of the Apulian aerospace production district since 2008 and a member of the Foundation's governing body ITS Aerospace Puglia since 2009. Since 2013, he has been a member of the governing body for National Aerospace Technology Cluster. Since 2014 he has been a member of the remote-control aircraft technical table. Since 2016 he has also been President of the 2016-2025 tourism strategic plan infrastructure section of the Puglia region. Until January 2017 he was Chief Executive Officer of the 4 Puglia Airports. His past professional experiences include: President of the National Aerospace Technology Cluster (2012-2013) and a member of the Advisory Board Foundation "ITS Aerospace Puglia" (2011-2013); Director of Cittadella della Ricerca S.c.p.a. with responsibilities as head of development and external relations (2008-2011); Executive Director Province of Brindisi with responsibilities as Chief of Cabinet (2004-2008); Provincial Police Director of Brindisi (2008); Director of IPRES - Apulia Economic and Social Research Institute (2008-2009); URPP Collaborator (Regional Union of the Provinces of Puglia) (2004 – 2008); President CTS For Fly - human resources training at Alenia Grottaglie settlement (2007 – 2008); Member of the Technical Committee Puglia Region Finmeccanica framework agreement (2005 – 2008); Secretary of the President’s Office of the permanent consultation forum between the provinces of Brindisi, Lecce and Taranto (2006); Head of external relations – Assistant to the President – General Affairs Manager Pastis CNRSM INSTITUTE (2001-2004).

Fabiola Mascardi

Ms. Fabiola Mascardi serves as Director of ENAV S.P.A. since April 28, 2017. She graduated in Law and with a Ph.D. in International Law, she is currently President of IREN Ambiente S.p.A. and member of the Board of Directors of IREN S.p.A., a listed multiservice Company active in the fields of production and distribution of electricity and district heating, gas distribution, integrated water cycle and in the collection and disposal of waste. She is also a member of the board of directors of Carlo Felice Opera House and of the Istituto Superiore di Studi of the University of Genoa. Finally, she is a consultant in communication, international relations and business development; in that capacity she serves as head of external relations and communications of the NOKA group, operating in nanotechnology applied to energy efficiency. Professor of Economics of utilities at the engineering department, management major, at the University of Genoa since 2001, she collaborates with the University Roma 2 Tor Vergata, where she is a Professor of Law and Transport Policy in the context of the Antitrust and Market Regulation Masters; since 1986, she has taught at various Universities, including the University Bocconi. She speaks English, French, Spanish and German. As an Administrator at the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Commission from 1992 to 2003 she was a member of the task force for mergers, for legal service, of commissioner Monti's cabinet and of the cabinet of the vice-president of the Loyola de Palacio Commission, where she held the position of head of European transport policy. In the Industrial Group Finmeccanica from 2003 to 2006 she was responsible for EU relations. From 2006 to 2012 she was Director of external relations of Ansaldo Energia.

Carlo Paris

Dr. Carlo Paris serves as Director of ENAV S.P.A. since April 28, 2017. He graduated with honors in Mechanical Engineering from Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza and holds an M.B.A. from the American University, Washington D.C. Since December 2017, he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cantieri Generali S.p.A. From January 2015, until May 2017, he was Chief Executive Officer and a Director on the Board of Investimenti S.p.A. (parent holding Fiera di Roma). In 1984, he was economic advisor at the U.S. Department of the Interior for importing coal into the United States from Colombia. From 1985 to 2003, he held numerous positions in The Chase Manhattan Bank, in the Banca Nazionale del Lavoro group and the UniCredit Group. At Chase, he began his career in finance, between Rome and London, specialising in financial and credit analysis, corporate finance and private equity. At BNL, he handled merchant banking and foreign holdings, financial and organisational analysis and internal auditing, in Germany, Canada, Argentina, Brazil, India and Luxembourg. At UniCredit, he worked in Corporate Finance in UBM Bank; Head of Private Equity in UniCredit Imprese; Chief Executive Officer of Credit Merchant and member of the Board of Directors in various investment holdings. He was advisor at Vegagest Sgr for private equity fund management; founder and CEO of Paris & Partners, specialising in internationalisation; founder and CEO of Argy Venture Capital and co-founder with UniCredit of Aurora Private Equity S.A., a closed-end start up Fund he was also advisor of.

Antonio Santi

Mr. Antonio Santi serves as Director of ENAV S.P.A. since April 28, 2017. He graduated in Business and Economics from the Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza, with a Ph.D. in Business Administration conferred in 2009 from the Universita degli Studi di Roma, since December 2006 is registered in the Register of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and since April 2007 in the Register of Auditors. He provides consulting inter alia on the assessment of companies and business units - both public and private - preparation of business plans and restructuring plans. During his professional career he has developed substantial expertise in account auditing and supervision by corporate control bodies. He is statutory auditor and independent auditor in companies that operate in various sectors: he is independent auditor of CONI, chairman of the board of statutory auditors of Recordati S.p.A., a company listed on the Italian Stock Exchange, and for Acea Produzione S.p.A. He is a standing auditor, inter alia, of Acea Liquidation and Litigation S.r.l. and Asscom Insurance Brokers.

Ms. Maria Teresa Di Matteo serves as Non-Executive Director at ENAV S.p.A. since September 19, 2014. She gained professional experience in the local railways sector. She was appointed, with effect from the Listing Date, Chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and a member of the Risk Management and Related Parties of ENAV. She graduated in Law from Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza.

Mario Vinzia

Mr. Mario Vinzia serves as Non-Executive Director of ENAV S.P.A. since April 29, 2016. He graduated in Business Administration at Universita Bocconi. He is professor at the Accounting, Control, Corporate and Real Estate Finance Department at the SDA School of Management at Bocconi University, where he teaches as of 1988 on corporate finance, management of financial risks, financial planning, company evaluation and IAS/IFRS matters. He is the author of numerous books and publications on financial matters. As from 2006, he has been Head of Finance and Control at Eniservizi S.p.A.. Previously, between 2003 and 2006 he was Head of Corporate Finance of Snamprogetti S.p.A., and Director of Finance and Administration of Il Sole 24 ORE S.p.A. (1997-2003), Financial Director of Bull HN Information Systems Italia S.p.A. (1991-1997), Group Treasurer of Zambon Group S.p.A. (1989-1991), Manager of low interest financing at Ciba-Geigy S.p.A. (1986-1989). He also sat on the board of 24 ORE International S.A.
