Ronnie Leten

Borje Ekholm

Mr. Borje E. Ekholm has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Ericsson, effective as of January 16, 2017. He has also been Director of the Company since 2006. He was Member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company. He also serves as Board Member of Alibaba, Inc. His principal work experience includes positions such as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Investor AB from 2005 till 2015. He was also CEO of Patricia Industries, a division within Investor AB from 2015 till January 15, 2017. Formerly, he was Head of Investor Growth Capital Inc. and New Investments. Previously he worked for Novare Kapital AB and McKinsey & Co Inc. He is Member of the Board of Trustees of Choate Rosemary Hall. He holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm (Kungliga Tekniska Hogskolan - KTH), and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, France. He also has honorary Doctorate at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden.

Helena Stjernholm

Ms. Helena Stjernholm has been Deputy Chairman of the Board at Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson since April 13, 2016. She is Member of the Finance Committee. Carl Mellander

Mr. Carl Mellander has been appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Head of Group Function Finance & Common Functions at Ericsson effective as of April 1, 2017. He has previously been Acting Chief Financial Officer and Head of Group Function Finance and Common Functions at Ericsson since July 25, 2016. She has previously served as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer and Head of Group Function Marketing and Communications since November 1, 2014. Jan Karlsson

He has previously been Vice President, Acting Head of Business Area Digital Services at Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson since February 1, 2018. Peter Laurin

Mr. Peter Laurin has been Senior Vice President, Head of Business Area Managed Services at Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson since April 1, 2017. He was previously Head of Region Northern Europe and Central Asia from July 1, 2016 till April 2017 and Head of Global Customer Unit Vodafone from 2013 until July 1, 2016. Nunzio Mirtillo

Mr. Nunzio Mirtillo has been Senior Vice President, Head of Market Area South East Asia, Oceania & India at Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson since April 1, 2017. He was previously Head of Region Mediterranean. His previous management positions within Ericsson include Head of Sales Networks for Western Europe within Business Unit Networks, Head of Business Operations in Market Unit South East Europe and Key Account Manager for Wind Italy, Vodafone Italy and other customers. He holds Master in Electronic Engineering, Sapienza University, Italy.

Asa Tamsons

Ms. Asa Tamsons has been appointed Senior Vice President and Head of Business Area Emerging Business at Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson effective as of April 1, 2018. She joins Ericsson from McKinsey & Company where she has held the position as partner in McKinsey’s Stockholm office. Her primary focus has been growth strategy, marketing and sales, high tech, and telecommunications, across Europe, the U.S., and Latin America. She has also been based in McKinsey’s San Francisco and Sao Paulo offices.

Kurt Jofs

Mr. Kurt Jofs has been Director of Ericsson since March 28, 2018. He was Executive Vice President and Head of Business Unit Networks of Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson from January 1, 2007 till June 30, 2008. From April 6, 2004, Mr. Jofs was Executive Vice President and Head of Business Unit Access of Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson. Prior to this position, he became Vice President and Head of Business Unit Access on January 1, 2004. Mr. Jofs held senior management positions in, among others, Linjebuss and ABB Ventilation Products. He is also Deputy Board Member of Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications AB. Mr. Jofs has a Master of Science degree from Royal Institute of Technology (Kungliga Tekniska Hogskolan - KTH) in 1983.

Torbjorn Nyman
