Name Description

Jan Wareby

Mr. Jan Wareby has been Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fingerprint Cards AB since May 4, 2016. He has been Independent Director at the Company since June 3, 2015. He is also Chairman at the Company Remuneration Committee. He is Chairman of the Board of RISE AB, Obelixus AB and Board Member of Tobii AB and Agapi Boating AB. He was Senior Vice President and Head of Group Function Sales at Ericsson from 2015 till 2016. During the years 2001-2011 was a Board member at Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications AB. He holds Master of Science degree from the Chalmers Institute of Technology. He was Senior Vice President and Head of Group Function Sales & Marketing at Ericsson, 2011–2015. Formerly, he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Business Unit Multimedia, and Executive Vice President and Head of Sales and Marketing at Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications.

Christian Fredrikson

Mr. Christian Fredrikson has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer at Fingerprint Cards AB effective as of August 1, 2016. He was CEO of F-Secure from 2012 till 2016. Before his role as CEO at F-Secure, Christian Fredrikson had several leading positions within Nokia Networks. He is an inspiring and visionary leader with strong engineering know-how, in areas FPC needs for future growth. He brings with him experience that includes real-time security for digital ecosystems, cloud technology and mobile solutions, as well as experience from the Asian markets. He holds Master of Science in Engineering, Turku University.

Hassan Tabrizi

Mr. Hassan Tabrizi has been Chief Financial Officer at Fingerprint Cards AB since May 29, 2017. He was Interim CFO Transmode (Publ.) 2015-2016, Interim CFO Birdstep Technology (Publ.) 2014-2015, Head of Enterprise Development G&D, 3S division 2011-2014, CFO SmartTrust (Private Equity) 2007-2010. Mattias Hakerod

Mr. Mattias Hakerod has been appointed Senior Vice President Human Resources at Fingerprint Cards AB effective as of September 1, 2017. He joins the company from his role as Global HR VP of Molnlycke and has a long career with Molnlycke, AstraZeneca and Vattenfall, where he has worked in various HR functions since 1997.

Pontus Jagemalm

Mr. Pontus Jagemalm has been Senior Vice President Research and Development at Fingerprint Cards AB since 2009. He holds a Master of Engineering degree from Chalmers Tekniska Hogskola and holds a Doctorate in Philosophy in Engineering Physics from Chalmers Tekniska Hogskola. He previously held technical development and executive positions in electronics and the display industry. He was Technical Lead and Head of System Design at Displaytech Inc, USA.

He holds Master of Science in Electronics Engineering, Lund Institute of Engineering. He has been educated within Consumer Marketing Strategy, Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He previously was VP, Head of Strategic Planning ST-Ericsson, Director Portfolio Management at Ericsson Mobile Platforms and Senior Advisor at Northstream.

Jonas Spannel

Mr. Jonas Spannel has served as Senior Vice President Sourcing and Supply of Fingerprint Cards AB since October 1, 2013. He most recently worked with Sony Mobile in Lund as Vice President, Strategic Sourcing and Partner Management. Prior to this, he has amongst others held various executive positions in Sony and Sony Ericsson in sourcing functions, including Director of Electronics Sourcing. Niklas Strid

Mr. Niklas Strid has been Senior Vice President Business Line Smartcards (Acting) and Business Line PC & Embedded at Fingerprint Cards AB since 2017. He has previously been Vice President Customer Projects at Fingerprint Cards AB since January 10, 2014. He was previously at ST-Ericsson, as well as Ericsson, where he held various roles from 2002, most recently as Customer Program Manager for Asian OEMs at ST Ericsson and Ericsson Modem. He is experienced in the mobile phone industry, and has worked in an international environment for many years, primarily in Korea. He holds a Master of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from Lunds Tekniska Hogskola.

Mr. Tomas Mikaelsson has been Member of the Board of Directors of Fingerprint Cards AB since May 4, 2016. He holds a degree in Business Administration from IHM Business School in Stockholm, strengthens the Board's breadth and expertise in marketing and sales. He has longstanding experience and extensive knowledge of the telecom and mobile communications industry, where he has held senior executive positions in such companies as Omnipoint (T-Mobile) and Affinity Internet. Asa Hedin

Ms. Asa Hedin has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Fingerprint Cards AB since May 4, 2016. She has a M.Sc. degree in biophysics from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor's degree in physics from Gustavus Adolphus College. Asa Hedin has longstanding experience of senior executive positions in the field of medical equipment, from such global companies as Elekta, Gambro and Siemens Healthcare and has in-depth microtechnology expertise. She is Member of the Board of E. Ohman J:or Fonder AB, Nolato AB, Cellavision AB, Tobii AB and Immunova AB (publ). Ann-Sofie Nordh

Ms. Ann-Sofie Nordh has been Independent Director at Fingerprint Cards AB since April 20, 2017. She is Head of Investor Relations at Sandvik AB (publ). She has 20 years of experience in the financial industry with base in London and Stockholm, including 11 years as an equity analyst with focus on Swedish industrial companies such as Alfred Berg Fondkommission AB (publ) and Nordea Markets. Carl-Johan von Plomgren

Mr. Carl-Johan von Plomgren has been Independent Director of Fingerprint Cards AB since June 3, 2015. He is also Member of the Company Audit Committee. He is Sales Director Northern Europe & Chief Compliance Officer, Villeroy & Boch Gustavsberg. He also serves as Co-opted Board member of Villeroy & Boch Gustavsberg AB, Villeroy & Boch Gustavsberg AS (Norway), Villeroy & Boch Gustavsberg AS (Denmark) and Villeroy & Boch Gustavsberg OY. He is a graduate in Law, Stockholm University. He has professional experience from senior positions in the IT industry during the years 1987-2001, gained from such IT companies as Dell, Compaq and WM-data, and subsequently, as of 2001, from industrial and finance companies, such as General Electric, Havells Sylvania and Villeroy & Boch Gustavsberg. Previously, he was member of various sector boards such as Belysningsbranschen (industry association for lighting companies) in Sweden, and the equivalents in Denmark, LWF, and Finland, FLIP, as well as Ecogaisma of Latvia.
