Name Description

John Baker

Mr. John D. Baker II is Executive Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company from February 6, 2008 until September 30, 2010 and was again appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company on March 13, 2017. He was elected as a director of the Company in 1986. From February 1996 to November 16, 2007, Mr. Baker served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Florida Rock Industries, Inc. Mr. Baker currently serves as a director for Wells Fargo & Co. and has formerly served as a director for Vulcan Materials Company, Progress Energy, Inc. and Texas Industries, Inc. Mr. Baker brings to the FRP Board extensive knowledge in rock mining and real estate industries, as well as proven public company leadership and business experience.

Mr. David H. Devilliers is President of the Company.

John Baker

Mr. John D. Baker is Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He started his employment with the Company in 2012, prior to the spin-off of the transportation business (now known as Patriot Transportation Holding, Inc., which is referred to herein as "Patriot"), as a management trainee dispatching fuel trucks. In 2013, he transitioned to the finance department as an analyst under Mr. Milton and Matthew C. McNulty, Mr. Milton's successor as Chief Financial Officer for Patriot. After pursuing his MBA at The University of Texas, Mr. Baker returned to the Company as a financial analyst in 2016. In addition to his MBA, Mr. Baker holds a bachelor's degree in history from Princeton University.

Mr. David H. DeVilliers is a Vice President - Leasing, Acquisition & Development of the Company.

Charles Commander

Mr. Charles E. Commander is a Lead Independent Director of the Company. He is a retired partner at the law firm Foley & Lardner, LLP, where he practiced corporate, financial institutions and real estate law and was previously a member of that firm’s management committee. Mr. Commander was elected as a director of the Company in 2004. Mr. Commander currently serves as the Executive Chairman for Property Investment Services, Inc. Mr. Commander previously served on the boards of EverBank Financial Corp., a diversified financial services company, and BSR Trust, LLC, which is engaged in developing and managing residential rental properties. Mr. Commander has served on the boards of numerous civic and charitable organizations. Mr. Commander’s many years of legal experience and his service on other boards provides the FRP Board valuable insights regarding our business and on corporate governance and management issues.

Margaret Wetherbee

Ms. Margaret B. Wetherbee is a Director of the Company. She has served as the vice president of the Thomasville Center for the Arts board of directors, and as a member of the board's arts and education committee and executive committee, since 2015. Ms. Wetherbee has also served as a member of the board of directors and nominating committee of the Archbold Foundation since 2015. Ms. Wetherbee currently serves as a member of the All Saints Episcopal Vestry and has previously served as a member of the board of directors for the Thomasville Antiques Show. From 1998 to 2008, Ms. Wetherbee practiced law at Rogers Towers, P.A. in the area of commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on real estate development, finance, sale and acquisition transactions and lease negotiations. Ms. Wetherbee has been nominated to serve as a director of the Company in light of her valuable legal experience and experience in board leadership. Additionally, Ms. Wetherbee, if elected, would bring diversity to the FRP Board.

Harold Shad

Mr. Harold William Shad is Independent Director of the Company. For the past twelve years, Mr. Shad was elected as a director of the Company in 2004. For the past twelve years, Mr. Shad was the owner of Bozard Ford Company, an automobile dealership. Mr. Shad is a recently retired certified public accountant, and the FRP Board has determined that he is an audit committee financial expert. Mr. Shad’s accounting and business expertise provide important leadership to the FRP Board.

Martin Stein

Mr. Martin Edward Stein is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Stein was elected as a director of the Company in 1992. Mr. Stein has served as Chief Executive Officer of Regency Centers Corporation, a real estate investment trust, since its initial public offering in 1993 and served as its Chairman of the board from 1999 to 2018. Mr. Stein also served as a director and member of the compensation committee for Stein Mart, Inc. from 2001 to 2014. Mr. Stein brings to the FRP Board extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate industry, as well as proven public company leadership and business expertise.

William Walton

Mr. William H. Walton III is Independent Director of the Company. He is a founding Managing Member and Chairman of Rockpoint Group, L.L.C., a real estate private equity firm and registered investment adviser. Mr. Walton was co-founder and Managing Member of Westbrook Real Estate Partners, L.L.C., a real estate investment firm. Mr. Walton formerly served on the boards of directors of Florida Rock Industries, Inc. and St. Joe Company. Mr. Walton brings to the FRP Board extensive experience in the real estate investment business and a proven track record of leadership.
