Paula Fernanda Ramos Amorim

Ms. Paula Fernanda Ramos Amorim serves as Chairman of the Board of Galp Energia SGPS SA since October 14, 2016. Prior to this, she served as Vice Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors of the company. She also serves as Vice-Chairman of Amorim Holding II, SGPS, S.A., Américo Amorim Group company. She joined the Américo Amorim Group in 1992, since when she has occupied a range of Directorial roles. Since 2005, she has also been involved in Amorim Fashion, of which company she is the sole shareholder and, in December 2010 she created the holding company Amorim Luxury – SGPS, S.A. to expand and diversify her business interests, particularly to represent the Gucci brand in Portugal through the company Amorim Five, Lda. She attended the Real Estate Management course at Escola Superior de Atividades Imobiliárias (ESAI).

Carlos Gomes da Silva

Mr. Carlos Nuno Gomes da Silva serves as Chief Executive Officer, Vice Chairman of the Board of Galp Energia SGPS SA. He also served as Chief Operating Officer for Gas&Power/Oil&Gas Trading of the company. He has been Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Galp Energia SGPS SA since April 2007. Miguel Athayde Marques

Dr. Miguel Athayde Marques serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Galp Energia SGPS SA since October 14, 2016. Prior to this, he served as Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the company. He is also Professor of Business Administration of School of Business and Economics of Universidade Católica Portuguesa, responsible for the areas of Corporate Governance and International Business, Independent Non-Executive Director of Brisa Concession Road SA since December 2010, and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Caixa Banco de Investimento SA since January 2012. Before joining Galp Energia, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Euronext Lisbon SA and of Interbolsa SA and Director (Member of the Managing Board) of Euronext NV (Amsterdam) between January 2005 and June 2010. During this period, he was also a Non-Executive Director of Euronext Amsterdam, Euronext Brussels and Euronext Paris. Between April 2007 and June 2010, he was a Member of the Management Committee of NYSE Euronext (New York). He has a degree in Business Administration and Management by the Universidade Catolica Portuguesa (Lisboa) and a Ph.D. in Business Administration (International Business and Finance) by the School of Financial Studies of the University of Glasgow.

Filipe Crisostomo Silva

Mr. Filipe Crisostomo Silva serves as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Director of Galp Energia SGPS SA since July 26, 2012. Before entering Galp Energia he was responsible, as of 1999, for the investment banking areas of Deutsche Bank in Portugal, accumulated since 2008 with the duties of chairman of the Executive Board (Chief Country Officer) of Deutsche Bank in Portugal. He has a degree in Economics and Financial Management and a Masters in Financial Management, both from the Catholic University of America, Washington D.C.

Pedro Carmona de Oliveira Ricardo

Mr. Pedro Carmona de Oliveira Ricardo serves as Executive Director of Galp Energia, SGPS SA. since April 2015. He is also the member of Executive Committee and is responsible for the Galp Gas & Power business unit. He joined Transgás in 1994, the company that brought the natural gas into Portugal. Negotiated the long term gas sales agreements with the LDC’s and with the power plants, representing sales above 1.5bcm/year for 20 years. One year later was nominated head of gas supply and sales to power market and negotiated the transportation agreements that allowed the transit of gas in Morocco and Spain into Portugal. In 1998 was nominated executive director of Transgás with responsibilities in several areas: supply, engineering, and operation & maintenance. Was responsible for the contractual arrangements (3 long term Gas supply Agreements with Nigeria LNG, “Tolling Agreemtent” with the Terminal, etc.) that allowed the introduction of LNG in Portugal in 2000 through Huelva and in 2003 in the Sines LNG Terminal. From 2002 until 2005 was executive director of GDP Distribuição, the Galp Energia holding for the gas distribution segment, and executive director of some of the distribution companies. Since 2006 has been responsible for gas supply and trading of gas and power within GalpEnergia. Finally during these last years has been leading the internationalization of these activities, which now represent over 50% of the gas business in Galp. He graduated in Chemical Engineering in 1987 at Instituto Superior Tecnico in Lisbon and from MBA program at Universidade Nova de Lisboa in 1993.

Carlos Manuel Costa Pina

Mr. Carlos Manuel Costa Pina serves as Executive Director of Galp Energia, SGPS, SA. He has been Executive Director of the Company since April 24, 2012. He is responsible for various corporate services including risk management and information systems, and also for the New Energies business. Prior to this, he served as Chief Corporate Officer for Biofuels of Galp Energia SGPS SA. He has been Member of the Executive Committee of the Company since April 24, 2012. He is also Lecturer at Faculdade de Direito de Lisboa, where he is preparing his PhD. Before joining the Company, Mr. Costa Pina had responsibilities in TMT, the real estate and services companies from Ongoing group (Portugal and Brazil) and was Secretary of the State for Treasury and Finance of the XVII and XVIII Constitutional Governments from 2005 to 2011, having in this capacity particular responsibilities at the corporate bodies of various international financial institutions. He was also CMVM Director from 2000 to 2005, Member of the Advisory Board of Instituto de Seguros de Portugal from 2001 to 2005, and Lawyer with legal practice, particularly, in the oil exploration and production area between 1994 and 1998. He is Author of several papers published. He has a degree in Law and a Masters degree in Business Law by Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa.

Joao Tiago Cunha Belem da Camara Pestana

Mr. Joao Tiago Cunha Belem da Camara Pestana serves as Executive Director of Galp Energia, SGPS SA since April 2015. He is member of Executive Committee of the company since April 2015 and is responsible for Iberian and International Oil Marketing. He has been performing its activity mainly in food retailing and distribution. From 1999 to April 2014 was CEO of Dia Supermercados, Portugal, which operates 640 stores in mainland Portugal. Between 1998 and 1999 he was executive director of Minipreço, a company whose network comprised 122 local shops and whose sales reached 150 million euros, being then responsible for the reorganization of the company and merge its networks after it was acquired by Dia Portugal to Grupo Pão de Açucar, in 1997. Before joining Dia Portugal Tiago Câmara Pestana was executive director of Extra Convenience Stores, where he was responsible for the launch of the store network, then he was executive director of Jumbo hypermarkets network in Portugal and Spain, being responsible for direct coordination of Sales, Operations and Expansion as well as oversight of operations in Spain. Was also executive director of Grupo Pão de Açúcar, Portugal, where he was responsible for managing the Minipreço chain following the acquisition of Grupo Pão de Açúcar by Auchan. In 2013, he was “the Figure of the Year” award by the magazine Distribuição Hoje considering the performance and personal contribution to the development of retail in Portugal. He has a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Salford (Manchester, UK) and a Masters of Administrative and Industrial Sciences at City University London.

Jose Carlos da Silva Costa

Mr. Jose Carlos da Silva Costa serves as Executive Director of Galp Energia SGPS SA since December 14, 2012. He is responsible for the Supply, Refining and Planning unit, and several other corporate services, including engineering, purchases and asset management. He served as Chief Corporate Officer, Executive Member of the Board of Directors and Member of the Executive Committee of Galp Energia SGPS SA. He has been Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since November 23, 2012. Thore E. Kristiansen

Mr. Thore E. Kristiansen serves as Executive Director of Galp Energia, SGPS S.A. since October 3, 2014. He is currently responsible for the E&P business segment. He was senior deputy-chairman of Statoil for South America and chairman of Statoil Brazil, from January 2013 until entering Galp Energia (October 2014). During his professional career of over 25 years at Statoil, he had responsibilities in the areas of distribution of oil products, trading and commercial negotiation in Norway, England, Denmark and Germany, in the operational and production areas with special focus on Norway and the countries of Sub-Saharan Africa and South America, as well as holding corporate positions, namely in the financial and M&A areas as Investor Relations Officer. He was also chairman of Statoil Germany and Statoil Venezuela. He has a degree in Management from the Norwegian School of Management, Ostfold and a Masters in Petroleum Engineering from Stavanger university College.

Ms. Marta Claudia Ramos Amorim Barroca de Oliveira serves as Director at Galp Energia, SGPS, S.A. since October 2016. Dr. Joaquim Jose Borges Gouveia serves as Non-Executive Director of Galp Energia SGPS SA since May 2008. He is also Professor of the Department of Economics, Management and Industrial Engineering of Universidade de Aveiro; Head of the research unit for governance, competitiveness and public accounting from Instituto de Investigacao of Universidade de Aveiro; Member of the Board of the Master Program in Sustainable Energy Systems; Head of advanced training courses in energy efficiency and renewable energies, executive programmes and technology, innovation and knowledge management; Chairman of the Board of Directors of Energaia, Agencia Municipal de Energia de Vila Nova de Gaia; Chairman of the Coordinating Board of Rede Nacional das Agencias de Energia e Ambiente – RNAE; and Member of the Board of Directors of ABAP/BIOCANT. He gained a degree in Electronic Engineering in 1973, a Doctorate in Philosophy degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in 1983 and a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in 1998, all of them from Universidade do Porto.

Rui Paulo da Costa Cunha e Silva Goncalves

Mr. Rui Paulo da Costa Cunha e Silva Goncalves serves as Non-Executive Director of Galp Energia SGPS SA since May 2008. He has also experience as Deputy Director of Amorin – Investimentos Energeticos SGPS SA; Vice President of the General Meeting of Banco Unico SA; Visiting Professor in various coruses and post graduate courses at Instituto Portugues de Administracao e Marketing from 2004 to 2007; Member of the General Meeting Committee of several companies of Grupo Unicer from 2002 to 2007; and Deputy Director of the Law Department of Grupo Unicer from 2002 to 2007. Raquel Rute da Costa David Vunge

Mrs. Raquel Rute da Costa David Vunge serves as the Non-Executive Director of Galp Energia, SGPS S.A. since October 3, 2014. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Sonangol EP and Banco Comercial Português. During the last few years, she has been a member of the Board of Directors and CFO of Sonangol EP, having held other positions in Sonangol EP since 1997, as Director of Finance between 2010 and 2012, Head of the Central Treasury Department from 2001 to 2010 and Accounts Analyst of the Accounting and Finance Department up to 2001. Sergio Gabrielli de Azevedo

Mr. Sergio Gabrielli de Azevedo serves as Non-Executive Director of Galp Energia SGPS SA since July 26, 2012. He has been a member of the International Strategy Committee of Galp Energia since July 2012. He has also been Government Secretary of Planning of the State of Bahia since March 2012, and is a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Itausa S.A. Abdul Magid Osman

Mr. Abdul Magid Osman serves as Non-Executive Director of Galp Energia SGPS SA since July 26, 2012. He has been member of the International Strategy Committee of Galp Energia. He was also a founder and has been chairman of the BIOFUND Foundation (for protection of biodiversity) since 2011, chairman of the Board of Directors of Épsilon Investimento since 2007 and chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Tchuma Cooperativa de Crédito e de Poupança. Before entering Galp Energia, he was Minister of Finance of Mozambique from 1986 to 1991 and Minister of Mineral Resources of Mozambique from 1979 to 1983. He was non-executive director of Mercantile Bank, South Africa, from 2002 to 2007, as well as chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of BCI – Banco Comercial de Investimentos. He was director of the Management, Development and Governance Division at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), having directed the Programme with projects in over 60 countries. He holds a degree in Economic and Financial Sciences from Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestao.

Diogo Mendonca Rodrigues Tavares

Mr. Diogo Mendonca Rodrigues Tavares serves as Non-Executive Director of Galp Energia SGPS SA since April 24, 2012. He has also been a director of Amorim Holding, SGPS, S.A. since 2011. Before entering Galp Energia he was adviser to the chairman of Amorim Holding II, SGPS, S.A. between 2006 and 2011, and non-executive director of Galp Energia, S.A. between 2006 and 2008. Luis Manuel Pego Todo Bom

Mr. Luis Manuel Pego Todo Bom serves as Non-Executive Director of Galp Energia SGPS SA since November 23, 2012. He is also Senior Advisor of the board of the Grupo Portugal Telecom, Chairman of the consulting board of Grupo PT and Non-Executive Member of the Board of Multitel Angola, Non-Executive Member of the Board of Onyria Internacional (Grupo Onyria), and Scutvias – AEXXI (Grupo Globalvia). Mr. Jorge Manuel Seabra de Freitas serves as Non-Executive Director of Galp Energia SGPS SA since November 23, 2012.
