Name Description

John Clarke

Dr. John A. Clarke, B.Sc., MBA, Ph.D., is Chairman of the Board of Great Quest Fertilizer Ltd.. He resigned from the position of Interim President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from April 2, 2012. Dr. Clarke was previously the President and CEO of Nevsun Resources and now serves on the Boards of several gold exploration companies. Prior to joining Nevsun, he was Executive Director of Ashanti Goldfields Company Limited of Ghana. Dr. Clarke holds a B.Sc. in metallurgy from University College Cardiff, a Ph.D. in metallurgy from Cambridge University and an MBA from Middlesex Polytechnic. He joined Ashanti in 1982 and contributed to establishing Ashanti's gold exploration program throughout sub-Saharan Africa.

Jeddiah Richardson

Mr. Jeddiah Kurt Richardson has been appointed as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Great Quest Fertilizer Ltd., with effect from May 10, 2013. Mr. Richardson graduated from the University of Toronto in 1998 with a Bachelor of Applied Science Engineering in Mining. He has worked for Alcan as an Engineer, RBC Capital Markets as a Research Associate and for five years as a Research Analyst with Cormark Securities. He is currently Principal at Javelin Corporate Development Partners, a corporate advisory business focused on junior mining companies; and Director and Vice-President of Corporate Development of Verde Potash Plc (TSX-V: NPK), a UK registered company, with a potash development project in Brazil.

Jayram Hosanee

Mr. Jayram Hosanee is Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary of Great Quest Fertilizer Ltd. He has been appointed to the position of Corporate Secretary of the Company with effect from May 10, 2013. Mr. Hosanee is a General Certified Accountant who brings over 20 years of senior management experience in corporate finance, auditing and internal control. Prior to joining Great Quest, he held the position of CFO at Mineral Hill Industries Inc. and Golden Dawn Minerals Inc. His international experience includes multi-currency group consolidation, overseeing financial reporting and regulatory compliance of several publicly listed companies. He also held the position of CFO at Loita Group, an investment banking firm focused on Africa. This role gave him exposure to sub-Saharan markets.

Mohammed Bouhsane

Mr. Mohammed Bouhsane is Chief Operating Officer of Great Quest Fertilizer Ltd. Mr. Bouhsane brings to Great Quest 20 years' experience in project management and engineering in the Moroccan mining, hydrometallurgical, and metallurgy industries and a strong understanding of the phosphate industry. His expertise spans the mining, beneficiation and commercial production phases of a variety of ores and he has successfully brought all of the projects under his direction to production. Mohammed is a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ), and the Conseil National des Ingénieurs et Scientifiques de France (CNISF). He holds a Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, and a masters degree (DEA) in process engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts Chimiques et Technologiques de Toulouse (ENSIACET) in France. He also completed a DUT degree in chemical engineering technology at Ecole Supérieure de Technologie (EST) in Fès, Morocco. Mohammed was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Great Quest in November 2011.

Bruce McKean

Mr. Bruce McKean is Director of the Company. Mr. McKean has over forty years of governmental, NGO and industry experience in the development of sustainability, stewardship and social responsibility for governments and the mining and metals industries. He is Vice-Chair of the board of Cuso International, a Canada-based economic and social development NGO with volunteers in 21 developing countries and Canada. Mr. McKean is a former Chair of Shopify Inc, a leading e-commerce platform for over 600,000 businesses.

Salma Seetaroo

Ms. Salma Seetaroo is Director of the Company. former investment banker and lawyer, Ms. Seetaroo combines restructuring, M&A and debt raising skills with hands-on execution on the African continent as well as private and public company expertise. She is currently a non-executive director of Algold Resources Inc, a Canadian listed gold company, and a member of Cass Business School's Global Advisory Board. Until recently, Ms. Seetaroo ran Gold and General Limited, an investment holding that controls Zimbabwe's largest gold producer and led the acquisition and turn-around of a distressed fibre optic business in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Prior to this, she founded Medea Capital Partners, a successful FCA regulated resource advisory business in London and was an investment banker at Société Générale focused on mining finance. Ms. Seetaroo initially trained as a lawyer at Norton Rose and holds an executive MBA from Cass Business School.

Gordon Peeling

Mr. Gordon R. Peeling serves as Independent Director of Great Quest Fertilizer Ltd. Gordon Peeling was the President of the Mining Association of Canada (MAC) from 1997 to 2011 and brings more than 30 years of mining experience in both the public and private sectors. Prior to MAC, he served as Vice President at the International Council on Metals and the Environment and Director General at both the Mineral Commodities Branch and Mineral Strategy Branch at Natural Resources Canada. Gordon has a B.Sc. (Geology) degree from Queen's University and an M.Sc. (Geology) and a B.A. (Economics) from Carleton University.

David Shaw

Mr. David A. Shaw has been appointed as Independent Director of Great Quest Fertilizer Ltd. Since completing his doctorate 30 years ago, Mr. Shaw has worked both in the technical and financial communities within the resource industry. Seven years were spent with Chevron Resources in Calgary and Vancouver, employed initially as an in-house structural geology consultant on both metal and hydrocarbon exploration programs and then as a member of a hydrocarbon project financial evaluation team. Upon leaving Chevron, he initiated and developed the Resource Research Group at Charlton Securities Ltd., Calgary before assuming the position of Senior Mining Analyst, Corporate Finance, at Yorkton Securities Inc. in Vancouver. Throughout Mr. Shaw's career, he has built strong relationships with European financial institutions and the global mining community with valuable experience in West Africa.
