Name Description

Richard Kramer

Mr. Richard J. Kramer serves as Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Kramer joined Goodyear in March 2000 as Vice President – Corporate Finance, serving in that capacity as Goodyear’s principal accounting officer until August 2002, when he was elected Vice President, Finance – North American Tire. In August 2003, he was named Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning and Restructuring, and in June 2004 was elected Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Kramer was elected President, North American Tire in March 2007 and continued to serve as Chief Financial Officer until August 2007. In June 2009, Mr. Kramer was elected Chief Operating Officer and continued to serve as President, North American Tire until February 2010. He was elected Chief Executive Officer and President effective April 13, 2010 and Chairman effective October 1, 2010. Prior to joining Goodyear, Mr. Kramer was with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for 13 years, including two years as a partner. Mr. Kramer has been an executive officer of Goodyear for 18 years and has a critical role in creating our strategy and strengthening our leadership teams as Chief Executive Officer and previously as Chief Financial Officer and as President, North American Tire.

Darren Wells

Mr. Darren R. Wells is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of the Company. Mr. Wells is currently an Executive in Residence and MBA Coach at the University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business, a position he has held since January 2018. Mr. Wells previously served as the Company’s Executive Vice President and CFO from October 2008 to November 2013. He first joined the Company in August 2002 and has served as Vice President and Treasurer (August 2002 to May 2005), Senior Vice President, Business Development and Treasurer (May 2005 to March 2007), Senior Vice President, Finance and Strategy (March 2007 to October 2008), and President, Europe, Middle East and Africa (December 2013 to December 2015).

Christopher Delaney

Mr. Christopher Raymond Delaney serves as President, Europe, Middle East and Africa of the Company. Mr. Delaney was named President, Europe, Middle East and Africa effective September 7, 2017. He is the executive officer responsible for Goodyear’s operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Mr. Delaney joined Goodyear as President-Elect, Asia Pacific in August 2015, and has served as President, Asia Pacific (January 2016 to September 6, 2017). Prior to joining Goodyear, Mr. Delaney was Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Goodman Fielder Ltd., a food products company in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific region, from July 2011 until March 2015.

Stephen McClellan

Mr. Stephen R. McClellan serves as President, Americas of the Company. Mr. McClellan was named President, Americas effective January 1, 2016. He is the executive officer responsible for Goodyear's operations in North America and Latin America. Mr. McClellan joined Goodyear in 1988 and has served as President, North America (August 2011 to December 2015).

Ryan Patterson

Mr. Ryan G. Patterson serves as President, Asia Pacific of the Company. Mr. Patterson was named President, Asia Pacific effective September 7, 2017. He is the executive officer responsible for Goodyear’s operations in Asia, Australia, New Zealand and the Western Pacific. Mr. Patterson joined Goodyear in 2002 and has served as Vice President, North America Consumer Operations and Customer Development (January 2012 to August 2014) and President, North America Consumer (September 2014 to September 6, 2017).

Laura Thompson

Ms. Laura K. Thompson is Executive Vice President of the Company. Ms. Thompson was named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in December 2013. She is Goodyear’s principal financial officer. Ms. Thompson joined Goodyear in 1983 and has served as Vice President, Finance, North America (March 2011 to November 2013). Ms. Thompson is retiring from the Company on March 31, 2019. She will serve as an Executive Vice President and will assist with transition and other matters until her retirement.

David Bialosky

Mr. David L. Bialosky serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of the Company. He joined Goodyear as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary in September 2009. He is Goodyear's chief legal officer. Prior to joining Goodyear, Mr. Bialosky served in legal positions of increasing responsibility at TRW Inc., TRW Automotive Inc. and TRW Automotive Holdings Corp. for 20 years, including most recently as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of TRW Automotive Holdings Corp., a global supplier of automotive parts, from April 2004 until September 2009.

John Lucas

Mr. John T. Lucas serves as Senior Vice President - Global Human Resources of the Company. Mr. Lucas joined Goodyear as Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources in February 2015. He is Goodyear’s chief human resources officer. Prior to joining Goodyear, Mr. Lucas was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Lockheed Martin Corporation, a global security and aerospace company, from February 2010 until February 2015.

Paul Fitzhenry

Mr. Paul Fitzhenry is no longer Senior Vice President - Global Communications of the Company effective Jan. 1, 2019. Mr. Fitzhenry joined Goodyear as Senior Vice President, Global Communications in October 2012. He is the executive officer responsible for Goodyear's communications activities worldwide. Prior to joining Goodyear, he was Vice President of Corporate Communications of Tyco International, a diversified global industrial company, from 2007 until September 2012.

Scott King

Mr. Scott H. King serves as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development of the Company. Mr. King was named Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development in April 2015. He is the executive officer responsible for Goodyear's strategic initiatives and business development activities. Mr. King rejoined Goodyear after serving as Chief Financial Officer of Veyance Technologies, Inc., Goodyear's former Engineered Products Division, from August 2007 until February 2015.

Joseph Zekoski

Mr. Joseph Zekoski is no longer Senior Vice President - Global Operations and Technology of the Company effective Jan. 1, 2019. . Mr. Zekoski was named Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer in February 2015 and was named Senior Vice President, Global Operations and Technology in August 2016. He is the executive officer responsible for Goodyear's global manufacturing, supply chain, research and development, engineering and product quality activities. Mr. Zekoski joined Goodyear in 1979 and has served as Interim Chief Technical Officer (December 2012 to February 2015).

Evan Scocos

Mr. Evan M. Scocos serves as Vice President, Controller of the Company. Mr. Scocos was named Vice President and Controller in June 2016. He is Goodyear's principal accounting officer. Mr. Scocos joined Goodyear in 2004 and has served as Controller, North America (November 2008 to April 2013), Vice President and Assistant Controller (May 2013 to March 2014) and Vice President and General Auditor (March 2014 to May 2016).

Mr. Richard Clarence Kellam serves as Senior Vice president - Sales & Marketing Excellence of the Company. Mr. Kellam joined Goodyear as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing Excellence in September 2014. He is the executive officer responsible for Goodyear’s global sales and marketing activities. Prior to joining Goodyear, Mr. Kellam served in positions of increasing responsibility at Mars Incorporated, a global manufacturer of confectionery, pet food and other food products, including most recently as Global Chief Customer Officer from 2009 until September 2014.

Warren McCollough

Mr. Warren Alan McCollough serves as Lead Independent Director of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. Mr. McCollough is Retired. Formerly Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Circuit City Stores, Inc. Mr. McCollough joined Circuit City Stores, Inc., a consumer electronics retailer, in 1987 as general manager of corporate operations, and was named assistant vice president in 1989, president of central operations in 1991, and senior vice president of merchandising in 1994. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer from 1997 to 2000 and as President and Chief Executive Officer from 2000 to 2002. Mr. McCollough was elected Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Circuit City in 2002 and served in those capacities until 2005. He remained Chief Executive Officer until February 2006 and Chairman until his retirement in June 2006.

Michael Wessel

Mr. Michael R. Wessel serves as Director of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., since December 6, 2005. Mr. Wessel has served as President of The Wessel Group Incorporated, a government and political affairs consulting firm, since May 2006. Prior to founding The Wessel Group, he served as Senior Vice President of the Downey McGrath Group, a government affairs consulting firm, from March 1999 to December 2005 and as Executive Vice President from January 2006 to April 2006. Mr. Wessel is an attorney with over 30 years of experience as an economic and international trade policy advisor in Washington, D.C. Mr. Wessel has acted as an advisor to Congressman Richard Gephardt, both in the U.S. House of Representatives and to his presidential campaigns in 1987-88 and 2003-04, to the Clinton/Gore Transition.

James Firestone

Mr. James A. Firestone serves as Independent Director of the Company since December 3, 2007. Mr. Firestone was Executive Vice President and President, Corporate Strategy and Asia Operations of Xerox Corporation from January 2014 until his retirement on October 31, 2016. Mr. Firestone was President, Corporate Operations from October 2008 to December 2013 and President of Xerox North America from October 2004 to September 2008. Before joining Xerox in 1998, Mr. Firestone worked for IBM Corporation as general manager of the Consumer Division and for Ameritech Corporation as president of Consumer Services. He began his business career in 1978 with American Express, where during his 15-year tenure he ultimately rose to President, Travelers Cheques. He also has over 20 years of profit and loss management responsibility, as well as significant international business experience. These experiences provide him with unique and valuable insights as a director of Goodyear, particularly with respect to operations and finance matters. Retired. Werner Geissler

Mr. Werner Geissler serves as Independent Director of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. Mr. Geissler was Vice Chairman, Global Operations of The Procter & Gamble Company from August 2007 until his retirement on December 31, 2014, and was Group President, Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa from July 2004 to July 2007. He joined Procter & Gamble in 1979 and held positions of increasing responsibility in various brand and general management and operations roles in Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, Japan, Africa and the United States. Retired. Formerly Vice Chairman, Global Operations of The Procter & Gamble Company Operating Partner of Advent International.

Peter Hellman

Mr. Peter S. Hellman serves as Independent Director of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. Mr. Hellman is a Retired. Formerly President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Nordson Corporation. Mr. Hellman retired from Nordson Corporation, a designer, manufacturer and marketer of industrial equipment, in 2008 after a career of over 20 years with large, multinational companies in both financial and operating executive positions. Mr. Hellman was President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Nordson Corporation from 2004 to January 2008 and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer from 2000 to 2004. Prior to joining Nordson in 2000, Mr. Hellman was with TRW Inc. for 10 years and held various positions, including President and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hellman also serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations. In addition, Mr. Hellman has served on public company boards for over 20 years.

Laurette Koellner

Ms. Laurette T. Koellner serves as Independent Director of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Ms. Koellner is retired. Formerly President of Boeing International and Executive Chairman of International Lease Finance Corporation. Ms. Koellner most recently served as Executive Chairman of International Lease Finance Corporation, an aircraft leasing subsidiary of American International Group, Inc., from June 2012 until its sale in May 2014. From 1978 until 2007, Ms. Koellner held positions of increasing responsibility at McDonnell Douglas Corporation and The Boeing Company, an aerospace company, including as President of Boeing International, where she oversaw Boeing’s international operations, and President of Connexion by Boeing, which provided satellite-based connectivity services to aircraft and maritime vessels. While at Boeing, Ms. Koellner also served as Vice President and General Auditor, Vice President and Corporate Controller, and Chief Human Resources Officer.

John McGlade

Mr. John E. McGlade serves as Independent Director of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., since December 4, 2012. Mr. McGlade was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., a global provider of atmospheric, process and specialty gases, from March 2008 until his retirement on July 1, 2014. He joined Air Products in 1976 and held various positions of increasing responsibility, including as Group Vice President, Chemicals Group, and President and Chief Operating Officer.

Michael Morell

Mr. Michael J. Morell serves as Independent Director of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. Mr. Morell retired from the Central Intelligence Agency in 2013 following a 33-year career, including serving as Deputy Director from May 2010 to August 2013 and as Director for Intelligence from May 2008 to April 2010. He also served as Acting Director on two occasions. Mr. Morell has received numerous intelligence and defense awards for his service to the United States.

Roderick Palmore

Mr. Roderick A. Palmore serves as Independent Director of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. Mr. Palmore is Senior Counsel at Dentons US LLP, Formerly Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance and Risk Management Officer, and Secretary of General Mills, Inc. Mr. Palmore joined General Mills, a global manufacturer and marketer of food products, as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance and Risk Management Officer, and Secretary in February 2008 and served in that capacity until his retirement on February 16, 2015. Following his retirement from General Mills, he joined Dentons, an international law firm, as senior counsel. From 1996 to 2008, he worked for Sara Lee Corporation in a variety of legal leadership roles, ultimately becoming Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Prior to 1996, he worked at the U.S. Department of Justice and in private practice.

Stephanie Streeter

Ms. Stephanie A. Streeter serves as Independent Director of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., since October 7, 2008. Ms. Streeter was Chief Executive Officer of Libbey Inc., a producer of glass tableware products, from August 2011 until January 11, 2016. Previously, Ms. Streeter was with Banta Corporation, a provider of printing and supply chain management services, serving as President and Chief Operating Officer beginning in January 2001, and was elected Chief Executive Officer in 2002 and Chairman in 2004. She served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Banta until its acquisition by R.R. Donnelley & Sons in 2007. Ms. Streeter also spent 14 years with Avery Dennison Corporation in a variety of product and business management positions, including as Group Vice President of Worldwide Office Products from 1996 to 2000.

Thomas Weidemeyer

Mr. Thomas H. Weidemeyer serves as Independent Director of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., since December 9, 2004. Mr. Weidemeyer served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of United Parcel Service, Inc., a transportation and logistics company, from January 2001, and as President and Chief Operating Officer of UPS Airlines from July 1994, until his retirement in February 2004. Mr. Weidemeyer became Manager of the Americas International Operation of UPS in 1989, and in that capacity directed the development of the UPS delivery network throughout Central and South America. In 1990, he became Vice President and Airline Manager of UPS Airlines and in 1994 was elected its President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Weidemeyer was a director of United Parcel Service from 1998 to 2003.
