Name Description

Michael Maraist

Mr. Michael P. Maraist is Independent Chairman of the Board of Home Bancorp, Inc. He is Owner and Chairman of the Board of Timco Services Inc., a provider of oilfield tools and services located in Lafayette, Louisiana. In addition to 10 years of prior banking experience, Mr. Maraist brings more than 30 years of entrepreneurial and business experience from his management efforts at a successful oilfield tools and services business headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana. The board believes Mr. Maraist’s business and banking experience make him well qualified to serve as a director.

John Bordelon

Mr. John W. Bordelon is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Home Bancorp,Inc. Previously served in various management and other positions since joining the Home Bank in 1981. As President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Bordelon brings to the Board extensive knowledge of Home Bank’s operations gained from his more than 30 years of banking experience. The Board believes Mr. Bordelon’s career service in banking makes him well qualified to serve as a director.

Mr. Joseph B. Zanco is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, of Home Bancrop.inc., and Home Bank, a subsidiary of Home Bancorp, Inc. Previously, Mr. Zanco served as Controller at IberiaBank Corporation since May 2003 and, prior thereto, as Internal Audit Manager at IberiaBank.

Jason Freyou

Mr. Jason P. Freyou is Executive Vice President, Chief Operations Officer of the Company and the Bank. Previously, Mr. Freyou served as Chief Investment Officer for JD Bank from July 2014 to March 2015, and as Chief Operations Officer of Teche Federal Bank from July 2008 to July 2014. Freyou brings 20 years of diverse executive-level banking experience to Home Bank. He recently completed a highly successful tenure as Chief Operations Officer for publically-traded Teche Federal Bank. His background also includes roles as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer and Chief Investment Officer for other community banks in Louisiana and Mississippi. Freyou honorably served our country through the United States Army, earning the rank of Captain over his 14 years of service. He holds a Finance Degree from Louisiana State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Jason is very active in civic, faith and youth service organizations in his hometown of Breaux Bridge.

Darren Guidry

Mr. Darren E. Guidry has been appointed as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of the Company and the Bank. prior thereto, as Chief Lending Officer for the Bank since 1993. He has played a key role in the development of Home Bank’s credit culture, expansion into new markets and employee recruitment. His focus as Chief Credit Officer will be on enhancing commercial and retail credit underwriting, analysis and monitoring across the organization. He will continue to be responsible for the mortgage lending, retail brokerage and special assets functions of the company. Guidry has a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette. He has served as president of the University of Louisiana-Lafayette Alumni Association and is a member of the Development Committee of Habitat for Humanity (Lafayette).

Scott Ridley

Mr. Scott A. Ridley is Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer of the Company and the Bank. Previously, Mr. Ridley served as Group Executive of Louisiana Business Banking at Captial One Bank since 2007 and, prior thereto, as Senior Vice President of Business Banking Market Manager at Capital One Bank.He holds a finance degree from the University of New Orleans and is a graduate of the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University. An active member of the community, Ridley has served many non-profit organizations through Board of Director service, including the Istrouma Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, Teach for America - South Louisiana, Junior Achievement of Greater Baton Rouge and Acadiana (former Board Chairman) and was a founding Board member of the Greater Baton Rouge Community Clinic.

Richard Bourgeois

Mr. Richard J. Bourgeois is Secretary, Independent Director of Home Bancorp, Inc. He is Physician and surgeon, Lafayette, Louisiana. As a practicing physician in Lafayette, Dr. Bourgeois has extensive contacts in the local business community. Dr. Bourgeois serves as Chairman of Lafayette Investment Group and Managing Member of LabelB Real Estate Investments. The Board believes that Dr. Bourgeois’s career practice as a physician and his business experience in the local community make him well qualified to serve as a director.

Kathy Bobbs

Ms. Kathy J. Bobbs is Director of the Company. She serves as President and Chief Executive Officer for The Regional Health System of Acadiana, including Women's & Children's Hospital and Lafayette Surgicare. Bobbs is an active member in the healthcare industry, serving as a delegate to the American Hospital Association. She is also a board member for the Louisiana Hospital Association, and served as the past chair in 2013. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and has served on the Governor's Workforce Investment Council representing healthcare for theState of Louisianasince 2008. In addition, she serves on the board of One Acadiana and served as a United Way of Acadiana board member from 2003 to 2011 and was past chair in 2007. She is a 2011 graduate of Leadership Louisiana. Bobbs has bachelor's degrees in Nursing and Psychology, and a master's degree in Health Services Administration from theUniversity of Arkansas.

Mark Cole

Mr. Mark M. "Aubrey" Cole is Director of the company. He is the owner and operator of Don's Specialty Meats and is a real estate investor. Cole was appointed to St Martin Bank's Board of Directors in 2013.

His practice encompasses complex civil and criminal litigation and the representation of corporations and individuals in internal and government investigations. Washington currently serves on the boards of the Innocence Project ofNew Orleans, Public Affairs Research Council of Louisiana, University of Louisiana Foundation, Community Foundation of Acadiana, Pines to the Gulf Girl Scout Council, and Goodwill Industries of Acadiana. Washington received his juris doctor degree from South Texas College of Law, and his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Paul Blanchet

Mr. Paul J. Blanchet, III, is Independent Director of Home Bancorp, Inc. He is Partner in Broussard Poche’ LLP, a public accounting firm located in Lafayette, Louisiana. As a certified public accountant, Mr. Blanchet brings to the board over 35 years of experience in accounting and finance as well as in advising small to mid-sized businesses operating in south Louisiana. The Board believes Mr. Blanchet’s career practice as an accountant and local businessman makes him well qualified to serve as a director.

John Hendry

Mr. John A. Hendry is Independent Director of Home Bancorp, Inc. He is Pediatric Dentist in Lafayette, Louisiana. He has been designated a Fellow and was awarded diplomat status while holding the title of National Spokesperson for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He served as President of the Louisiana Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and was honored as “Professional of the Year” by the Louisiana Association of Retarded Citizens. He served on the Board of Directors of his alma mater, Springhill College. He has served on the board of 232-help, The Family Tree, The American Lung Association, The Lafayette Community Health Care Clinic and numerous others. Dr. Hendry has extensive contacts in the local business community. The Board believes that Dr. Hendry’s business experience as a dentist and his community service make him well qualified to serve as a director.

Mr. Judice has more than 30 years of litigation experience in south Louisiana, has been listed in Louisiana Super Lawyers (2007 inaugural edition through 2014) and, among other honors, is listed in the Bar Register of Prominent Lawyers. Mr. Judice previously served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Southwest Medical Center, Lafayette, Louisiana, and as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Women’s & Children’s Hospital, Lafayette, Louisiana. The Board believes that Mr. Judice’s service as an attorney as well as his other business experience make him well qualified to serve as a director.
