Name Description

Tomaso Tommasi di Vignano

Dr. Tomaso Tommasi di Vignano serves as Executive Chairman of the Board of Hera S.p.A. since 2005. Moreover, he serves as Chairman of the Company’s Executive Committee. He previously served as Independent Chairman of the Board. He graduated in Law. He began career at Sip SpA in their Personnel department, and in 1989 he assumed the position of Personnel Director for the Group. From December 1992 to May 1994, he served as Managing Director of Iritel SpA. From 1994 to 1997, he was General Manager of Telecom Italia, where he was responsible for the International, Business Customer and Residential Customer Divisions. In 1997, he was appointed as Managing Director of STET. From 1997 he assumed the role CEO of Telecom Italia. From 1999 to 2002, he was CEO of the multiutility company ACEGAS SpA. Since November 2002, he has been Head of the Hera Group, and as Chairman he managed the Company's initial public offering process which began in June 2003.

Stefano Venier

Mr. Stefano Venier serves as Chief Executive Officer, General Manager Development and Market and Directorof Hera SpA. He began his career in May 1987 at Zanussi as an assistant to the Head of Production planning control in the laundry division. From 1989 to 1996, he worked at Eni - Enichem as strategic planning assistant, head of market analysis and then head of strategic projects. In 1996, he joined management consultancy firm A.T. Kearney, where he worked particularly in the energy, utilities and telecoms sectors; in 2002, he was named vice president of energy & utilities. The utilities for which he worked include Enel, Edison, Terna and a number of international operators. He also worked for Wind and Fiat. From 2004 to July 2008, he was Director of Business Development and Strategic Planning at Hera SpA. Since 2009 he has been overseeing the following departments: planning and control, energy control and risk analysis business development and strategic planning. The following companies are also part of the division: Hera Comm Srl Hera Trading Srl, Hera Luce Srl, Acantho SpA, Marche Multiservizi SpA and subsidiaries in the energy production sector. He is a graduate in Information Science and also has a Masters in Energy Management from Scuola Superiore Enrico Mattei of Milan.

Giovanni Basile

Mr. Giovanni Basile is Vice Chairman, Non-Executive Independent Director at Hera S.p.A. since May 10, 2017. He served at Arthur Andersen & Co. Management Consultants. He later took up the post of administrative, finance and control director of the Hydrocar Group. Between 1993 and 1998 he worked with several consulting firms. He has been senior lecturer at the Federmanager Academy in the area of Planning, Strategy and Internationalization since 2012, at Alma-Profingest in the area of planning and control from 1992 to 2012 and various other higher education institutions (CIS Reggio Emilia, Confindustria Pescara and Cremona). He was an adjunct professor at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia from 1997 to 2003, a consultant between 1994 and 2004 at Regione Emilia Romagna (Regional Healthcare Agency) on the Management Control Project, on the Benchmarking Project (Health and Social Services Local Government Department) and on the Healthcare Companies Financial Statements Certification Project (Financial and Instrumental Resources General Management). He graduated from Universita degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia in Economics in 1987.

Luca Moroni

Mr. Luca Moroni serves as Group Director of Administration, Finance and Control of Hera S.p.A. since March 29, 2010. He graduated in Business and Administration. In 1993 he worked with Deloitte & Touche and, in 1995 he was at first International Audit at Neste Italia, then Head of Controlling with its confectionary industrial division. In 1999 he works in Milan, with Sipcam-Oxon Group, a chemical and pharmaceutical industrial group, as Head of Controlling and deputy-CEO for special projects, such as: ERP system implementing, relations with financial institutions, extraordinary transactions and Group fiscal policy. In January 2001 he becomes Had of Panning and Fnancial Control at Merloni Elettrodomestici SpA (now Indesitcompany SpA, where in October 2003 he was appointed as Group Planning and Controlling Director. In November 2004 he became Chief Financial Officer at Saeco International Group. Following the Group takeover by Royal Philips NV, he managed the post-merger integration process.

Cristian Fabbri

Mr. Cristian Fabbri serves as Chief Executive Officer of Hera COMM S.r.l. and Head of Marketing at Hera S.p.A. From 1997 to 1998, he worked at the ENI group where, as Assistant Project Manager, he was involved in the development of gas fields in the Adriatic. Between 1998 and 2001, he gained experience at Enel in planning, control and budgeting in the areas of both organization and operations. Between 2001 and 2005, he was a Manager at Bain Company where he was responsible for numerous projects in a wide range of fields, yet predominantly in the utilities sector: M&A, post merger integration, support in logistics and production, organization, planning and control. In February 2005 he joined the Hera SpA as Head of Strategic Planning. From July 2006, first as General Manager and then as CEO, he assumed responsibility for Hera Comm, a Hera SpA's sales company dedicated to the sale of electricity and gas. He graduated with honors in Electrical Engineering and subsequently studied for a MEDEA Masters degree in Energy and Environmental Management.

Claudio Galli

Mr. Claudio Galli serves as Chief Executive Officer of HERAmbiente Srl, a subsidiary of Hera S.p.A. since February 4, 2010. He was chief engineer for the Misano Adriatico municipal authorities from 1978 to 1986, then director of municipal firm Amia Rimini from 1986 to 1995. In 1991, he was made acting director of the management committee at the Coriano waste management plant in Rimini. From 1995 to 2002, he was COO of Amia S.p.A., and he was also vice chairman of the Italian association of compost producers from 1994 to 2003. He has been a member of the environment coordination committee at Confservizi Emilia Romagna, a member of the science committee at trade fair Ecomondo, and a member of government working groups on setting rules for the waste collection sector. From November 2002 to March 2003, he was interim COO of Hera Rimini S.r.l. and also Director of Hera SpA's Environment Division, a job he held until June 2009. The following month, when the division was spun off into HERAmbiente Srl, he became COO of the company with responsibility for implementing and managing activities pertaining to treatment plants, energy and waste collection and waste disposal, pursuing a strategy of environmental protection and sustainability and investing in technologies to ensure development and transparency. He is a director of HERAmbiente, Akron and Sotris, and is also CEO of Fea Srl. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering.

Roberto Gasparetto

Mr. Roberto Gasparetto is General Manager of ACEGASAPSAMGA S.p.A. at Hera SpA. Prior to this, he served as Director of Modena Area Operational Business Unit of Hera SpA from January 2010 until January 1, 2013. He holds a degree in Hydraulic and Civil Engineering. In 1983, he joined Idroser as a project technician, before moving to Acquedotto Consorziale di Rovigo as deputy technical director. From 1988 to 1996, he was at Bologna-based public regional agency for environmental policies Idroser, first as technical coordinator and project manager, then as operations director. He was made Chief Operating Officer of Consortile Acquedotto Medio Delta del Po in 1996. From 1998 to 2002, he was chief engineer for the Rovigo municipal authorities. He was Chief Operating Officer of ASM Rovigo in 2002 and CEO of Se.T.A. SpA from 2002 until April 2004. In April 2004, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Agea SpA Ferrara and then Chief Operating Officer of Hera Ferrara Srl.once Agea had merged into Hera SpA. He was named Chief Operating Officer of Hera Modena Srl in January 2006, and was CEO of Sat and Satcom in 2007 when they merged into Hera Modena Srl. Since January 2008, he has been responsible for the following local services: water cycle, energy distribution (gas, district heating, ellectricity), waste collection, street cleaning and customer management.

Mauro Tiviroli

Mr. Mauro Tiviroli is Chief Executive Officer of Marche Multiservizi SpA at Hera S.p.A. since January 1, 2013. After acquiring experience in public administration as Chief Accountant of the municipality of Loiano from 1974 onwards and then as Administrative Director of the same municipality as of 1982, he joined Acoser Bologna as Head of Corporate and General Affairs. Following the merger of Acoser into Seabo S.p.A. Bologna, he was appointed Head of Corporate and General Affairs. Since September 2002 he has held the position of CEO of Aspes Multiservizi S.p.A. Between November 2002 and September 2003, following the merger of Seabo into Hera S.p.A., he acted as Head of Developing Local Companies. From October 2003 to February 2006, he was COO of Hera Rimini S.r.l. In 2007 he oversaw the merger by incorporation of Megas S.p.A. of Urbino into Aspes Multiservizi S.p.A. in Pesaro to create Marche Multiservizi S.p.A.

Roberto Vancini

Mr. Roberto Vancini serves as General Manager of Acantho SpA, a subsidiary of Hera S.p.A. since October 2003. From 1975 to 1984, he moved up the ladder at the local health authority in Ferrara. He began as a programmer at the computing centre and became vice EDP manager in 1980. In September 1984, he joined the Bologna branch of Olivetti Computers, a technical and commercial firm targeting business and institutions (industry, banks and public bodies) in Triveneto, Emilia Romagna and Le Marche. He became a manager at the Bologna branch of Atlantic Italia in January 1989. After a brief spell at Memorex-Telex, he became director of telematics and IT services at the municipal authority of Ferrara in 1995. His goal there was to identify a way of spinning off the unit and creating a public-private partnership to provide outsourcing services. In January 2001, he was appointed COO of Tre.A.Web. He holds a degree in Electronics Engineering with a specialization in data processing.

Roberto Barilli

Mr. Roberto Barilli serves as General Manager - Operations of Hera S.p.A. since 2005. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering. He began his career in 1976 as an assistant in the Department of Road Building at the Faculty of Engineering at Bologna University. In 1977 he moved to Vianini SpA, where he served as a hydraulic design engineer. In 1979 he joined F. Fochi SpA in Bologna: as a project engineer he was involved in the construction of the ENEL thermoelectric power plant in Porto Tolle, then as a plant manager he was involved in decommissioning activities at the ENEL nuclear power station in Garigliano. From 1981 to 1984 he lived in Switzerland and oversaw, as site engineer, the construction of the Leibstadt nuclear power station. From 1985 to 1986, meanwhile, he was a site manager for the construction of Aqaba thermoelectric power plant in Jordan. In 1987 he was made Director of the Energy Division at F. Fochi; when the division went public he became General Manager and then, from 1991, COO. Between 1995 and 1997 he was General Manager of the Emilia-Romagna Region Environmental Area, with responsibility for regulatory-legislative, economic-financial matters and environmental materials (water, air, rubbish, earth), protecting the earth (hydraulic and hydrogeological prevention), Public Works (ex- Geni Civili) and Civil Protection, across the entire region. From 1997 to 2002, he was General Manager of Seabo SpA. Since the foundation of the Hera Group he has been General Manager and until 2005 in charge of staff.

Mila Fabbri

Ms. Mila Fabbri serves as Group Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs of Hera S.p.A. since November 2002. Between 1983 and 1996, she was head of legal and corporate affairs at Ami SpA, a year later becoming Director of Ami's institutional affairs and resources division (organization and personnel, corporate and legal affairs, information services and sales sectors) and Director of Con.Ami. She has sat on the board of several Hera Group companies and been involved in getting them off the ground. Since November 2002, she has been Hera SpA’s Group Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs. She also manages insurance policies for the entire Hera Group. She holds a degree in Law from the Universita degli Studi di Bologna.

Giancarlo Campri

Mr. Giancarlo Campri serves as Group Director of Personnel and Organization of Hera S.p.A. since November 2002. An executive since 1992, he has experience in organisational development and personnel management garnered since 1985 through roles of at Praxi SpA, Magneti Marelli SpA, Compagnie De Saint Gobain, Ocean SpA and Piaggio Group. He was Director of Human Resources and Organization at Seabo SpA in Bologna and concurrently Director of Information Systems and Head of the ERP project. He is a Member of FederUtility’s federal union committee, the trade union delegation for gas, water and electricity national collective contracts, and the working group for the Federambiente national collective contract. He was a Director of Antoniana Srl (2006-2007), Famula On Line SpA (2001-2003) and Fleet Service Srl (2001-2003), as well as a Member of the La Spezia province evaluation group for executives and internal management control (2001-2007). Since November 2002, he has been Group Director of Personnel and Organization at Hera SpA, charged with drawing up and implementing Hera’s personnel management, development and training policies, as well as managing industrial relations. He also defines and implements corporate organisational structures, overseeing matters pertaining to organisational models, appraisal and incentive systems and instruments, and development programs. He has a degree in Political Science and Masters of Business Administration in 1985, both from Fondazione CUOA - Centro Universitario di Organizzazione Aziendale.

Jens Hansen

Mr. Jens Klint Hansen serves as Director of Investor Relations of Hera S.p.A. since January 2010. He joined Iser Srl in Genoa and Milan as a controller in 1994, before becoming senior consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance in Milan in 1996 and investor relations and corporate development officer at Art'e' SpA in Bologna in 2000. He has been investor relations manager at Hera Group since 2003. He graduated in Business Finance from Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi.

Alessandro Aiello

Mr. Alessandro Aiello serves as Commercial Director of Acantho S.p.A., a subsidiary of Hera S.p.A. since May 2012. At firm he has the responsibility to develop the customer base for all business segments with the aim of maximizing the share and the level of penetration of the market, to ensure the achievement of business objectives for all segments by monitoring periodically the progress and manage agreements with the operators of TLC identifying business opportunities on the wholesale market. He began his career in 1999 in Italy Lab Telecom, a subsidiary of Telecom Italy, as part of the Strategic Planning Directorate of Mobile, which mainly deals with analysis and definition of the models for the strategic planning and management capabilities of the mobile network. Since April 2001 serves in Acantho SpA, Hera Group company that manages the design, construction, development, installation, maintenance, management and delivery of public and private networks of telecommunications and telecommunications services, which covers positions of increasing responsibility: Project Manager, Business Development, Planning and Development. Since July 2010, again within Acantho, he became Head of the Business Unit Top Corporate and manages corporate customers of the company. He graduated in Computer Engineering.

Alessandro Baroncini

Eng. Alessandro Baroncini is Director of Energy Networks at Hera S.p.A. since April 28, 2014. He was Head of Upstream Business and Asset Development at Hera S.p.A. from May 2013 to April 28, 2014. In 1996, he started to work in a managerial capacity at Apga S.r.l. (Piove di Sacco Facility). In 1997, he was appointed Director General. From September 2000, he was Strategies and Development Manager for the Aps Group (Azienda Padova Servizi S.p.A.) and from November 2003, he was the Group’s Strategic Marketing Manager. In 2004, following the merger of Aps and Acegas, he initially became Director of the Water and Gas Division and then, from October 2005, Vice Director General of the Acegas-Aps Group . From April 2011 to May 2013 he acted as interim Director General. Since May 2013, following the merger by incorporation of Acegas-Aps S.p.A. and Hera S.p.A., he has been Hera Group Business Development and Asset Upstream Manager.

Sergio Baroni

Mr. Sergio Baroni serves as Director of Operational Services HERAmbiente S.p.A. at Hera S.p.A. since February 2010. After a brief stint as a teacher of chemistry, physical and chemical analysis, he began his work in the Province of Ravenna, where he covers the position of Technical Manager of Environmental Services from early 1984 until 31.12.2008. From November 1999 to April 2009 he held the position of Director of the Area ATO 7 of Ravenna and is responsible for the regulation of water services and integrated service management of municipal waste. In May 2009 he joined Hera SpA, where as part of the Environment Division, has the responsibility of coordination systems. In July 2009 following the establishment of HERAmbiente SpA, a leading Italian company in the field of waste disposal, he became Head Dies Coordination and Standardization within the Production Department. Since February 2010 he has been Director Operational Services and is responsible for ensuring the planning, programming and operational management of the waste stream, processing and dissemination within the company's new relevant technical standards, managing and overseeing the implementation of policies management system in the field of Quality, Safety and Environment, to manage activities related to the sale / use of biodegradable materials produced by the plant perimeter HERAmbiente. Alessandro Battistini

Mr. Alessandro Battistini serves as General Manager of Hera Luce, a subsidiary of Hera S.p.A. since April 2016. After having had a collaborative experience with the University of Bologna, he began his employment career in July 1999 in Neri S.p.A. - Targetti Poulsen Group. During this period he deals with the design and design of optical systems for lighting fixtures, later becoming Research and Development Manager and Photometric Laboratory. Filippo Bocchi

Mr. Filippo Bocchi serves as Director of Corporate Social Responsibility of Hera S.p.A. since 2005. He is Member of the Ethics Committee within the Company. He has a degree in Business Economics. He became a consultant on corporate and environmental reporting at Smaer Srl in 1997. Three years later, he joined Ferrara-based multiutility Agea SpA as Head of Management Control. Since 2005, he has been Head of Corporate Social Responsibility at Hera SpA.

Sandro Bosso

Mr. Sandro Bosso serves as Director of Family Market of Hera Comm S.r.l. at Hera S.p.A. since May 2012. He began his career as Assistant Management Consultant in EDM (management consulting firm) where he participated in projects of management consulting and marketing at Cable & Wireless Italy, Olivetti, Autostrade, nd Elsag BritishTelecom. From September 1992 to August 2000 in Telecom Italy SpA where you play various roles in the area of Strategic Planning and Marketing to become executive Head of Development of New Initiatives in the field of Internet services. In August 2000 he became part of Seabo SpA staff in the Central Operating Services Department to support the nascent joint venture telecommunications. Carlo Botti

Mr. Carlo Botti serves as Head of Engineering Services at Hera S.p.A. since January 1, 2017. He was Director of Large Plant Engineering of Hera S.p.A. from January 2010. He has a degree in Chemical Engineering. He began his career in 1978 at Nuovo Pignone in Florence where, after an initial spell as assistant to the project engineering manager helping to design and build natural gas reinjection and compression stations, he took on more senior roles (project engineering manager, project manager) to manage the design and construction of nine plants in various countries (Algeria, Egypt, the United States, former Soviet Union, Brazil, Venezuela). In 1990, he became project manager at F. Fochi SpA’s energy division in Bologna, before being named technical director of Filippo Fochi Energia in March 1992, with Direct responsibility for organising the firm’s production business. In this role, he managed the construction of seven plants (thermoelectric and desalination stations) in various countries (Italy, Greece, Syria, United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, Bangladesh). In March 1996, he moved to Milan as technical director of Abb Soimi, where he restructured the engineering department, managed the construction of offshore facilities in Brazil and helped to build the a Telescope in Chile. The following May, he joined Amia in Rimini as director of the plants division.

Guglielmo Calabrese

Mr. Guglielmo Calabrese serves as Director General of Uniflotte S.r.l. at Hera S.p.A. since April 28, 2014. He graduated in Engineering and obtained Masters of Business Administration, both from Politecnico di Milano. He began his career in 1992 as a Project Engineer in Quadro Curzio SpA (Construction company in Milan), where he coordinates the final design of a metro station in Milan. From 1995 to 1999 is in Telos (consulting firm) where he optimization projects in the automotive and industrial withegoods, participates in the global career development program, program for young business talents, Cleveland - Ohio (center of excellence in manufacturing) to define globally the industry best practices. In 1999, always in the field of consulting, he joined solving of Italy where he is responsible, as manager of projects, including supply chain vehicles, sourcing for the public sector. From 2000 to 2004, is a senior manager in the management consulting firm AT Kearney where he, in geographical areas as diverse as among others Belgium, England, Sweden, Switzerland, United States and Italy, projects Operations (sourcing, supply chain, manufacturing), in different industries: industrial vehicles, pharmaceutical, FMCG , telecommunications. Since April 2004 within the Central Management Services and Information Systems is the General Manager of Uniflotte Srl. Since April 28, 2014 following the definition of the new organizational structure essential Hera Group switches to operate within the Directorate General Operations maintaining the position of Director General of Uniflotte Srl with responsibility for managing the activities relating to corporate fleets and containers environmental Hera Group in compliance with safety, health and environmental issues.

Alessandro Camilleri

Mr. Alessandro Camilleri serves as Director of Development, Training and Organization at Hera S.p.A. since January 2012. He began his career as a junior controller in Martini and Rossi in 2000 dealing specifically commercial scope. In 2001 he joined the Fiat Group by participating in the project Fiat Grade, management development program aimed at the swift formation of a management team with high skills and intersectoral International, which takes him first in CNH (Chicago - USA) as Analyst Organization in Human Resources field, then from 2002 to 2003 in Iveco France (Paris - France) as Commercial Controller, to pass in Human Resources of Fiat Auto SpA in 2003 as Head of the definition of HR processes for subsequent deployment in ICT systems company. From 2004 to 2007, always Fiat has the opportunity to hold positions of increasing responsibility, starting with the area of professional development, through coordination roles of Human Resources activities for start-ups in China and India and deepening gradually the discipline of organization, to become Head of Global Organization for the areas of Brand & Commercial Fiat Auto. Since January 2008 he joined the Central Personnel and Organization of Hera SpA, first as Head of Organization, later as Head of Development and Organization. In December 2010 he was appointed Head of Development, Training and Organization. Since January 2012, Director of Development, Training and Organization of the Central Personnel and Organization and is responsible for defining and overseeing the system development of human capital company proposing models for the development of meritocracy and leadership; to define and govern the processes and development activities, selection, internal mobility, training, personnel management executive, job evaluation, compensation & benefits, organization and change management. He graduated in in Business Administration and Master in Management Accounting and Corporate Finance at the Faculty of Economics of Turin.

Paolo Cecchin

Mr. Paolo Cecchin serves as Production Director of HERAmbiente S.p.A. at Hera S.p.A. since 2010. He is responsible for coordinating the management of facilities for waste treatment of all sectors overseeing optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the same and monitoring compliance with the authorizations and obligations regulatory. As part of its business has held and currently holds positions on the Boards of Directors of Group companies such as Hera Ambiente 3000, Energonut, New Geovis, Romagna Compost, Enomondo. He began his career in 1989 as a design engineer plant engineer before joining in 1990 the Ansaldo group where he held various positions in the design, construction and operation of facilities for recovery, treatment and disposal in a particular way by following the "Waste to Energy" (WTE). In particular, it followed all the steps leading to the exercise of an industrial plant: the preparation of projects for competition to the start-up, testing and commissioning of industrial. Ennio Dottori

Mr. Ennio Dottori serves as Group Director of Quality, Safety and Environment of Hera S.p.A. since 2008. He is a Certified Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining the firm, he held the following positions: Head of Personnel Administration at CEI (appointed in 1978); Personnel Director at Berco SpA, part of the Hoesch Rothe Erde Group (1985); HR Director at the Ferrara plant of Solvay SpA (1987); Personnel Director at Berco SpA, part of ThyssenKrupp AG (1989); HR Director at Agea (2000). From 2005 to 2006, he was Head of Personnel and Prganization at Hera Bologna Srl. From 2006 to 2008, he was Head of Personnel Management and Interim Head of Quality, Safety and Environment at Hera S.p.A.

Dario Farina

Mr. Dario Farina serves as Director of Administration at Hera S.p.A. since 2010. He is a Chartered Public Accountant. He began his career at Ernst & Young SpA in 1988 and assumed roles of increasing responsibility until becoming Senior Manager specializing in the manufacturing, services and finance. As part of the consulting assignments worked on numerous projects for the development of internal control systems, reporting packages for multinational groups, budgeting systems and consolidated financial statements. In 1997 passes in Valsoia S.p.A. as Chief Financial Officer. Since 2001 he joined Agea S.p.A. as Director of Administration and Finance. Following the integration of Agea S.p.A. Hera S.p.A. accepts responsibility for the administrative area within the Department of Administration, Finance and Control of the same Hera SpA Since December 2010, Chief always within the Department of Administration, Finance and Control, with responsibility for ensuring the preparation of financial statements and interim financial statements of the Group as well as of the leading managed service and coordinate policies for accounting and tax. He graduated in Business Administration from the Universita degli Studi di Bologna.

Piera Fasoli

Ms. Piera Fasoli serves as Director - Information Systems at Hera S.p.A. since January 2013. She began her career at Andersen Consulting; In 1990 she became executive with responsibility for working groups consulting business at major Italian and multinational groups in different industries, such as chemicals and pharmaceuticals, mechanical, food, iron and steel. Since 1997 she is in AtosOriginS.p.A. (International Society of Consulting in Information Technology) where, with roles of increasing responsibility, in 2002 she became Director responsible for Business Unit Extended ERP (specializing in projects of system integrationcon the main existing technologies); in this role, she managed a structure of more than 400 employees. In her career she has also played roles in strategic management consulting, as well as holding positions of responsibility for information systems in medium and large companies. In March 2005 she joined the Hera Group, as Director General of Famula On Line SpA, management information systems, within the Central Management Services and Information Systems. In this period she has redefined the map application and infrastructure of the Group and has managed numerous mergers and migration projects within the model system, which has constantly evolved to follow the growth of the business, in compliance with the regulatory requirements of the industry. Since January 2013, following the passing of the corporate structure of Famula On Line and the integration of the Hera Holding SpA, it was established the Information Systems Division, which is appointed Director with isresponsibility to define strategies of information systems Group, ensuring operation, accessibility and maintenance, and the achievement of Annual Plan and Multi-year assigned. She graduated in Business and Economics from Universita Bocconi di Milano.

Fausto Ferraresi

Mr. Fausto Ferraresi serves as Director - District Heating of Hera S.p.A. since 2005. In 1981, he became a project technician in facilities and construction. He was named COO and technical director of gas consortium CIG (in Copparo, Berra and Jolanda di Savoia) in 1994, before being appointed technical director of Agea SpA in 2000. He has been Chairman of AIRU (the Italian association of urban heating) since December 2006. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and Masters in City Management obtained in 1997.

Franco Fogacci

Mr. Franco Fogacci serves as Head of Acqua Sector and Director of the Forli-Cesena and Modena Area Operational Business Unit at Hera S.p.A. since January 2013. He has served as Director of the Forli-Cesena Area Operational Business Unit of Hera SpA since January 2010. He joined Rolo Banca in 1989 as head of payment systems. He then became head of planning and financial management at Coop Adriatica. After a brief spell as a consultant, he joined Seabo SpA in 2001, where he was head of management control and then of planning, control and reporting. From November 2002, when Seabo merged into Hera SpA, he was Head of Planning, Budgeting and Control, reporting directly to the COO and charged with planning and controlling Hera SpA’s objectives. In December 2005, as a result of organizational changes within the group, he became Head of Management Control, reporting directly to the Director of Administration, Finance and Control. He graduated in Business and Economics.

Giuseppe Gagliano

Mr. Giuseppe Gagliano serves as Group Director of External Relations of Hera S.p.A. since 2005. In 1991 he was Press Officer for SIP, in 1996 Head of the International Press office, and later Head of International Corporate Operations of TELECOM ITALIA SpA. In 2000, he was Head of Press Office of ACEA SpA and Head of Relations with the Media, Associations and Press for TRENITALIA SpA in 2003. Since 2005 he has been Head of External Relations for Hera Group, where he is responsible for developing, implementing and managing institutional, product and media relation communication strategies. He holds a degree in Law.

Marcello Guerrini

Mr. Marcello Guerrini serves as Central Director of Corporate Services at Hera S.p.A. since April 28, 2014. He was IT System and Services Group Director of Hera S.p.A. from January 2010 to April 28, 2014. From 1977 to 1979, he served as Technician within Agip Mineraria. From 1979 he joined the Consorzio Artigiani Idraulici Impiantisti of Ravenna as Sales Engineer and as from 1984, he served as General Manager in the same company. From September 1998 to October 2002, he served as General Manager of Area SpA. He also serves as Member of the Board of Directors of Uniflotte Srl, Service Imola Srl and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Famula On Line SpA. From November 2002 to December 2003, he served as General Manager ad Interim of Hera Ravenna Srl and as from November 2002, he served as Head of the Service Business Unit of Hera SpA. He holds a degree in Mines Engineering.

Isabella Malagoli

Ms. Isabella Malagoli serves as Director - Marketing and Indirect Sales of HERA Comm S.r.l. at Hera S.p.A. since May 2012. She began her career in 1992 as a consultant in Econstat Srl, company management consulting, later becoming Head of Marketing and Strategy areas. In 1997 she was Head of Customer Relationship Management for the North Central area of TIM SpA and she is responsible for the retention and enhancement of High End Residential Market. In March 2000 she joined the group GVM SpA, group active internationally in the private health sector, as Head of Marketing and Communications. In 2001 joined Acantho SpA, Hera Group company that manages the design, construction, development, installation, maintenance, management and delivery of public and private networks of telecommunications and telecommunications services, as Head of Marketing and Communications. Since January 2003, she took the Hera S.p.A. with a mandate to develop and coordinate the implementation of the first Plan Marketing Group. Since July 2004, in Hera Comm with roles of increasing responsibility: Head of Indirect Channels, Indirect Sales Manager within the Business Customers and subsequently within the Customer EMS (Small & Medium Enterprise) to arrive at the liability Clients EMS in 2008 and responsibility Market Enterprises in December 2009. From July 2011 assumes responsibility for the Marketing and Indirect Sales of Hera Comm. Salvatore Mole

Dr. Salvatore Mole serves as Head of Innovation at Hera S.p.A. since April 28, 2014. He was Director of Technologies and Development at Hera S.p.A. from January 1, 2013 to April 28, 2014. He was Director of Operating Industries and Director of Environmental Services Industry ad Interim of Hera SpA from April 2010 until January 1, 2013. He also holds a Ph.D degree in Industrial Plants from the Universita degli Studi di Napoli Federico II. He began his career in 1994 as head of production plant maintenance for Unilever in Caivano, in charge of drawing up maintenance policies and managing operating units and offices. After working as an organizational analyst at Network Consulting Group (1995-1998), he joined Bain & Company Italia as a consultant, working in the industrial sector to reorganize staff and line areas, develop business plans, improve operations and recover efficiency, optimize processes, and define and implement post-merger implementation programs. Between 2004 and 2008, he was a manager at Bain & Company, handling energy and utilities consultancy projects and clients. In 2008, he joined the Dufenergy group, first as COO of EHS Srl, a water and hydroelectric company, then as head of business development at Dufenergy Italia SpA. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering and holds a Masters of Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Cinzia Morandi

Ms. Cinzia Morandi serves as Director - Energy Distribution Services Sector at Hera S.p.A. since January 2013. Previously, she was Commercial Distribution Services Division at Hera S.p.A. from 2012 until January 1, 2013. She was Director of Electricity Distribution of Hera SpA from January 2010 until 2012. She holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from Universita degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia . At Amcm Modena from December 1987, she held positions of growing responsibility up to head of the planning office. She was made head of marketing, planning and finance at Amcm in July 1988, having held various positions, including: head of customer relations, head of the research and planning office, and head of market analysis. In December 2003, she became Amcm’s head of business planning, charged with organizing conventions, planning strategic objectives and territorial expansion, and developing analysis for drawing up takeover proposals. In January 2006, following the merger of Meta into Hera SpA, she was appointed head of electricity and energy pricing at Hera SpA’s business development and strategic planning division.

Stavros Papageorgiou

Mr. Stavros Papageorgiou, Ph.D. serves as General Manager of Hera Trading S.r.l., a subsidiary of Hera S.p.A. since July 2013. After the doctorate, he joined the Boston Consulting Group in 2001 where he mainly of projects concerning the electricity market. From January 2002 he worked with Ami S.p.A. as a consultant with the responsibility to develop and implement projects as diverse as: segmentation of the electricity market and gas assessments during acquisitions and integrations, due diligence. From November 2002 he joined the Sales and Marketing Division of Hera SpA as Head of Gas Supply and with the responsibility to set the model of Risk Management Energy. In June 2005, he goes to Hera Trading, a Hera Group company that manages the production, procurement, import, purchase, sale, export of natural gas and electricity and any other form of energy product or energy and becomes Head of Gas and Risk Management. From April 2012 to June 2013, COO Market always Hera Trading. From July 2013 he was appointed General Manager of Hera Trading and has the responsibility to develop, monitor and evaluate the portfolio fuels, gas and electricity trading and environmental certificates developing strategies consistent with the assigned objectives and risk policies, to ensure the 'transactions on regulated markets and not by monitoring the credit exposure to counterparties. Stefano Pelliconi

Mr. Stefano Pelliconi serves as Director of Gas and Electricity at Hera S.p.A. since July 2013. He obtained Masters of Business Administration from Alma Graduate School in Bologna in 2008. He began his career in I.R.C.E. in 1984 as Head of Electrical Maintenance of the plant in Imola, currently the largest and most important plant of the Group. In 1991 he joined Ami S.p.A. first as Head of Metering to assume roles of increasing responsibility in 1992 is responsible Cogeneration Plant, in 1998 Head of Energy Management Services. From November 2002 to March 2005, following the merger of Ami in Hera SpA Imola is Responsible Exercise and Management Service of Sot Hera Imola Faenza Srl to become Head of the same networks from April 2005 to December 2009. Subsequently retains responsibility networks even after the desocietarizzazione Hera Imola Faenza Srl and his "transformation" in Management Business Unit Sot Imola Faenza Hera SpA. Andrea Ramonda

Mr. Andrea Ramonda is Market Director of Herambiente at Hera S.p.A. Prior to this, he served as Director of Business Development and Asset Upstream at Hera S.p.A. since April 2012. His responsibilities include assisting Senior Management in managing changes in the business portfolio, pursuing development options in the core businesses and exploring the possibility of entry to other businesses/initiatives, either through acquisitions, internal expansion or tender processes. He is also responsible for managing the Group's positioning and obligations in Energy Management, supervising and coordinating optimal commitment to energy sources and safeguarding the Group's presence in upstream energy initiatives. He holds a Degree in Economics and Business, a post-graduate Diploma in Public Service Management from Cergy Pontoise University (Paris), a Master's in the Principles of Local Finance from HEC (Paris), and a Master's in the Principles of Management and Organisation from Bocconi SDA (Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi). He joined CGEA Onyx SA as a project manager in 1999. In 2002 he became Commercial Development Manager at Veolia Servizi Ambientali, and Head of Development and Marketing with responsibility for Italy and the Mediterranean basin in 2006. During this mandate he oversaw the acquisition of Energount S.p.A. and TMT Tecnitalia SpA. He has been General Manager of Veolia Servizi Ambientali Tecnitalia S.p.A. since 2011, and also holds positions in Group subsidiaries and associated companies, including: CEO of Energount S.p.A. and Veolia Servizi Ambientali Industria S.r.l., Chairman of Vercelli Energia S.r.l. and Termo Energia Calabria S.p.A. and Chairman and CEO of Termo Energia Versilia S.p.A.

Gian Carlo Randi

Mr. Gian Carlo Randi serves as Group Director of Procurement and Tender Contracts of Hera SpA since January 2010. He joined Zanussi Elettrodomestici in 1988 as sales controller, and became controller of the kitchen division in 1990. From 1990 to 1993 he was head of management control at Acoser Bologna, then he ran planning and control at the firm from 1993 to 1998. He became director of central operating services when Acoser merged into Seabo SpA Bologna in February 1998. In May 2001, he was made director of clients and services at Seabo and, in October of that year, he also took on responsibility for purchasing and tenders. Following the merger of Seabo into Hera SpA, he was director of purchasing and tenders at the holding company from November 2002 to March 2003. In April 2003, he became COO of Hera Forli-Cesena Srl with responsibility for the following local services: water cycle, energy distribution (gas, district heating), waste collection, street cleaning and customer management. He remains a Board Member at Hera SpA subsidiaries and affiliates. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Donato Rocchi

Mr. Donato Rocchi serves as Technical Director of Acantho S.p.A. at Hera S.p.A. since February 2012. He graduated in Naval and Marine Sciences. He attended the Naval Academy Courses Normal of Staff from 1977 to 1981 and began his career working in the Navy in 1982 covering, as an Officer of less boarded, positions of increasing responsibility that will lead him to the command of the Minesweeper Vieste in 1988. A period of offices in Sicily, at the Military Headquarters Individual and Rome to the General Staff Marina. In 1995 he resumed the operations on board large units with the task of commander in the 2nd Destroyer Ardito in La Spezia. In 1997 he was commander of the frigate Aliseo in Taranto in 1998 and Commander of the 1st Squadron Corvette to Augusta. He ends his career in the Navy in January 2000 to demand, serving in that position of Head Office Computer, Statistics and Operational Research of the General Staff of the Navy. Since February 2000 he worked in Accenture as Experienced Manager, is responsible for projects in the Information Communication Technology for Fastweb and Pirelli Informatica. From March 2001 to December 2009 contributes startup Satcom, a joint venture of Edisontel and SAT, covering first the post of Technical Director and, since 2007 after taking control of the company by Hera, the role of General Manager. From January 2004 also he fulfills the role of General Manager of Network and Modena, from October 2006 to Chief Executive Officer. Following the merger of Satcom Acantho in January 2010, it assumes responsibility for Marketing and Sales of the latter.

Franco Sami

Mr. Franco Sami serves as Director - Technical Services, Operations and Innovation at Hera S.p.A. since April 28, 2014. He served as Head of Technical Services Operations Division at Hera SpA from 2012 until January 1, 2013. He was Director of Water Cycle Industry and Interim Director of Gas Distribution of the Company from January 2010 until 2012. He graduated in Civil Engineering. He was a designer in 1976 and technical director in 1987 at Edilcoop, before moving to Sigla in 1992 where he was marketing director and technical director and head of marketing at construction, cooperative and industrial firms, as well as board member of engineering companies. In 1995, he became technical director at Conscoop, and the following year he was director of the networks division at CIS SpA in Forli and then at Unica SpA in Cesena. In 2002, he was appointed Head of Networks at Hera Forli - Cesena Srl, and became COO of Hera Imola - Faenza Srl the following year. In 2006, he became Head of Special Projects and Vice Chairman of Hera Modena Srl. Since 2008, he has reported directly to the COO with responsibility for operations as Director of the Fluids Distribution Division. He has attended courses at Politecnico di Milano and LUISS, Libera Universita Internazionale degli Studi Sociali in Rome, as well as at the Business Management School of Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan in 2000.

Oriano Sirri

Mr. Oriano Sirri serves as Director of Intercompany Relationships and Unbundling Conformity at Hera S.p.A. since July 1, 2016. He was Director of Planning, Control and Energy Distribution Services at Hera S.p.A. from January 2013. He was Director of Ferrara Area Operational Business Unit of Hera SpA from January 2010 to January 2013. In 1982 and 1983, he worked as an administrator at Grillo SpA. He was a business consultant in IT systems and administration at Arthur Andersen Management Consulting from 1984 to 1988. From 1988 to 1991, he was head of management control at Coop Romagna Marche, a medium-sized supermarket chain. From 1991 to 1993, he consulted on control, administration and finance matters, particularly with relation to the business processes of Gruppo Pro in Bologna. He was a controller at Sorin Group between 1993 and 2000. From 2000 to 2005, he was director of administration, finance and control at Meta SpA. In January 2006, following the merger of Meta into Hera SpA, he became COO of Hera Ferrara Srl with responsibility for the following local services: water, energy distribution (gas, district heating), environment and customer management. He graduated in Business and Economics and holds a Masters in Business Management Techniques from Isvor Fiat di Torino, obtained in 1984.

Massimo Vai

Mr. Massimo Vai serves as Director of Strategic Planning and Regulatory at Hera S.p.A. since April 2012. He is responsible for assisting Senior Management in drawing up the Group's multi-annual industrial plan, and also oversees the regulatory and legislatory framework, seeking to move it towards solutions which favour Hera's development, and providing authorities in the sector and government institutions with notifications and updates. After a short period as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, he joined A.T. Kearney in 2000 as an Associate, where he oversaw projects with increasing levels of responsibility, involving national clients in various industrial sectors: automotive, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), utilities and organisation of sporting events. As Senior Manager at A.T. Kearney since 2006, he heads projects for national and international clients, primarily in the FMCG sector. In 2009, he joined Ciccolella S.p.A., where he is Head of Business Development and Strategic Planning. He joined the Hera Group in April 2010 as Strategic Planning Manager in the Business Development and Strategic Planning Central Department. He holds a Degree in Business Economics and a Master's in Business Administration, both from Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi,

Gianluca Valentini

Mr. Gianluca Valentini serves as Director - Development, Planning and Control of HERAmbiente SpA at Hera S.p.A. since July 2013. He began his career in 1991 in the area of logistics SFIR SpA, sugar Cesena; in September 1998 he passes in Unipol Merchant SpA (Unipol Group company) as a senior consultant. Since January 2000 at Ernst & Young, where he worked as senior consultant of projects planning and control, marketing and business development in the areas of energy & utilities and financial services. Since September 2004 passes in Europraxis consuting, strategic consulting firm Spanish, as manager and is responsible for the development of the Italian practice in Italy, follows mainly projects concerning marketing and business development increasingly in the areas of financial services and energy and utilities. Since July 2006, he comes into Hera S.p.A. in the Central Department of Business Development and Strategic Planning as Strategic Planning. From May 2011 passes in HERAmbiente SpA, a company established in 2009 and leader in Italy in the field of waste disposal, as Development Manager, Planning and Control Department and became Director in July 2013, with responsibility for coordinating the process of defining the business plan and the budget, to perform the analysis necessary to ensure the planning and management control in the scope of consolidated Herambiente SpA including aspects of a financial nature, as well as to support corporate management in the pricing of waste disposal undifferentiated and differentiated. He graduated in Business Administration, Master in Business Administration from the Business School Profingest Bologna.

Susanna Zucchelli

Ms. Susanna Zucchelli serves as Technical Director of Clients Division and Diversity Manager at Hera S.p.A. since April 28, 2014. She was Technical Director of Clients Division, Director of Imola-Faenza Area Operational Business Unit at Hera SpA from January 1, 2013 to April 28, 2014. She has served as Director of Imola-Faenza Area Operational Business Unit of Hera SpA since January 2010. In 1987, she became head of marketing and communication at Aeroporto Marconi SpA. Nine years later, she was named sales and marketing director at Save SpA Aeroporto di Venezia Marco Polo, before becoming CEO of Geasar SpA Aeroporto Costa Smeralda in 2002. She won the Marisa Bellisario award in 2004, and from 2006 to 2009 was chairman of Promobologna, a body controlled by Bologna’s chamber of commerce and local authorities, and charged with promoting and attracting investment to the area. She is currently a director of Interporto di Bologna. Since 2006, she has been COO of Hera Imola-Faenza Srl. She holds a degree in Modern Foreign Languages and Literatures. After graduation she followed specialization courses in Marketing, Sales and Corporate Management. She also holds a Masters in Business Administration degree.

Forte Clo

Mr. Forte Clo is Director at Hera S.p.A. since April 23, 2014. Since 2012 he has been Chairman of the HERA Group Committee for the Territory of Bologna. Since October 2003 he has been a C.I.V. Director also holding the post of Vice Chairman since 2009. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Acer Bologna with the role of Managing Director. He was acting Vice Chairman of Unione Province d’Italia. For four years he held the post of member of the Board of Regioni d’Europa. In 1996 he was Councillor with responsibility for the protection and development of the environment at the Province of Bologna. He was a member of the National Council for the Environment. From 1975 to 1981 he was a Municipal Advisor to Zola Predosa and Mayor of this Municipality between 1981 and 1986.

Riccardo Illy

Mr. Riccardo Illy is Director at Hera S.p.A. since April 23, 2014. He is Vice Chairman since 1995 and in 1992 he became CEO of illycaffe S.p.A. In the past he held the positions of Vice Chairman of the Industrial Association of Trieste and Chairman of the Seminario Permanente Veronelli. He was Mayor of Trieste from 1993 to 2001. He also held the position of Chairman of the Teatro Verdi of Trieste in the same period. In 2001 he was appointed as a member of the Italian Parliament and between 2003 and 2008 he was Chairman of the Regione Autonoma Friuli-Venezia Giulia and was elected Chairman of the Assembly of European Regions. He has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the IEDC Management School of Bled, Slovenia since 2008.

Tiziana Primori

Ms. Tiziana Primori is Director at Hera S.p.A. since April 23, 2014. Between 1982 and 1986 she worked at the logistics centre of a distribution cooperative. Later she worked, until 1990, in the logistics and production division of Iveco (Fiat Group) and then moved on to consultancy work as CEO at Smaer. In 1996 she joined Coop Adriatica, where, from 2009 to 2013, she served as General Director of Management. Subsequently, she became Head of Development and Management of the Coop Adriatica Group subsidiaries; she is Chairman of Distribuzione Roma, and of the Ipercoop Sicilia companies, Supercoop Sicilia and the recently established Coop Sicilia. She graduated in mathematics.

Mr. Cesare Pillon serves as Non-Executive Director of Hera S.p.A. since October 15, 2012. He is Vice Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Acegas Aps SpA. He also serves as Director of Proxima sas.

Mara Bernardini

Ms. Mara Bernardini serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of Hera SpA since 2006. After obtaining a degree in Law from the Universita degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, she became Secretary General of the Mountain Community of Frignano Local Health Authority no. 18 from 1980 to 1993. Next, she was Special Administrator of Local Health Authority no. 21 from 1993 to 1994, Special Commissioner of Local Health Authority no. 21 and Secretary General of the Mountain Community of Frignano in 1994, as well as Sole Director of the Organization, becoming Manager of Primary Care, Outpatient Specialties and Pharmaceutical Care of the Emilia Romagna Region from 1994 to 1995. In 1995, she was Administrative Director of the Local Health Unit of Rimini. Then, from 1995 to 1999, she was General Manager of the Provincial Transportation Consortium (ATCM) of Modena and a member of the search committee for the Manager of the Provincial Transportation Unit of Piacenza (ACAP). From 1999 to 2010, she was General Manager of the Municipality of Modena. She managed the merger of Meta SpA into Hera SpA for the Municipality of Modena, and managed and coordinated the environmental agreements of the Municipality of Modena. She has been Chairman of the Evaluation Unit of the Municipality of Modena, Coordinator of procedures relating to the subsidiaries and associates of the Municipality of Modena, as well as a Member of the Club for Innovation and Excellence in Government. From 2003 to 2005, she was a member of the Board of Directors of Meta SpA. Since 2010, she has been self-employed as a consultant on public transport, local utilities, urban renewal, asset maximization, and complex real estate development programs.

Ms. Giorgia Gagliardi serves as Non-Executive Independent Director at Hera S.p.A. since May 10, 2017. Since 2007 to date she has worked at Cooperativa Muratori & Cementisti – C.M.C. of Ravenna where she has been in charge of the legal and contractual aspects related to the international activities of the cooperative. Moreover, she worked at Municipal Councillor in Fusignano and Provincial Councillor in Ravenna. Since 2009 she has been Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Fusignano. She holds a Masters Degree in Local and International Development and Cooperation, and a Bachelors Degree in International Science and Diplomacy from Universita degli Studi di Bologna.

Massimo Giusti

Mr. Massimo Giusti serves as Non-Executive Independent Director at Hera S.p.A. since May 10, 2017. He is member of the Board of Statutory Auditors for the Fondazione per il Sud since 2006, he has been Chairman since 2010. He was a director of Banca Popolare di Aprilia from 2009 to 2013. In his career, he has been Member of the Board of Directors of the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Modena from 2000, where he has been Vice Chairman since November 2005 and Chairman of the Commission Volontariato, C.s.v. and personal services of A.C.R.I. (since 2009), he is a member of the Council of the association that combines all Italian banking foundations.

Luca Mandrioli

Mr. Luca Mandrioli serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of Hera S.p.A. since April 29, 2011. He obtained a degree in Business Economics with honours from the Universita degli Studi of Modena, now Universita degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emila, and has been engaged in the profession of Chartered Public Accountant and Auditor for bankruptcy proceedings and companies, as well as in the restructuring and reorganization of companies in crisis. He has been a Contract Professor of Bankruptcy Law and Corporate Reorganisation Law at the Marco Biagi School of Economics at the Universita degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia since 2004 and of Procedural Law at the School of Economics of the Universita degli Studi of Trento since 2006. He is the author of more than seventy scientific publications and he has been a speaker at many conferences.

Danilo Manfredi

Mr. Danilo Manfredi serves as Non-Executive Independent Director at Hera S.p.A. since May 10, 2017. He has been a member of the Bar of the Province of Ravenna since November 1996. He mainly works in the field of commercial law, civil law, banking law, bankruptcy law, contracts, credit recovery, and opinions on loans and due diligence activities. From 1976, he worked for Societa Gas Rimini SpA, where he became Director in 1980. He is Chief Executive Officer of SGR Reti SpA, Member of the Board of Directors of Gruppo Societa Gas Rimini SpA, GasRimini Holding SpA, General Manager of Gruppo Societa Gas Rimini SpA, Chairman of City Gas Bulgaria (SGR gas distribution subsidiary in Bulgaria), Chairman of the National Association of Gas Industries (ANIGAS), Chairman of HERA TRADING Srl, Member of the Board of Directors of HERA COMM Srl, Member of the Board of Directors of Cariromagna and Vice Chairman of Confindustria Energia. He has published numerous articles in specialized magazines regarding the Gas sector, and has been Speaker for conventions on local public utilities.
