Name Description

Daniel Mondor

Mr. Daniel (Dan) Mondor serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, from April 2016 to June 2017, Mr. Mondor provided corporate strategy and M&A advisory services to the telecommunications industry through his private consulting firm. From March 2015 to March 2016, he was President and CEO of Spectralink Corporation, a private-equity owned global company that designs and manufactures mobile-workforce telecommunications products, including Android based industrial WiFi devices, for global enterprises. From April 2008 to November 2014, Mr. Mondor was the President and CEO of Concurrent Computer Corporation, a global company that designs and manufactures IP video delivery systems and real-time Linux based software solutions for the global services provider, military, aerospace and financial services industries. From February 2007 to March 2008, he was President of Mitel Networks, Inc., a subsidiary of Mitel Networks Corporation, a global company that designs and manufactures business communications systems and mobile communications technology that serve the enterprise and wireless carrier markets. Prior to that, Mr. Mondor held a number of executive management positions at Nortel Networks, including VP and GM of Enterprise Network Solutions and VP of Global Marketing for Nortel’s $10 billion Optical Internet business. Mr. Mondor holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manitoba.

Stephen Smith

Mr. Stephen Smith serves as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of the company. He previously served as a financial consultant serving multiple software-as-a-service, medical technology and technology device businesses, and has served as interim Chief Financial Officer of TetraVue Inc., a developer of high definition 4D LIDAR technology, since February 2017. From 2012 to 2016, Mr. Smith served as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Operations for Micropower Technologies, a private equity-backed business engaged in the development and sale of platforms enabling extreme low-power wireless video surveillance systems. From 2005 to 2012, Mr. Smith ran his own consulting business and also served as President of XiTron Technologies, a development stage biotech firm that was sold to ImpediMed Ltd, a publicly-traded medical device company, in 2007. From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Smith served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Applied Micro Circuits Corporation, a publicly-traded semiconductor company that designs network and embedded power architecture, optical transport and storage solutions. Mr. Smith also serves as a director of the Business Executive Council of San Diego and Niels Brock/CIBU, a Denmark-based International Business University. Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Arizona State University.

Christopher Lytle

Mr. Christopher H. Lytle serves as Chief Strategy Officer & Executive Vice President of Telematics & SaaS of the company. Chris Lytle has more than two decades of experience on Wall Street and with public/private investing roles primarily focused on the technology and telecom space, including two periods of employment at Morgan Stanley & Co. from 1991-1998 and 2006-2009. The former period involved roles in corporate finance, equity research, and fixed income trading. After he started the RCL Capital hedge fund in 2003 at John Levin & Co., he sold a minority stake of the Fund to Morgan Stanley in 2006 and continued in his role as Managing Director and lead Portfolio Manager of the Morgan Stanley Small/Mid-Cap Hedge Fund until 2009. The fund primarily focused on the wireless, telecom equipment and technology industries. Prior to Inseego from 2013 to 2016, Mr. Lytle was the lead external investor and President of Cavulus, a privately-held SaaS-based technology provider, which provided a cloud-based platform automating marketing, sales, enrollment and compliance operations for consumer-facing health plans. As President, he oversaw Corporate Strategy and led sales efforts to help drive growth from 12 to over 30 enterprise health plan customers. As lead outside investor, he led the sale of his investor network holdings to the Company’s largest client in 2016. As Executive Vice President and head of Strategy, Mr. Lytle is responsible for creating and overseeing Inseego’s long-term strategies to drive profitable growth in new and existing markets, as well as the development of strategic partnerships and acquisitions that address SaaS-based telematics and IOT solutions. Mr. Lytle holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Lafayette College.

Stephen Sek

Mr. Stephen Sek serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Novatel Wireless, Inc. He has served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer since March 2015. Prior to his appointment as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Sek had been employed by the Company as its Vice President of Global Products since September 2013, and had previously worked at the Company from August 2000 to November 2006 serving in various capacities, including as the Company’s director of technology and standards, systems, test and accreditation engineering, general manager of Asia Pacific, and director of customer technical solutions and technologies. Between 2006 and 2013, he served as Chief Technology Officer for Axesstel, Inc., a San Diego-based provider of wireless broadband access, connected home and voice solutions for the worldwide telecommunications market. At Axesstel, he was responsible for leading the office of the Chief Technology Officer, the patent committee, the company’s technology realization and product introduction in all technologies to customers. From 1990 through 2000, Mr. Sek worked at Motorola Inc., where he served in various senior research, engineering and managerial roles for the PCS Advanced Technology Lab, PCS FLEX Technology Systems Division, and Paging and Wireless Data Group. Mr. Sek is a veteran and active participant in technology standards, having been involved in carving the evolution of numerous generations of wireless technologies as a past steering committee member of the CDMA Development Group, a current member of the board of directors of the Portable Computer and Communications Association, a technical contributor to the Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP2) and an advisor to the Federal Communications Commission. Mr. Sek holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Ashish Sharma

Mr. Ashish Sharma serves as Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of IoT & Mobile Solutions of the company. He is a technology industry senior executive with vast experience driving major innovation for IoT and mobile solutions and SaaS companies. With a diverse background in sales, marketing, strategy, product management and engineering, he brought numerous highly innovative products to market and helped build multi-billion dollar brands in the mobile industry for companies such as Qualcomm, Ericsson, Alvarion, FreeWave and Spectralink. Prior to joining Inseego, Ashish was Chief Marketing Officer at Spectralink where he authored a new end-to-end mobility vision and strategy for the company for multiple enterprise segments. Prior to Spectralink, Ashish was Senior Vice President and General Manager for Graymatics, a cloud-based machine-learning SaaS company. At Graymatics, Ashish led sales and marketing efforts for the North America market and significantly grew the company’s large enterprise customer base. Before Graymatics, he was the Chief Marketing Officer at FreeWave, an IoT company focused on Oil & Gas, Utility and Defense Industries. Prior to FreeWave, Ashish was the Vice President of Marketing for Alvarion where he played a prominent role in building and growing the WiMAX industry into a multi-billion dollar market. Ashish also held multiple sales, marketing and engineering roles for Ericsson and Qualcomm and helped create the early market adoption of CDMA technology. He is a well-known industry expert in mobile and wireless system architectures. Ashish holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of District of Columbia, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University and a Masters of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in Finance, Marketing and Strategy.

Dennis Calderon

Mr. Dennis Calderon serves as Vice President Legal Affairs and Secretary of the company. Dennis Calderon is responsible for overseeing Inseego’s commercial legal, litigation, intellectual property, corporate compliance and other general legal functions. Mr. Calderon began working with Inseego in June 2013. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Calderon was a partner in Venture Counsel Group, LLP, a boutique corporate law firm serving Southern California technology companies. Mr. Calderon received his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law and a B.S. in Business from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona.

Cobus Grove

Mr. Cobus Grove serves as Global General Manager - Ctrack of the company. Cobus serves as Global General Manager of Ctrack, leading the global Ctrack teams and all related business operations. Prior to this, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer for DigiCore Holdings Ltd, where he had the responsibility for all finance and business processes. Cobus started his career at Deloitte, specialising in the application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Cobus also lectured the Accounting Honours programme of the National School of Accounting and was senior lecturer for the same programme at the University of Johannesburg. In 2011, Cobus was appointed associate director at EY, specialising in the interpretation and application of IFRS. Cobus was presented the Compliance and Governance Award at the annual CFO South Africa Awards and won the South Africa Institute of Chartered Accountants award for the Top 35 under 35.

Robert Pons

Mr. Robert M. Pons serves as Lead Independent Director of Novatel Wireless, Inc. Mr. Pons is the President of Spartan Advisors, a management consulting firm specializing in microcap telecom and technology companies. Mr. Pons served as a director of HC2 from September 2011 to May 2016. Mr. Pons also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of HC2 from August 2013 to January 2014 and Executive Chairman of HC2 from January 2014 to April 2014 and served as Executive Vice President of Business Development of HC2 from April 2014 to May 2016. From May 2016 to January 2017 he served as Executive Vice President of PTGi, a wholly owned subsidiary of HC2. From February 2011 to April 2014, Mr. Pons was Chairman of Live Microsystems, formerly Livewire Mobile, Inc., a comprehensive one-stop digital content solution for mobile carriers. From January 2008 until February 2011, Mr. Pons was Senior Vice President of TMNG Global, a leading provider of professional services to the communications, converging media and entertainment industries and the capital formation firms that support them. From January 2004 until April 2007, Mr. Pons served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Uphonia, Inc. (formerly known as SmartServ Online, Inc.), a wireless applications service provider. From August 2003 to January 2004, Mr. Pons served as interim Chief Executive Officer of SmartServ Online, Inc. on a consulting basis. From March 1999 to August 2003, Mr. Pons was President of FreedomPay, Inc., a wireless device payment processing company. Mr. Pons holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rowan University with Honors.

Philip Falcone

Mr. Philip A. Falcone serves as Independent Director of Novatel Wireless, Inc. He has served as director since October 2014. Mr. Falcone was originally appointed to the Board pursuant to the terms of the Investors’ Rights Agreement. Mr. Falcone has served as a director of HC2 since January 2014 and as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of HC2 since May 2014. Mr. Falcone served as President of Harbinger Group Inc., a diversified holding company (“HGI”), from 2009 to 2011 and as a director, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of HGI from 2009 to 2014. Mr. Falcone served as Chief Investment Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Harbinger Capital Partners LLC (“Harbinger Capital”) and certain of its affiliates, all affiliates of HGI, from 2001 to 2014. Prior to joining the predecessor of Harbinger Capital, Mr. Falcone served as Head of High Yield trading for Barclays Capital where he managed the Barclays High Yield and Distressed trading operations. Mr. Falcone began his career in 1985, trading high yield and distressed securities at Kidder, Peabody & Co. Mr. Falcone received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University.

Jeffrey Tuder

Mr. Jeffrey M. Tuder serves as Independent Director of the Company. He is the founder and Managing Member of Tremson Capital Management, LLC (“Tremson”), a private investment firm focused on identifying and investing in securities of undervalued publicly-traded companies. Prior to founding Tremson, he held positions at SEC-registered investment advisors that primarily invest in undervalued securities of publicly traded companies, including serving as the Director of Research for KSA Capital Management, LLC from 2012 until 2015 and as a Senior Analyst at JHL Capital Group, LLC during 2011. From 2007 until 2010, Mr. Tuder was a Managing Director of CapitalSource Finance, LLC, a publicly-traded commercial finance company, where he analyzed and underwrote special situation credit investments in the leveraged loan and securitized bond markets. From 2005 until 2007, Mr. Tuder was a member of the investment team at Fortress Investment Group, LLC (“Fortress”), where he analyzed, underwrote and managed private equity investments for several of Fortress’s private equity investment vehicles. Mr. Tuder began his career in various investment capacities at Nassau Capital, a privately-held investment firm that managed the private portion of Princeton University’s endowment and ABS Capital Partners, a private equity firm affiliated with Alex Brown & Sons. Mr. Tuder currently serves on the board of directors of MRV Communications, Inc., a provider of packet and optical hardware and software solutions for data center operators and communications service providers, where he also serves as chair of the audit committee. Mr. Tuder received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University.
