Name Description

Bill Sanford

Mr. Bill R. Sanford is Independent Chairman of the Board of Greatbatch, Inc. Mr. Sanford is Chairman of Symark LLC, a company he founded in 1979 that focuses on the development and commercialization of biosciences systems, products and services. He is Executive Founder and retired Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Steris Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) listed global provider of infection and contamination prevention systems, products, services and technologies. Mr. Sanford is an active early and growth stage advisor and equity investor through Symark. He has served on the boards of KeyCorp and its KeyBank N.A. subsidiary, Cleveland Clinic, Case Western Reserve University, AdvaMed, and several other private for-profit companies, not-for-profit organizations, investment limited partnerships and venture capital firms.

Joseph Dziedzic

Mr. Joseph W. Dziedzic serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Greatbatch, Inc. He has served as a director of the Company since February 2013 and was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Brink’s Company from 2009 to 2016. Prior to joining The Brink’s Company in 2009, Mr. Dziedzic had a 20-year career with General Electric, including leadership roles in six different businesses, including General Electric Medical Systems. Mr. Dziedzic is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Brink’s Company, a global leader in security-related services for banks, retailers and a variety of other commercial and governmental customers. In addition to his responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Dziedzic is responsible for global security, global procurement, risk management and the payment services business for The Brink’s Company. Prior to joining The Brink’s Company in 2009, he had a 20-year career with General Electric where from 2006 to 2009, he was Chief Financial Officer of GE Aviation Services, from 2003 to 2006, he was Manager of Global Financial Planning and Analysis of GE Energy, and from 2000 to 2002 he was Chief Financial Officer of GE Plastics America. Prior to 2000, Mr. Dziedzic held a number of other positions of increasing responsibility with General Electric. He is a director of the YMCA of Greater Richmond.

Jeremy Friedman

Mr. Jeremy A. Friedman is Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company. In this newly established role, Mr. Friedman has responsibility for the Company's Advanced Surgical & Orthopedic, Cardio & Vascular and Cardiac Rhythm Management & Neuromodulation product categories as well as the Supply Chain, Lean Enterprise, and Enterprise Health, Safety & Security functions. Jeremy brings tremendous knowledge and experience to this role, having previously served as COO for a subsidiary of one of the world's largest contract manufacturing companies, where he led the turnaround of a business comprised of 10,000 employees in 17 countries,” said Thomas J. Hook, Integer’s president and CEO. “He is charged with leading our company through the largest acquisition in our history, making us one of the largest medical device outsource manufacturers in the industry. Jeremy will apply his in-depth understanding of lean principles to maximize our integration efforts and strengthen our position in the marketplace. Mr. Friedman has been with the company since 2007, most recently serving as President of the Cardio & Vascular product category. Prior to that he held numerous finance and operating executive leadership roles – including three previous COO positions in a variety of industries. He holds an MBA from Harvard University with a concentration in Finance and General Management and a bachelor’s degree from Haverford College.

Jennifer Bolt

Ms. Jennifer M. Bolt is President, Electrochem of the Company. From June 2013 to October 2015 she was Vice President, Supply Chain and Operational Excellence for Greatbatch. Ms. Bolt held the position of Vice President, Operations for Electrochem from May 2012 to June 2013, and prior to that served as Director of Operations of our Raynham, MA facility from September 2007 to May 2012. Ms. Bolt joined our Company in May 2005 as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager for our Alden, NY facility. Prior to joining our Company, she served in a variety of engineering and operational roles at General Motors/Delphi and Eastman Kodak.

Antonio Gonzalez

Mr. Antonio Gonzalez is President, CRM & Neuromodulation of the Company. From October 2014 to October 2015, he served as Vice President, Operations, Greatbatch Medical Mexico. Previously, Mr. Gonzalez served as Executive Director, Operations Mexico between November 2011 and October 2014, Director of Global Supply Chain from November 2007 to November 2011, Director of Strategic Projects from March 2006 to November 2007, and Supply Chain Manager for Greatbatch Tecnologías de Mexico from January 2005 to March 2006. Prior to joining our Company, he served in a variety of finance, operations, supply chain and customer management roles with Sanmina-SCI, BellSouth Telecommunications, HSBC and ING Bank.

Payman Khales

Mr. Payman Khales is President - Cardio and Vascular Product Line of the Company. Payman will be responsible for accelerating sales and profitability growth for the product line. John Harris, who served as interim president of Cardio & Vascular during the search process, will continue as vice president of operations for Cardio & Vascular and will lead the implementation of manufacturing excellence for the product line.

Declan Smyth

Mr. Declan Smyth is President, Advanced Surgical & Orthopedics of the Company. From January 2013 until the Company’s acquisition of Lake Region Medical in October 2015, he was President of Lake Region Medical’s Advanced Surgical business. From January 2012 to January 2013, he was Strategic Product Leader of Surgical Devices and Diagnostics at Accellent, Inc. and prior to that served as Senior Director of Engineering at Accellent, Inc. from August 2009 to January 2012.

Kirk Thor

Mr. Kirk Thor is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the Company. Thor joins Integer from Flowserve Corporation where he served as Vice President of Global Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness. He has over 25 years of human resources experience across numerous industries, including leadership roles at JC Penney, Centex Corporation, Disney World, National Data Corporation and the Army Research Institute. Thor graduated from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Sociology, and earned master's and doctorate degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University in Fairfax, Va.

Timothy McEvoy

Mr. Timothy G. McEvoy is Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of the Company. since joining our Company in February 2007. From 1992 until January 2007, he was employed in a variety of legal roles by Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company.

Tommy Thomas

Mr. Tom P. Thomas is appointed as Vice President & Corporate Controller of the company effective as of February 5, 2018. In his position, Mr. Thomas will serve as the principal accounting officer of the Company. Since 2005, Mr. Thomas has served in a number of financial roles with Windstream, Inc., a network communications and technology service provider, and its predecessor companies, including as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Small Business and Consumer Business Unit from 2014 to 2017, as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, IT Services Business Unit from 2012 to 2014, as Vice President, Finance Systems from 2011 to 2012, and as Vice President and Corporate Controller from 2008 to 2011.

James Hinrichs

Mr. James F. Hinrichs serves as Director of the company. Mr. Hinrichs has over 25 years of experience in financial roles at companies in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Alere Inc. from April 2015 until its sale to Abbott Labs in October 2017. From December 2010 through March 2015, Mr. Hinrichs served as Chief Financial Officer of CareFusion Corporation prior to its acquisition by Becton Dickinson. He previously had served as CareFusion’s Senior Vice President, Global Customer Support, and as its Senior Vice President, Controller. Prior to joining CareFusion after its spinoff from Cardinal Health, Inc., Mr. Hinrichs worked for five years at Cardinal Health in various positions including Executive Vice President and Corporate Controller of Cardinal Health and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of its Healthcare Supply Chain Services segment. He joined Cardinal Health following more than a decade of finance and marketing roles at Merck & Co. Mr. Hinrichs is a director of Orthofix International N.V. and serves as chair of its Audit & Finance Committee and a member of its Nominating & Governance Committee.

Pamela Bailey

Ms. Pamela G. Bailey is Independent Director of the Company. Ms. Bailey has been President and Chief Executive Officer of The Grocery Manufacturers Association (“GMA”), a Washington, D.C. based trade association, since January 2009. From April 2005 until January 2009, she was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Personal Care Products Council. Ms. Bailey served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Advanced Medical Technology Association (“AdvaMed”), the world’s largest association representing the medical technology industry, from June 1999 to April 2005. From 1970 to 1999, she served in the White House, the Department of Health and Human Services and other public and private organizations with responsibilities for health care public policy. Ms. Bailey is a director of the Reagan-Udall Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization created by Congress to advance the mission of the Food and Drug Administration by advancing regulatory science and research. She formerly served as a director of Albertsons, Inc., MedCath Corporation, and The National Food Laboratory, Inc.

Jean Hobby

Ms. Jean Hobby is Independent Director of the Company. Ms. Hobby served as a global strategy officer at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP from 2013 until her retirement in June 2015 following a 33-year career at that firm. Ms. Hobby was based in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Dallas office, where she was responsible for leading, developing and articulating the global business case for change. From 2008 to 2013, Ms. Hobby served as PWC's U.S. Sector leader where her responsibilities included P&L, daily operations, PCAOB interaction and global clients. From 2005 to 2008, she served as PWC's Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for finance, treasury, mergers & acquisitions, external reporting, compliance, governance and real estate. As Regional Assurance Audit Leader from 2002 to 2005, Ms. Hobby led a 12-state practice.

Martin Maxwell

Mr. Martin Craig Maxwell is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Maxwell is the Vice President and Chief Technology and Innovation Officer for Parker Hannifin Corporation, a Fortune 250 company located in Cleveland, Ohio, with annual sales of $13 billion, 58,000 employees and operations in 50 countries. Parker Hannifin is the global leader in motion and control technologies and systems, providing precision-engineered solutions for a wide variety of mobile, industrial and aerospace markets. Mr. Maxwell's responsibilities include leading Parker Hannifin in new and emerging markets and the implementation of Parker Hannifin's new product development process. Additionally, Mr. Maxwell is responsible for Parker Hannifin's technology incubator designed to facilitate cross group opportunities that leverage the company's broad and diverse portfolio of products and technology to develop emerging opportunities, such as Indego, a robotic exoskeleton that allows paraplegics to walk. Mr. Maxwell joined Parker in 1996 as Manager, New Product Development for the Parker Racor Division, and was later promoted to Division Engineering Manager. Prior to assuming his current position, he led Parker Hannifin's fuel cell development program as head of the Fuel Cell Systems Business Unit at the Fluid Control Division. Prior to joining Parker Hannifin, Mr. Maxwell held a number of engineering positions with Stanadyne Corporation's Diesel Systems Group, where he worked for 15 years.

Filippo Passerini

Mr. Filippo Passerini is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Passerini recently joined the Carlyle Group as an Operating Executive in U.S. Buyouts following his retirement from a 30-year career at the Procter & Gamble Company. From January 2015 until his retirement in June, he served as Officer on Special Assignment to the President and CEO of Procter & Gamble. Prior to that, Mr. Passerini served as Procter & Gamble's Group President, Global Business Services and Chief Information Officer, positions he has held since February 2008 and July 2004, respectively. He joined Procter & Gamble in 1981 and held executive positions in the United Kingdom, Greece, Italy, Turkey, Latin America and the United States. On behalf of the Procter & Gamble organization, he oversaw over 170 distinct services in 70 countries and led the integration of Procter & Gamble's IT and services groups, one of the largest and most progressive shared services organizations in the world.

Peter Soderberg

Mr. Peter H. Soderberg is Independent Director of the Company. Mr.Soderberg is managing partner of Worthy Ventures Resources, LLC, a private investment company he founded in February 2010. He retired in January 2010 as President and Chief Executive Officer of Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc. (formerly Hillenbrand Industries), a position he held since March 2006. From January 2000 to March 2006, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Welch Allyn, Inc., and for the seven years prior to that, Chief Operating Officer of Welch Allyn’s medical products business. Mr. Soderberg also held a number of positions over a twenty-three year career with Johnson & Johnson, where his final position was as president of one of its operating subsidiaries. Until his retirement, he also had served on the board of directors of Hill-Rom and AdvaMed. Mr. Soderberg currently serves as a Director of St. Vincent Health System (Indianapolis), as well as of several privately-held medtech companies. He is a former director of Constellation Brands, Inc. and Welch Allyn.

Donald Spence

Mr. Donald J. Spence is Independent Director of the Company., effective October 17, 2016. Mr. Spence brings 40 years of experience, including over 25 years in the medical device industry, in operations, finance and general management roles to our Board. He most recently served as chairman and chief executive officer of Lake Region Medical Holdings, Inc. from 2010 until its acquisition by the Company in October of 2015. From 2005 to 2008, he served as president of the Sleep and Home Respiratory Group for Philips Respironics, and from 2008 to 2010 as chief executive officer of Philips Home Healthcare Solutions. Prior to that, Mr. Spence spent eight years with GKN Sinter Metals, as senior vice president for global sales and marketing (1998-2001) and as president (2001-2005). Before 1998, he served in a number of roles at BOC Group, PLC over a 15-year career at that company. Mr. Spence serves on the board of directors of two privately held Medtech companies.

William Summers

Mr. William B. Summers, Jr. is Independent Director of the Company. He also held the additional positions of President (from 1989 through 1998) and Chief Executive Officer (from 1994 through 1998) of that investment company. Mr. Summers serves on the board of directors of RPM International, Inc. and is a member of its audit committee. He also serves on the advisory boards of Molded Fiberglass Companies, MAI Wealth Advisors LLC, and IQWARE Marketing, LLC, and on the board of directors of The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, Baldwin-Wallace University, State Troopers of Ohio, and the Convention and Visitors Bureau of Greater Cleveland, Inc. Mr. Summers previously served as chairman of the board of the National Association of Securities Dealers, as chairman of the board of the NASDAQ Stock Market, and as a director of the NYSE. He is a former director of Developers Diversified Realty, Inc., Cleveland Indians Baseball Company, and Penton Media Inc.
