Biographies

Name Description

Lars Rockert

Mr. Lars Rockert has been Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors of Invisio Communications AB (formerly Invisio Headsets AB) since April 28, 2011. He joined the Company's Board in April 2010. He serves as Member of the Company's Nomination Committee, and Chairman of Audit and Compensation Committees. Lars Rockert was trained as an officer at Karlberg Military College 1973-1974 and the Military College Higher Course 1982-1984, which corresponds to a higher academic exam. Rockert was an active officer between 1974 and 1984. From 1984, Lars Rockert was active in the Swedish defense industry at companies such as SAAB, Ericsson and Bofors/BAE Systems. Lars Rockert held various marketing and sales manager positions there. Most lately, he was Head of Marketing at BAE Systems AB, legal owner of Bofors and Hagglunds. He left this position in 2011, when he also left BAE Systems in order to run his own company where he conducts business development and management consulting operations. He is CEO of IMDAR Systems AB. Rockert was also a Board member at BHIC Bofors Asia Sdn Bhd from 2004 until March 2011, and he was formerly also a director and Chairman at H-B Utveckling AB. In addition to his duties at INVISIO, Lars Rockert is Member of the Board of L.M.R. Business Development AB.

Lars Hoejgaard Hansen

Mr. Lars Hoejgaard Hansen has been President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Invisio Communications AB (formerly Invisio Headsets AB) since July 2007. Before that, he served as Acting CEO of the Company between February 2007 and June 2007. He joined the Company in April 2006 as Senior Vice President of Marketing. Prior to this, he was employed within the Telecom industry and was Vice President Marketing at GN Netcom A/S, Sales and Marketing Director for mobile phone accessories in Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Ericsson Mobile Communications AB and SonyEricsson Mobile Communications AB. Mr. Hansen holds an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from the Institute of Economics at Lunds Universitet and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management (HD) from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark.

Thomas Larsson

Mr. Thomas Larsson has been Chief Financial Officer at Invisio Communications AB since April 2012. He holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from Vaxjo universitet. He has long experience of various financial and accounting roles both in listed companies and private companies at different phases of development, including Pharmacia. He previously was Chief Financial Officer at Systemtextgruppen AB and Head of Finance at Doro Nordic AB.

Carsten Aagesen

Mr. Carsten Aagesen has served as Senior Vice President Global Sales and Marketing at Invisio Communications AB (formerly Invisio Headsets AB) since 2015. Before that, he has been Vice President Sales and Marketing at the Company since January 2011. He had previously been Vice President Sales at the Company since May 2008. He joined the Company in May 2007 as Vice President of Consumer Sales, EMEA. Mr. Aagesen has international sales and marketing experience through various management positions, including Sales and Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager, Nordic Region and Benelux at Apple Inc; Director of Global Marketing at GN Great Nordic A/S, GN Netcom A/S, and Director of Sales and Product Sourcing at F Group A/S. He also worked as Marketing Manager at Apple Nordic & Benelux. Mr. Aagesen holds Master of Science degree in Economics, with major in Marketing and Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School.

Joakim Birgersson

Mr. Joakim Birgersson has been Senior Vice President Operations at Invisio Communications AB since 2018. He has many years of experience within the security and hearing protection industry and has held executive positions in both small and large manufacturing companies, such as Sordin and Peltor. His most recent position was as Corporate Vice President and General Manager Europe at MSA Safety. He is Mechanical Engineer, with university studies and diploma in Marketing.

Sigge Frolov

Mr. Sigge Frolov has been Senior Vice President Product Management at Invisio Communications AB since January 2018. He has many years’ experience from senior positions in product management and marketing, focusing on commercializing new technologies and products, at GN Resound A/S and Sony Ericsson, and from the defense industry. He holds M.Sc. Engineering Physics, Faculty of Engineering LTH, Lund University and Business Administration at Lund University School of Economics and Management.

Jan Larsen

Mr. Jan Larsen has been Senior Vice President Research & Development and Operations at Invisio Communications AB since 2018. He has previously been Senior Vice President Research & Development and Supply Chain since 2015. Before that, he has been Vice President Research and Development of the Company since May 2007, and Head of Operations of the Company since March 1, 2010. Prior to joining the Company in 2007, he served as Vice President of Research and Development at GN Netcom A/S and UnoMedical A/S, and held various roles at Oticon A/S, GN Store Nord, among others. Mr. Larsen holds Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Danmarks Tekniske Universitet (Technical University of Denmark) and a Graduate Diploma (HD-O) in Business Administration and Organization from Copenhagen Business School.

Lage Jonason

Mr. Lage Jonason has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Invisio Communications AB since May 29, 2012. He has over 35 years of experience in the financial sector. After working within the university and justice system (1974-1980), he served at Handelsbanken and later worked within Investment AB Skrinet, Forvaltnings AB Ratos and Veckans Affarer. He has had several Chief Executive Officer (CEO) posts, including six years as CEO of JP Nordiska AB (currently Alandsbanken Sverige) and Board positions in a number of listed and unlisted companies, including Holmens Bruk, Scandic Hotel, NetInsight, Posen Kassa & Bank and CityMail. For the last ten years, he has mainly been active as Advisor in corporate finance and with own investments in companies at earlier stages. He is Senior Advisor to Erik Penser Bankaktiebolag. He is Member of the Board and CEO of Lage Jonason AB, and Member of the Boards of Urb-it AB, INSPI AB, AB G C Lapidem, QQM Fund Management, Culot AB and AB I.V. Numen Adest. He is also Chairman of the Board of Stockholm International School Foundation and Member of the Board of the Sweden-America Foundation. He holds Master of Laws degree and a Master of Science degree in Economics from Lunds Universitet.

Annika Andersson

Ms. Annika Andersson has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Invisio Communications AB since May 7, 2014. She holds Master of Science degree in Economics from Stockholm School of Economics. She serves as Chairman of the Board at Pantor Engineering AB. She is Advisor in the field of corporate governance. She has a background in the financial services industry, among others from the Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund as head of research, portfolio manager and most recently as responsible for governance, information and sustainability. In addition to her duties at INVISIO, she serves as Member of the Board of Clavister Holding AB, Karolinska Institutet Holding AB and Karolinska Institutet Innovations AB.

Charlotta Falvin

Ms. Charlotta Falvin has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Invisio Communications AB since May 7, 2014. She holds Master of Business Administration degree from University of Lund. After an operational career in IT and telecom industry, after a number of years in international business development and management including Deputy CEO at Axis and CEO at Decuma and The Astonishing Tribe (TAT), she works fulltime with Board of Directors assignments. In addition to her duties at INVISIO, she serves as Board Member at Bure Equity AB, CLX Communications AB, Net Insight AB, Chamber of Commerce of Southern Sweden, and Member of the Advisory Board for SKJ Center for entrepreneurship at Lund University. She is also Chairman of the Board at Lund Technical University and Skane Regional Board of Handelsbanken.

Ulrika Hagdahl

Ms. Ulrika Hagdahl has been Independent Director at Invisio Communications AB since April 26, 2018. Ulrika has previously established and run Orc Software, where she had the position as CEO during 1990-2000.
