Mr. Andrea Quaglino was Director Administration Finance & Control of MOLECULAR MEDICINE S.P.A from August 2013 to September 30, 2018. He brings over 13 years auditing experience gained in a Big Four where he held positions of increasing responsibility. He carried out his activity mainly in Italian Groups with foreign subsidiaries operating in the pharmaceutical and luxury retail fields. He was also involved in important IPO and private placement projects. Andrea Quaglino obtained his degree in Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milano and is a Chartered Accountant and a registered Public Auditor.

Claudio Bordignon

Prof. Claudio Bordignon serves as Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board of Molecular Medicine S.p.A. since September 24, 2018. He was Chairman of the Board of Molecular Medicine S.p.A. from November 6, 2007 to September 24, 2018. He was also Chief Executive Officer at the firm from November 6, 2007 to December 11, 2015. He also acts as the Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Company. He is Founder of the Company and Pioneer in genetic and molecular therapy. He has produced publications and holds several patents in this field, which constitute one of the parts of the intellectual property of Molecular Medicine SpA. He headed the genetic therapy program and the bone marrow transplant unit of Istituto Scientifico San Raffaele, where he previously served as Scientific Director. In July 2005, he was Founding Member of the Scientific Board of the European Research Council. He is Professor of Hematology at the Medicine Faculty of Universita Vita-Salute San Raffaele di Milano. He gained a Doctorate of Medicine in Medicine from the Universita degli Studi di Milano and conducted studies and research in various institutions in the United Sates.

Cynthia Giuliani

Ms. Cynthia Marina Giuliani serves as Director of Human Resources & General Services at Molecular Medicine S.p.A. since February 2008. She has 20 years of experience in human resources, gained in multinational and biotech companies such as Roche and Liebert Hiross and, most recently, in BioXell. From 1988 to 1997, she worked for Roche in numerous human resources related functions. From 1998 to 2000, she worked as Consultant to a variety of companies. From 2000 to 2002, she worked for Liebert HIROSS SpA as its European Development Manager, focusing on the recruitment and continuing education of personnel. Finally, before joining the Company, she worked for Bioxell, another biotechnology company, as Human Resources Director, responsible for the management, development and organization of its human resources function. She gained a Bachelor of Arts in Literature from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Mr. Tiziano Andreoli serves as Director of Information Technology of MOLECULAR MEDICINE S.P.A since January 2016. He joined MolMed in 2011 and he’s always worked in IT groups in different roles with growing responsibilities, focusing his activities in governance and assessments, process and data flows, reverse engineering, software analysis, re-engineering and development. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Universita degli studi di Brescia.

Antonio Lambiase

Dr. Antonio Lambiase serves as Director of Clinical Development at Molecular Medicine S.p.A. since March 2007. He previously worked for over 15 years at Roche in the areas of oncology and hematology as Medical Responsible for Clinical Development of several biological and molecular targeted compounds, including cancer bio therapeutics, hematopoietic growth factors, and therapeutic monoclonal antibodies and antiangiogenesis agents. Before that, he spent three years as Research Fellow at the Medical Oncology Unit of National Cancer Institute of Milan. He gained a degree in Medicine from Universita degli Studi di Napoli Federico II and a Doctorate of Medicine in Medicine from Universita degli Studi di Napoli Federico II.

Dr. Catia Traversari, Ph.D. serves as Director of Research of Molecular Medicine S.p.A.. In January 2002, she was appointed Head of Cancer Therapy of the Company. Prior to this date, she held the position of Head of Cancer Immunotherapy and Gene Therapy in Genera SpA. She has over 15 years’ experience in tumor immunology and immunotherapy research. She was involved in the molecular cloning of the first human tumor antigen gene during her stage at the Ludwig Institute. She is Author of more than 50 publications and Inventor of several of the Company's technologies. She joined the San Raffaele Scientific Institute in 1991 and was among Founding Members of the Gene Therapy Program. Previously, she served as Visiting Scientist at the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research in Brussels and as Research Associate at Istituto dei Tumori di Milano, one of the non-profit cancer research centers in Italy. She gained a Doctorate in Philosophy in Biology from Universita degli Studi di Milano.

Dr. Sabina Grossi serves as a Non-Executive Director of Molecular Medicine S.p.A. since November 6, 2007. She has been a Member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company since November 11, 2007. From 1991 to 1993, she acted as Assistant for the Mathematics Analysis course within Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza. In the same period, she worked as Lecturer in Statistics at Scuola di Polizia Tributaria and as Financial Analyst for Ufficio Studi Azionario di Caboto SIM. From 1996 to 2004, she served as Head of Investors Relations of Luxottica Group. She has been Member of the Board of Directors of Luxottica Group SpA since 2003. She also sits on the Board of Directors of Oliver Twist Onlus since 2006 and, since 2009, she has been Chairman of the Board of OneSight Luxottica Group Foundation ONLUS. She is Chartered Accountant and Auditor. She graduated in Business Economics from Luiss Guido Carli Libera Universita Internazionale degli Studi Sociali.

He served as Controller of the production division of Olivetti and then moved to Alitalia as Central Director of the Administration, Finance and Control division.
