Marina Berlusconi

Ms. Marina Elvira Berlusconi serves as Chairman of the Board of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA since February 2003. She is also the Chairman of Fininvest, a Member of the Boards of Directors of Mediaset and, since October 2008, of Mediobanca. She began working in the Company's Group at an early age, and, from the beginning, she has been involved in corporate management, business and financial development strategies. In July 1996, she was appointed Deputy Chairman of Fininvest, a position she held until October 2005.

Ernesto Mauri

Dr. Ernesto Mauri serves as Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of Mondadori France and Mondadori Libri S.p.A., a subsidiary of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA since January 21, 2015. Previously, he was Chief Executive Officer, General Manager of Mondadori France, Chairman of the Board of Mondadori France, General Manager of Mondadori Magazines, CEO and Chairman of Mondadori Pubblicita SpA at Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA since October 14, 2013. He has been Chief Executive Officer, General Manager of Mondadori France, Chairman of the Board of Mondadori France, General Manager of Mondadori Magazines at the Company since March 20, 2013. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer on March 20, 2013, General Manager of Mondadori Magazines on November 5, 2012 and has served as General Manager of Mondadori France since July 2007 and as Chairman of the Board of Mondadori France since August 2008. After starting his professional life as Auditor, he moved into publishing in 1975 with Rusconi, where he was appointed General Manager in 1980. In 1991, he joined Mondadori as General Manager of the magazine Division. In 2000, he moved to the Telecom Group where he was Managing Director of the TV channel La7. In July 2003, he joined the Cairo Communications Group as Chief Executive of Giorgio Mondadori Editore and Cairo Editore. He came back to the Company in July 2007 as General Manager of Mondadori France. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration.

Oddone Pozzi

Mr. Oddone Pozzi serves as Chief Financial Officer, Director of Purchasing and IT at Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA since June 17, 2014. He accrued his professional experience in national and international companies: in NCR Italia from 1989 to 1998 he held the office of Head of Administration Italy and from 1998 to 2000 he was Group Head of Administration at Sisal Group. Mario Maiocchi

Mr. Mario Maiocchi serves as Chief Executive Officer of Mondadori Retail SpA at Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA. He was Chief Executive of Mondadori Direct SpA at Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA from September 6, 2013. He has a degree in Economics and Business Administration from Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi. He has had a career in different companies, both in Italy and abroad. He began his career at 3M Italia, moving in 1985 to Control Data Corporation, then Nashua and, in 1990, EMI Music. From 1998 Mr. Maiocchi occupied a series of positions with growing responsibility at the Metro Group, until 2008 when he was appointed Chief Executive of Unieuro, part of the European Dixons Retail Group where, in 2010, he was appointed Managing Director for South Europe.

Carlo Mandelli

Mr. Carlo Luigi Mandelli serves as General Manager of Magazines Italy, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mondadori International Business S.r.l. within Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA since 2013. Since January 2017 President of Press-of Subscriptions S.p.A .; Mandelli is also President of Press-of Distribution and Printing S.r.l. From April 2015 and from Inthera S.p.A. Carmine Perna

Mr. Carmine Perna serves as Managing Director of Mondadori France at Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA since March 2013. After graduation, he gained experience in administrative and financial matters. Between 1999 and 2001, he worked at the SISAL Group with different responsibilities in the administrative, fiscal and financial fields. He later became fiscal director of H3G SpA (until 2004), and then moved on to the Ventaglio Group as group Managing Director (2004 - 2006). In 2006, he joined Mondadori in the department of Administration, Finance and Control. Antonio Porro

Mr. Antonio Porro serves as Chief Executive Officer of Educational Area of Mondadori Libri S.p.A. and Chief Executive Officer of Education and International Illustrated Area of Rizzoli Libri S.p.A. at Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA since September 2016. He is Chief Executive Officer of Educational Area of Mondadori Libri S.p.A. at Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA since January 21, 2015. In 1976, he became Partner at Egon Zehnder, where he remained for 15 years, first taking over responsibility for the Italian office and then also of worldwide mergers and acquisitions. Daniele Sacco

Mr. Daniele Sacco serves as Head of Human Resources and Organization of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore S.p.A. since January 9, 2017. He started his professional career at HP Italiana S.p.A. as HR coordinator (1986-1990). Following a stint at Cedborsa S.p.A. (1990-1993) as HR and Organization Director, in 1993 he returned to HP, holding increasing responsibilities until becoming HR and Hardcopy Division Director at HP Italy (1994-1997). From 1997 to 2004, Sacco worked with the Kraft Food Group, initially as HR Director of Kraft Jacobs Suchard Italia S.p.A. (1997-1999), then as Management and Organizational Development Director Europe at Kraft Food International. From 2004 to 2011, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Ferrero International, becoming Global HR and Commercial Organization Director, reporting directly to the CEO, and board member of various group companies (2010-2011). From 2011 to 2016 he was at Rio Tinto, until 2013 as Vice President HR Diamonds and Minerals, then as Chief Operating Officer HR. He earned a degree in political science at the Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 1986.

Federico Angrisano

Mr. Federico Angrisano is Director of Communications and Media Relations at Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA since June 2013. In 1997 he joined the Communication Department of McDonald's Italia, where he was involved, among other things, in external relations, the press office and internal communications. In 2000 he joined Pirelli’s External Relations Department. He joined Mondadori in September 2002 managing press relations, before being appointed, in 2005, as head of institutional communications. Mr. Angrisano is also a director of FIEG (Federazione Italiana Editori Giornali) the Italian newspaper and magazine publishers association, a director of the publishing and media group of Assolombarda and a member of the board of Mediafriends. Ms. Cristina Rossello serves as Non-Executive Lead Independent Director of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA since November 2016. She was Non-Executive Independent Director of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA from April 19, 2012. She is Member of the Audit Committee at the Company. She is Lawyer operating at the Supreme Court level, specialized in commercial, banking and securities law, with offices in Milan, Rome and Brussels. She has added to her activities the role of Legal Adviser. She conducts litigation and is Member of arbitration bodies. During her career, she spent 10 years specializing in the television rights. In addition, she teaches a course for specialists in Sports Law and Sports Justice at the University of Milan. She is Author of books and publications in reviews and journals on civil and commercial law, business practice and in financial newspapers. She is Consultant in the fields of civil, commercial, corporate and sports law for commissions set up by the Senate and Lower House. She is also Secretary of the Shareholders’ Agreement of Mediobanca SpA. She is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ni.Co. New Investments Company SpA, Centro Studi Fratelli Branca Srl and Branca Investment Srl, Member of the Board of Directors at Fiumi Uniti Agricola Fiduciaria SpA, Carpano Srl, Branca Real Estate Srl, Fratelli Branca Distillerie Srl and Branca International SpA. She gained a degree in Law from the Universita degli Studi di Genova.

Paolo Ainio

Mr. Paolo Guglielmo Luigi Ainio serves as Non-Executive Director of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore S.p.A. since July 28, 2016. He began his work experience in 1981 in his father's business, Media Center, the first example of an agency in the Italian market. In 1993 he left the world of advertising for a stay in the United States where he attended the birth of the Internet. In 1995 he founded Matrix, within which Virgilio was born, the first and most important Italian portal. He is a member of Seat's board of directors Gialle S.p.A. from 1997 to 2002 and Lottomatica S.p.A. from 2002 to 2007. In 2007 he founded Banzai, the first Italian e-commerce operator with the ePrice and Saldiprivati brands, of which he is executive chairman. He is also president of Im3D S.p.A., a company active in the development and management of high-tech innovative solutions in medical imaging for tumor prevention.

Pier Silvio Berlusconi

Mr. Pier Silvio Berlusconi serves as Non-Executive Director of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA. He began his professional experience in 1992 in the Marketing Department of Publitalia, before moving to the TV channel, Italia 1. In November 1996, he was appointed Head of Coordination of the Scheduling and Programs at Mediaset. In 1999, he was appointed Deputy General Manager for content at RTI. Since April 2000, he has been Deputy Chairman of the Mediaset Group, as well as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of RTI. He is also Non-Executive Director of Fininvest SpA, Publitalia SpA, Gestevision Telecinco SA and Medusa Film SpA.

Pasquale Cannatelli

Mr. Pasquale Cannatelli serves as Non-Executive Director of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA. He began his professional life in 1972 at Rank Xerox. In 1985, he joined Farmitalia Carlo Erba as Group Controller. He subsequently worked for Alitalia, first as Finance Director and then as Controller, then again at Farmitalia where he was Chief Financial Officer for the Erbamont Group. In July 1997, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of Mediaset SpA and took up the position as Central Director of Planning and Control. In May 2003, he became Chief Executive Officer of Fininvest SpA. He is also Member of the Board of Directors of Mediaset, Mediolanum, Mondadori and AC Milan. He has a degree in Economics and Business Administration from Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milano.

Alfredo Messina

Mr. Alfredo Messina serves as Non-Executive Director of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore S.p.A. since April 2015. He is a vice-president and vice-president of Mediolanum S.p.A., a board member of Mediaset España Comunicacion SA and Molmed S.p.A. Graduated in Economics and Commerce, he began his career with various administrative assignments in various companies. After conducting experience in Olivetti, as the controller of the production group and in Alitalia, as the central director of Finance Planning and Control Administration, in 1989 he was the IRI Director of Planning and Control, where he was a member of the board of directors of the Group's main companies. In January 1990 he entered Fininvest S.p.A. In the role of General Manager and in 1996 he was appointed Managing Director for the Group's Group Administration and Control with the supervision of the Greater Distribution, Insurance and Financial Products sectors.

Danilo Pellegrino

Mr. Danilo Pellegrino serves as Non-Executive Director of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA since February 28, 2013. He also serves as General Manager of Fininvest. While still studying Business Administration at Milan’s Universita Cattolica, in 1975 he joined Magneti Marelli SpA (Fiat Group) where he held various positions as responsible for the Administration area and then the Management and Control department. In 1988, he joined Fininvest SpA, initially serving as Budget and Reporting Manager, from 1999 as Director of Administration, Planning and Control, and since 2003 as General Manager. He is also Chairman of the Board of Mediolanum Vita SpA and Mediolanum Assicurazioni SpA, Chairman of the Board of Milan’s Teatro Manzoni and Alba Aerotrasporti, board member of Fininvest SpA, Mediolanum SpA, Milan Entertainment, Milan Real Estate and other Fininvest Group companies.

Roberto Poli

Mr. Roberto Poli serves as Non-Executive Director of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA. He serves as Chairman of Poli e Associati SpA, a company operating in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate restructuring. Martina Forneron Mondadori

Ms. Martina Forneron Mondadori serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of Arnoldo Mondadori Editore SpA since 2003. In 2006, she founded Memoria, a cultural marketing agency active in the fields of literature, arts and design.
