Remo Ruffini

Mr. Remo Ruffini serves as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Moncler S.p.A. He has served as Chairman of Industries SpA, Ruffini Partecipazioni Srl, Industries Sportswear Company SpA, Sportswear Industries Srl, and Vice Chairman of Moncler Japan Corporation, among others.

Virginie Morgon

Ms. Virginie Sarah Sandrine Morgon serves as Vice Chairman of the Board at Moncler S.p.A. She graduated with a degree in 1990 in Economics and Finance at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Paris and later earned a Master’s in Economics and Management Universita Bocconi. For over 15 years she worked as an investment banker at Lazard in London, New York and Paris, until she became, in 2000, a managing partner of Lazard, a position she held until 2007. In 2008 Ms. Morgon entered Eurazeo as a member of the executive committee, becoming Chief Investment Officer in December 2012. Ms. Morgon is a member of the Board of Directors of Accor and L’Oreal, as well as Chairwoman of the oversight body of Apcoa Parking AG, member of the Advisory Board of Apcoa Parking Holdings GmbH and Chief Executive Officer of Apcoa Group GmbH, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Holdelis, Chief Operating Officer of LH Apcoa, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Broletto 1 S.r.l., and manager of Euraleo S.r.l. and Intercos S.r.l. In addition, she is a member of the Board of Directors of Sportswear Industries S.r.l. She is Member of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee at the Company.

Sergio Buongiovanni

Mr. Sergio Buongiovanni serves as Executive Director at Moncler S.p.A. He began his professional career in Milan at KPMB as auditor and after a three-year experience at Pa.fin in the post of Venture Capital Activities Supervisor, from 1996 to 2008 held the post of Chief Executive Officer of Marina Yachting S.p.A. and of Best Company S.r.l. Starting in 1998 Mr. Buongiovanni collaborated with Industries, initially as Director of Operations, then taking on the post of CFO (from 2000 to 2004) and Director, while from 2004 to October 2013 he was Managing Director with responsibility for the administration, finance, management control, IT, personnel and logistics areas. From 2008 to October 2013 Mr. Buongiovanni was also Special Executive with responsibility for Moncler’s finance area. In addition, also starting in 2008, he holds the post of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Moncler Enfant. He graduated in 1987 in Business and Economics from Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi.

Dr. Marco Diego De Benedetti serves as Lead Independent Director at Moncler S.p.A. From 1998 to 2005 he held the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TIM S.p.A. and, from July to October 2005, was CEO of Telecom Italia S.p.A. Subsequently, from November 2005, he served as Managing Director of The Carlyle Group. He currently sits on the Board of Directors, also as Managing Director, of Cofide S.p.A., Parmalat S.p.A., Marco De Benedetti Consulting S.r.l., CommScope Holding Company, Inc., and NBTY, Inc. Mr. Marco Diego De Benedetti also holds the post of Director of Save the Children Italia Onlus. He is Member of the Control and Risks Committee at the Company. He is Member of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee at the Company. He received a degree in Economics from Wesleyan University of Middletown, Connecticut, USA in 1984 and subsequently, in 1987, a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Juan Carlos Torres Carretero

Mr. Juan Carlos Torres Carretero serves as Director of MONCLER S.P.A. He holds a Masters degree in Physics at the Complutense University of Madrid, specializing in geophysics and after having worked for many years in the oil industry with managerial functions, he also obtained a S.M. In Management at MIT Sloan School. He worked for five years as a consultant at McKinsey & Co. and subsequently served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Seapharm Inc. and was founder of Pharmamar. In 1988 he joined the private venture fund Advent International, where he worked for four years in Boston, and for three years at the Madrid office. In 1995 he moved to Mexico City as Managing Partner and Co-CEO of Advent Latin American Private Equity Fund, bringing together five funds for a total value of $ 4 billion and gaining interest in more than 30 companies. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of many private and public companies and is currently a member of Dufry AG (where he has served as Executive Chairman since 2004), and InverCap Holdings. He is a member of the MIT Sloan School of Management Executive Board, a member of the MIT Physics Committee, and has generously supported the operational costs of the Exoplanet Examination Program (TESS) carried out by MIT-NASA.

Nerio Alessandri

Mr. Nerio Alessandri serves as Independent Director at Moncler S.p.A. In 1983 he founded Technogym S.p.A. He serves as Member of the Board of Directors of Confindustria, he currently holds the posts of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Technogym S.p.A. and Wellness Holding S.r.l., Sole Director of Oiren S.r.l. and Duke S.r.l., and Director of Enervit S.p.A., LQH S.r.l. and Nextrend S.r.l.
