Biographies

Name Description

Lars Berg

Mr. Lars M. Berg no longer serves as Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors of Net Insight AB effective as of May 8, 2018. He has held the position since 2001. He has been Member of the Company's Board of Directors since 2000. He has been Member of the Company's Remuneration, Strategy and Nomination Committees. He is Chairman of the Board of Greater Than AB, Vice Chairman of Norma Group and Board Member of BioElectric Solutions. He previously served within the management of Mannesmann with responsibility for the Telecom Division, was Chief Executive Officer and President for Telia and held various managing positions within the Ericsson Group. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Goteborgs Universitet (1970).

Fredrik Tumegard

Mr. Fredrik Tumegard has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Net Insight AB, effective as of October 1, 2013. Fredrik Tumegard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm (KTH) and has also studied Business Administration at the University of Stockholm. He formerly held senior positions in marketing and sales for companies including TeliaSonera International Carrier, Huawei Technologies and also previously worked for Ericsson and Transmode. Fredrik Tumegard joined Net Insight from NEC, where he was Vice President of Northern Europe, including the UK, Benelux and Poland. Fredrik’s duties in the NEC group included the role of Managing Director of NEC UK Ltd.

Thomas Bergstrom

Mr. Thomas Bergstrom no longer serves as Chief Financial Officer of Net Insight AB, effective as of February 2018. He has held the position since August 24, 2009. He has 16 years of experience from various financial roles, primarily within the telecommunications sector. He was most recently CFO at Aastra Telecom Sweden and he has held various finance and management positions within the Ericsson group in Sweden and Australia. He holds a Master of Science degree in Economics from Linkopings universitet.

Per Lindgren

Mr. Per Lindgren has been Senior Vice President Strategy and Business Development at Net Insight AB since October 20, 2014. Before that, he has been Chief Technical Officer and Senior Vice President of Business Development of Net Insight AB. He is also Co-Founder of the Company. He has been employed by the Company since 1997. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Net Insight Intellectual Property AB. Previously, he was Associate Professor at the Swedish Royal Institute of Technology (Kungliga Tekniska Hogskolan - KTH), where he worked on optical network technologies and European Union projects involving high speed optical networks and multimedia services. Mr. Lindgren holds a Doctorate of Technology degree in Telecommunications from Kungliga Tekniska Hogskolan - KTH.

Martin Karlsson

Mr. Martin Karlsson has been Chief Technology Officer and Vice President Product Portfolio at Net Insight AB since October 20, 2014. Before that, he has been Vice President Product Portfolio & Innovation at the Company. Martin Karlsson has a Doctorate in Philosophy in Computer Science from Uppsala University, Sweden. Martin joined Net Insight in 2010 and has a background as a Principal Engineer at Oracle Corporation and as a Microprocessor Architect at Sun Microsystems. Martin is the inventor or co-inventor of more than 16 patents.

Alan Ryan

Mr. Alan Ryan has been appointed Vice President Global Sales at Net Insight AB effective as of January 2016. Alan Ryan has more than 25 years of experience within the Telecoms and IT industry with extensive experience of international sales management focused on partnerships, alliances and channel management. The past assignments include Sales Director at MTI, UK, Networking General Manager at SCC, and he started his management career at Telia Sonera. Alan Ryan holds Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business Studies from University of Bradford.

Ms. Hanna Laurentz serves as Vice President Marketing Communication at Net Insight AB. Hanna Laurentz has an extensive background within marketing and PR from technology companies, consultancy industry and most recently within digital transformation.

Marina Hedman

Ms. Marina Hedman has been Vice President Human Resources at Net Insight AB since January 28, 2014. Marina Hedman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences, majoring in Human Resources. Marina joined Net Insight in 2013 as HR Director and has over 10 years of experience from a variety of Human Resource roles, primarily different leadership roles within Consulting-, IT- and Media sectors.

Maria Hellstrom

Ms. Maria Hellstrom serves as Vice President Services at Net Insight AB. She holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm (Kungliga Tekniska Hogskolan – KTH). Maria has more than 15 years of experience from leading positions at Capgemini, most recently as senior vice president and business unit manager for Digital Services, responsible for sales and delivery for customers in the telecom, finance and public sectors.

Ulrik Rohne

Mr. Ulrik Rohne has served as Vice President Research & Development at Net Insight AB since January 28, 2014. He was also Acting Vice President Service at the Company from January 28, 2014 until September 2014. He holds Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm (Kungliga Tekniska Hogskolan – KTH). He has been employed at Net Insight since 2012 and has experience from a variety of roles within product development, mainly within the telecom and mobile industry. Ulrik has held various management positions within Ericsson and comes most recently from Sony Ericsson, were he was Head of Software Development in Stockholm.

Mr. Jan Barchan has been Director of Net Insight AB since May 7, 2015. He is Member of the Nomination and Strategy Committees. Jan Barchan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is CEO in Briban Invest AB, Chairman of the Board in Audiodev AB, in Vastraby Gard AB and in Vastraby Gard Energi AB and is Member of the Board of Directors in Assistera AB, Studsvik AB, Trianon AB and Trialbee AB.

Charlotta Falvin

Ms. Charlotta Falvin has been Independent Director at Net Insight AB since May 10, 2016. Charlotta Falvin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has 20 years of experience in various management positions in the IT and telecommunications industry with a focus on international business development and organizational development. Gunilla Fransson

Ms. Gunilla Fransson has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Net Insight AB since April 10, 2008. She was member of the group management at Saab AB until 2016. She serves as Member of the Board of Trelleborg AB, Nederman AB, Eltel AB, Enea AB and some unlisted companies. She is also CEO of Novare Peritos AB. She has over 20 years of experience from the telecommunications industry. She has held various managing positions within the Ericsson Group where she most recently was Head of Portfolio at Ericsson Multimedia and Head of Product Management at Ericsson Enterprise between 2005 and 2008. Her previous positions at Ericsson include Vice CEO Product Area Mobile Internet Solutions, Vice CEO Strategic Business Development at Core Unit Service Layer and Vice CEO Product Development Unit Mobile Internet Applications. She holds a Licentiate of Technology degree in Nuclear Chemistry as well as a Doctorate of Philosophy degree in Nuclear Chemistry from Kungliga Tekniska Hogskolan - KTH.

Crister Fritzson

Mr. Crister Fritzson has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Net Insight AB since April 25, 2013. He is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President of SJ AB, Chairman of sector organization Tagoperatorerna and Board Member of Systembolaget, Trafik i Malardalen AB, Samtrafiken i Sverige AB, Almega Tjansteforbunden, Linkon AB, Svensk Turism AB, Svenskt Naringsliv and Jarnvagsbranschens Samverkansforum. Formerly, he served as CEO and President at Teracom Group and CEO of Boxer, and as Executive Vice President of Global Marketing & Sales at Allgon Systems. He has also held a number of executive positions within Motorola. Mr. Fritzon holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Economics from the Nordic School of Marketing and Executive Management Program at ISNEAD.

Anders Harrysson

Mr. Anders Harrysson has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Net Insight AB since April 29, 2010. He is Member of Remuneration and Strategy Committees. He was previously Chief Executive Officer of Birdstep Technology ASA. He also serves as Chairman of Ewalie AB and Qmatic AB. He has more than 20 years of international experience from managing positions within the information technology sector, including 14 years at IBM with positions in the European Headquarters in Paris, France and the group's headquarters in the United States. Between 1998 and 2010, he was Vice President at Sun Microsystems with responsibility for its operations in Northern Europe. He holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Physics from Linkopings Tekniska Hogskola, part of Linkopings universitet.
