Giorgio Bruno

Mr. Giorgio Luca Bruno serves as Chairman of the Board of Prelios S.p.A. He is Chairman of the Board since May 8, 2013 and Executive Director since October 16, 2015. He joined Camfin group in 1990, became its General Manager in 1998 and then CEO from 2008 to 2009. He holds executive offices in many companies controlled by Pirelli & C., among which: Pirelli Ambiente and Pirelli & C. Eco Technology, of which he is the Chairman and CEO, and Pirelli PZERO, of which he is the Chairman. He is also member of the Board of Directors of GWM Renewable Energy II. He graduated in Economics from Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in 1985.

Riccardo Serrini

Mr. Riccardo Serrini serves as General Manager, Chief Executive Officer of Prelios Credit Servicing at Prelios S.p.A. since March 21, 2016. Previously he was Managing Director and CEO of Prelios SGR. He has 22 years of professional experience, 15 of which in real estate finance, has originated, structured, distributed and managed more than € 12 billion for equity, quasi-equity and debt, asset securitization (CMBS / RMBS) and acquisitions of NPL. From CEO of Zero SGR, in 2011 he completed the turnaround is dell'SGR, both major hedge funds. Previously, he was CEO and Chairman of ING Real Estate Investment Management SGR and the main investment vehicles, Fund Director of Italian Retail Fund and Head of Business Development. From 2005 to 2008 he worked at Morgan Stanley International Bank as Head of Real Estate Principal Transaction Group and previously in Intesa SanPaolo as Head of Real Estate Finance. Mr. Sergio Cavallino serves as Chief Financial Officer at Prelios S.p.A. since August 24, 2016. With a degree in Management Engineering from Milan Politecnico University, Sergio Cavallino began his career in Prelios in 2002 covering roles of increasing responsibility in the various business units of the Company until being appointed Head of Operations & Finance of the subsidiary Prelios SGR in 2011. Mr. Antonio Chiatellino serves as Chief Executive Officer of Prelios Agency at Prelios S.p.A. Previously he was Head of Capital Market & Institutional Leasing in the same Company. From 2013 to 2015 he was Responsible for Real Estate in Banca Esperia s.p.a. “Corporate & Real Estate” division. From 2006 to 2013 he was Senior Negotiator in “Office Leasing” division of Cushman & Wakefield and then Associate Director in “Capital Market” division of Cushman & Wakefield. Giampaolo Corsini

Mr. Giampaolo Corsini serves as Chief Executive Officer of Prelios Valuations at Prelios S.p.A. He has 38 years of experience in real estate services to the Italian market. From 1997 to 2009 he served as Head of Valuations Pirelli RE, and around 30,000 real estate appraisal / year and providing its customers with services Full Appraisals, Loan Services, Mass Appraisals and Advisory. Since 2006 he has been President of the Consorzio G6 Advisor (PirelliRE, Romeo, Intesa San Paolo and Deloitte) operating within the services supporting the sale of Heritage Public. From 1995 to 1997 he served in the role of Pirelli RE Investor Responsible Agency and from 1985 to 1995 he was Director of the branch of Milanese GEDIM, real estate company Group Fenera, as part of this role between 1989 and 1991 he served as Head of Development and commercial activities in Beni Stabili - Rome. From 1976 to 1985 he worked as part of the disposal of real estate and training of widespread private property real estate on behalf of Italian Real Estate.

Nicolo Tarantino

Mr. Nicolo Tarantino serves as Chief Executive Officer of Prelios Integra at Prelios S.p.A. Previously, he was, for five years, General Director of the Company. In Prelios, he has managed the start up of new business initiatives (Shopping Center, Facility, Building Management), development JV with industry partners to participate in public tenders and / or private subscription settlement agreement with the City of Milan (value 20 € / mln ), reducing fixed costs through spin-off non-core activities, streamlining costs and closing branch offices. From September 2006 to August 2009 he held the position of Director of Administration, Control and Operations at Pirelli & C. RE Property Management SpA. From 1997 to 2006 he worked in the Management Department at Rinascente SpA covering, since 2003, the position of Director of Administration, Control and Operations. Bruno Carla Maria Camisasca

Mr. Bruno Carla Maria Camisasca serves as Chief Operating Officer at Prelios S.p.A. since August 24, 2016. He has spent an important part of his career in the Pirelli Group, which he joined in 1988, taking on positions of increasing responsibility in Management and Control at both a country and corporate level, apart from five years of experience from 1999 to 2003, when he was the Director of Customer Administration at Galbani S.p.A. Mr. Camisasca has gained significant expertise in the management and transformation of processes and organizational models, whilst at the same time monitoring overhead costs and the evolution of information systems, and promoting employee and working team development. He was the General Manager of Prelios Credit Servicing S.p.A., as well as a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. Giorgio Tizzani

Mr. Giorgio Tizzani serves as Head of Risk Management at Prelios S.p.A. since September 2013. From 2010 to 2013, he has been Head of Planning and Control and worked on the Group restructuring, contributing to the strategy of transforming it into a pure management company. In the same period, he held the post of Director in Prelios Integra, Prelios Agency, Prelios Valuations & e-Services and Prelios Finance. From 2000 to 2009, Mr Tizzani has been the Head of Corporate Planning and Control, progressively widening his role with the management of the resources employed in the reporting system, financial planning, overhead control, credit management and, lastly, management control of the Specialized Services Division. He participated in the international expansion, managing the integration of the acquisitions in Germany and Poland. In 2002, he worked on the listing of the Group on the Milan Stock Exchange. In January 1998, he moved to the Planning and Control department, first in his capacity as Head of Planning and Control, Residential Division, also attending to the appraisal of real estate investments. In October 1996, he joined the Group working in the Administration Department and attending to the drafting of the financial statements of several subsidiaries. Mr. Tizzani graduated in Economics with specialization in Administration and Control at the Universita Commerciale L. Bocconi Milano in 1995. Lara Carrese

Ms. Lara Carrese serves as Group Human Resources and Organization Director at Prelios S.p.A. since August 24, 2016. She began her professional career in 1996 as a trainee lawyer specialising in civil and corporate law, before starting her career in Human Resources at Siemens as an HR Analyst. She then joined Deloitte Consulting first as a Head Hunter for multinational customers and then in the Recruitment and Selection of IT and E-Business consultants department. In 2002, she moved to Tenaris, where she was assigned to the start-up Tenaris Canada for two years, before becoming Global Recruitment and Development Manager. In 2004, she joined DeAgostini Publishing, a company belonging to the DeAgostini Group, where she held progressively important and responsible roles until she became Global Human Resources Director, thus becoming responsible for the definition of HR policies, the management and monitoring of all the Human Resource Management activities, as well as for change management, organisational, re-organisational and management development for all the countries where the Group is based. She graduated from Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milano with a Law Degree and with a Short Executive M.B.A. from Stanford University.

Luigi Aiello

Mr. Luigi Aiello serves as Head of Strategic Business Development at Prelios S.p.A. He was Head of Banking & Insurance Business Development at Prelios S.p.A. He has more than 13 years of experience in real estate finance. He has contributed to the birth and development of platforms for real estate structured finance institutions such as JPMorgan (director), ABN Amro (VP), and Societe Generale (vice president). He was involved in the processes of origination, structuring and distribution of national and international real estate such as acquisition financing, CMBS, warehousing lines, subordinated tranches, mezzanine, preferred equity and convertible. In these years, he also worked in operations of debt restructuring and advisory mandates for M & A. He has an established relationship with a large number of investors both domestic and international. In 2009 he founded together with other senior bankers, Cassiopeia Partners, an investment banking boutique specializing in advisory services, asset management and principal investment. He graduated in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Finance from the Politecnico di Milano.

Andrea Cornetti

Mr. Andrea Cornetti serves as General Manager of Prelios SGR, a subsidiary of Prelios S.p.A. since June 9, 2016. From 2007 to 2013 he worked in a leading Italian Real Estate Asset Management Company as Business Development Director, where he coordinated business opportunities (real estate acquisitions, joint venture participations) and developed new products for the market both for retail and institutional investors. He managed the establishment of 10 funds with an overall AUM of more than 5 bn€. There he was also in charge of the Fund Raising activities and relations with domestic and international investors (i.e. Pension Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Insurance Companies, HNWI, etc.). In PricewaterhouseCoopers he was employed in the chairman’s Staff in New York and Rome for two years, and he worked from for several companies in project management roles gaining significant experience in a variety of industries. This led to his move to Deloitte Consulting as a project manager. Following a period as a financial analyst with Imigest - IMI in Rome, he worked for Bear Stearns & Co. as a financial analyst in the Equity and Emerging Markets Research Department in New York.

Martin Moerl

Mr. Martin Moerl serves as Managing Director of Prelios Immobilien Management at Prelios S.p.A. since 2010. He is working for Prelios since 2007 with focus on asset management, shopping centre management, letting and property management. He has 20 years of experience in real estate industry and finished his masters degree in business administration (Diplom Kaufmann) in 1994. Before, he worked for ITC Immobilien Team Consulting and B&L Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft in Hamburg.

Nico Tates

Mr. Nico Tates serves as Managing Director and Head of Investment Management of Prelios Immobilien Management at Prelios S.p.A. since December 2015. Tates has 35 years of professional experience in international real estate and fund management. Until 2015, he has been a senior manager with Aberdeen Asset Management, one of the leading real estate fund managers in Europe. Nico Tates has led the Aberdeen Country Units in Germany, the Netherlands, France, Belgium and Italy, for real estate investments.

Massimo Marinelli

Mr. Massimo Marinelli serves as Head of Corporate Affairs & Company Secretary at Prelios S.p.A. since 2013. He joined Prelios in 2003. Since 2009 he has covered the role of Group Legal and Corporate Affairs & Compliance Director and since 2013 he has been also Board Secretary. From 1999 to 2003 he covered the role of Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs at Gewiss S.p.A., a listed multinational Group operating in the electronics and electrotechnical industry. In 1999 he left the position of Tax Police Officer and decided to start the management activity in private businesses. From 1995 to 1999 he was Chief Officer of Studies, Reserach and Development, Chief Officer of External Relations and Chief Officer of Education at the Tax Police Academy in Bergamo, initially as Captain and later as Major. From 1993 to 1995, as Captain, he was Officer in Charge of the Operations Centre and Chief of the Assistant Chief of Staff Coordination Office at the Tax Police Headquarters in Rome. From 1991 to 1993, as Captain, he was Commander at the Tax Police Provincial Office in Savona. From 1990 to 1991, as Captain, he was Division Commander at the Tax Police Regional Office in Genoa. From 1988 to 1990, as Lieutenant, he was Commander at Tax Police Commandment Lieutenancy in Genoa/Cornigliano. Valeria Leone

Ms. Valeria Leone serves as Director at Prelios S.p.A. since June 24, 2015. Her professional career began with Deloitte & Touche in 1985. In 1988 she worked for a period as a freelancer, specializing in the rating of companies. From 1989 to 1997 she worked at the Instituto per la Ricostruzione Industriale (Italian Institute for Industrial Redevelopment), where she dealt with issues of planning and control in the telecommunications sector. She followed the entire process of reorganization of the Italian telecommunications sector, and the subsequent privatization of the companies within that sector. Giovanni Vender

Dr. Giovanni Jody Vender serves as Independent Director of Prelios S.p.A. He also serves as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of the Company. He was Professor from 1977 to 2004 in the area of Finance of the University Bocconi. From 1974 to 1978 he served at the reearch officer of the Italian Stock Exchange. In 1978 he founded SO.PA.F, where he served as CEO until May 2005 and as Director until December 31, 2009. He was awarded Bocconiano dell'anno 1990. He was Founder and Member of the Executive Committee of AIFI. He was Director in a number of companies including among others R.
