Name Description

Persio Arida

Mr. Persio Arida serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of BTG Pactual Participations Ltd. Prior to this, he served as Director of the company. He was co-head of the asset management business unit of Banco BTG Pactual. Prior to joining BTG Pactual in 2008, Mr. Arida served in the Brazilian government and worked in the private sector and in academia. While working for the Brazilian government, Mr. Arida served as president of the Central Bank in 1995 and president of the BNDES, the Brazilian development bank, from 1993 to 1994. Mr. Arida was secretary of the ministry of planning in 1985 and deputy president of the Central Bank in 1986. In the private sector, Mr. Arida worked as a consultant to financial institutions from 1979 to 1984. From 1987 to 1993, Mr. Arida served as director of Brasil Warrant and as a board member of the Unibanco Group. Mr. Arida was a director of Opportunity Asset Management from 1996 to early 1999, and a board member of Itaú Bank from 2001 to early 2009. In academia, Mr. Arida was a professor of economics at the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and at the University of São Paulo. In addition, Mr. Arida was a researcher at the Institute for Advanced Study at Princeton University, a fellow at the Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington, D.C. and a senior research fellow at the Oxford Centre for Brazilian Studies at Oxford University. Mr. Arida has received awards and has published several papers and edited books. Mr. Arida received his PhD in economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of São Paulo.

John Huw Gwili Jenkins

Mr. John Huw Gwili Jenkins serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of BTG Pactual Participations Ltd since November 29, 2015. Prior to this, he served as Member of the Board of Directors of the company. He is Partner of BTG Pactual Group. He acted as Executive Officer of UBS Investment Bank from 1996 to 2007 and held various positions in the institution where he was President from January 2006 to September 2007 and Chief Executive Officer in July 2005 to September 2007. Previously, he was Global Head of Equities and Head of Equities for the Americas, Deputy Head of Equities for USA, Head of Equities for Asia and Pacific and Head of Equities for Asia. Prior to joining UBS he worked at BZW from 1986 to 1996 and in Hill Samuel in 1986. He graduated from University of Liverpool and holds an MBA degree from London Business School.

Marcelo Kalim

Mr. Marcelo Kalim serves as Member of the Board of Directors, Member of the Executive Board and Chief Investor Relations Officer of BTG Pactual Participations Ltd. He is Partner of Group BTG Pactual. Prior to joining BTG, he was Director responsible for investments at UBS Pactual from 2006 to 2008. He joined the company in 1996 and became Partner in 1998. He began working as an operator of fixed income in 1996 and later held the positions of Chief Manager of the Funds and Co-Director of Pactual Asset Management. During his tenure, the Pactual funds received several awards from the S & P and the newspaper Valor Economico. He graduated in Economics from Universidade de Sao Paulo and holds an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology).

Roberto Balls Sallouti

Mr. Roberto Balls Sallouti serves as Member of the Board of Directors and Member of the Executive Board of BTG Pactual Participations Ltd. He is Partner and responsible for the administrative area at BTG Pactual Group. He is Member of the Global Executive Committees and of Brazil at Banco BTG Pactual. He joined Banco Pactual in 1994 and became Partner in 1998. Between 1999 and 2003, he acted as Head of Fixed Income in Local Brazilian Markets. He was also director responsible for International Fixed Income and Emerging Markets from 2003 to 2006. After the sale of Banco Pactual to UBS, he became responsible for the administrative area at UBS Pactual and was Assistant Manager of the area of Fixed Income and Emerging Markets and of FICC (Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities) for Latin America between 2006 and 2008. He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics with specialization in Finance and Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School

Linbo He

Mr. Linbo (Ludwig) He serves as Member of the Board of Directors of BTG Pactual Participations Ltd. He is currently Managing Director and Head of Private Equity of Equity Investment Department of the China Investment Corporation (CIC), responsible for private equity funds of CIC out of China and for direct investments in real estate sectors, credit opportunities and in the sectors that do not involve commodities. Previously, he was the Head of the CIC of the following departments: Fixed Income & Absolute Return Investment Department, Public Market Investment Department and Asset Allocation and Strategic Research Department. Prior to joining CIC, he worked in some financial institutions in Germany, including Commerzbank, HypoVereinsbank, Talanx Investment, etc. During this period, he held senior management positions as Head of Jumbo Pfandbriefe Trading, Head of Fixed Income Fund Management and Member of the Investment Committee. He is also Member of the Board of Directors of Citic Capital and PCA Investment. Dr. He holds a Bachelors degree in Science from Peking University, a Masters degree in Management Engineering from Tsinghua University, both in China and a PhD degree in Finance from the Universitaet zu Koeln/University of Cologne, Germany.

John Oros

Mr. John Joseph Oros serves as Member of the Board of Directors of BTG Pactual Participations Ltd. He is also Member of the Board of One West Bank, Saddle River Valley Bank and Flowers National Bank. He was appointed and served as President of the Committee of Federal Savings and Loan Advisory Council. In 2000, he joined JC Flowers & Co LLC as executive director, a position he currently holds. In 1980, he joined Goldman, Sachs & Co and in 2000 he became Head of Financial Group of Institutions in Latin America, after having previously served as Vice President of Mortgage Financing at Goldman , Sachs & Co, among other positions. Between 1978 and 1980, he was Director of Mortgage Financing at Merrill Lynch and, between 1974 and 1978, he was President of Verex Securities Corporation. Between 1971 and 1974, he acted as Vice President of Smith Barney. He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin.

Claudio Eugenio Stiller Galeazzi

Mr. Claudio Eugenio Stiller Galeazzi serves as Member of the Board of Directors of BTG Pactual Participations Ltd. He is Partner of BTG Pactual Group and Head of Banco Comercial. Throughout his professional career he has focused his activities in administration and business management and has acted as Board Member of public companies and has served on the restructuring of the companies. He was Superintendent Director/Executive of the Brazilian and Argentine subsidiaries of the company Drew Chemical Corp, as well as President of Cesbra, John Sommers (joint venture between British Petroleum and Brascan) and also Vice Chairman of British Petroleum Mineracao in Brazil. He was also President of the National Council of SESI, Board of Fiesp, Advisor to IEL (Institute Euvaldo Lodi), Vice President of ANFAC (Associacao Nacional de Factoring), and currently he is also Director of MAM SP (Museu de Arte Moderna).
