Name Description

Fred Durham

Mr. Fred E. Durham, III, is the Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder of CafePress Inc. He is a Co-Founder and Director, and from April 2011 through December 2011, was Chief Product Officer. He now serves as Strategic Research Director. Mr. Durham has served as a member of board of directors since August 1999 and from August 1999 to April 2011 he served as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Durham received a B.A. in political science from Northwestern University.

Phillip Milliner

Mr. Phillip L. Milliner, Jr. has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective August 29, 2016. From 2004 to 2016, Mr. Milliner served in various roles with Churchill Downs Incorporated, including in the roles of corporate controller from December 2004 through December 2010, Vice President, Finance from January 2011 through December 2013, and Vice President, Business Operations from January 2014 through July 2016. He also previously served as Manager, Financial Reporting at Ventas, Inc. Prior to serving in his roles at Churchill Downs and Ventas, Mr. Milliner was a Senior Associate and Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, in the Global Capital Markets Group in Milan, Italy and in Assurance and Business Advisory Services, respectively.

Ms. Laurie Furber is Director of the Company. She has served as the Founder and Creative Director for Elsie Green House & Home since September 2011. She previously served as Senior Vice President of Merchandising for Pottery Barn from 1999 to 2011, and Buyer for Walt Disney Company from 1996 to 1999.

Roger Shannon

Mr. Roger D. Shannon serves as Director of the Company. Mr. Shannon, has been the Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of ADTRAN, Inc. since November 2015. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Steel Technologies LLC from 2006 to 2015, and Assistant Treasurer and Director of Treasury of Brown-Forman Corporation from 1997 to 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Shannon held various other accounting and financial positions.

Mr. Patrick J. Connolly is an Independent Director of CafePress Inc. Mr. Connolly has held various positions in direct marketing and e-commerce at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., a specialty retailer of home furnishings and gourmet cookware, since 1979. Mr. Connolly has served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer since August 2014 and Chief Marketing Officer from 2000 to 2014. Mr. Connolly has served on the board of directors of Williams-Sonoma (NYSE: WSM) since 1983 and has served on the board of directors for the Direct Marketing Association and on the Management Board of the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Mr. Connolly received a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Oregon State University and an M.B.A. from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.

Michael Dearing

Mr. Michael Dearing is an Independent Director of CafePress Inc. Since August 2006, Mr. Dearing has been Consulting Associate Professor at the Institute of Design at Stanford and has been with Harrison Metal Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm, since he founded the firm in March 2008. From January 2000 until June 2006, Mr. Dearing held various leadership positions at eBay Inc. (NASDAQ: EBAY), an online auction and shopping website, including Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager. Mr. Dearing received an A.B. degree in economics from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Diane Irvine

Ms. Diane M. Irvine is an Independent Director of CafePress Inc., effective May 9, 2012. She most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Blue Nile, Inc., an online retailer of diamonds and jewelry. She currently serves on the board of directors for Yelp Inc. (NYSE: YELP) and has previously served on the boards of directors for Blue Nile (Nasdaq: NILE), Ticketmaster Entertainment, Inc. and Davidson Companies. Prior to serving as Chief Executive Officer, Irvine also held roles as President and as Chief Financial Officer of Blue Nile. Prior to that, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Plum Creek Timber Company, a timberland management and wood products company. Irvine was also previously a partner with Coopers and Lybrand. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Illinois State University and an M.S. in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
