Mr. Luciano Loiodice serves as Chief Financial Officer at Poste Italiane - Societa per Azioni since August 7, 2015. In 1989 he began his professional career as Auditor with Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers where it remained until 2001 when he takes on the responsibility of the internal audit service Alitalia group. In 2005, he started working for the Italian Post Office, acting as manager of the budget of the Italian Post Office. He graduated in Business and Economics from the Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza. He is Chartered Accountant and Auditor.

Paolo Bruschi

Mr. Paolo Bruschi serves as Deputy General Manager - Human Resources, External Relations and Services at Poste Italiane - Societa per Azioni since June 2016. He has responsibility for Human Resources and Organization, Real Estate, Communication, Institutional Relations and Security & Safety, as well as Head of Territory Development and Projects Organization. Massimo Rosini

Mr. Massimo Rosini serves as Head of the Mail Communications and Logistics at Poste Italiane - Societa per Azioni since April 2016. In 1990, he began his professional career at Fiat Auto in the manufacturing area, initially with responsibilities in the Technological Services area and, subsequently, directly on production lines. In 1999, he joined Indesit in the manufacturing sector with increasingly senior roles, until 2004 when he was appointed Chief Technical Officer taking over the management of all operations; in 2011, he became head of the Home Care Business Unit; in 2013, he became Chief Operating Officer with manufacturing, product marketing, development, procurement and logistics responsibilities. Mr. Giovanni Azzone serves as Non-Executive Independent Director at Poste Italiane - Societa per Azioni since May 2016.
