Name Description

Xin Di

Mr. Xin Di has been Chairman of the Board at Rezidor Hotel Group AB since April 28, 2017. He holds Master’s degree in flight dynamics and fluid mechanics from Nanjing Institute of aeronautics. From March 1992 to March 2000, Mr. Xin worked for Hainan Airlines and had successively held the posts of Director of Production, General Manager of Operation Control Department, General Manager of Flight Department, Deputy Chief Operating Officer. In March 2007, he served as the HNA Group Executive CEO Assistant. In September 2010, he served as the Chairman of E-Food Group CO., LT. In December 2011, he served as the Chairman of Tianjin Airlines. In April 2014, he served as the Chairman of Hainan Airlines. In November 2014, he served as the Executive Vice Chairman and CEO of Hainan Airlines. At present, Mr. Xin serves as a member of the Board of Directors of HNA Group, and is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HNA Tourism Group Co., Ltd.

Federico Gonzalez-Tejera

Mr. Federico J. Gonzalez-Tejera has been President and Chief Executive Officer at Rezidor Hotel Group AB since May 5, 2017. He has previously served as Global Chief Executive Officer of Carlson Hotels Group since February 2017, and is the former Chief Executive Officer of NH Hotel Group. Prior to that, he was a senior executive at Disneyland Paris, most recently serving as Deputy General Manager. He also worked at Procter & Gamble in Madrid, Brussels, and Stockholm, and served as Country Head of Portugal. He majored in Economics at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and received a Masters of International Trade and Finance from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris.

Liu Daoqi

Mr. Liu Daoqi has been Vice Chairman of the Board at Rezidor Hotel Group AB since April 28, 2017. He holds Bachelor's degree in computer science from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, the PRC. Mr. Liu is the Chief Investment Officer of HNA Tourism Group Co., Ltd. and the Chief Executive Officer of China Civil Aviation Investment Group Limited. Mr. Liu joined HNA Group in 1999. Mr. Liu served as an External Proprietary Director of NH Hoteles S.A. from April 17, 2013 to February 27, 2014. He has extensive knowledge and experience of investment and corporate management.

Knut Kleiven

Mr. Knut Kleiven serves as Deputy President and Chief Financial Officer of Rezidor Hotel Group AB. He joined Rezidor Hotel Group in 1986 as Group Accounting Manager and later became the Group’s Operational and Corporate Controller. In 1994, he was appointed Rezidor’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Kleiven held the position of Internal Auditor for the SAS group. He holds a degree in Philosophy, Psychology and Law from Universitetet i Oslo, Norway.

Chema Basterrechea

Mr. Chema Basterrechea has been Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Rezidor Hotel Group AB since July 12, 2017. He has been Chief Operating Officer at NH Hotel Group, prior to his appointment with Rezidor. Chema has worked for NHHG for more than 23 years, as Chief Operating Officer, Managing Director of different Business Units, Senior Vice President Food & Beverage, Director of Integration, Merger Integration Officer and General Manager. As an expert in operational excellence especially during mergers and acquisitions, Chema spearheaded a complete integration of all the different acquisitions: Benelux largest hotel chain, Golden Tulip Hotels, as well as Germany's Astron Hotels and the Italian Hotel Chains - Jolly Hotels and Framon into NH Hotel Group. He holds Master's degree in business finance from the University of Wisconsin and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Oviedo. He is also graduate of the London Business School's Senior Executive Program, IESE Business School of Madrid and Dublin City University.

Inigo Capell

Mr. Inigo Capell has been Executive Vice President and Global Chief Resources Officer at Rezidor Hotel Group AB since 2017. He studied at IESE Business School. His most recent position was Chief Resources Officer for NH Hotel Group, based in Madrid, Spain. Prior to this he served as Vice President, International HR for NH Hotel Group from 2002 – 2010, and in 2011 Inigo was appointed Senior Vice President, Human Resources for NH Hotel Group.

Jenny Winkler

Ms. Jenny Winkler has been Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Rezidor Hotel Group AB since 2017. She has previously been Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the Company since July 1, 2015. She joined Rezidor from Carlson, the group's strategic partner and majority shareholder. Her most recent position at the headquarters in Minneapolis (U.S.) was Associate General Counsel, Americas, for Carlson Hotels, where she supported the leadership on all contractual and legal aspects of the franchised business. Jenny Winkler joined Carlson in September 2010 as Senior Corporate Counsel and was promoted to her present position in July 2012. Prior to joining Carlson, she spent six years with the law firm Dorsey & Whitney in Minneapolis. She has a Master of Laws from Uppsala University in Sweden and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota in the United States. She has also studied in Japan.

Eric De Neef

Mr. Eric De Neef has been Executive Vice President, Global Chief Branding & Commercial Officer at Rezidor Hotel Group AB since May 10, 2017. He has previously been Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Rezidor Hotel Group AB since June 2014. Before that, he has been Senior Vice President, Marketing, CRM & Global Branding at the Company since January 2013 and Senior Vice President Park Inn by Radisson of the Company since February 2011. He has more than 25 years of hospitality in Europe. Most recently, he served as Managing Director for Accor’s All Seasons, Mercure and M Gallery Hotel brands in France and worked more than 20 years for Accor. He is a graduate in Hotel Management from CERIA-IPIAT Brussels, Belgium.

Elie Younes

Mr. Elie Younes has been Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer at Rezidor Hotel Group AB since January 2015. Before that, he has been Senior Vice President, Head of Group Development at Rezidor Hotel Group AB, effective as of January 1, 2013. He joined the Company's regional office in Dubai in April 2010 as Vice President, Business Development Middle East & Africa, and took over the interim leadership of the Company's corporate development department in October 2012. He began his career in managerial roles in Lebanon before joining HVS International in London in 2001. During his five years with HVS International, he progressed to the position of Director, overseeing a number of projects, investment counseling, feasibility studies and contract negotiations as well as advising on hotel real estate. In 2007, he joined Starwood Hotels as Director of Acquisitions and Development EMEA, before being promoted to Senior Director of Acquisitions and Development in 2008. He joined Hilton Hotels Worldwide as Vice President Development for the Middle East in 2009 before moving to the Company. He has conducted studies across continents in universities such as Notre Dame in Beirut, Insead in France, Cornell University in the United States, IMHI/Essec in Paris and City University in London.

Lo Kin Ching

Mr. Lo Kin Ching has been Director of Rezidor Hotel Group AB since April 28, 2017. He graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1976 with a Higher Diploma in Accountancy. Mr. Lo is a chartered certified accountant, fellow of the ACCA, UK, a certified public accountant, fellow of the HKICPA. He is a past Chairman of the ACCA, Hong Kong Branch. He is a fellow of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Mr. Lo has worked with Deloitte for 36 years of which as a Partner for 28 years. He has served many years in Deloitte's management committee, as head of the Financial Advisory Services, Chairman of Deloitte Hong Kong and Deloitte China. He retired from Deloitte in 2016. He has 40 years of professional experience in providing auditing, financial advisory, restructuring, insolvency, mergers & acquisitions and IPO services. Mr. Lo has a number of public appointments. He was a Council member and Treasurer and currently a member of the Court of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a member of the Standing Commission on Civil Service Salaries and Conditions of Service, Hong Kong; member of the Hospital Governing Committee of Queen Mary Hospital and Tsan Yuk Hospital, Hong Kong; member of the Committee of Overseers of Wu Yee Sun College, the Chinese University of Hong Kong; member of the Board of Governors of Chu Hai College of Higher Education, Hong Kong; committee member of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council Fund; Director of Hong Kong Design Centre Ltd., member of 10th and 11th of Hebei Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC); Advisor for the China Accounting.

Goran Larsson

Mr. Goran Larsson has served as Employee Representative on the Board of Directors at Rezidor Hotel Group AB since 2009. He is employed by the Radisson Blu Royal Viking Hotel in Stockholm.

Charles Mobus

Mr. Charles B. Mobus, Jr. has been Director of Rezidor Hotel Group AB since April 28, 2017. He holds Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lehigh University. Mr. Mobus is currently the owner and President of Benedetto, Gartland & Company, Inc., an investment banking firm and FINRA registered broker/dealer in New York. Mr. Mobus has also been a Managing Partner of Benedetto, Gartland since 1994. Mr. Mobus previously served as an External Proprietary Director of NH Hotel Group, S.A. between 2013 and 2015 and Chairman of its Board of Directors between 2015 and 2016. Previously, Mr. Mobus was a Managing Director of Smith Barney Group (New York), a Vice President and Shareholder of Kidder Peabody & Co., Inc. (New York) and an Assistant Vice President with Citicorp (New York). He began his career at Midlantic Banks Inc.

Wolfgang Neumann

Dr. Wolfgang M. Neumann has been Director of Rezidor Hotel Group AB since April 28, 2017. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer at the Company from January 1, 2013 till May 5, 2017. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the Company from May 9, 2011. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Arabella Hospitality Group in Munich, Germany. Prior to that position, he spent over 20 years with Hilton International, and built his career from EAM- and GM-positions at Hilton hotels in Brussels, London, Paris and Frankfurt to Vice President for Western and Northern Europe, Senior Vice President for Scandic and Nordic Region, President of the United Kingdom and Ireland, as well as President of Hilton Europe and Africa. He completed executive management courses at the INSEAD Management School in France and at Cornell University in the United States and studied at the Institute for Hotel and Tourism Management Klessheim, Austria.

Ulf Petersson

Mr. Ulf Petersson has been Director, Employee Representative at Rezidor Hotel Group AB since 2017. Ulf Petersson is employed by Radisson Blu Arlandia Hotel, Stockholm-Arlanda (Sweden).

Song Xiang

Mr. Song Xiang has been Director of Rezidor Hotel Group AB since April 28, 2017. He holds Bachelor's Degree in English from the University of International Studies in Nanjing and Masters of Science Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Currently, Mr. Song is pursuing a Doctorate in Hotel and Tourism Management at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Mr. Song entered the hotel industry in July 1997. He first served as the deputy Front Office Manager at Hilton Nanjing; and thereafter as Front Office Manager and deputy Director of Sales at the Hilton Chongqing and Hilton Sanya Resort successively. In July 2006, he joined HNA as the deputy General Manager of the Asia Pacific International Convention Center. Starting in November 2006, he served as the General Manager of the HNA Xinglong Resort, HNA Hotel Sanya and HNA Tangla Beijing Hotel successively for the following three years. From September 2009 to February 2013, he served in the executive ranks of HNA Hospitality Group, first as President of Operations, and later as President and Executive Chairman. Between February 2013 and June 2015, he worked in HNA Tourism Group. From June 2015, he was appointed as Chairman of HNA Tourism Development where he served until 2016. Currently, Mr. Song is the Chief Investment Officer of HNA Hospitality Group.

Andreas Schmid

Mr. Andreas Schmid has been Independent Director at Rezidor Hotel Group AB since April 28, 2017. He holds Master's degree in law and studied economics at the University of Zurich. Mr. Schmid started his career in 1984 at Union Bank of Switzerland. Following a position as assistant to a Swiss industrialist, he was CEO and Managing Director of Kopp Plastics (PTY) Ltd. in South Africa from 1989 to 1992. He then worked for the Jacobs Group in various staff and line functions until 1993. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Schmid was President of the Movenpick Consumer Goods Division and a member of the worldwide Group Executive Board of Management. He then was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Jacobs Group from 1998 until 2000. Between 2007 and 2011, Mr. Schmid was Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Symrise AG, and between 2002 and 2006 he chaired the Board of Directors of Kuoni Travel Holding AG. He was a member of the Board of Adecco SA from 1999 to 2004 and a member of the Advisory Board of the Credit Suisse Group from 2001 to 2007, before the Advisory Board was dissolved. Mr. Schmid has been a member of the Board of Directors of Steiner AG since 2008, and in 2010, he was appointed a member of the Board of Directors of Wirz Partner Holding AG and the Advisory Board of Allianz Global Corporate Specialty AG. He further was a member of the Board of Directors of Badrutt’s Palace Hotel AG from 2006 until 2015. In 2007 he joined the Board of Director of Gategroup Holding AG and served as Chairman of the Board from 2009 to 2016. Mr. Schmid is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Oettinger Davidoff AG, of Flughafen Zurich AG and Helvetica Capital. Furthermore, Mr. Schmid is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Swiss foundation Avenir Suisse, a think tank for social and economic issues. He is also a member of Barry Callebaut AG's Board of Directors and has been serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors from 1999 to 2005 and as Vice Chairman of the Board from 2005 to 2014.

Thomas Staehelin

Dr. Thomas Staehelin has been Independent Director at Rezidor Hotel Group AB since April 28, 2017. He holds Ph.D. in Law from the University of Basel. Dr. Staehelin serves as Senior Managing partner and Swiss Corporate and Tax Attorney of FROMER Law Firm. Dr. Staehelin is primarily focused on corporate and organizational law and tax law. He further served as Chairman of the "Vereinigung der Privaten Aktiengesellschaften”. He is a Director of Mymetics Corporation. He was a Member of the Cantonal parliament of Basel and he served as a Member of Council of Basel Cantonal Bank. He is the Chairman of the Basel Chamber of Commerce and a Board Member of the Swiss Business Federation (economiesuisse). He used to be a Member of the Expert Committee on Swiss Financial Reporting (SWISS GAAP FER).
