Raffaele Agrusti

Mr. Raffaele Agrusti serves as Chairman of the Board at Rai Way S.p.A. Since 1983 he has played his professional career with Assicurazioni Generali where he served as General Manager and Chief Financial Officer and, until 2013, he was CEO of Generali Italy. He has directed and participated in numerous operations of M & A and reorganization and was a member, even with the position of Chairman, Board of Auditors and the Board of Directors of several companies. He served at HDP Holding, RCS, Premuda, Toro Assicurazioni and Banca Generali. He is currently Chief Financial Officer of RAI S.p.A. He Graduated in Economics. He is a Chartered accountant and Auditor.

Aldo Mancino

Mr. Aldo Mancino serves as Chief Executive Officer, General Manager of RAI WAY S.P.A. since April 28, 2017. He joined Italstrade Spa in 1992 as assistant to the Purchasing and Logistics Director. From 1994 to 1995 he was Head of Purchasing and Production at the ANSA Agency, where in the following two years he became Head of Strategic Planning. In 1998 he moved to RAI - Radiotelevisione italiana SpA as Head of Service Offer for the Group Transmission and Broadcast Division. Since 2000, the year of the merger by incorporation of the RAI Transmission and Broadcast Division into Rai Way SpA, it oversees the company's Sales Department, with direct responsibility for business development and the marketing of services, acquiring from 2006 also the responsibility for the RAI service contract / Rai Way. In 2007 he took on the role of General Manager - who was confirmed for two further mandates, in 2012 and 2014 - coordinating, among other things, the project to transfer to the terrestrial digital television of the RAI television network.

Mr. Gian Paolo Tagliavia serves as Director of RAI WAY S.P.A. since April 2017. He is in Publitalia '80 where he starts his career as an assistant to the Sales Director of Lombardy. In 1999 he was called by MTV Pubblicità as Account Director and was given responsibility for the creation and development of the sales line. In 2001 he joined MTV Italia as Head of Interactive, with responsibility for content, product and digital advertising sales of the Digital Department. In 2004 he was at La7 as Head of Digital, dealing with the creation and development of the Digital Department. In 2006 he was Senior Vice President of Digital Platforms in Telecom Italia Media and responsible for the digital activities of La7, MTV and Telecom Italia's pay platforms: LA7 Cartapiù on digital terrestrial and RossoAlice on IPTV. In 2008 he became CEO of MTV Italia and President of MTV Pubblicità, developing the activities of MTV, Nickelodeon and Comedy Central in Italy. In 2013 he was CEO for IPG Mediabrands and Chairman of IPG Mediabrands Spain. He joined Rai in 2015 reporting directly to the General Manager with the task of defining the strategy for the Rai digital offer. In 2016 he assumes the role of Chief Digital Officer. From March of the same year he is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Rai Com. He is also a member of the Auditel Srl Board of Directors.

Joyce Bigio

Ms. Joyce Victoria Bigio serves as Independent Director at Rai Way S.p.A. since September 2014. From 1976 to 1986 she worked at Arthur Andersen & Co., in the offices of Washington and Milan, eventually becoming Senior Audit Manager. Between 1986 and 1990 she was responsible for the implementation and preparation of management control at the investment bank Euromobiliare SpA in Milan. Subsequently, in 1990, she joined The Waste Management Group, with headquarters in both London and Milan, first as Finance Manager Reporting European and later as Controller Merger & Acquisition. After working for three years, starting in 1995, as CEO of American International Bakeries in Milan, in 1998 she became Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors of the Italian and Swiss subsidiaries of the auction house Sotheby's. In 2002 she founded the International Accounting Solutions Srl, of which she is currently a partner and Managing Partner. She was also a director and independent non-executive director of Fiat SpA, and a member of the audit committee and risk committee and appointments, until the effective date of the merger of Fiat SpA Fiat Investments N.V. (Intended to take over the unit of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV) on 12 October 2014. She was independent director of Gentium SpA, a pharmaceutical company already listed on the Nasdaq, and Simmel Difesa SpA. She graduated in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting, from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville (USA) in 1976.

Fabio Colasanti

Mr. Fabio Colasanti serves as Independent Director at Rai Way S.p.A. since September 2014. After holding various positions in the telecommunications company Italcable SpA Rome (later absorbed by Telecom Italy SpA), from 1977 to 2010 it was Officer of the European Commission in Brussels. In particular, from 1977 to 1984 he worked as an economist in the Directorate General "Economic and Financial Affairs". Between 1985 and 1987 he was a member of the Group of the Spokesman of the European Commission, with responsibility for economic and monetary affairs, regional policy, credit, investment and small and medium-sized enterprises. From 1988 to 1995 he was Head of Unit "Economic Outlook" and "Analysis of macroeconomic policies", in the Directorate General "Economic and Financial Affairs" of the Commission. From 1996 to 1999 he was Director in the Directorate General "Financial Statements". In 1999 he also held the position of Deputy Chief of the Cabinet of Commission President Romano Prodi. Between 2000 and 2002 he held the position of Director General of the Directorate General "Enterprise", while from 2002 to 2010 he was Director General of the Directorate General "Information Society and Media" of the Commission. He is currently Chairman of the International Institute of Communications, based in London. He graduated in Economics at the Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza and subsequently studied Economics for a year at the College d'Europe Bruges (Belgium).

Anna Gatti

Ms. Anna Gatti, Ph.D. serves as Independent Director at Rai Way S.p.A. since October 2014. In 2001, after two years spent as a visiting student, was Post-Doc in Organizational Behavior at the Institute of International Studies at Stanford University (California, USA). She was also a visiting professor at the Department of Economics of the University of Stanford from 2004 to 2005. Later, she was Research Associate at the University of Berkeley (California, USA) and in 2008 she obtained a Ph.D. in international research in Criminology at the Universita degli Studi di Trento, in consortium with the University of Oxford (UK), Rotterdam (Netherlands) and Washington (USA). She is member of the Order of Professional Journalists. She held various positions at major companies, including listed companies, in Italy and abroad, among which mention the roles of management in the areas of Online Sales and Operations (2007-2011) and Product (2011) Google / Youtube Mountain View (California, USA); Senior Director of Advertising and New Monetization at Skype / Microsoft in Palo Alto (California, USA); Board member independent from Buongiorno SpA, listed on the STAR segment (2007-2012). She was also Senior Economist for the World Health Organization from 2002-2004 and partners myQube - Telecom Italian Venture Fund from 2004 to 2007. She is co-founder and CEO of Soshoma Inc., headquartered in San Francisco (California, USA). She is currently a director at independent Piquadro SpA and Gtech SpA, both listed on the MTA, as well as at Almawave USA Inc., headquartered in San Francisco (California, USA). She graduated in Business Administration from the Universita Bocconi of Milan in 1997, where she earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management in 2001.

Umberto Mosetti

Mr. Umberto Mosetti serves as Independent Director of RAI WAY S.P.A. since April 2017. Between 1986 and 2000 he worked in the Borsa service of Consob (1986-1987), in the Stroock & Stroock and Lavan studio in New York (1988-1989), in the Corporate Finance Department of Morgan Stanley & Co., in New York (1989-1990) and in London (1990-1991), in the legal sector, holdings and M & A of Finmeccanica St Sgs-Thomson Microelectronics (1992-1995), and as Managing Partner at ICFA International Corporate Finance Advisors (1996-2000). From 2001 to 2006 he was Partner of Deminor International, Responsible for Italy of Deminor Investment Management, President of Deminor Italia. From 2006 to 2013 he was representative of Amber Capital in Italy and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and member of the Investment Committee of Amber Capital Lp and Amber Capital Italia Sgr. He was an independent Director and member of the Internal Control Committee of Vincenzo Zucchi SpA, an independent director of Vianini Lavori SpA. as well as common representative of the savings shareholders in FIAT SpA. Since 2013 he has been Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of FHC (Independent Asset Management Company) in Amsterdam. From May 2012 he is an independent board member (and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and of the Litigation Committee and the Control and Risks Committee from 2012 to 2016) of Parmalat SpA; since March 2015 he has been an independent director of Sorgenia SpA. He has been a professor of Private Economic Law at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Siena(1999-2006) and of Corporate Governance at the Faculty of Jurisprudence of the University of Turin (2008-2011) as well as Visiting Professor of Law and Corporate Governance at the University of Western Ontario (2007) and Research Assistant at the Columbia University School of Law in New York (1988-1989). He graduated in Law from Universita degli Studi di Roma in 1987.

Donatella Sciuto

Ms. Donatella Sciuto serves as Independent Director of RAI WAY S.P.A. since April 2017. She is Vice Rector of the Polytechnic of Milan and Full Professor of Computer Systems at the Department of Electronics, Information and Bioengineering. She was nominated IEEE Fellow for her scientific contribution in "embedded systems design". She holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano in 1984 and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Colorado in 1988. Since 2013 she has been a member of the Board of Governors of the Bank of Italy and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Milan branch. She was Vice President of Finance of the Council on Electronic Design Automation of IEEE from 2008 to 2010, then President Elect and President from 2011 to 2013. She is currently a member of the IEEE Fellows Committee.

Paola Tagliavini

Ms. Paola Annunziata Tagliavini serves as Independent Director of RAI WAY S.P.A. since April 2017. She is a Statutory Auditor. She is Adjunct Professor at the Bocconi University Accounting Department for the courses of "Company Audit (advanced course)" in the Specialized Degree Courses, "Internal Audit, Risk and Corporate Compliance" and "Enterprise Risk Management" in the Master in Accounting, Auditing and Control, "Financial & Enterprise Risk Management" in the Master in Corporate Finance. She is also co-director of the ERM Lab of SDA Bocconi and a lecturer in SDA courses on risk management issues. She has been teaching and researching from 1993 to 2003 at the Bocconi University on issues of Corporate Protection and at the SPACE center of the same University. Author of publications on the subject of Risk Management, she was Visiting Researcher at the Insurance & Risk Management department of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She has twenty years experience in risk management consulting, having direct specialized teams at Marsh, Oliver Wyman, AON and currently in DGPA & Co. She is a member of Boards of Directors and Boards of Statutory Auditors. She currently holds the position of Independent Board Member in Eurizon Capital SGR and in the listed companies Interpump, Save and Be Think Solve Execute. In these companies she is Chairman or member of the Control and Risk Committee. She is also a substitute auditor in RCS Mediagroup. She is Chairman of the Supervisory Body pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01. She graduated in Business Administration from Universita Bocconi in 1992.
