Biographies

Name Description

Athanasios Skordas

Mr. Athanasios Skordas has been Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of SELONDA AQUACULTURE S.A. since December 2015. He has been Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since Autumn 2014. Since 1987 he has worked as an insurance agent and at the same time he took an active part in the foundation and operation of financial and insurance companies. He was elected President of the Pan-Hellenic Insurance Consultants Association from 2000 to March 2004. From 2004 until 2009 he undertook consecutively the following offices: Secretary General for Consumer Affairs at the Ministry of Development, Secretary General of the Region of Sterea Ellada and Secretary General at Ministry of Finance. From the summer of 2012 till the summer of 2014 he served as Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Development & Competitiveness, responsible for Trade and Industry. He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), with a major in International Economics Relations.

Mihalis Panagis

Mr. Mihalis Panagis has been Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of SELONDA AQUACULTURE S.A. since 2015. He started his career in 1986 at M.J.Mailis Group where he held several management positions with the last being Vice Chairman of the Board and Group Development & Commercial Director. Following that, from 2005 until 2015, he became Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Eurodrip Group. He has been Member of the Board of Directors in several companies, including Geohellas S.A., Perseus S.A, Specta Group and Theotokos Foundation. He has also been an Advisor to Bain Capital on specific projects. He holds Master of Engineering degree from National Technical University of Athens and an MBA degree from Imperial College of London.

Adamantini Lazari

Mrs. Adamantini (Dina) Lazari has been Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of SELONDA AQUACULTURE S.A. since 2014. She has been Member of the Audit Committee at the Company. Mrs. Lazari has a long-term experience in both the private and public sector. In the public sector, she served as an advisor, primarily concerning public policy preparation and implementation, at the Prime Minister’s Economic Office from 1982 till 1985 and from 1993 till 1999; and also to the Secretariat of the Supreme Economic Policy Council (ASOP) from 1985 to 1989. In the private sector, she has served in senior managerial positions including: Deputy Governor in Agricultural Bank (2009-2012), Senior Advisor in Emporiki Bank(1993-2009 and 2012), Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Hellenic Industry of Sacks Plastic Products SA (2002-2005). She has also been Member of the Board of Directors in several companies (listed and not listed) and worked at consultancy firms. Since 2009, Mrs. Lazari has been Member of the Board of Directors and the Audit and Strategy Committee of Hellenic Exchanges Group SA. Since 2014, she has been a senior advisor to the Board of Domius Capital Advisors LLP. Since 2016 she has been Member of the Board of Directors and of the Audit Committee of PERSUS SA. She holds a degree in Economics from the Athens University of Economics & Business (AUEB), a Master of Science degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Administration from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a European Master in Multimedia and Audiovisual Business Administration.

Panayiotis Alayannis

Mr. Panayiotis Alayannis has been Non-Executive Independent Member of the Board of Directors of SELONDA AQUACULTURE S.A. since 2014. He started his career in 1977 after graduating from Athens University of Economics and Business and completing his military duties in NATO Headquarters. His long banking career began from BANK OF AMERICA Athens Branch, where he held the position of Credit Administrator and Account Officer until 1982. Following that, as Member of a team, he established the operation of BANQUE FRANCOHELLENIQUE (daughter of CREDIT LYONNAIS in Greece), initially as head of credit administration and later undertaking the management of a corporate/international trade portfolio. In late 1993 he moved to the business field, as Managing Director of HELLAS FISHERIES (hatchery unit) and Financial Controller of NIREAS GROUP. In 1996 he returned to the banking field as Deputy Manager of BANQUE CANTONALE VAUDOISE rep office in Greece, being responsible for a corporate portfolio. When BCV ended their presence in Greece, he began working as a Consultant in the food industry (NUTRIA) and as Board Member in the fertilizer industry (VELESTINO). Between 2008 and 2014 he acted as a Consultant (real estate & business) on a spot basis, until his election as Board Member of the Company.

Michael Kokkinos

Mr. Michael Kokkinos has been Non-Executive Independent Member of the Board of Directors of SELONDA AQUACULTURE S.A. since 2014. He has worked for National Bank of Greece for 40 years, from 1962 until 2002, in a variety of positions, both in major branches as well as in the Head Office (Administration) of the Bank, holding for 20 years senior managerial positions. Among those, the Manager position in the Central, 86 Aiolou str and Stadiou str Branches (the two major branches of the Bank). He also held the managerial position in Project Finance Division and SME’s Division, as well as Business Coordinator in implementation of the Core Banking System IRIS. From December 2002 to February 2007 he was Manager in Organization Division of ASPISBANK. In parallel on the period from December 2003 until February 2007 he was Project Manager in the implementation of a new Core Banking System. Between March 2007 and April 2010 he was Managing Director (Chief Executive Officer) of the National Bank of Greece (Cyprus) Ltd, a 100% affiliate of National Bank of Greece. From 2010 until 2014 he was Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of Maillis SA. He graduated from Athens University of Economics and Business and participated in many professional seminars in Greece and abroad.

Basic Compensation
