Name Description

Eugenio Razelli

Mr. Eugenio Razelli serves as Chairman of the Board at Safilo Group S.p.A. since April 26, 2017. He was Non-Executive Independent Director of Safilo Group S.p.A. from March 29, 2010. He was Chairman of the Control and Risks Committee within the Company. He is also Member of the Statutory Body of the Company. He graduated in Electrical Engineering from Universita degli Studi di Genova. He was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Magneti Marelli. He began his career in Fiat Auto and Zanussi, and became Chief Executive Officer of Gilardini Industriale. In 1993 he moved to Pirelli Cavi, eventually serving as Senior Executive Vice President of the Telecom Division first and then of the Energy Division. He held the position of President & Chief Executive Officer of Fiamm and he was Senior Vice President for Business Development of Fiat SpA. Amongst his various Association positions, he is Chairman of ANFIA.

Angelo Trocchia

Mr. Angelo Trocchia serves as Chief Executive Officer of SAFILO GROUP S.P.A. since April 1, 2018. He was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Unilever Italia, of which he has lead the business, today among the 5 most relevant in Europe. After a Ph.D. in Aeronautical Engineering at the Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza, Angelo Trocchia began in 1991 an international career in Unilever, where he held various roles of increasing responsibility in supply chain and sales. Until February 2013 he was the Chief Executive Officer of the Unilever Business in Israel, where he delivered two important acquisitions in the Ice Cream and Salty Snack Fields, as well as a significant growth in the Personal Care business. He also played a key role in leading the local company towards a brand new organizational set-up. Previous roles in Unilever include the General Management of the Frozen Foods business, which he led until its acquisition from the Findus group, managing the whole transition process. Before that, he served as General Manager of the Unilever Ice Cream business in the Czech Republic and he also led the Italian Ice Cream business, which accounts for more than 40% of the total Italian business turnover.

Gerd Graehsler

Dr. Gerd Graehsler serves as Chief Financial Officer at Safilo Group S.p.A. since November 14, 2014. Before being appointed Group, Gerd was Safilo’s Director of New Business Development & Corporate Strategy. Previously, he had been working for Procter & Gamble since 2001, where he held roles of increasing responsibility in P&G’s Finance and Accounting functions, being ultimately appointed CFO for P&G’s global fashion fragrance division in Geneva in 2013. He graduated in Economics & Business Administration at the University of Vienna, where he also gained his M.B.A. and a CEMS Master of Management.

Mr. Vladimiro Baldin serves as Chief Product Design & Creation Officer at Safilo Group S.p.A. He had been working for Diesel since 1998 covering tasks such as sourcing and buying management and directing the product development department. Between 2006 and 2010, he coordinated Diesel's style and creative office, being ultimately appointed R&D and Style Director. Under the leadership of Vladimiro as Safilo’s Chief Product Design & Creation Officer, Safilo’s design and product development department has been completed restructured.

Stefano Biondo

Mr. Stefano Biondo serves as Chief Brands Officer at Safilo Group S.p.A. since February 2016. Stefano joined Safilo in 2003, consolidating a variety of competencies and experiences in the management of the licensed brands business. In this core area, he held roles of increasing responsibility, ultimately managing all the Group's Licensed Brands. In February 2016, Stefano was promoted and appointed Group’s Chief Brands Officer, in charge of the development of Safilo’s brands portfolio in the different customer segments in which the Group plays. Prior to Safilo, Stefano was Marketing Manager for Italy at Electrolux for the brand Zanussi Professional. He graduated in Business Administration at the University of Bologna.

Henri Blomqvist

Mr. Henri Blomqvist serves as Chief Commercial Officer North America and Global Sports at Safilo Group S.p.A. Before becoming Safilo’s Chief Commercial Officer North America and Global Sports, Henri was Safilo’s Chief Commercial Officer for almost three years, repositioned Safilo’s commercial strategy and go-to-market organization with focus on distribution quality and sustainability. Prior to Safilo, Henri has had a career of ten years at Procter & Gamble, with experiences in the areas of sales and commercial management on several worldwide brands. He held local and international roles covering a variety of countries, including Nordic, parts of Western Europe, Russia, Turkey, the Middle East, South Africa, Korea and Australia. He graduated from Hanken School of Economics, where he also gained his Master of Science in Economics.

Ms. Joanna Onland serves as Chief Commercial Officer Western Europe And Global Key Accounts at Safilo Group S.p.A. Joanna has 27 years of broad international wholesale and retail experience in Fashion Apparel, Luxury and Fragrances, most recently at DIESEL for its European business, previously with its Southern Europe division, and formerly as its Managing Director for Benelux. Earlier in her career, Joanna held different commercial and business development responsibilities in Europe and the US for Coty and La Prairie. She has worked with retail stores and independent customers, departments stores, chains, and travel retail, with a proven track record of delivering strong results while developing strong organizations and partnerships with customers. She studied Economics and Business Administration at HES in Amsterdam.

Alessandro Visconti

Mr. Alessandro Visconti serves as Head of Human Resources of Safilo Group S.p.A. He was Director of Human Resources and Organization of Safilo Group S.p.A. from 1997. He previously worked as Human Resources Manager at Recordati SpA (Milan), Glaxo SpA (Verona) and Jolly Hotel SpA (Valdagno). He has a degree in Law from the Universita degli Studi di Padova and a Masters degree in Business Management from Fondazione CUOA - Centro Universitario di Organizzazione Aziendale.

Dhr. Melchert Frans Groot serves as Non-Executive Director of Safilo Group S.p.A. since October 5, 2011. He served as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Safilo Group S.p.A. from March 29, 2010, to October 5, 2011. He is Member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee within the Company. After his first work experience in Philips, in 1989 he joined HAL Holding N.V. where he has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2003. Presently he is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of GrandVision B.V. In the past, he held roles in different companies of the Group HAL. Among these, he was Chief Executive Officer of Pearle Europe and GrandVision. He was appointed Member of the Supervisory Board of GrandVision BV. From 1983 to 2003, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cole National Corporation, an optical retailer in the United States. In 2010, he co-founded and became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fraimz llc, a start-up Internet prescription eyewear business. On March 29, 2010 he was appointed Director. He graduated from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Guido Guzzetti serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of SAFILO GROUP S.P.A. since April 27, 2015. Mr. Guzzetti gained fourteen years of experience as CEO of Italian Asset Management Companies ("Società di Gestione del Risparmio", regulated by Bank of Italy and Consob) and three years as CEO of an Italian BankInsurance P&C Company (regulated by ISVAP) belonging to a leading Italian Banking Group. Overall, he worked for twenty-four years for Companies operating in the financial sector. Since 2014, Mr. Guzzetti has been serving as Independent Director on the Board of Saipem S.p.A. and he is a member of its Control and Risk Committee; since 2016 he is also a member of the Company's Corporate Governance Committee. Since 2017 Mr. Guzzetti has been serving as Independent Director on the Board of ANIMA S.p.A. and he is a member of its Related Party Committee. He served as Independent Director on the Board of Astaldi S.p.A. and was a member of its Control and Risk Committee. Since 2010, he has been involved in research and consultancy activities related to Financial Markets. He graduated in Physics from Milan University.

Ms. Ines Maria Lina Mazzilli serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of SAFILO GROUP S.P.A. since April 27, 2015. She graduated in Business Administration, major in Finance, from Universita Bocconi. Ines has 30+ years of experience in a variety of senior finance management positions. Since June 2016, Ines is member of the Advisory Council and Senior Advisor (external) for GENPACT. She previously spent 23 years in HEINEKEN. In 1993, Ines joined the Italian Operating Company as Planning & Control Manager and she was Finance Director 2001-2005. In 2006-2010, Ines has been Senior Finance Director of the Western Europe Region. In 2010-2015, Ines has been Senior Finance Director of the Global Business Services, responsible for Business Partnering to Global Business Services, HEINEKEN Global Shared Services in Kraków, Global Process and Control Improvement and Global Finance Business Process Management. In 2015-2016, Ines has been Senior Director Global Finance Processes & Internal Control, responsible for HEINEKEN Global Shared Services, Global Process and Control Improvement and Global Finance Business Process Management. Prior to joining HEINEKEN, Ines spent the early part of her career, from 1987 to 1993, in senior finance jobs in Elizabeth Arden, being part of Eli Lilly first, and Unilever after. Ines started her career in banking. Ines is active in a variety of roundtables with multinationals and since June 2014, member of the Advisory Board of Corso di Laurea Magistrale in Economia e Legislazione d’impresa, University of Pavia, Italy.

Cinzia Morelli- Verhoog

Ms. Cinzia Morelli- Verhoog serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of SAFILO GROUP S.P.A. She is the founder of The Marketing Capability Academy, a Dutch company advising companies on how to increase the effectiveness of their marketing strategies and return on investments. She graduated in Modern Languages from the Universita degli Studi di Milano. From 2004 to 2016 she held various positions in Heineken NV including: International Portfolio Manager, Regional Marketing Manager Europe, Global Commercial Strategy Director, Senior Director Global Marketing Capabilities and finally Senior Director Global Marketing Development. In the past, Cinzia Morelli Verhoog worked for Reckitt & Colman and ReckittBenckiser (London), IDV Diageo (Turin), Capgemini (Frankfurt, Milan London), Benckiser Italiana S.p.A. (Milan) and Richardson Vicks/Procter & Gamble (Milan and Rome).

Robert Polet

Mr. Robert B. Polet serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of Safilo Group S.p.A. since April 26, 2017. He was Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Safilo Group S.p.A. from October 5, 2011 to April 26, 2017. From 2004 to 2011, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Management Board of the Gucci Group. He previously spent 26 years in the Unilever Group where he was President of Unilever’s Worldwide Ice Cream and Frozen Foods division.
