Biographies

Name Description

Hans Biorck

Mr. Hans Biorck has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Skanska AB since April 6, 2016. He is Member of Nomination and Audit Committees and Chairman of Compensation and Project Review Committee. He previously was Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Skanska AB between April 2001 and February 10, 2011. He joined the Company in 2001. He was responsible for Skanska Financial Services, Controlling, Corporate Finance, Reporting and Internal Audit and Compliance. He is Member of the Boards of Trelleborg AB, Bure Equity AB, Henry Dunker Foundation and Crescit Asset Management AB. He had previously been Chief Financial Officer of Esselte Business Systems Inc., Esselte AB and Autoliv AB. He holds a Master of Science degree in Economics from Handelshogskolan i Stockholm.

Johan Karlstrom

Mr. Johan Karlstrom no longer serves as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Skanska AB, effective as of January 1, 2018. He has held this position since April 3, 2008. He has also been Member of the Company’s Project Review Committee. He has been responsible for Communication. He was employed at the Company from 1983 until 1995 and again since 2001. His previous positions within Skanska include Executive Vice President responsible for Skanska United States construction operations (Skanska USA Building and Skanska USA Civil) and Executive Vice President responsible for Nordic construction operations. Peter Wallin

Mr. Peter Wallin has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Skanska AB since May 5, 2011. He has also been appointed Head of Skanska UK at the Company effective as of June 1, 2017. He is responsible for Skanska Financial Services, Controlling, Corporate Finance, Reporting, Internal Audit and Compliance and Investor Relations. Ms. Caroline Fellenius-Omnell has been Executive Vice President, General Counsel at Skanska AB since January 2017. She is responsible for Legal Affairs. Ms. Veronica Rorsgard serves as Executive Vice President, Human Resources at Skanska AB. She is responsible for Human Resources and Information Technology. Mr. Mats Williamson no longer serves as Executive Vice President, Skanska Latin America, Skanska Poland, Skanska Czech Republic and Slovakia at Skanska AB, effective as of January 1, 2018. He has held the position since December 1, 2016. He has been Executive Vice President of the Company since October 1, 2009. Mr. Robert Ward has served as President of Skanska Commercial Development USA within Skanska AB since July 13, 2017. He has worked for Skanska since 2002. He has been an integral part of Skanska Commercial Development USA since its start. He has led both our Washington DC and Houston, Texas markets and delivered our first US commercial development project. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for key elements of US Commercial Development operations including investment review, leasing, new markets and professional service functions. Prior to his roles in Commercial Development, Robert served as a vice president with Skanska USA Building.
