Name Description

Simon Israel

Mr. Simon Claude Israel is Non-Executive Non-Independent Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Israel is Chairman of Singtel and a Director of CapitaLand Limited, Fonterra Cooperative Group Limited and Stewardship and Corporate Governance Centre Pte. Ltd. He is a member of the Governing Board of Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and Westpac’s Asia Advisory Board. Mr Israel was formerly Chairman of Asia Pacific Breweries Limited. He was an Executive Director and President of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited before retiring on 1 July 2011. Prior to that, he was Chairman Asia Pacific of the Danone Group. Mr Israel has also held various positions in Sara Lee Corporation before becoming its President (Household & Personal Care), Asia Pacific. He was conferred Knight in the Legion of Honour by the French government in 2007, and awarded the Public Service Medal at the Singapore National Day Awards 2011. He holds a Diploma in Business Studies from The University of the South Pacific.

Paul Coutts

Mr. Paul William Coutts is Group Chief Executive Officer and Non-Independent Director of the SingPost Board effective 1 June 2017. He joins SingPost from Toll Global Forwarding, one of the five divisions in the Toll Group, where he was CEO since February 2013 in a global role based in Singapore. He has more than 20 years of experience in C-suite positions at major global logistics and postal companies. He has attended several executive programmes at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and London Business School.

Mr. Paul B. Demirdjian is Chief Executive Officer, E - Commerce of the Company. Mr Demirdjian leads the growth and development of SingPost’s eCommerce business as Chief Executive Officer of eCommerce. Prior to co-founding Jagged Peak in 2000, he had more than 20 years of experience in a variety of leadership roles at several technology companies, including Davel Communications, a publicly traded telecom company where he held several executivelevel positions, including Senior Vice President of Operations, Chief Technology Officer and Director. A true eCommerce pioneer and entrepreneur, Mr Demirdjian has deep eCommerce domain knowledge, and was instrumental in the original design and architecture of the EDGE platform. He has a degree in electronic engineering technology from St. Petersburg College, where he also was a member of the Engineering Honor Society (Tau Alpha Pi). He is Vice Chairman of the St. Petersburg College Foundation and on University of South Florida’s Information Systems & Decision Sciences Advisory Board.

Heng Wee Phang

KIA HWEE TAN

Mr. Tan Kia Hwee is Group Chief Information Officer of the Company. He is responsible for SingPost’s overall technology strategy, implementing all technology-related transformation programmes, global IT applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, eCommerce logistics and building strategic digital partnerships. He has over 25 years of experience in regional IT leadership, product management and transformation roles with multinational companies across multiple industries such as logistics, telecoms and banking. Prior to SingPost, he was the Regional CIO of DB Schenker Asia Pacific, Regional CIO of Pacnet and Head of Group Payments Products of OCBC Bank. Mr Tan is a member of Business Angel Network for South East Asia (BANSEA) that provides seed funding for promising start-ups, such as FinTech. Mr Tan was formerly an adjunct associate professor at the National University of Singapore School of Computing. He has a Master of Business IT and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Distinction) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia.

Jui-I Lim

Mr. Lim Jui-I is of Group Chief Transformation Officer of the Company. Mr Lim joined SingPost in September 2017 as Group Chief Transformation Officer, responsible for the transformation blueprint across the SingPost business. He oversees the change management process across the Group and its subsidiaries, providing strategic and commercial leadership to identify and drive growth opportunities across the business. He is also responsible for strategic investments and integration, as well as improving processes within corporate functions. Mr Lim joined SingPost from Toll Global Forwarding (TGF), where he was Director, Strategy & Development of the worldwide freight forwarding network. Prior to TGF, Mr Lim worked at Toll Holdings, Linfox and YCH Group in various strategy and business development roles. He holds a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Applied & Engineering Physics from Cornell University in the USA.

Genevieve McCully

Mrs. Genevieve Tan McCully is Group Company Secretary of Singapore Post Limited. She served as the Head of Legal Department for the geographical regions in Southeast Asia and Asia Emerging Countries, Hewlett-Packard Asia Pacific Pte Ltd.

Ai Lian Fang

Mrs. Fang Ai Lian is Non-Executive, Lead Independent Director of the Company. Mrs Fang Ai Lian is a director of Banyan Tree Holdings Limited and Metro Holdings Limited and an advisor to Far East Organization Group. She is the chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Singapore Business Federation and a member of the Singapore University of Technology and Design’s Board of Trustees. Mrs Fang was a director of Singapore Telecommunications Limited till July 2015 and a director of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited till April 2014. Mrs Fang also served as the chairman of Great Eastern Holdings Limited as well as chairman of its insurance subsidiaries until her retirement in April 2014. Prior to that, she was with Ernst & Young (“E&Y”) for 37 years where she last held the position of chairman of E&Y Singapore from 2002 until her retirement in March 2008. Mrs Fang is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Singapore.

Mr. Chen Jun is Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Singapore Post Ltd. with effect from 31 July 2014. Mr. Chen Jun is currently a non-executive director of CITIC 21CN Company Limited (stock code: 241), a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Swee Yeok Chu

Ms. Chu Swee Yeok is Non-Executive Director of the Company. Ms Chu Swee Yeok is the Chief Executive Officer and President of EDBI Pte Ltd (EDBI), the investment arm of the Singapore Economic Development Board. Since 2009, she has been leading EDBI's global investments in high growth technology sectors ranging from information, healthcare and emerging new technologies to select key industries in Singapore.

Ms. Lim Cheng Cheng is the Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company. Ms Lim Cheng Cheng is currently the Group Chief Financial Officer of Singtel. She assumed this role on 10 April 2015 and is responsible for the Singtel Group's finance­related functions including tax, treasury and investor relations. Ms Lim was appointed Deputy GCFO on 1 October 2014. Prior to that, she was the Managing Director, Group Strategic Investments where she managed Singtel's investment portfolio. She joined Singtel in 2012 as Ms Lim Cheng Cheng is currently the Group Chief Financial Officer of Singtel. She assumed this role on 10 April 2015 and is responsible for the Singtel Group's finance­related functions including tax, treasury and investor relations. Sau Wai Kong

Ms. Kong Sau Wai Elizabeth is a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. She is a director of Morgan Lewis Stamford LLC, where she manages a wide range of corporate matters that include mergers and acquisitions, equity fund raising, corporate finance, and securities regulation. Chambers Asia-Pacific, The Legal 500 Asia Pacific, Asialaw Leading Lawyers, Lawyer Monthly, and Acquisition International have noted and acknowledged Ms Kong’s impressive record of corporate transactions and she was named in 2014 by both Prestige Singapore and the Singapore Business Review as one of the most influential lawyers aged 40 and under. She is a trustee on the board of Cambridge Assessment Singapore and a fellow of the Cambridge Commonwealth Trust. She has been invited to be an honorary member of the Commercial Bar Association of London and also sits on high-level committees, including the government-appointed Working Committee to review the Singapore Legal Services Sector. She writes regularly on corporate law issues for a number of legal journals. Ms Kong holds a Double First in Law from Cambridge University.

Mr. Steven Robert Leonard is Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, effective June 1, 2017. Beng Hai Tan

Mr. Tan Beng Hai is Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. Mr Tan serves as a director on the boards of two other listed companies namely Ascott Residence Trust Management Ltd where he is the chairman of the board and Sembcorp Marine Ltd. He is also the chairman of Jurong Engineering Limited, Singapore LNG Corporation Pte Ltd, Singex Holdings Pte Ltd and the Institute of Technical Education. In addition, he is a member of the boards of SMRT Corporation Ltd, SMRT Trains Ltd, the Ong Teng Cheong Labour Leadership Institute and the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore and serves as a member of the NTUC Club Management Council and the Board of Governors of Singapore Manufacturing Federation.
