Carlos de Palacio y Oriol

Mr. Carlos de Palacio y Oriol serves as Executive Chairman of the Board of Talgo, S.A. since March 29, 2006. Prior to that, he gained professional experience in the area of Community Law acting as a Member of the Legal Services and the Competition Services of the EU Commission and as a practicing lawyer in Spain and the United Kingdom. He simultaneously performed teaching activities serving as Assistant Professor of the College of Europe in Bruges (Belgium).

Jose Maria de Oriol Fabra

Mr. Jose Maria de Oriol Fabra serves as Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of Talgo, S.A. since March 28, 2015. He joined Talgo SA in 1987 and since then he has been involved in the Group assuming different roles among others, responsible for outsourcing, Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of different subsidiaries of Talgo. Prior to that, he worked as a Credit Analyst in Citibank. Francisco Javier Banon Trevino

Mr. Francisco Javier Banon Trevino serves as Director of Talgo, S.A. since as March 29, 2006. He is a founding partner of Trilantic Capital Partners (“TCP”) and was Co-Head for Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking in Europe between 2004 and 2008. He also serves as director of Euskaltel. He holds a degree in Law and Business Administration, both from the Instituto Catolico de Adrninistracion y Direccion de Ernpresas of the Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI - ICADE.

Ramon Hermosilla Gimeno

Mr. Javier Olascoaga Palacio serves as Director of Talgo, S.A., representing Pegaso Transportation International, S.C.A. since March 28, 2015. He was a founding partner of Rasa Land Investors from 2007 to 2013, a private equity real estate fund focused on land and resort development in Mexico. He started his professional career at Goldman Sachs in London where he was part of the M&A team covering Spain. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros, CUNEF in Madrid, Spain.
