Name Description

Thomas Fontaine

Mr. Thomas J. Fontaine is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Wellesley Bancorp, Inc. Mr. Fontaine previously served as President of Wellesley Bank from April 2006 to November 2009 and as Executive Vice President prior to April 2006. Mr. Fontaine also serves as our chief lending officer. Director since 2006.

Michael Dvorak

Mr. Michael W. Dvorak is appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Effective July 1, 2016. The Board has appointed Michael W. Dvorak, a respected leader and tenured banking industry executive, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company and EVP and Chief Financial Officer ofWellesley Bank. Mr. Dvorak is replacing the Company's current CFO,Gary P. Culyer, who is retiring effective July 1st. Mr. Dvorak brings extensive financial and operational leadership experience to the Company andWellesley Bank. He has more than 30 years of banking experience, most recently as Senior Vice President of Finance at State Street Corporation. Previous experience includes 15 years at Keycorp where he was the CFO of both the Community Bank and the Consumer Bank. Michael has a B.A. of Arts, Economics from Miami Universityand an MBA of Banking and Finance from Weatherhead School, Case Western Reserve University. He is actively involved in the community as a volunteer and in providing financial support to Weston Little League, Weston Boosters, WEEFC, Boston Food Bank, March of Dimes, Arc of Massachusettsand The Salvation Army.

Ralph Letner

Mr. Ralph L. Letner is the Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Wellesley Bank since May 2014. Mr. Letner served as Senior Vice President/Commercial Team Leader at Boston Private Bank and Trust Company in Boston, Massachusetts from July 2010 to May 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Letner held several positions over 12 years at Citizens’ Bank in Boston, Massachusetts.

Eloise Thibault

Ms. Eloise C. Thibault is no longer as Corporate Secretary of Wellesley Bancorp, Inc., and Vice President and Treasurer of Wellesley Bank., a subsidiary of the Company, effective January 1, 2018. She serves as Vice President and Treasurer of Wellesley Bank and has been employed by Wellesley Bank since April 1990. Ms. Thibault also serves as the Human Resources Manager at Wellesley Bank.

Kathryn Hinderhofer

Ms. Kathryn M. Hinderhofer serves as Director of the Company and the Bank. Ms. Hinderhofer has spent over 35 years in the financial services industry, recently retiring in 2014 as EVP of Operations and Technology of National Bank Holdings Corp. Before National Bank Holdings, Ms. Hinderhofer spent 17 years at Citizens Financial Group where she was responsible for leading the business integration activities and divestitures relating to 26 acquisitions completed by Citizens during that time. Prior to Citizens, Ms. Hinderhofer held senior management positions in retail banking, mortgage banking, commercial and consumer lending at the Boston Five Cents Savings Bank, which was acquired by Citizens Financial Group. Ms. Hinderhofer is a director of Micronotes, a Boston based enterprise marketing Management Company that partners with financial institutions. She is also an Overseer at Newton Wellesley Hospital and previously chaired the Trustees and Governance Committee at Newton Country Day School. She holds a BA in Economics from Boston College and an MBA from Suffolk University.

Edwin Silver

Mr. Edwin G. Silver is Director of Wellesley Bancorp, Inc. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Wellesley Bank from January 2006 until his retirement in November 2009. Prior to January 2006, Mr. Silver also served as President of Wellesley Bank.

Simon Gerlin

Mr. Simon R. Gerlin is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Gerlin has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance of MassDevelopment since February 2013 . Prior to MassDevelopment, Mr. Gerlin served in executive finance, compliance, and audit roles at Clean Harbors Environmental Services and spent 16 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Gerlin is a certified public accountant and member of the American Institute of CPAs. He received a B.A. degree from Middlebury College and a MBA from Harvard Business School.

Nancy Goodall

Ms. Nancy Marden Goodall is an Independent Director of Wellesley Bancorp, Inc. She is Vice President of Captain Marden’s Seafood, a wholesale seafood supplier, seafood store and restaurant based out of Wellesley, Massachusetts. Director since 2011. Ms. Goodall’s strong ties to the community provide the Board of Directors with valuable insight regarding the local business and consumer environment. She also is a strong advocate of the Company through her civic and community involvement.

C. Joseph Grignaffini

Mr. C. Joseph Grignaffini is an Independent Director of Wellesley Bancorp, Inc. He is a licensed builder and the President and Treasurer of L. Grignaffini & Sons. Mr. Grignaffini also owns and manages commercial property.Director since 1993. Mr. Grignaffini’s background offers the Board of Directors substantial construction and development experience, specifically within the region in which the Company conducts its business, and provides the Board of Directors with valuable insight regarding the local business and consumer environment. In addition, Mr. Grignaffini’s background provides the Board of Directors with critical experience in certain real estate matters, which are essential to the business of the Company.

Hugh Kelley

Mr. Hugh J. Kelley was Independent Director of Wellesley Bancorp, Inc. He was a real estate appraiser in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Mr. Kelley was conducts appraisals of residential real estate for relocation, estate, mortgages, and other purposes. Director since 1989. Mr. Kelley’s background provides the Board of Directors with critical experience in certain real estate matters, specifically within the region in which the Company conducts its business, and provides the Board of Directors with valuable insight regarding the local business environment.

Theodore Parker

Mr. Theodore F. Parker is an Independent Director of Wellesley Bancorp, Inc. He is the Clerk of Wellesley Bank and a real estate consultant and commercial property owner in Wellesley and the surrounding communities. Director since 1989.

Leslie Shea

Mr. Leslie B. Shea is an Independent Director of Wellesley Bancorp, Inc. He is a partner with the law firm of Wilder & Shea.Director since 2003. As a practicing attorney, Mr. Shea provides the Board of Directors with important knowledge and insight necessary to assess the legal issues inherent to the business of the Company. In addition, Mr. Shea has strong ties to the community and provides the Board of Directors with opportunities to continue to serve the local community.
