Name Description

Steve DeWindt

Mr. Steve DeWindt is Interim President, Chief Executive Officer, Lead Director of the Company. He has served as a Director of the Company since January 2014. Mr. DeWindt is the Executive Vice President of Solium, Inc. and has served in such capacity since November 2012. From October 2010 to November 2012, he was the Executive Chairman, President and Board of Directors member of OptionEase, Inc. (now Solium). From June 2007 to October 2009, Mr. DeWindt was the Co-founder, President, Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors member of Sparxent, Inc. (now Verismic Software). Prior to that, Mr. DeWindt served in various executive management capacities in sales and marketing for a number of companies. Mr. DeWindt also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Group 47.

Michael Vesey

Mr. Michael Vesey has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of the Company., effective as of October 3, 2016. Mr. Vesey joins Wayside Technology Group with over 25 years of financial, transactional, SEC reporting and accounting experience for both public and private technology companies. Most recently he served as Vice President of SEC Reporting for OTG Management, Inc., from January to September 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Vesey served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2011 to 2015, and Vice President Corporate Controller from 2006 to 2011, for Majesco Entertainment Company, a NASDAQ listed publisher and distributor of interactive entertainment software. Mr. Vesey is a certified public accountant and holds a Master of Finance degree from Penn State University. He began his career with the accounting firm KPMG.

Dale Foster

Mr. Dale Foster is Executive Vice President of the Company. Dale Foster, who joins Wayside Technology with over 20 years of industry and channel experience, built a value-added specialty distributor focused on storage and virtualization solutions as the Executive Director and General Manager of Promark Technology. During his tenure at Promark, Dale developed an industry leading team known for their exceptional, high-touch service.

Kevin Scull

Mr. Kevin T. Scull is appointed to the position of Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer in February 2015. Previously he served as the Vice President and Interim Chief Financial Officer since February 2014. He previously held the position of Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer from January 2006 to August 2012, after having served as Corporate Controller of the company since January 2003. Prior to joining Wayside Technology Group, Inc., Mr. Scull worked for Niksun Inc. as Accounting Manager from January 2001to January 2003 and, prior to that, he worked for Telcordia Inc. from December 2000 to January 2001, as Manager of Accounting Policies.

Vito Legrottaglie

Mr. Vito Legrottaglie is Vice President - Operations and Chief Information Officer in February 2015. Previously he served as Vice President of Operations and Information Systems since April 2007. Mr. Legrottaglie rejoined the company in February 2003 having previously served as director of Information Systems and then vice president of Information Systems from 1996-2000. Mr. Legrottaglie has also held the positions of chief technology officer at Swell Commerce Incorporated, vice president of Operations for The Wine Enthusiast Companies, and director of Information Systems at Barnes and Noble

Charles Bass

Mr. Charles Bass is Vice President - New Business Development of the Company. Mr. Bass previously served as Vice President Worldwide Channel Sales at Blue Medora since October 2016. From August 2015 to October 2016 he served as Vice President Worldwide sales for Tegile Inc., and from November 2010 to August 2015 he served as Vice President, Alliances, Marketing and Western Sales for Promark Technology Inc.

Jeffrey Geygan

Mr. Jeffrey R. Geygan is Director of the company. He has taught undergraduate and graduate-level courses at IE University in Madrid, Spain, the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee Lubar School of Business, and the College of Charleston. He is a frequent speaker at a variety of academic institutions. Mr. Geygan serves on the Advisory Board of the University of University of Wisconsin – Madison Department of Economics as well as the Service Heat Treat Corporation, a Milwaukee, WI based industrial business. Mr. Geygan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Diana Kurty

Ms. Diana R. Kurty is Director of Wayside Technology Group, Inc. Diana Kurty, currently a principal with Lumina Partners, a business consulting firm, brings three decades of finance and executive management to the Board. She has a proven track record of broad-based leadership in financial strategy, operations, controls, treasury, investment management, mergers and acquisitions, human resources and facilities management. She has demonstrated through both her technical skills and leadership experience the ability to bring about positive change and improved profitability from startup companies to billion dollar organizations. Diana is a C.P.A. and before joining Lumina, she served in a number of senior corporate roles including Vice President of Finance of Sutherland Global Services, where she had a broad range of responsibilities including finance, human resources, recruiting, quality and facilities. At Sutherland, she oversaw a three-fold increase in sales during her tenure. Diana also served as the Chief Financial Officer of IEC Electronics, a $300 million public company and as the Vice President and Corporate Controller of Goulds Pumps, a Fortune 500 Company. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she was promoted through the ranks to Senior Audit Manager. Diana graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Lawrence University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She is a member of the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee of the University of Rochester Medical Center, past Chair of the Board of Trustees of WXXI and a past member of the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee of Visiting Nurse Service of Monroe County and the Finger Lakes.

Mark Boyer

Mr. Mark Thomas Boyer is Independent Director of Wayside Technology Group, Inc. Mr. Boyer is and has been the President and a Director of ROI Capital Management in Greenbrae, California since 1992.

Michael Faith

Mr. Michael Faith is Independent Director of Wayside Technology Group, Inc. Mr. Faith is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Headsets.com in San Francisco, California since 1997. The Board believes that Mr. Faith’s qualifications to serve on the Board include his entrepreneurial thinking and direct marketing expertise.

Allan Weingarten

Mr. Allan D. Weingarten is Independent Director of Wayside Technology Group, Inc. From January 2001, until retiring in December 2003, Mr. Weingarten was the Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Jacuzzi Brands, Inc. (formerly known as U.S. Industries, Inc.). Prior to joining Jacuzzi Brands, Inc., from 1995 to 2000, Mr. Weingarten was a business consultant for manufacturing, service and telecommunications companies. From 1972 to 1995, Mr. Weingarten was a partner at Ernst & Young LLP. The Board believes that Mr. Weingarten’s qualifications to serve on the Board include his wealth of accounting and financial knowledge, as well as his public company and industry-specific experience.
