Ahmad Al Tahous

Mr. Ahmad Tahous Al Tahous serves as Chairman of the Board Rep of the Kuwait investment Authority at MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY K.S.C.P since March 28, 2018. He was Non-Executive Member at the Board Rep of the Kuwait investment Authority from March 12, 2017 until March 28, 2018. He has over 34 years of experience in the banking and investment sectors. He began his career by joining the US Treasury Department in 1983 and moved to Morgan Stanley Asset Management in New York, where he was the portfolio manager of the Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA). Mr. Al Tahous is the Executive Director of the Marketable Securities Sector at KIA, Kuwait that he joined in 2006. He is the Chairman of the Board at Touristic Enterprises Company, a tourism development company in Kuwait. He has also been a Member of the Board of Industrial Bank of Kuwait since 2011. He served as a Board Member at the Egyptian Kuwaiti Development and Investment Company, Jordan National Bank, as well as Housing Bank for Trade and Finance (Jordan). He holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Economics from Kuwait University (1981). He is member of the Audit committee.

He served as Vice Chairman of the Board at the Company since February 20, 2014 till March 12, 2017 and Member of the Board since April 12, 2011 till February 20, 2014. He is Chairman of Gulf Cables and Electrical Industries Company, and a member of the Board at Foulath Holding B.S.C. (Bahrain Steel BSCC), United Stainless Steel Company, Refreshment Trading Company Kuwait (Coca Cola) and Gulf Bank Kuwait. He is also Chairman of EMAK Paper Manufacturing Company, Egypt; Vice Chairman of Diamond International Motors (Mitsubishi), Egypt. Ousama Matta

Mr. Ousama Michael Matta serves as Chief Financial Officer at MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY K.S.C.P since June 10, 2010. He has 20 years of experience in finance, corporate finance and management in the Middle East. He holds a MBA from the American University in Beirut and is a certified public accountant. Matta joined the Group in 2004 as the CFO at Zain’s management operation in Lebanon, then known as "MTC Touch". Subsequently Matta was promoted to Chief Financial Officer at Zain Kuwait in early 2008, and again promoted to the role of Zain Group Middle East Chief Finance Officer, overseeing the operations in Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Sudan.

Eaman Al Roudhan

Mrs. Eaman Al Roudhan serves as Chief Executive Officer of Zain Kuwait at MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY K.S.C.P since December 1, 2015. She was Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at the Company since October 30, 2014 till December 1, 2015. She brings over 20 years of experience to the position, 18 years of which were spent in various executive management and leadership roles within Zain Kuwait as well as several Zain Group affiliates. Her career at Zain Group commenced in 1998 within the Kuwait operation. As Zain expanded across the region, her responsibilities also grew from 2003 onwards as she was an active participant in the start-up teams in several Zain operations across the Middle East, namely Bahrain, Iraq, Lebanon, and Saudi Arabia. Mrs. Al Roudhan continued to play a key role in the transformation of Zain, building operational teams and establishing solid foundations for business units across all major telecommunications sectors including Intelligent Networks, product & service development, strategy and business planning, roaming, wholesale and carrier business, as well as regulatory affairs. She is a member in a number of international standards and regulatory affairs bodies such as the GSMA Arab World regional interest group and the GSMA Chief Regulatory Officer Group (CROG). She holds a B. Sc in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Kuwait University and attended programs at Tokyo Institute of Technology (TIT), and executive programs at Harvard Business School.

Ali Al Zahid

Mr. Ali Al Zahid serves as Chief Executive Officer of Zain Iraq at MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY K.S.C.P since February 1, 2017. Prior to his appointment, he held the position of Chief Commercial Officer of Zain Iraq since June 2015. He joined the Zain Iraq as Director of Sales in September 2013. He brings 17 years of experience with international telecom operators including Orange Austria, O2 Germany (Telefonica), and Zain Iraq to his new role. He also has experience in management consultancy, working with two European based firms for five years. Mr. Al Zahid graduated with a M. Sc in Management & Communication from Danube University Krems (Austria) in 2004 and is currently part of the TRIUM Global Executive MBA with the London School of Economics, HEC Paris and NYU Stern.

Sultan Al-Deghaither

Eng. Sultan bin AbdulAziz Al-Deghaither serves as Chief Executive Officer of Zain Saudi Arabia at MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY K.S.C.P since July 1, 2018. Eng. Sultan’s first role at Zain Saudi Arabia was when he joined the company in 2009 as Director of Network Planning. He then was assigned a number of roles before becoming Chief Technology Officer, then Chief Operating Officer; a role which enabled him to play an impactful role in the development of the company's operations on commercial and technical levels, in addition to improving subscriber experience. Eng. Al-Deghaither worked on developing and setting up Zain’s network in Saudi Arabia to cover more than 98% of the inhabited areas. He was the head of the 4G network team; a project that was launched by the company in 2011, making Zain the first operator to launch this service in the Kingdom. He also led (Project Reload), one of the largest projects in the history of the company, with an investment of 4.5 billion Saudi Riyals behind this project. Al- Deghaither, who holds a bachelor's degree in communications and electronics engineering from King Saud University, will commence the strategic transformation the company is undergoing to fully utilize the tremendous growth opportunities available in the Kingdom's telecommunications sector.

Elfatih Erwa

Mr. Elfatih Mohammed Ahmad Erwa serves as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Zain, Sudan at MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY K.S.C.P since May 2012. He worked in Air Defense Forces and attended several training courses in Electronics, Radar and Artillery in Sudan and the UK. Mr. Erwa served as an Instructor in Sudan Military College prior to joining the National Security Services in 1976, where he served till 1985. During that period he attended several professional training courses in Intelligence, Technical operations and Strategic Studies, nationally and in the US. Mr. Erwa served as Consul General in the Embassies of Sudan in Moscow (ex Soviet Union) and Addis Ababa (Ethiopia) during the period from 1977 to 1984. Mr. Erwa holds an Airline Transport Pilot License (APTL), and a helicopter pilot license. He worked in the private sector in the aviation industry from 1986-1987. Between 1988 - 1989 he worked for the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a research officer specializing in the Horn of Africa affairs. n 1989 Mr. Erwa was appointed a State Minister in the Presidency of the Republic of Sudan as National Security Advisor to the President between 1989 - 1995. He then held the position of State Minister of Defense in 1995-1996. Mr. Erwa became a private consultant between 2006 - July 2008, when he was appointed the Managing Director for Zain Sudan. Mr. Erwa was then appointed a Permanent Representative of Sudan to the United Nations in New York, from 1996 - 2005, which is the longest period an Ambassador has held that post in the history of Sudan. He joined the University of Khartoum as a student in the Faculty of Economics and Social Studies, and moved to the Military College to graduate in 1970.

Emre Gurkan

Mr. Emre Gurkan serves as Chief Executive Officer - touch Lebanon at MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY K.S.C.P since April 2017. Before he was Chief Strategy & Business Development Officer from Feb 10, 2014 until April 2017. He brings over 25 years of experience in international ICT, telecom and management consulting sectors working with global telecom operators and media companies across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East and Africa. His strengths extend to corporate strategy, digital and business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing and optimization as well as marketing, sales and driving customer-centric operating cultures. rior to and in alignment with his appointment in touch, Emre was the Group Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer of Zain Group until March 2018, having been appointed to this position in the beginning of 2014. He is the originator of Zain’s Digital and Innovation Frontier (ZDIF) which is tasked with cementing the position of the Group within the digital space, focusing on the areas of innovation, digital services, corporate venturing and smart cities. Prior to joining Zain, Mr. Gurkan was the Group Chief Strategy Officer of Oger Telecom. He has also held other senior roles in A.T. Kearney and McKinsey & Company in Atlanta, Dallas, Istanbul and Dubai offices and served leading telecom operators in various regions. In addition, he also worked at Turkcell Telecommunications and Baan Company and was a co-founder of an applications development company. Mr. Gurkan holds an MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MS in Management Information Systems from London School of Economics and Political Science and a BS in Computer Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.

Mohammed Zainalabedin

Mr. Mohammed Zainalabedin serves as General Manager of Zain in Bahrain at MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY K.S.C.P since May 1, 2008. Prior to this appointment, he acted as Chief Commercial Officer for Zain Bahrain, where he was responsible for the sales, marketing and customer care departments. Previously Mr. Zainalabedin held the position of Retail Sales Manager at Zain Bahrain when he established and managed the Indirect Sales Unit. Prior to this, as Manager of Enterprise Applications within the IT department, he was part of the team involved in Zain Bahrain’s establishment, which included developing an IT strategy. As well as establishing an IT helpdesk, Mr. Zainalabedin was responsible for facilitating customer payments, automating the company’s sales outlets and implementing and managing financial and human resource IT-related projects. Prior to joining Zain Bahrain, Mr. Zainalabedin gained almost ten years of experience in the IT field, working forcompanies such as International Turnkey Systems where he held the position of the Core Banking Group Manager. Mr. Zainalabedin, a Bahraini national, holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Computer Engineering from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals, Saudi Arabia.

Marc Gegenheimer

Mr. Scott Marc Gegenheimer serves as Chief Executive Officer-Operations of MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY K.S.C.P since March 12, 2017. He was Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Telecommunications Co KSC since December 2, 2012 till March 12, 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management from Northern Illinois University in 1989 and a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University, Chicago in 1993. Mr. Gegenheimer is a telecom veteran of over 24 years' experience. Prior to joining Zain Group, he spent the last decade in various senior management and leadership positions at regional operators, including in Kuwait. He spent time working for technology Companies including Cisco Systems and Motorola, and has enjoyed a stint in the financial services industry in the United States. He was elected as a Member of the Board of Global System Mobile Association (GSMA) in January 2017. He is also a Commissioner to the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) & UNESCO Broadband Commission for Sustainable Development and a Member of the Board of directors of SAMENA Telecommunications Council. In addition, He is a Member of the Board of directors of Zain Saudi Arabia (Zain KSA), and of Zain's smart cities solutions provider, (neXgen Group). He was appointed a Board member of the GSMA for the period 2017 to 2018.

Hisham Allam

Mr. Hisham Allam serves as Group Chief Technology Officer at MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY K.S.C.P since December 2011. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Allam was the Chief Operating Officer of Zain Sudan, having joined the operation in May 2003 as Chief Technology Officer. He assumed his latest role having achieved many accomplishments in his outstanding record, with over 20 years of experience in the fields of Information Technology and Telecommunications. In Zain Sudan, Mr. Allam helped build a nationwide network while deploying the latest technologies, including IP and mobile broadband, which contributed to substantially increasing the customer base while sustaining the company’s market leadership position. Mr. Allam holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering degree from the University of Kent in England. He also attended several courses ranging from software development to systems administration as well as leadership and management.

Abdul Ghaffar Setareh

Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Setareh serves as Chief Risk Officer Of Zain Group at MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY K.S.C.P since January 18, 2016. A corporate executive with over 30 years of operational, engineering, insurance and risk management experience in mobile telecommunications and technology sectors across the Middle East and Africa, he first joined the Group in 1995 as a senior transmission engineer, having spent the previous 10 years with the Kuwait Ministry of Communications engineering department. He led the Zain Group Risk Department, as its Director since July 2005 and previously to that, was the company’s Corporate Security Manager, a position he held since 2002. Mr. Setareh graduated with a Telecommunications Engineering degree from the Ecole Nationale des Telecommunications, Rabat, Morocco in 1984. He is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).

Firas Oggar

Mr. Firas Oggar serves as Head of Legal of Zain Group at MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY K.S.C.P since Nov, 2017. He joined the company with a career spanning over 18 years, Firas has worked for conglomerate organizations in the Middle East and France. Firas has immense experience of senior in-house roles in the Middle East, having had four roles in the position of either head of legal or general counsel since moving on from his private practice career. More recently, Firas has been recognized in 2015 and 2017 as one of the GC Powerlist: Middle East (formerly the Corporate Counsel 100) by the publication The Legal 500. The GC Powerlist is a series of publications, highlighting the most influential in-house lawyers in business today in the MENA region and globally. Firas is a Board member and treasurer of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), Middle East Chapter. Firas is a qualified lawyer before the Paris Bar in France and holds a Master degree from the University of Paris in International Business Law.

Henri Kassab

Mr. Henri Kassab serves as Managing Director, International, Wholesale & Roaming of Zain Group at MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY K.S.C.P since January 2014. He is a telecom veteran of over 40 years, Mr. Kassab joined Zain Group in December 2012 with the initial task to build, operate and manage the newly setup division of Zain focused on the Internet Protocol / Multiprotocol Label Switching (IP/MPLS) – Cloud project, a mechanism in high-performance telecommunications networks that directs data from one network node to the next based on short path labels rather than long network. Mr. Kassab has held executive positions with various international telecommunications companies that are leaders in the field. RCA Global Communications was his first stop. It was followed by a sequence of moves within the industry that took him to MCI International, Teleglobe Canada, WorldCom and Verizon Business. His track record include several milestones of which, he negotiated and implemented the first ever digital IPL (64KBPS) with Bangalore and India for Northern Telecom in Canada when working for Teleglobe; for MCI the first MPLS agreement with India Reliance, a Frame relay service agreement with VSNL (TATA today), first MPLS Node in Russia and first MPLS node in Turkey to name a few. Most recently he played an instrumental role in the establishment of Middle East-Europe Terrestrial System (MEETS), a GCC-wide telecoms consortium that was formed to build a high-bandwidth regional transmission cable system for the region.

Duncan Howard

Mr. Duncan Howard serves as Group Chief Commercial Officer of MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY K.S.C.P since July 1, 2014. He joined the Group in September 2013 managing Group Operations. He came to the Group with 20 years’ experience in Mobile, Television and Fixed Telecoms across the Middle East, Europe and North America. He has Commercial and Operational expertise that have included key roles as Chief Commercial Officer for a Quad-Play provider offering mobile, fixed, data and both Broadcast and IPTV services. He also held positions as Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Business Officer and Director of Customer Care & Retail for Vodafone in Egypt. Mr. Howard holds an MBA from Open University, UK and BA (Hons) in System Analysis from University of the West of England.

Mohammad Abdal

Mr. Mohammad Abdal serves as Group Chief Communication Officer of MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY K.S.C.P since July 10, 2015. Over 15 years, he rose rapidly through the organization, playing a key role in various aspects of the company. He joined the finance department at Zain Kuwait where he climbed up the ranks to lead the investor relations department eventually. In 2005, he joined Zain Group. Mr. Abdal run Zain Group Investor Relations department as its Director since 2008 and in January 2012, was given the added responsibility of overseeing the Group’s Corporate Communications Department. In early 2014, he established the Group’s Corporate Governance division. He is a founding Member and Chairman of the Middle East Investor Relations Society chapter in Kuwait and a Member of the globally recognized National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI). Mr. Abdal graduated in 2001 from Portland State University, Oregon, US with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Finance & Management Information Systems. He attended executive programs in recent years. He is a Certified Investments and Derivatives Auditor (CIDA), a Certified Investor Relations Officer and a Certified Corporate Governance Officer.

Andrew Arowojolu

Dr. Andrew Arowojolu serves as Group Chief Regulatory Officer of MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY K.S.C.P since October 1, 2016. A seasoned telecom executive with over 25 years of experience and a proven track-record in the telecom industry across the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia, he joined the Group in 2003 and most recently held the role of Group Executive Director, Strategy & Business Development. Prior to joining the Group, he had worked in professional engineering consulting for 11 years for UK based firms , specializing in radio network design, software solutions, and engineering services for telecommunications operators. Since August 2003, Dr. Andrew held senior leadership positions within Zain Group in the areas of corporate strategy development, mergers & acquisitions, and business development. He holds a Doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in Mobile Radio Communications (1994) and a M. Sc. in Microelectronic and Telecommunications from University of Liverpool, United Kingdom (1991) and a B.Sc. (First Class) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University of Lagos (1988). Dr. Andrew is a Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology and of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers.

Kamil Hilali

Mr. Kamil Hilali serves as Chief Strategy Officer of Zain Group of MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY K.S.C.P since March 25, 2018. He has 15 years of track record in Strategy, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Development and Portfolio Management, Mr. Hilali comes to this important role within Zain Group with excellent leadership capabilities, solid technical skills and business acumen. Mr. Hilali joined Zain Group in 2011 as Corporate Finance and Business Planning Director and later headed the company’s Mergers & Acquisitions. Over the years at Zain, he worked closely with the Group CEO and CFO in managing the execution of all the Group M&A and corporate development initiatives including acquisitions, mergers, capital restructuring, IPOs, tower and asset divestments. Furthermore, he was involved in the development of expansion programs in the corporate strategy of the company, leading efforts in new growth and revenue stream opportunities as well as playing a vital role in driving cost optimization initiatives within Zain’s operations. Mr. Hilali worked at North Africa Holding Company, a Private Equity Affiliate of KIPCO Group where he was a Senior Investment Manager in the Private Equity division as well as been a Member of the Board of Directors of two KIPCO subsidiaries in Egypt. Before that, he was Manager in the Asset Management Department at JPMorgan Chase & Co in the USA. He holds a Bachelor of Science - Industrial Engineering at the National School of Mineral Industry, Rabat, Morocco (2001), attained a Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University, Sawyer School of Management in Boston, MA, (2005) and Masters in Finance from London Business School, UK (2008).

Venkatesh Jandhyala

Mr. Venkatesh Jandhyala is Chief Internal Auditor of Zain Group at MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY K.S.C.P since April 1, 2014. , Mr. Jandhyala is a dynamic professional with over 24 years of proven leadership track record with telecommunication and consulting firms, having worked in complex business environments in Americas, Europe, Africa, Middle East & Asia. He is a firm advocate of transparency and strict corporate governance, he has deep experience in the areas covering internal audit, revenue assurance and fraud management. He has well established credentials in developing new and strengthening critical pillars of Risk Management, in his years at Zain. He has led several major successful issue resolution initiatives and was at the forefront of a few acquisition related function-specific integration projects across the African continent and the Middle East region. Mr. Jandhyala has Bachelor of Commerce and Law degrees from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India and has received a scholarship for a dual degree in Master of Science in International Finance and a MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami, USA, receiving the Playmobil award for Honors in Accounting. He also has a Chartered/Board Secretary diploma from India.

Yousef Abdul Razzaq

Mr. Yousef Khaled Abdul Razzaq serves as Member of the Board Rep of the kuwait investment Authority (KIA) MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY K.S.C.P since May 30, 2018. He was Joining the KIA in 2006, he is currently an investment manager within the General Reserve Sector under the local equities department. Since 2012, he is a member of the Board of Directors at Touristic Enterprises Company where he also serves as Member of the Executive Committee and Chairman of the Audit Committee. Established in 1996, Touristic Enterprises Company is a pioneer in Kuwait’s entertainment and recreation business, through its various well-established facilities. Since 2015, he also served as a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Human Resources Committee at the Public Utilities Management Company, Kuwait, a fully owned subsidiary of the KIA. The Company was founded in 1982, to diversify internal investment, development and income in Kuwait through the exploitation of lands and state assets. In 2010, he was involved in the Kuwait Airways privatization project. Over the years, Mr. Abdul Razzaq has attended numerous accredited training courses and conferences and attended an intensive on job training with Daiwa SB Investments – London. Mr. Al-Abdulrazzaq holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from Kuwait University.

Mehdi Abduwani

Mr. Mehdi Mohamed Jawad Abdullah Abduwani serves as Non-Executive Member of the Board Rep of Abeer Al-Shorouq for selling and buying stocks and bonds at MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY K.S.C.P since Nov, 13, 2017. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Oman Telecommunications Company (Omantel). Mr. Al Abduwani is the CEO of National Ferries Company (NFC), a subsidiary of Oman Global Logistics Group (ASYAD). NFC is a company specialized in maritime transport and operating a fleet of High Speed Crafts (HSCs) and Ro/Pax vessels. Al Abduwani presided over the board of directors of NFC and was assigned the duties of CEO during the company's founding period. Within a short period, the company was able to achieve a quantum leap that enabled it to win several awards at the Middle East and world levels. The company also actively contributed to linking the coastal areas of the Sultanate of Oman and promoting tourism and trade activities. Al Abduwani’s distinguished achievements in the course of his work earned him accolades and global awards, including the Best Leading Figure in the field of Arab tourism in 2017. Al Abduwani was selected within the best 100 CEOs in the Arab world, at the "Arab Best” awards in 2017, while NFC received the Arab Best Company award in maritime transport. Al Abduwani holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Yarmouk University in Jordan and a postgraduate degree in Development Planning Techniques from the Netherlands. He also has a considerable presence in the management of public joint stock companies. In addition to Zain Group and Omantel boards’ membership, Mr. Al Abduwani is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Computer Stationery Industry company (CSI), International Maritime College Oman and a board member of several other joint stock companies.

Talal Al Mamari

Mr. Talal Said Al Mamari serves as Non-Executive Member of the Board Rep of Fajer Al Nasim for selling and buying stocks and bonds at MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY K.S.C.P since Oct, 15, 2017. Mr. Al Mamari is the Chief Executive Officer of Omantel since 29th June 2014 with 25 years of experience in telecom sector working for Omantel. Prior to his appointment as CEO, he held several leadership positions including Chief Financial Officer of Omantel. Mr. Al Mamari has played an instrumental role in different initiatives and projects carried out by the Company including the IPO in 2005, the restructuring of Omantel by bringing the mobile and fixed operations together and later the full legal merger of Oman Mobile with Omantel. He also managed Omantel’s recent acquisition of 9.84% of Zain Group’s fully paid in and issued share capital that was completed on August 24, 2017. He sits on the boards of several companies and investment funds including United Securities Investment Fund and Al Roya Fund (Al Khair Investment Fund compatible with Sharia). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Saud Al Nahari

Mr. Saud Ahmed Abdulkarim Al Nahari serves as Non-Executive Member of the Board Rep of Jawhara Al-Jeblah for Buying and Selling Stocks and bonds at MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY K.S.C.P. Mr. Al Nahari is the Chief Executive Officer of Port Services Corporation SAOG. He holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Port Management. He is a Deputy Chairman in Oman United Insurance Co. SAOG and board member in Oman Al Arabi Fund. He has extensive management experience and is familiar with corporate governance systems and a board member licensed by the Capital Market Authority in Oman.

Martial Caratti

Mr. Martial Antonie Marcel Caratti serves as Non-Executive Member of the Board Rep of Dana Al Qebla for selling and buying stocks and bonds at MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY K.S.C.P. He joined Omantel in 2015 as the Group’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Caratti has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry in the Middle East and Europe. He began his career in 1986 at NCR France, an Omni-channel technology solution provider. He continued his career in communications in France, where he served as Chief Financial Officer at a subsidiary of France Telecom from 1992 to 1996. In 1996, he became France Telecom Group’s Controller of customer branches and Financial Director at Itineris, part of the France Telecom / Orange Group. Between 2000-2006, he served as Vice President of Finance - Content Division at Orange Group France, along with the role of Orange International Finance Vice-President in London. In 2007 he joined KAZ Europe as CFO of EMEA region. Thereafter between 2008 and 2015 Mr Caratti served as CFO for a Tunisian telecom operator. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from ESLSCA University in Paris.

Nigel Govett

Mr. Nigel Kevin Govett serves as Non-Executive Member of the Board Rep of Naseem Al-Delta For buying and selling stocks and bonds at MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY K.S.C.P. Mr. Govett is the Chief Financial Officer of Oman Investment Fund having joined on 1st October 2014 with 20 years of experience in the Investment and Finance sectors having begun his career in the UK. Prior to joining Oman Investment Fund Mr. Govett was a Director for EQT Partners, the Swedish based private equity organization with in excess 45 Billion Euros of raised capital. Mr. Govett has played an active role in a number of strategic telecom sector initiatives and acquisitions carried out by Oman Investment Fund. He is a senior member of the OIF Investment Committee. He sits on the boards of several companies as well as the charity Outward Bound Oman. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from University of Sunderland, UK.

Abdulrahman Al Asfour

Mr. Abdulrahman Mohammad Ibrahim Al Asfour serves as Independent Member of the Board at MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY K.S.C.P since March 28, 2018. Mr. Alasfour is the Chief Executive Officer of Alpha Group Holding Company since 2006. He has expertise in applying IT solutions which he gained as an ERP consultant at EQUATE Petrochemical Company, a global producer of petrochemicals and the owner and single-operator of several fully integrated world-class petrochemical complexes in Kuwait, North America and Europe. Moreover, his career included an auditing role in the petroleum industry at the State Audit Bureau of Kuwait (2004-2006) where he was assigned. He also served as a board member at WABA medical insurance company (2007-2010). Mr. Alasfour holds a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Kuwait University. He has also completed multiple certifications in SAP systems in addition to other finance and accounting courses.
