Ur-Energy Inc. (Ur-Energy), incorporated on August 8, 2006, is an exploration-stage mining company. The Company is engaged in uranium mining, recovery and processing activities, including the acquisition, exploration, development and operation of uranium mineral properties in the United States. The Company's flagship property is the Lost Creek Project in Sweetwater County, Wyoming. The Company's land portfolio includes approximately 10 projects in the United States. Approximately 10 of the United States projects are in the Great Divide Basin, Wyoming, including its flagship project, Lost Creek Project. The Company controls a total approximately 2,100 unpatented mining claims and over four State of Wyoming mineral leases for a total of approximately 42,000 acres in the area of the Lost Creek Property, including the Lost Creek permit area and certain adjoining properties, which refers to as LC East, LC West, LC North, LC South and EN project areas.

Approximately five of the projects at the Lost Creek Property contain NI 43-101 compliant mineral resources: Lost Creek, LC East, LC West, LC South and LC North. The Company's Wyoming properties together total approximately 66,000 acres and include over two properties Shirley Basin and Lucky Mc. The Company's subsidiary is Ur-Energy USA Inc., which has three subsidiaries: NFU Wyoming, LLC, Lost Creek ISR, LLC and Pathfinder Mines.

Lost Creek Project

The Company's Lost Creek Project is located in the Great Divide Basin, Wyoming. The Main Mineral Trend of the Lost Creek uranium deposit (the MMT) is located within the Lost Creek Project. The permit area of the Lost Creek Project covers approximately 4,250 acres, consisting of over 200 lode mining claims and over one State of Wyoming mineral lease section. Its Lost Creek processing facility includes circuits for the capture, concentration, drying and packaging of uranium yellowcake for delivery into sales. Its processing facility, in addition to the IX circuit, includes dual processing trains with separate elution, precipitation, filter press and drying circuits. Additionally, a restoration circuit, including a reverse osmosis (RO) unit was installed during initial construction to complete groundwater restoration once mining is complete.

The Company's LC East and LC West Projects cover an area of approximately 5,710 acres (over 2,130 hectares) and approximately 3,840 acres (over 1,550 hectares). The LC North Project covers an area of approximately 7,730 acres (over 3,120 hectares), and which is located to the north and to the west of the Lost Creek Project. Its LC North Project consists of over 170 drill holes. The Company's LC South Project covers an area of approximately 10,770 acres (over 34,360 hectares), and which is and located to the south and southeast of the Lost Creek Project. Its LC South Project consists of over 490 drill holes. The EN Project covers an area of approximately 10,120 acres (over 344,096 hectares), and which is located adjacent to and east of LC South. Ur-Energy has over 50 drill logs from the EN project.

Lost Soldier Project

The Company's Lost Soldier Project is located approximately 10 miles to the northeast of the Lost Creek Project. Lost Soldier has over 3,700 historic drill holes defining over 10 sandstone units. The Company maintains approximately 140 unpatented mining claims at Lost Soldier, totaling approximately 2,710 mineral acres.
