Fracassi, Alessandro 

Eng. Alessandro Carlo Alvaro Fracassi serves as Independent Director at A2A S.p.A. since May 15, 2017. Since 1998, he works at Chicago's Booz, Allen & Hamilton Inc., Specializing in financial operations projects. In 2000, when he returned to Italy, he founded MutuiOnline, together with Marco Pescarmona, becoming a Managing Director, he is still in charge. Since then, MutuiOnline Evolves from a small "start-up" to a business group with a turnover of over 120 million and 1500 Employees, quoted in June 2007 in the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange. MutuiOnline Group is today one of the leading operators in the Italian distribution market Credit and insurance products via the Internet ("Segugio.it", "MutuiOnline.it", "TrovaPrezzi.it") and Has a leading position in the Italian market of outsourcing services for Credit, asset management and insurance claims management. For its Group activity MutuiOnline, Alessandro Fracassi won the "EY - Entrepreneur of the Year" award in 2015, in Innovation & Engineering category. Eng. Fracassi is a member of the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management Advisory Board since 2008. He usually teaches lessons and testimonies for the University of Bergamo and the Politecnico di Milano, from Who was awarded the 2007 "Managing Engineer of the Year" prize in 2007. He is founder and board member of the Italian chapter of Endeavor, a nonprofit association in 25 countries Devoted to promoting the development and growth of entrepreneurial initiatives and SMEs. He is one of the founders of the "Vivaio" Association and, over the years, has supported the emergence of several start-ups in Digital scope ("Linkiesta.it", "Klikkapromo.it", "Xceed.me"). He graduated in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 1994 and Masters of Business Administration from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1998.
