Mr. Ninivaggi served as a director of the Federal-Mogul Holdings Corporation, a global supplier of products and services related to vehicles and equipment, from March 2010 until March 2017, as Co-Chairman from May 2015 until March 2017 and as Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Federal-Mogul’s motorparts segment from February 2014 to March 2017. Mr. Ninivaggi was President of Icahn Enterprises L.P. from April 2010 to February 2014, and its Chief Executive Officer from August 2010 to February 2014. From January 2011 to May 2012, Mr. Ninivaggi also served as the Interim President and Interim Chief Executive Officer of Tropicana Entertainment Inc., a company that is primarily engaged in the business of owning and operating casinos and resorts. From 2003 until July 2009, Mr. Ninivaggi served in a variety of executive positions at Lear Corporation, a global supplier of automotive seating and electrical power management systems and components, including most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer from 2006 to 2009. Mr. Ninivaggi served as Of Counsel to the law firm of Winston & Strawn LLP from July 2009 to March 2010.
