TOKYO, May 15 Smartphone screen maker Japan Display Inc, a supplier to Apple Inc, reported on Tuesday its biggest annual net loss, highlighting its struggle to regain competitiveness against Asian rivals.

TOKYO, March 30 Embattled liquid crystal display (LCD) maker Japan Display Inc said its board will discuss on Friday a plan to raise 50 billion yen ($469.88 million), including more than 30 billion yen through a third-party allotment of new shares.
