The Company operates through three business segments: Automotive segment includes productions and sale of vehicles, assembly kits, and automotive components produced by the Company, LADA Izhevsk, PSA VIS-AVTO, and LADA Sport; Dealership network segment involves sales of vehicles and spare parts, and services provided by technical centers, as well as Other segments includes activities of other subsidiaries that are engaged in non-core activities. Its manufacturing facilities are based in the cities of Togliatti and Izhevsk of the Russian Federation. The Company and its subsidiaries manufacture full-cycle cars for four brands: LADA, Renault, Nissan, and Datsun. It has a sales and services network spanning the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and other countries.
