Cogeco Communications Inc. is a Canada-based company that provides residential and business customers with Internet, video and telephony services. It provides two-way broadband fibre networks, operating in Quebec and Ontario. The Company operates through two segments: Canadian broadband services and American broadband services. The Canadian broadband services activities are carried out by Cogeco Connexion in the provinces of Quebec and Ontario and the American broadband services activities are carried out by Atlantic Broadband in approximately 12 states including Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Maine, Maryland, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia. The Company offer services, such as Internet services, video services, telephony services and business services. Its Internet services provides internet packages, new home Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) solutions, in both Canada and the United States.
