The Company has a portfolio of coal exploration tenement areas in Queensland, Australia, including Blair Athol, Springsure, Clyde Park Coal and Northern Galilee Project. Its tenements cover an estimated area in excess of approximately 9,500 square kilometers (km2). It holds a portfolio of producing, development and exploration assets located across South Africa’s coalfields, including Kangala Colliery, New Clydesdale Colliery, North Block Complex, Ubuntu Colliery, Eloff Project, Arnot South and Berenice/Cygnus. The Blair Athol Coal Mine is located in Clermont, Central Queensland. The Springsure project consists of contiguous tenements, EPC 1674, EPC 1103 and MDL 3002 and is situated in the Central- Western Bowen Basin Coal Mining District of Queensland, covering approximately 1,178 km2. The Clyde Park Coal project is situated on the north-eastern edge of the Galilee Basin in Queensland, covering approximately 133 km2.
