BRUSSELS, Feb 15 (Reuters) - EU antitrust regulators have resumed their investigation into Broadcom's (AVGO.O) $61 billion bid for cloud computing company VMware (VMW.N) and will decide by June 7 whether to clear or block the deal, a European Commission regulatory filing showed on Wednesday.

The EU competition watchdog had stopped the clock on its investigation on Jan. 31, effective Jan. 24, while waiting for the companies to provide requested information.

The UK antitrust agency is also investigating the deal.
